Yeah ... been there...done that. Whenever Ah goes a joggin' (hahahHAHahahaa) I look over my shoulder, and dodge and weave ... and every so often I take cover behind a power or telephone pole, and get off a few shots. ...better to be safe ... than sorry.

Hold a small piece of paper onto your bottom lip from both sides and purse your lips and blow over the top. The higher velocity "wind" creates a low pressure area that sucks the paper closer to it. Blowing over the TOP of a piece of paper makes it go UP! ... not down. This is an example of "Bernoulli's Principle" Most people do NOT KNOW that the upper wing of an airplane is curved, so that the "wind" hitting the front edge of the wing HAS TO TRAVEL FASTER ... to meet that same slug of air at the back of the wing. Aircraft are SUCKED UP, and that's what keeps them up. ... same as the small piece of paper. That is ALSO why a sailboat can sail at an angle INTO a wind ... the boat is being SUCKED forward by the low air pressure on the front of the sail. .... NOT blown forward by any wind from behind.

Shiwii: I agree with everything you said in the immediately preceding post .... but I have a different perspective. Let's say you are a United States Marine, and see the need to protect the Nation, and Civilization by being the "point of the spear". When spears are thrown, they often miss, and are thereby wasted. The word "sin", I understand, means literally missing your target. In warfare you know about how many bullets it takes to kill ONE enemy soldier? About 14,000 bullets ... as most are used providing suppressive fire. In the Marines, as in every organization of men ... people rise until they reach their own level of incompetence ... and then they keep getting promoted. Soldiers in the field ... the ones actually doing the fighting ... with very few exceptions ... have their allegiance to their "Brothers in Arms", and not to their leaders, who as they rise, become more and more like file clerks. I was the focus of a disfellowshipping trial, and I was trying to explain my philosophy to the head guy, and he cut me off .... saying "I don't want to hear anything about the Marines".  And, he did not allow me to continue. There are people that understand the NEED for Marines ... in spite of their sometimes and often incompetent and clueless leadership, and there are those that do NOT understand this. To understand my viewpoint on a practical level .... you need to see the movie "Hacksaw Ridge" at least twice. AT LEAST TWICE. All civilizations grow and evolve, and the casualties are ENORMOUS.  The United States of America has committed innumerable sins and evils in it's pursuit of righteousness, equity and Justice ... and is continuing to do so. So has the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society .... and you are right ... The difference is that I personally am NOT a social person ... I am only an IDEA person, and I know what is going on as well, AND MORE than you do .... and I try to serve Jehovah and Christ ... sometimes .... and at 71 years old, I DO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE. When you are the "point of the spear", you get covered with figurative blood and gore. That is the main ingredient of growth and progress ... and it always takes TIME. Sometimes several lifetimes. Oh ... and any rational adult conversation, such as we are now having, please NEVER consider that I take insult. I don't do that even when I am deliberately insulted. I hope that before I die, I see the JW Organization grow and mature where everything we do is open, transparent, and that we can be proud of what we say, think and do. I will KNOW when this happens ..... instead of wasting billions of hours knocking on other people's doors ..... THEY will be knocking on OURS. Below is a rare example from today's news of the principles that are supposed to guide the United States. I hope to see the Society mature that much in my own lifetime ... it is being pursued by hemorrhaging money in that direction, and by Mr. Google, who never sleeps. Until then ... I will follow the circus clown car .... but at a long, safe distance. Nobody in my lifetime has ever accused me of being "Brother Watchtower".   Â

The Society's Theology is being re-defined by ... and has been re-defined for some time ... by it's accountants and lawyers. The most blatant example is the change in what constitutes a disfellowshipping offense for taking blood and blood fractions. The scriptures say "abstain from blood". Very clear and unambiguous. The lawyers are trying to stop the hemorrhaging .... of MONEY .... from lawsuits. NOW we can take 99% of blood if it is fractionated and put in via 13 different tubes. That is THE Classic Example. And the Society is silent when a Brother takes "Artificial Human Blood" ... even though it is ONLY highly filtered cow's blood.

Do what I do .... send them a letter by Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested, to "The Collective Governing Body of Jehovah's Witnesses", World Headquarters, at the address they have listed. In about two months your Elders will call you into the "little back room", and discuss your questions with you.

BUT ... is it worse than "Pillowgate"?

It may be without commentary, but I believe it is a chopped up (edited) version. The two Brothers look like they are being severely punished for "something", and made to make this video ... or are under the influence of deep hypnotic suggestion ... or both. This is better than the version with commentary, which I recognized as the rantings of an atheist, immoral person ... but the TRUTH is the truth, no matter what the source. I will wait until I see a complete, unedited version to fully establish the matter in my own mind. It's like eating Lobster ... there is quite a lot that needs to be discarded ... and MUST be discarded. I learned THAT lesson the HARD way at a restaurant when I ate Lobster for the very first time, when I was drunk. Never judge the value of Theology or Seafood by the parts that SHOULD be discarded.

In my case, NO. I throw my hat in with Jehovah's Witnesses IN SPITE of its leadership .... I think Jehovah's Spirit infuses the rank-and-file Witnesses, because as a retired engineer, I follow the TRUTH wherever it goes, but I try to demand PROOF... and where the "rubber meets the road", is where the analysis need to take place. Down at the bottom. I have no idea who these two men are, and I really don't care. Several people have said who they are SUPPOSED to be. Whoever they are, they talk like they are being severely punished to make this video, and are reading a script generated by a short circuited AI chip. I can just visualize that they are completely mortified to have to do this ... but the only alternative is to learn a completely new trade, which includes the phrase "You want Fries with that ?" It is SO LUDICROUS I would very much like to believe it is not true ... but if it can be PROVEN true, I will HAVE to accept that down here on Earth, Jehovah's Chariot has been transformed into a circus clown car. The Governing Body was forced by the ARC to admit in the Feb. 2017 Watchtower that they are "neither inspired of God or infallable". DUH!

I found on Youtube one that was without commentary, but it appeared to have large sections cut out. I have not yet found anything that would PROVE it is not fake news, yet. I trust NO ONE at face value.

The problem with the "tacking", is the front of one shoe is nailed to the floor, and any "progress" is made in either a clockwise or counter-clockwise circle. Creating an artificial sense of urgency WILL motivate you ... but so will setting your hair on fire. It is quite proper to follow "Jehovah's Chariot", wherever it goes ... but when following a clown car .... make sure you check the route, the weather, and the gas. .... and don't follow TOO closely.

This is very true .... and men know this. The only way we can, as a general rule, get women to take us seriously, is our penchant for WARFARE. The reason MANY men go to war is ..... the women are watching. Â

I apologise .... I just can't help thinking this is the funniest thing in real life I have run across in a long, LONG time. I hope it is all just a misunderstanding, like when John Candy and Steve Martin have to share a hotel room in the movie "Planes, Trains, and Automobiles". I used to LIVE in Hollywood, California, and staying close to the Congregations, I missed all of that .... but I saw it ... and heard of it, and "swam in that pond", without getting wet. I knew even back then that if you are to stay sane, you have to STOP CARING overly much about things over which you have no control. You STILL did not answer the basic question ... who ARE these people,... and why should I even care? AND ... I don't need to get onto ANYTHING ... just because it is politically correct or expedient. I only care about how those in the Brotherhood are treated, by "management", and by each other. The other stuff ... what adult Babylonians do to each other ... I care NOTHING about. STUFF HAPPENS ... get used to it .... or drive yourself NUTS. CHOOSE.

Is it embarrassing for you to always be TOTALLY wrong TTH? If you had ANY reading COMPREHENSION skills, you could STOP THAT. You have ONE modus operandi .... misunderstand the question ... not have a clue, and project things not in evidence, and then shift to accusing someone of something nefarious. BOR-ING! Besides ... much of the Hollywood bunch never know they have been molested until the check bounces.

It looks like they are doing this because they are being punished severely for "something", and have to do this or get fired! You could title this picture "Robots Read The News". If they are being punished ... it is obviously cruel and unusual, and they have my sympathies. Now I understand why, under the Bushido Code, the Japanese when they screw up, willingly commit suicide.  Â

This is a ball controller .... my guess is that the wheel is completely legit. By how the numbers are arranged, and what the numbers and colors are ... the house (statistically) ALWAYS wins. For the patient person, there is no need to cheat for the proprietor or game owner to, over time, always come out way ahead..

Who ARE these people ... and why should I even CARE?

I have often said to my wife, that I wish I had enough money to use a small portion of it to buy a shiny new helicopter. II would buy about 3,000 of these pillows and load them on the helicopter. Then I would go to the geographic coordinates of Warwick Bethel World Headquarters, at about 500 feet altitude, push them out the door. Perhaps I should start a GOFUNDME site .... Frankly, I wonder how rich people EVER get bored!
