A Catholic Priest in Canada Learns the Truth

Sister working as an assistant manager at Wendy's

One day, when I was working at the counter, a priest walked in and I took his order. 

How much is it said the priest, 

I said, It will be $ 3.79 please sir.

He said, 'What?'

She repeated, It will be $ 3.79 please, sir

He said It's Father.

I said, sorry, my father is working today.

He said, 'You're supposed to call me Father.

I told him that "The Bible says you should not call anyone father. 

He said: "You Jehovah's Witnesses are everywhere" and he left without his food order.

The next day he returned and he asked for me. 

The manager informed him that a

priest was there to see me. 

He asked 'Do you remember me?'

I said Yes, you have forgot your order .

He said 'Never mind that. 

What I wanted to know is, where in the Bible it says you should not call anyone Father.

You're asking? Sister said. 

She then showed him

Matthew 23: 9  Moreover, do not call anyone your father on earth, for one is your Father,the heavenly One. 

He said, 'I did not know that. Why do they call me Father? '

They talked for a while and she told him she would bring him a Book she gave him the book 'Knowledge'.

He returned on Wednesday and she gave him the book. They talked and read book and drank coffee. 

He came back on Friday about 2:30 pm and said 'Guess who came to my house this morning at 10:30? 

When I said I don't know, 

He said the "Jehovah's Witnesses". 

He had thought that I had sent them, but I said,

I do not know where you live 

He said: They were preaching from house to house.

And he said 'I began a study of the Bible. 

He said I felt that what they said made sense and had been thinking about the things he had been teaching that were not biblical.

Time had passed and one day I saw him again I asked,

What happened?

He said, I was baptized a week ago. 

Now you can call me Brother.

He was on his way back home to Italy after spending a year in Canada.

That is wonderful! I am so glad that all priests are not child molesters. Our parish priest was. Last month I found out that he molested my younger sister when she was a little girl.
