  1. I see I see. The confusion is on the particulars. While you are referring to the first CHRISTAIN congregation my thought was more elaborate to the time. There has always been a Jerusalem governing body, before, during, and after Christ walked this earth. I was appealing to the governing body while Jesus was still alive. Now we're getting somewhere. Your reference is when the CHRISTAIN congregation was finally composed after the 120 anointed that ended comprising the first church of about 3000 thousand baptized members. Yes, that certainly would hold what the present day governing body function is. I believe after Judas was replaced by Matthias, James was appointed to head the church in Jerusalem. Then followed Paul after his dramatic conversion which was confirmed by James, Peter, and John as an apostle to the gentiles. Does this make Paul the 13th, apostle? I would imagine this is why the apostles being preeminent authorities to the first church, gave them the ability to anoint the first church elders. Instructed them the doctrine and gospel, the conduct of a true Christian; that is perhaps lost here, and back up their words by pairing scripture. I guess the same way the Watchtower under the guidance of Jehovah’s Witnesses has refined that to the better. It’s good there were sensible people like Rutherford, Knorr, and Fred. While the news grew, it became clear to those that headed the first church, there was a need to expand on the leadership role to newly formed churches throughout the cities. That, of course, was to maintain the standards that Christ taught. Yes, I don’t see any difference with how the Watchtower is handled today. I also knew that Fred Franz was referring to BOTH standards of leadership. We were not to conform ourselves to the prevailing governing body while Jesus was alive, but live our Christian life in unison with leaders capable of teaching what Christ left for us. Therefore, I never lumped those two issues together. The similar reason how the first Christian congregation leaders dealt with problems like in Samaria and Antioch. It’s amazing how the same thing can be achieved in modern times. To be living the past in modern times. This is why Fred took the presidency seriously. To be the mouthpiece for God and Christ. I guess that is why some foolish people misunderstood Fred, just like they did with Rutherford, and Russell before him. Mouthpiece, sole channel, etc. misunderstood nonsense comes to mind. Of course, administratively, there was a need for a governing body just as the first-century Christian congregation, but the presidency also dealt with other logistical needs. Unfortunately, it seems people just can’t seem to keep those 2 apart. Especially when tainted rhetoric and misapplied watchtower literature is produced as evidence. I could also see the apostasy of today with what was being developed in the second and third century. Matthew 13:24-30, 37-43, 2 Thessalonians 2 However, you must excuse me. I usually write things from memory. I don’t take 24 hours to research something or 2-3 days to respond. Enjoy your day, and say hi to your friend and admirer Butler. 😉
  2. Just curious. Wasn’t that Fred’s point. Not to have the present day governing body be as the first century, the governing body. It seems you have reservation with Fred’s ecclesiastical abilities. Does this reflect on the notion that you scrutinized the word doctoral? Meaning Fred had now biblical knowledge because he didn’t carry a degree. He was offered to attend a prestigious school of higher learning that he declined. However, which school of higher learning did Jesus attend? Now you can use Paul’s way to supplement his doctrinal treatises with detailed practical directions as to the conduct that should of necessity to, ensue on a belief in the doctrines propounded. Romans 12:6-7 In essence, a fallacy shown here by many as to the roles we all have by God’s Holy Spirit. Why else would there need to be a distinction in scripture? 1 Corinthians 12:4-11 New International Version (NIV) 4 There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them. 5 There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. 6 There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work. Raymond lost his ability to function as a governing body member after he allowed his mind to be poisoned, by bad influence, plain and simple. He could no longer see scripture in a clear state of mind. Now, what does it mean on verse 10 about different kinds of tongues and in some Bibles, speaking in tongues? Doesn’t this relate to interpreting and understanding different languages, in order to communicate with foreign language speakers? Or does it mean to speak gibberish as taught by some within Christendom? Therefore, 1 Peter 4:10-11 confirms and disputes the misguided claim, this person “witness” offers as a rebuttal. 11 whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies-in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen. Another question. If you don't believe Raymond was as authoritive as Fred, did you personally know this family? or it is a rolling commentary in your part from having read Raymonds fairytale book?
  3. Wasn't this ultra persona😊 online a few days ago? However, I was referring to the rhetoric coming from certain people he disagrees with but doesn't go to the extreme of downvoting them. That's usually a clue. 😉
  4. Since you used a quoted text to make a contradictory view on what the text really means, can you explain how your misguided view just as Raymond was at the end for the Governing Body even though he saw it OK that one man could hold the same charge if a group couldn’t? Jeremiah 31:34, Hebrew 8:11, John 15:3-4 would be figured into 1 John 2:27 Where, would the dispensation of spiritual food, be compromised in your view? Where do you see the GB continue to teach those that have received God’s Holy Spirit other than to maintain their spirit from being compromised by this wicked system, and people like Butler, Srecko, witness, JWinsider, etc? Were you held by force to think the way you do? Just like you are free to say whatever you want, God uses the same freedom to keep his church clean. What scriptural bases can you offer that a rotten apple won’t spoil the barrel? Would you allow a Born Again in your house daily as to receive the gospel of the truth? If so, how would 1 John 2:27 be any different for them, and how could you see being able to hear that on a daily bases in your own home, without seeing you’re not functioning in all cylinders. It appears you have learned nothing about the definition of the word “abide” in order to give you clarity. I also don’t have a problem being downvoted, by a hypocrite. I believe that was my intent when I made the claim that you disagree with others without downvoting them. I can even go further to suggest you harbor disdain toward me. That just proves what you have become as, a none-Christian. This is why you have stepped into Raymond’s shoes and have gone beyond apostasy. If I had the information about the local police department you emailed, I would email them myself to show them your hypocrisy, and blackened heart. I would show them the distortions you make with scripture, and the hatred you harbor toward the Watchtower GB. Care to give me their email address? Unfortunately, this is a realistic side of people no government got to see. Therefore, I don’t mind being in a hot kitchen. It’s just the bad cooking that leaves a bad aftertaste. Perhaps you’re used to it, I’m not. Once again, I encourage you to downvote me. I enjoy the hypocrisy and double standard you display.
  5. Then why aren't you harping on it, as you do with others 😂
  6. Butler, I noticed you don’t downvote people like Anna, JWinsider, TrueTom, James Thomas Rook, etc. even though you disagree with them, and at times have a strong opinion of them. I can honestly state you are being obtuse. Do yourself a favor and grow up. I don't mean spiritually since you have already crossed the line on that, but mentally. I’ll help you with this down vote. Bear witness that your actions mean nothing other than being a stain in your life. I feel sorry for you.
  7. It appears there is more that can be learned about dispensation. The GB is not under a cloud of suspension with their spiritual responsibility. I believe we can learn more by understanding the context of both the O.T. and the N.T. The reality of 1 Corinthians makes a good case for having the proper leadership God can support to instruct his children. Chapter 10 verse 2-4 comes to mind. While the Holy Spirit is given to anyone making a true dedication to Christ and become as one body of Christ, there is still a need to have someone take the lead. If anything can be learned, is not who is exulting who, but how bears more responsibility with God’s Holy Spirit. Hebrews 13:7 This keeps in line with James 3:1. This also explains the humbleness of the GB with Matthew 20:26, Mark 10:42-45 This is why God hold those that take the lead more accountable. 1 Timothy 3:2 Another reason why many Christians truly fail to see Matthew 24:45 in its proper context. Instead, they view themselves as slaves to masters that need to obey regardless. 1 Peter 2:18 This, of course, is not the intent on how the Holy Spirit operates between all of Christ Body. Instead, we need to think like Christ as the head of his own body. Therefore consider this 1 Corthinians 4:2 as bases for the Stewardship of those taking the lead. Perhaps another perspective will aid. “Apostles were no more than servants of Christ, but they were not to be undervalued. They had a great trust, and for that reason, had an honourable office. Paul had a just concern for his own reputation, but he knew that he who chiefly aimed to please men, would not prove himself a faithful servant of Christ. It is a comfort that men are not to be our final judges. And it is not judging well of ourselves, or justifying ourselves, that will prove us safe and happy. Our own judgment is not to be depended upon as to our faithfulness, any more than our own works for our justification. There is a day coming, that will bring men's secret sins into open day, and discover the secrets of their hearts. Then every slandered believer will be justified, and every faithful servant approved and rewarded. The word of God is the best rule by which to judge as to men. Pride commonly is at the bottom of quarrels. Self-conceit contributes to produce undue esteem of our teachers, as well as of ourselves. We shall not be puffed up for one against another, if we remember that all are instruments, employed by God, and endowed by him with various talents.” If the apostles were no more than servants of Christ? Then we can say as equal to others converting to Christianity with the aid of the same Holy Spirit didn’t preclude the apostles from receiving additional powers from the Holy Spirit. Acts 4:8 It’s true, such evidence is no longer available since we have the word of God at our disposal. That doesn’t mean, God cannot use a similar method when there is a need to complete his plans for humanity. And that dear people is where the difference lies. Just like there is a different qualification for Elders by Titus. Titus 1:5-9 English Standard Version (ESV) Qualifications for Elders 5 This is why I left you in Crete, so that you might put what remained into order, and appoint elders in every town as I directed you— 6 if anyone is above reproach, the husband of one wife,[a] and his children are believers and not open to the charge of debauchery or insubordination. 7 For an overseer,[c] as God's steward, must be above reproach. He must not be arrogant or quick-tempered or a drunkard or violent or greedy for gain, 8 but hospitable, a lover of good, self-controlled, upright, holy, and disciplined. 9 He must hold firm to the trustworthy word as taught, so that he may be able to give instruction in sound[d] doctrine and also to rebuke those who contradict it. All this, is found in scripture? Raymond Franz subverted scripture to advance his own understanding. He made thousands stumble. Will God find it easy to forgive him? Only those that are left and resurrected will know. Matthew 6:10
  8. When you make grammar errors or error in context, does anyone point out your faults? It bears witness of such disingenuous tactic, coming from a person deemed an excellent writer. Are you looking for perfection? when did you become perfect to show others their faults? Perhaps Srecko can elaborate with his poor use of the English language.
  9. In the case of JWinsider. It appears this, Allensmith34 lives rent-free in his mind. I believe somewhere I have seen a list of about 15-20 people he thinks are the same person. I guess it would be odd to have a network or a circle of friends that think along the same lines, Bible truth. Therefore the single word “doctoral” has no meaning. I would suggest you ignore any derogatory unchristian conduct from this individual. Supporting opposing views like Raymond Franz will be a cross he will have to bear and explain to his maker. Remember this is an individual that emphatically stated Fred Franz endorsed the assumption of the end of the world in 1975, by his own admission and audio/video proof. However, if this is the same manipulated audio/video recording found on the internet generated by apostates, it would be a reason for such an endorsement. Therefore, it is clear that some of us can’t have the same word usage or terminology in order not to trigger, suspension. This means that TrueTom will have to change his writing skills as not to be seen the same as JWinsider. I wonder how many skeletons live in that closet. 😉 I remember a soulless Arab in Florida that got his jollies by pitting Christians against each other. I assume he will have 77 virgins waiting. 😀
  10. I’m glad you made an adjustment in thinking. It appears Raymond was following the same line of understanding with the 144,000. It would be unprecedented to suggest what will eventually be meant as, going beyond bible understanding. If the adjustment had not been provided, then we would have to follow some type of pivotal forethought as to why this would be a new light. I would most likely ask to expand of the following personal determination of the anointed by the following commentary: Can you provide evidence on how you don't believe the Holy Spirit an embodiment of God's active force cannot be transmitted to humans as in the ancient times? I take it to mean, you believe the GB are self-serving like JWinsider seems to imply. How does this view defer from that of Raymond Franz that thought along the same lines? Please give a scriptural example of this new light. With this understanding you have as a JW, this mean you will partake in receiving the Blood and Body of Christ to symbolize your eagerness to be in service of Christ in heaven. Memorial of Jesus’ Death When did you believe you are one of the anointed to receive such a gift that is not given to those that don’t display loyalty, honor, faith, and love toward their fellow Disciples of Christ? Where is it written that a house divided can stand and be part of God’s earthly kingdom? Provide scriptural evidence. Can you explain how the Holy Spirit was introduced to, to give you this new light? I would like to know in order to stop believing in what is written in Acts 2:17 as a matter of conscience. I will also be no more than happy to spread the word of this new teacher that has been glorified by God to have a better understanding of scripture. Will you be splintering from the Watchtower? I have thousands upon thousands of people throughout the world that would be ready to listen and pay close attention to this new gospel. Can we dispense from baptism? I believe with this new understanding, unbaptized publishers should be equal to a baptized publisher without any further need for dedication by baptism since we are all anointed by the same Holy Spirit. Luke 2:22, Matthew 18:10 In effect, wouldn’t this mean anyone that shows love without any further need to mature spiritually, receives the Holy Spirit? Should we readjust our thinking about Isaiah 44:3? How about Ezekiel 11:19 or Ezekiel 36:27. How about Joel 2:28 or Zechariah 12:10 How can we get everyone to be of one heart, in unison? Does one heart mean one mind? John 7:38 Acts 10:45, I think you will appreciate the irony on this one. Luke 2:36, Acts 21:9 What is the definition of ABIDE? In 1 John it is reminding us to sever ourselves from sin and unite those who follow the same pattern of worship through the Son of God. Does this mean, Catholics, protestant, Mormons, born again, are of one heart?
  11. Can you provide evidence on how you don't believe the Holy Spirit an embodiment of God's active force cannot be transmitted to humans as in the ancient times? I take it to mean, you believe the GB are self-serving like JWinsider seems to imply. How does this view defer from that of Raymond Franz that thought along the same lines? Please give a scriptural example of this new light you speak of. I will allow other JW's to respond to their doctoral understanding if they themselves understand the power of the Holy Spirit. it's time for my pain medication.
  12. I believe you stated to “witness” his understanding was utter nonsense, and then you agree with JWinsiders understanding of making scripture a hypothetical under his understanding. Are you playing to an audience of one man? Can you explain how the Governing Body only believe they receive God’s Holy Spirit without really getting the Holy spirit and pretend to use that as a justification to use scripture to see if there is a conflict or not to dispense spiritual food? Does this mean Jesus and God are fraud to have given the apostles greater power of healing and removing demons, and the entire Bible time is a hoax? Once again, If you receive the same Holy Spirit that the GB receive, why the contradictions. Everyone, receiving the same Holy Spirit would be on the same page as leaders. Does scripture support such a doctoral change just like with Raymond? Can you submit a Bible text that I may receive this new light? I understand JWisider will intervene in your behalf, so my question to explain is extended to him also.
  13. John Thanks for your last sentiment. I felt your sincerity. I’m feeling much better, however still dealing with a great deal of pain. Perhaps looking at Matthew 5:41 through the thought of others can give you a new perspective. I mentioned earlier you are a good egg. Meaning a person that honestly believes right is on his side. I, however, disagree with how you express your thoughts without giving it a proper discernment, using wisdom. Matthew 5:38-42 “The plain instruction is, Suffer any injury that can be borne, for the sake of peace, committing your concerns to the Lord's keeping. And the sum of all is, that Christians must avoid disputing and striving. If any say, Flesh and blood cannot pass by such an affront, let them remember, that flesh and blood shall not inherit the kingdom of God; and those who act upon right principles will have most peace and comfort.” Agreeing with people that share your views, when those views are obscured only help the God of this world, not in getting a better theological understanding of scripture. Manipulating The Watchtower literature as Raymond did, doesn’t help the cause in better understanding what the greater mission of the Watchtower is, learn the truth as the first century Christians did, obey God, Follow Christ instructions, teach, and make disciples throughout the world. When we inject Strife, scorn, and hatred? as revilers do, what Bible model are we projecting? Now you will disagree with my perspective, then use sound scriptural understanding for your disagreement, not personal thoughts, and insults. If you are allowed to use this kind of platform just like James has done for many years, then I don’t see why AllenSmith34 was removed for the same thing. Have a good day John. I won't reply just wait to read your written response. Remember pain is never a good thing, no matter the reason on hows its felt.
  14. If this idea of your is true, why are you not thinking as the governing body that receives the holy spirit ahead of time from others? It seems, if this was the case, all JW’s would be on the same page at the same time and NOT criticize the Watchtower for things that should be known to you. Can you explain your actions on how the Holy Spirit became a hypothetical proposition to you when God would use angles or peoples dreams to direct his people? Would this mean Jesus erred in Consulting God's scrolls versus man's oracles?
  15. In order to understand Romans 13:1 is by viewing it with God in mind. Scripture makes it clear that we should THINK like God, and not be so easy to conform ourselves by thinking like the God of this world. I believe it was Jesus that told Peter” get behind me, Satan” in Matthew. This was certainly NOT aforethought that Raymond commanded. His understanding of scripture, therefore, became as scripture states, conformity to the God of this world. The thing to learn from Raymond as a person that held a great responsibility not to lead God’s children away from Bible Truth is not to settle and be a conformist for the wrong reason. There is nothing positive in manipulating scripture to benefit one man. Apostate List: 1. Ron E. Frye 2. Zoe Knox 3. Andrew Holden 4. Lloyd Evans 5. Ron Rhodes 6. Barbara Anderson 7. Edmond Charles Gruss 8. Reed, David A 9. Kyria Abrahams 10. Schnell, William J 11. M. James Penton 12. Peter Gregerson 13. Raymond Franz 14. Beverley, James A 15. Włodzimierz Bednarski, Szymon Matusiak When Raymond and whoever held him as a revisionist erred in thinking that others aside from the 144,000 would help Jesus in Heaven as kings. That is a position Raymond held. I will invite anyone here to show just cause for that ideology. If just this one insistence is an erred proposition? Then what will the rest of this man’s work matter? That means people here are falling in the same pattern of thinking like the God of this world by being conformist. How can someone hold 1 John 3 in high regard by being a conformist? Is this food for thinking Christians to accept a man’s perspective of scripture? The Watchtower is guided by God’s Holy Spirit. Did Raymond submit to receiving God’s guidance or did he simply decide not to wait for God’s guidance and react to his own understanding as much as it’s being done here by some? Perhaps the quote of others will give a perspective in aid to understanding the Holy Scriptures “The grace of the gospel teaches us submission and quiet, where pride and the carnal mind only see causes for murmuring and discontent. Whatever the persons in authority over us themselves may be, yet the just power they have, must be submitted to and obeyed. In the general course of human affairs, rulers are not a terror to honest, quiet, and good subjects, but to evil-doers. Such is the power of sin and corruption, that many will be kept back from crimes only by the fear of punishment. Thou hast the benefit of the government, therefore do what thou canst to preserve it, and nothing to disturb it. This directs private persons to behave quietly and peaceably where God has set them, 1Ti 2:1, 1Ti 2:2. Christians must not use any trick or fraud. All smuggling, dealing in contraband goods, withholding or evading duties, is rebellion against the express command of God. Thus honest neighbours are robbed, who will have to pay the more; and the crimes of smugglers, and others who join with them, are abetted. It is painful that some professors of the gospel should countenance such dishonest practices. The lesson here taught it becomes all Christians to learn and practise, that the godly in the land will always be found the quiet and the peaceable in the land, whatever others are.”
  16. In the US the draft was removed in 1973 after many courts conceded to the language that was drawn in the Act of 1948. The point was to establish JW’s as ministers since witnesses are not ordained in a conventional way through the church with papers stating this person is an “ordained” Minister. However, some thought the selective service would be extended in 1975 to include men from 1954-1956. That never happened. But it was President Carter to reinstate the requirements for selective service in 1980. This is what Raymond is referring to. A failure to register would be considered a “felony” punishable by 5 years in prison and a ¼ a million dollar fine. If $250,000 is still considered a high amount for the poor and middle class, back then it was a death sentence. That precedent became a dangerous position and was suspended in 1988. In 1989, Congress made some changes that required a person to register for selective service if they wanted to work in any government agency. Those that didn’t register could not work for the government. Now, if someone doesn’t register for the selective service or draft card after their 18 birthday. They run the risk of losing government benefits. So there is a difference between conscription within the selective service. In 2003 congress wanted to reinstate the conscription. This legislation to either draft men or women in the military or for government civil service but was voted against by a 2/3 majority vote. Raymond began using nonsensical propositions to be biased in what constituted, service free from guilt to service with guilt. His position, however, obscured what was a matter of conscience. The problem there, his examples were too broad even if the intention was to make them simple. So, the crisis of conscience was a fabricated one. Many witnesses worked for the government, as they do today. The same reason it’s ironic he would use the same principles in page 271-272 to generalize and categorize, since the effect of being imprisoned for being a conscientious objector is a realistic problem any witness might face since 1918-1919 in the US. This is why the UN drafted a mandate in 1995 that should not exclude the right to have conscientious objections to military service. It was reaffirmed in 1998. So, witnesses will always be in danger of imprisonment by legislation. A danger that weighs heavy in the minds of the governing body. Through God’s will, they are given the admonition necessary to successfully argue the stance of a minster as a conscientious objector, in the US as well as throughout the world. South Korea comes to mind. Instead of arguing What was a single man's view about the Watchtower in general, people should be helping the GB find a way to successfully demonstrate what a true witness is, a servant of Jehovah. It certainly leaves a lot to be desired from Raymond’s attempts for justification.
  17. For some reason. JW’s here decided it was their obligation to intervene and criticize when the Watchtower saw itself in the middle of child abuse cases. There are many qualified members around the world to accept the challenge Satan has put before the Watchtower. Just like the Watchtower meet its distinct challenge when it was in trial for freedom of religion, they are qualified to handle these serious matters. Allow the powers that be to show the world, the Holy Spirit guides our fellowship. You have a good head on your shoulder not to be influenced by false religion. However, you have renounced your fellowship due to the circumstances of child abuse. You don’t appreciate how people conduct their interpretation of scripture. I can respect that enough to say that many here that consider themselves part of the fellowship that submits themselves to their own understanding of scripture, as it has been displayed here, merits no concessions or consideration. However, you also say the GB doesn’t interpret scripture also. 1. Hebrews 13:17-25 English Standard Version (ESV) 17 Obey your leaders and submit to them, for they are keeping watch over your souls, as those who will have to give an account. Let them do this with joy and not with groaning, for that would be of no advantage to you. This is, in FACT, part of scripture is it not? What part do you disagree without becoming part of the same problem others have. In the last days, there will be a great apostasy. What has been happening with the Watchtower since the 80’s that we can find common ground on? If you reject the Watchtower because of its imperfection, what part of the fence are you in. Would this be a motive to give God pause and say, my faithful servant has turned away from me, because, why? You can fill in the blanks. 2. Matthew 7:1-5 Judging Others 1 “Do not judge, or you too will be judged. 2 For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. 3. Matthew 23:2 4. Revelation 3:16 15 I know your deeds; you are neither cold nor hot. How I wish you were one or the other! 16So because you are lukewarm— neither hot nor cold— I am about to vomit you out of my mouth! This is part of scripture is it not? Once again, what part would you disagree with in order not to be seen as anyone else that doesn’t understand scripture and are using their personal interpretation to highlight their understanding rather than the following scripture as a whole? Taking things out of context has always been a dishonest endeavor from opposers to command some kind of great intellect. 5. Matthew 5:37 New King James Version (NKJV) 37 But let [a]your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No,’ ‘No.’ For whatever is more than these is from the evil one. The third and final one for now. But critique the above and ask, when you say, who is interpreting scripture, correctly. The fellowship follows God’s instructions. I’m not referring to the ones here. These people deserve the same chance God is giving you, me and anyone willing to submit to God’s kingdom as it is now, as it was back then with all the imperfection man had to offer. I will be mostly silent for a while. I fell and broke a rib. It doesn’t hurt as much as to see how Satan is winning the war on those professed loyal ones that were baptized in order to continue Christ work unblemished by the utterance of their mouths. Luke 21:15, Proverbs 6:2 You’re a good egg Bulter, however misguided you are. Work on your internal conflicts by asking God for help. Ephesians 4:31-32, Matthew 5:9. I’m not your judge Butler, you have done that to yourself. If your married and your wife goes to the meeting, join her with an open mind that Satan is doing his level best to have you see and feel conflicts. If she doesn’t because you are winning her over with such arguments, then win her back to a righteous path. Remember the quest. It’s to win your mortal soul for everlasting life. John 12:25 that would be a good reason to fight a good fight according to scripture without any misguided interpretation. 1 Timothy 6:12
  18. You guys kept making the point for me on how the “admin” allows you, TTH and many others and didn’t allow allensmith34. It makes no sense. But enough of this silliness. Back to topic, the owner has the right to hate and refuse whomever he wants. For all, we know TTH is the ADMIN and JWinsider is the Librarian. Whatever the case may be, they have moderator powers to delete. You’re fighting for truth. How are you accomplishing this by misguided ideas? If you were fighting a good fight for truth, you would adhere to scripture. At what point does this confuse you.
  19. my thought exactly about you. Too bad God never revealed anything to you given your renunciation.
  20. It appears your ideology is flawed in the other thread. But since the topic here is Open Club, Private Club, JW club I believe you can carry the same misconception of ideology to a private club called JW only. A good example of this misconception that can be discussed privately amounts to misguided secrecy as in spies. That has a far more reaching implication such as the bible student era and what it had to offer in redefining the original Christian ethics of learning. A lot of it is misunderstood, example: Rebuttal by: Bible Student monitor The claim is made that Russell “introduced occultism into his religion by teaching that the pyramids in Egypt are divine omens.” This falsehood has even been placed in a book, entitled, Spiritual Rape Exposing the Hidden. (Page 14) The statement and often its context have been quoted over and over across many forums on the web, and although many have pointed out the falsity of the statements, the site owners continue to display such statements of deception, thus promoting such false claims. However, we find that almost every sentence misrepresents the facts, putting the matter politely. The statement quoted above contains at least two errors, and appears on several sites: (1) Russell did not introduce “occultism” into his religion, not unless you mean that he adopted the religion of the Bible, which the Bible itself states remains a secret to the world. This would reflect a usage of the word occult as simply meaning secret, not related to heathen occultism. (2) Russell did not teach that “the pyramids in Egypt are divine omens.” Russell’s study of the Great Pyramid (not “pyramids” — plural) in Egypt had nothing to do with demonic /heathen occultism, nor with pagan heathen worship. The word “occultism” is defined as “a belief in supernatural powers and the possibility of bringing them under human control.” The implication of the the word in most Christian circles is that demonic spirits are used, a form of witchcraft (crafty wisdom). Russell never believed in, nor taught such an idea. Indeed, he was very active in warning against forms of witchcraft, occultism, Spiritism (talking with the dead), etc. Russell never spoke of any pyramid in Egypt as being a “divine omen.” It is claimed that Russell taught that “they [the pyramids of Egypt]” contained prophetic secrets known only to him.” Again, the false idea of “pyramids” — plural — is presented. Russell was interested in only one pyramid, not pyramids. I have not been able to find where he ever made such a claim that the Great Pyramid contained prophetic secrets known only to him. Of course, in what he had found in his studies that added to, or was different from, what others had written before him, he could have claimed that what he had written did have information not found in the studies of authors before him? He never claimed sole proprietorship on the study of the Great Pyramid, however, as can be seen by his announcements and recommendations of the Edgars’ studies on the Great Pyramid (which did not fully agree with his own conclusions as presented in the Studies in the Scriptures). The phrase is used that Russell was “convinced of their [the pyramids of Egypt] mystic power.” First, Russell was not convinced of any mystic power of any pyramid in Egypt, and certainly not “pyramids” [plural]. He never wrote of any “mystic power” associated with the Great Pyramid, or any other pyramid. This is totally a false and misleading statement, designed to malign and misrepresent what Russell actually did teach. How does this misunderstanding stand up to the bylaws set in the JW only club? And who would be allowed to contest such a misunderstanding if the same players have the ability to remove someone just because they don’t agree with them? In whatever language they use to offset the language given. Not everyone here is phishing to author a book.
  21. I believe there was something far more elaborate you had in mind. But, never say you don't make fun of someone when you do that's the ridiculous part, just as if you think some of your posts are.
  22. How does this differ from Bulter, and others that use abusive and insulting language? You make no sense in trying to justify. There is no justification and using this scripture for justification is immoral given the slander here. But enough side. The Admin likes who he likes, and that's the bottom line.
  23. If that’s the case, you offer the same, so where is your lying truth? Intelligence comes with reasoning and thought, none of which you have. It’s clear you never grew spiritually. 😏
  24. I hope to God you will one day understand the significance of 1914. The misapplication of The Bible Students analogy however different end up being the same, but with less clutter. In order to understand, you would have to investigate what the prelude was in 1874, 1878, 1881, 1898, 1901, 1904, 1906, 1910, 1911 or wait that’s a firearm, 1913, 1914, 1915, and their correlations. What was the experience between 1916-1919? Russell, while still learning was insightful. There are many publications to research. Be not surprised, then, when in subsequent chapters we present proofs that the setting up of the Kingdom of God is already begun, that it is pointed out in prophecy as due to begin the exercise of power in A.D. 1878, and that the "battle of the great day of God Almighty" (Rev. 16:14), which will end in A.D. 1915, with the complete overthrow of earth's present rulership, is already commenced. The gathering of the armies is plainly visible from the standpoint of God's Word. STUDY IV THE TIMES OF THE GENTILES What are Gentile Times?—Their Beginning; Their Length; Their End A.D. 1914—Attendant Events—Events to Follow—Literal and Symbolic Time—A Remarkable Type—Present Indications—God's Kingdom to Overthrow Gentile Rule—Therefore Organized Before It Ends—Before A.D. 1914—Why Opposed by Gentile Kingdoms—How and Why All will Finally Accept it Joyfully—"The Desire of All Nations Shall Come." Was he talking about an earthly kingdom? No that came from opposers in his time. Did it mean the world would end in 1914, No, that’s an ex-WJ’s excuse and those that oppose the Watchtower? The coined phrase " SETTING UP OF THE KINGDOM" means what? The time stamp, meant, preparation for Christ to take his rightful place in Heaven and enthroned at the appropriate time. But if you are one of those that only believe in one 1260, then it won't make a difference, and there's no reason to debate it here or in a closed forum.
  25. I believe that was my point. What makes you different from others that you are here while others are gone.
