Not all of the elders are to be "princes" in the New Order.

Jesus will appoint from only Governing Body helpers, Branch Committee members and Circuit Overseers.

This is a change from previously held beliefs.

One correction: Until the 1932 two-part Watchtower article entitled "Jehovah's Organization" all Elders were democratically elected by their local congregations. Prior to 1932 the local body of elders was NOT appointed by the Watchtower Society
