This is not played the same in "First World Countries" as it is played in developing countries.

In developing countries, Yes ... it plays somewhat like Monopoly, except that at the lower level, there is no money involved, or even readily available.

You roll dice to determine by pure dumb luck how you will progress around the board, and there are two stacks of cards on the board.

The first stack is UNFORSEEN OCCURANCE, like getting laid off in a recession with no job prospects, getting sick for months at a time, and getting evicted from your apartment, or finding out your wife is pregnant, at the same time three rotted molars in your head detonate and the pain knocks you to the floor. Depending on the roll of the dice, you might get all three of any of them at once.

The "TREASURES FROM GOD" stack of cards on the board does not actually involve any currency but consists of a pile of past lottery tickets some elderly brothers discarded, to help us keep or minds on spiritual things, and not as a last ditch attempt at a retirement strategy..

The corner square "Work Under Ban - Go to Prison" is not as bad as it might seem, as you get  "Three hots, and a cot", which beats sleeping under sheets of wet cardboard on adjacent Ridge Avenue and Girard Avenue, in winter.

On Chestnut Street and Walnut Street there are 24 hour theaters where one can sleep with feet securely stuck to the floor, but on Broad Street and Market Street has restaurants with 24 hour restroom stalls for the exhausted sojourner.

There is a lot more, but I prefer an Etch-A-Sketch, so I can draw stairs.

Lots and lots of stairs.

Like Games? ~ ???? ~ This Bible Games Will Help You Remember!
“For our Family Worship evening, we devised a really fun memory game to help us remember the correct order of Bible names.
Using two boxes of wooden blocks from a dollar store, we wrote all the Bible names on them.
Then on the extra pieces we wrote special positive names or words (i.e. Jehovah, paradise, love, faith etc) as bonus pieces.
All the pieces are  Was placed mixed upside down on the table. Each player begins by choosing five pieces each.
Then take turns choosing a piece to try matching Bible books in a consecutive order, using the bonus pieces to fill the gaps.
If a piece is chosen that doesn’t match up (i.e. Genesis and Psalms) the block is shown to the other players, then placed back face down in the same place it came from. thank you
Pieces can also be traded with another player as long as it’s mutually beneficial.
We had so much fun playing this game that we lost track of time!”
