Guatemalan authorities order investigation for possible link between Christian pastor and drug peddler

By BBN Staff: Christians may recognize the name, Cash Luna. That is because Carlos Enrique Luna Arango is a renowned pastor and evangelist in Guatemala that is recognized globally for his Televangelism and Faith Healing.

But now, Guatemalan authorities have ordered an investigation into Luna for his possible connection to Guatemalan drug peddler, Marllory Chacon aka “La Reina del Sur”.

Today, Guatemala’s public prosecutor’s office confirmed to El Periodico news agency that an investigation into Luna’s possible link to Chacon will commence.

Chacon was sentenced in 2015 to 12 years in prison in the United States for drug trafficking.

According to an investigative report from Univision, Luna knew about the illicit activities of Chacon and she had given a significant amount of money to the pastor.
