The governing body has finally realized that FEAR is the only way to keep the JW's in the organization. I mean seriously standing in a field with soldiers heading your way, guns out... wth? This is like the Bunker video, but worse because now there is a song attached to it... this is way too much. I forget what the song was called, but they had everyone sing it at the end. People were crying. I felt so bad knowing how emotional some people got. Makes me so mad.

i have allergies to perfume,(most  are wearing  some, so you really cannot hide from it) so by end of day one i have a massive headache that last for at least 5 or so days(even with antihistamines and nose sprays), also my wrist is sore so i cannot write notes (also hard to with a headache). However now by the time our conv comes in mid July, I will be able to get more out of the convention instead of just being there in body, and my mind will be able to retain a lot of the info. So these videos are a huge help, so Thank You Very Much ??

This is Abby from North Carolina, USA. Her kindergarten class was given an assignment for Valentine’s Day. 
Abby was assigned to make a poster about her family and what makes it special and then present it to her class. 
She chose to tell about being one of JehovahÂ’s Witnesses, JW.org and her favorite Caleb and Sophia videos.

Sing Out Joyfully" To Jehovah Cover New Songbook: "Sing Out Joyfully" To Jehovah (English will be available on JW.org/JW Library App/WOL.JW.org on October 3. Plus, there will be a lyric video for all 151 songsshowing lyrics on-screen.) Changes includes rewording of lyrics, changing of subject, rephrasing, less direct counsel within the lyrics and numbering by subject matter in 15 categories. Annual Meeting will be held in Warwick next year on October 7, 2017. It will be the dedication of Warwick and Wallkill. The meeting will be streamed to Assembly Halls. Two videos about the new world headquarters at Warwick (showing the history of Brooklyn Bethel to Warwick).  

According to reports I have heard from some who were at the Annual Meeting today, the new songbook has been released. It is not known if copies were distributed to those in attendance, but electronic copies will be available on jw.org Monday in English (and apparently in Haitian Creole). It will have a new title: "Sing Out Joyfully to Jehovah," and some songs will have new titles, new lyrics, and some will be renumbered. It will start being used in all English congregations the week of January 2, 2017. The book will contain only 151 songs, not 154 as we were expecting. Three songs were deleted, but there was no mention of which ones. The book will be in three formats: regular edition, large print, and lyrics only.
I also heard, in connection with that new songbook, that new videos of the Watchtower Chorus will be released shortly. The chorus will be singing all of the songs in the book! We’ll see.
So keep your eyes open for the new songbook and other goodies on Monday on jw.org and tv.jw.org. And Monday also comes the monthly broadcast on JW Broadcasting. Ohh those servers are going to be working hard!
