Chickens actually ... as it takes two to make a viable egg.

The attached document was downloaded from JW.ORG many years ago.

I do love chickens, but I am seeing that what km says to JWs is true:

“Realistically, we may find it challenging to explain deep Bible truths, such as how we know that the Kingdom started ruling in 1914.” km 10/14

After reading how the theoretical conversation is left dangling, I understand how it is far easier to talk about chickens; since realistically, 1 Thess 5:1-3 says,

“But concerning the times and the seasons, brothers, you have no need that anything be written to you.  For you yourselves know well that the day of the Lord comes like a thief in the night.  For when they are saying, “Peace and safety,” then sudden destruction will come on them, like birth pains on a pregnant woman; and they will in no way escape.

“Jehovah’s people enjoy a special environment of peace in the earthly part of his organization.”  Wt 15/7/15

“Now is the time to return to our heavenly Father’s loving arms and to the congregation—the only safe haven in these last days.”   Wt 13/11/15

“Still, as a people, “the chosen ones” and their loyal companions will physically survive the end of apostate Christendom by taking refuge in Jehovah and his mountainlike organization”  Wt 11/1/15

The situation is ripe for the coming “birth” of God’s Kingdom.

There are many prophecies in the Bible that have two fulfillments.

Also, here are some ideas to consider regarding birth pains...

  1. Jehovah told Eve: "...in pain you will give birth to children..." (Gen 3.16)
  2. This was punishment for having disobeyed him.
  3. Jesus did NOT disobey him.
  4. Maybe the birth of God's Kingdom was without suffering pain because Jesus was obedient.

Well, will the Kingdom come before Christ’s kings who will rule him, are complete in number?

Jesus became king way before 1914.

Rabbi," Nathanael replied, "You are the Son of God; you are the King of Israel! "   John 1:49

His rule began immediately, when he ascended into heaven.  Ps 110:1,2; 1 Cor 15:24,25  During the time span from then until now, his enemies will be completely conquered, with Armageddon as the final battle.

“Now since the children have flesh and blood in common, Jesus also shared in these, so that through his death he might destroy the one holding the power of death -- that is, the devil – Heb 2:14 (1 Cor 15:24,25)

Also, during this time period, each prospective “king”/anointed one is tested – judged for their faithfulness and obedience, just as Jesus was, before receiving their inheritance.

“For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each may be repaid for what he has done in the body, whether good or evil.”  2 Cor 5:10

The Watchtower teaches there are two judgment periods, one at Armageddon, and for a literal thousand years afterwards, but the true purpose of Christ’s “thousand year reign” which began when he ascended into heaven, is to bring Satan’s world to an end, just as 1 Cor 15:24,25 states.

The “birth” of God’s Kingdom does not arrive until all of Christ’s ruling kings are sealed in the heavens. The Watchtower has twisted the order of events, saying Christ will rule for a thousand years after Armageddon with his kings, before God’s Kingdom arrives. Or, do they say, that Christ rules for a thousand years during God’s Kingdom?  Which is it, and how do you keep up with it, since this teaching (not from Christ, John 8:31) has changed a number of times?

Who is it that is primarily judged (as well as all of us) during the “thousand years”? John 12:31  It is these prospective priestly kings. They are judged during each one’s lifetime since the first century.  It is a time of bringing “everything together” in Christ.  Eph 1:9-12.  Each one must individually “throw Satan down”. (Rev 12:10,11;2:26)   Armageddon culminates when all faithful ruling kings together with Christ, bring Satan to his ruin.

The “labor pains” are symbolic, referring to the promise God’s anointed ones are under – the New Covenant.  Individually, each anointed one experience theses pains (Gal 4:19) before becoming sealed.  The “pains” epitomize the struggle against Satan’s deceptions and how the faithful succeed against him.  Eph 6:12; Heb 12:23  When the right number are sealed, the Kingdom is “born”, because the New Covenant “woman” has given birth.   Rev 12:1,2 (Gal 4:26)

If anything, Satan was “let loose”  in 1914 from the abyss, unrestrained, to create his “delusion” of 2 Thess 2:1-12, called the Watchtower organization.  Rev 13:1,7  He desires as many as possible of Christ’s unsealed priests/kings to be destroyed, to stave off the coming Kingdom of God.  What better way to do so, than to create a counterfeit “truth”, where the majority are now conveniently “gathered”.  Rev 20:3,7-10
