     Sylvia Stephens, to download the files you need to "JOIN" the  Jehovah's Wittnesses club. to the right of the words Jehovah's Wittnesses you should see  "JOIN CLUB"  that is the one  you want to click and then you should be able to download with no problem.   I'll send them to you here and thru email.   TB

Yes, I'm not sure why I'm not able to download them as I have been for years. They all show as unavailable. Doesnt seem to matter which browser I use, I have the same response.  I generally get these and turn around and send them to about 15 friends from several congregations, who then send them to others as well. I was able to download what you have in this post though. If you have the transcript I would really appreciate it.
