This is our brother Alexei Koptev and his wife, at the gates of the court that judges him by EXTREMISM when declaring JEHOVAH'S WITNESS.
He faces 6 years in prison.
The INDEPENDENT newspaper of Great Britain exposes the injustice being done with Jehovah's Witnesses in Putin's Russia. Currently a Jehovah's Witness has the same legal value in Russia as an ISIS jihadist. The brother's wife says, "Let's continue to preach, it's our FAITH."
PRIVATE NOTE: We are going to promote a collection of signatures to request that the persecution against ours in Russia cease.

Personally I would never grab my jw.org button and pray to Jehovah with it. I would never wear it as a symbol of the Christ .  I would not hang it in my house or in my car for a form of protection. And I would only direct ones to it as a teaching tool that leads them to their bibles and the truth Jesus taught according to jehovahs direction. These are the last days and Jehovah is trying to reach every searching soul. Disciples of truth. Just my two scents?

After having left Jehovah for almost 20yrs, I gave my first talk with a full beard in Teaneck, NJ.  As an unbaptized publisher I did not shave my beard and went out in service.  (I had come from NH and a few brothers up there wore beards during the winter months. So, I kept the custom, even in the summer months.) 
Just prior to the time for my 2nd talk one of the elders came to me and we had a discussion. I told him about the brothers in NH. He countered with both NJ not being NH and it was the  summer. Then he said that I would not be allowed to give my 2nd talk unless I shaved. (Apparently, at that time only those with a shaving condition known as foliculitus(?) were exempt.)  Desiring to bring praise to my God Jehovah, I shaved and have been doing so for 11yrs running.

Talk about preaching to all sorts of people! This gave me chills and I can't stop smiling. What an awesome God we serve!

Hi my name is Angela, and I’m the proud and joyful mother of the girl in the photo. Annabelle is 7 years old and loves Jehovah, so much so that she decided last year to make it her goal to become a unbaptized publisher. She was announced as a unbaptized publisher on 3-17-16 at our mid week meeting. Watching her steps toward Jehovah brings joy like no other to my heart. Since none of my biological family is in the truth (most do not even speak to us anymore) I wanted to share this very happy photo from after the announcement with our large spiritual family. During his earthly ministry, Jesus spoke and acted in ways that revealed genuine humility. He never called undue attention to himself. Instead, he directed all glory to his Father. (Mark 10:17, 18; John 7:16) He never talked down to his disciples or made them feel inferior. Rather, he dignified them, praising them for the good he saw in them and expressing his confidence in them. (Luke 22:31, 32; John 1:47) Jesus outstandingly showed humility by his obedience. (Phil. 2:5-8) Unlike arrogant individuals who disdain obedience, Jesus humbly submitted to God’s will for him, becoming “obedient to the point of death.” Is it not clear that Jesus, the Son of man, was “lowly in heart”? w15 2/15 1:7
