  1. While pointing to a physical mountain (Samaria), Jesus said no longer would centralized worship take place, because God is looking for those who worship in spirit and truth. (John chapter 4) Obviously, there were true, faithful believers since Christ who took his words to heart and built their faith on his teachings, for the larger part of 2,000 years. Along comes the Watchtower and changes everything. Salvation becomes the organization. The centralized worship of the organization staunchly expects loyalty and dedication to it, and its leadership. Why did the words Christ spoke to the woman at the well become valueless? Because men were inspired by a spirit other than that of God. Matt 24:24; Rev 13:11,15
  2. I do, and I realize that at least you wear your heart on your sleeve; while the GB members feign piety as they direct each person who resists their headship when choosing Christ instead, to be cut off from all family and friends...and marked as "dead". This also includes those who know that a lie is always a lie, and truth is always truth. John 15:16 Little does the GB realize how this can relieve the oppressive load men put on men for their selfish gain. Matt 5:10,11; 10:39; 19:29; John 16:2; Matt 13:22; 2 Tim 4:3; Rev 13:15; Jer 6:13
  3. It is very disheartening to see how you degrade people, more so than any person I have ever met; whether they are your "brothers" or your enemies. Each one receives the same degradation as the next. I am never disappointed in how you fulfill that role. Biblical laws are the Word of God in Christ. I follow Christ; you follow men. I think you mean I have broken men's laws that you perceive as coming from Jesus Christ. This is called blind slavery to men's lust for power. 2 Cor 4:4 Don’t you know that if you offer yourselves to someone as obedient slaves, you are slaves of that one you obey—either of sin leading to death or of obedience leading to righteousness? Rom 6:16 You were bought at a price; do not become slaves of people. 1 Cor 7:23 knowing that you will receive the reward of an inheritance from the Lord. You serve the Lord Christ. Col 3:24 For am I now trying to persuade people, or God? Or am I striving to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ. Gal 1:10 Put no more trust in a mere human, who has only the breath in his nostrils. What is he really worth? Isa 2:22
  4. The long and the short of it is that there is a “disgusting thing” – an “abomination of desolation” – a “Gentile” army of elders – ruling over/sitting/standing in the “holy place”; which is the Temple/anointed priesthood. 1 Pet 2:5,9; 1 Cor 3:16,17 If we perceive this absolute reality, we are to FLEE. 2 Chron 13:9; Num 18:7; Ezek 44:6-9; Dan 11:31; Matt 24:15,16; Luke 21:20-22; 2 Thess 2:3,4; Rev.11:1,2
  5. Jesus gave the early disciples the signs of that coming system’s demise and when those who still remained in Jerusalem, were to leave. The Romans had already set up authority over Jerusalem, the “Holy City” and temple. They were the “abomination”/Gentiles standing in the “holy place”. Matt 24:15 The Roman army represented their emperor, carrying his iconic image and the image of the legion, and were bestowed with honor. “When you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then recognize that its desolation has come near. 21 Then those in Judea must flee to the mountains. Those inside the city must leave it, and those who are in the country must not enter it, 22 because these are days of vengeance to fulfill all the things that are written. Luke 21:20-22 Jesus warned them to leave and flee to the mountains. Matt 24:16 They were not to stick around upon recognizing this threat. Those that remained in Jerusalem until its fall, lost their lives – millions of them. There is another fulfillment of these scriptures – a spiritual fulfillment. Today’s “Temple” in the anointed ones is “surrounded by armies” – the “Gentile” nation of unanointed elders. While the anointed must remain “humble”, the elders are bestowed with honor. The elders have breached the “temple walls” carrying their lies and setting up an “abomination of desolation”. Dan 11:31 This “royal priesthood” is restricted in the way they are to worship, they must rely on the “daily sacrifices” coming from an “emperor” and his army, and not on truth from Jesus Christ. Matt 21:33; Neh 1:3 They are powerless and scattered. Rev 13:1,2,5-8 In addition, anointed Christians do not view themselves as being part of an elite club. They do not seek out others who claim to have the same calling, hoping to bond with them or endeavoring to form private groups for Bible study. (Gal. 1:15-17) Such efforts would cause divisions within the congregation and work against the holy spirit, which promotes peace and unity.—Read Romans 16:17, 18. WT 16/1 p.24 God gave them Holy Spirit to teach the people. Mal 2:7; 1 John 2:27 In the Watchtower, they are refrained from utilizing this gift by offering “daily sacrifices of praise.” that are to come from their heart; not from an elder body who delivers rotten food from a wicked slave. Matt 24:48-51 (1 Pet 2:5,9) Many people will say Matt 24:15 doesn’t have any further fulfillment. But notice Rev 11:1,2 which was written after Jerusalem’s downfall: Then I was given a measuring reed like a rod,[a] with these words: “Go and measure the temple of God and the altar, and count those who worship there. But exclude the courtyard outside the temple. Don’t measure it, because it is given to the nations,[a](Gentiles) and they will trample the holy city for forty-two months. Rev 11:1,2 The “holy city” is the Temple/New Jerusalem and the dwelling of God – the anointed ones. (Gal 4:26;Rev 21:2) Don’t you yourselves know that you are God’s temple and that the Spirit of God lives in you? If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy him; for God’s temple is holy, and that is what you are. 1 Cor 3:16,17 Has the dual power in the organization “destroyed” the anointed ones/God’s temple? Spiritually, yes. They have been replaced by the elders, and have allowed “images” of an idol/ organization to over-run their worship. They obey the elder army and are excluded from speaking and uniting in truth under Jesus Christ. 2 Thess 2: “Now concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our being gathered to him: We ask you, brothers and sisters, 2 not to be easily upset or troubled, either by a prophecy[a] or by a message or by a letter supposedly from us, alleging that the day of the Lord has come.3 Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way. For that day will not come unless the apostasy[c](rebellion) comes first and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction. 4 He opposes and exalts himself above every so-called god or object of worship, so that he sits (rules) in God’s temple, proclaiming that he himself is God.” If we remember Wt’s latest admittance that Christendom is not anti-typical Jerusalem, then we know where this message will have its fulfillment, which is where the true Temple/anointed ones are gathered and surrounded, by an “army” of spiritual, “uncircumcised Gentiles”. It is in the WT that the proclamation has been made concerning the “day of the Lord”, as 1914. The apostasy/”man of lawlessness”/”Gentiles”/”abomination” over God’s spiritual Temple is evident. When we perceive this, we are to flee. Remaining inside is a treacherous proposition. But as we know, the WT uses deceit to hold God’s Temple members and their companions, hostage to a lie. "To survive, we must keep our faith strong and loyally worship Jehovah with his organization...May each one of us stay close to Jehovah and move ahead with his organization"ws14 5/15 pp. 21-26 And may each one, "listen, obey, and be blessed" by following their regime, not to the structure God has already outlined within the anointed Body of Christ. Pearl Doxsey - First the "wall"...then the entire "Temple" 4womaninthewilderness
  6. Every anointed one should have an agenda to uphold Christ's truths. It is the driving force sourced in Holy Spirit. The battle of truth against lies may not appear to be "real", but it is a war fought on the spiritual battlefield. Every heart in the Watchtower must makes a decision in this battle; they either serve the Father and Christ whole-souled, or they chose to be loyal to men and their idol. Matt 22:37; Joel 3:14 "For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ." 2 Cor. 10:3-5 It doesn't stop until the "wheat" are completely gathered into the storehouse, which is where the railroad track comes to an end. Matt 3:12; 13:24-30; 13:40,41; Mal 3:1-6; Matt 13:42,43; Jer 23:29
  7. Alright already! I can see I loaded too much on you to figure out. By the way, what does the acronym WDS stand for again? If you ever want to check out the picture in the magazine it's from WT 11/1/89 p. 10 The mastermind at playing tricks/games on people, is Satan. Gen 3:4 - Then the serpent said to the woman, “You will not surely die. I'm not the one who says the WT is the "only game in town". "Hence, to be part of Jehovah’s organization means to be part of a people who seek, and receive, protection in God’s name." WT 98/9/1 "To survive, we must keep our faith strong and loyally worship Jehovah with his organization...May each one of us stay close to Jehovah and move ahead with his organization"ws14 5/15 pp. 21-26 Is this why?
  8. I’m glad you asked. I hadn’t looked at this WT picture for a long while, but then remembered that to be a true anagram, a valid word can be changed into another valid word, like “pat” can become “tap”. “Tups” is a word meaning, A ram. ‘tups were set free among the ewes for mating’ – sexual intercourse. It can also mean, Headbutt (someone) in a fight. This is the anagram, which can also be rearranged to say, “puts” – “Jest Puts Thru Daily” Or…it can read, “Jests (jokes) Put Thru Daily” In other words, Satan’s little jokes, like the glossary leaving out, of all things, general identities relating to Christ, pile up in the Watchtower. Interestingly, God’s people during the last days, are guilt of spiritual sexual “fornication”, by submitting to an idol, its image and a “false prophet”. The headbutting“ram” in Dan 8:3,4: Then I lifted my eyes and saw, and there, standing beside the river, was a ram which had two horns, and the two horns were high; but one was higher than the other, and the higher one came up last. 4 I saw the ram pushing westward, northward, and southward, so that no animal could withstand him; nor was there any that could deliver from his hand, but he did according to his will and became great. This is the false prophet/Harlot with two horns of Rev 13:11, that gives authority to the “Beast”/organization/elder body to overpower the anointed ones, with not only lies (jokes) but seducing them into spiritual “sexual immorality” by believing that an organization can bring one salvation. Idolatry. Rev 13:15 Armageddon is a war of words. Those who recognize this, can also see why the glossary's exclusions about Jesus, play a part in this war. 2 Cor 11:13-15 Whatever Satan devises in his realm is a counterfeit. Pearl Doxsey: “In this blog article, Obadiah reasons from the Bible, why the JW interpretation of Armageddon is wrong. It is, after all, only mentioned in two verses of Revelation, and in both verses, refers to it as a battle between the lies of Satan (Rev.16:13-16; 17:14), and the truths of Christ (Rev.19:11,15; Heb.4:12), with the messengers of each, battling for the hearts and minds of men (2Cor.10:3-5). There is no need to fear that God is a hypocrite and murderer. Regarding the impact of Armageddon on us as individuals, one only need to make a choice of which side one follows... lies or truths, light or darkness. The Bible proves that the only one who murders and destroys, is the Devil (John10:10; 8:44; Rev.9:11; Isa.33:1). Obadiah’s Blog – “Armageddon” Pearl Doxsey – “Who is the Destroyer”
  9. Even numbers lie. I did. It helps me see how easy it is for the sheep to be duped. It’s the seemingly insignificant things like the apparent oversights in jw org’s glossary that reveal the travesty when one “does the math”. Remember this marque from the 1989 Watchtower? Two movies are advertised. 1. “JEST TUPS” 2. “THRU DAILY” Neither one makes sense on their own, but obviously something is being said when both phrases are put together. Is it, “JEST TUPS THRU DAILY”? Or, should it read, “JEST PUTS THRU DAILY”? (edited my mispelling) Who is the moron, the one who sees the details of the travesty, or the one who lives within it? Appropriately, the rating is R.
  10. How many important documents have glossaries that explain the terms within them? True statements, but not everyone does that. Yes, forget listing the term, "Lamb of God" in the glossary, who IS truth, but send them through the confusing Watchtower maze which leads one away from the simplicity that is Christ. 2 Cor 11:3
  11. I can only find the one on jw org. Maybe I'm missing something. So what? The website is one of the busiest ones on the internet, isn't it? If it is bringing in people from all countries, shouldn't it be precise about who Jesus is? Even in this glossary that seems not to follow the general principle? If the Watchtower is all about truth, and Christ is truth, then these terms should be listed in harmony with the format being used: Jesus Michael Logos Lamb of God Son of God Word This is what it does include: Ashtoreth Astrologer Baal Beelzebub Chemosh Dagon Demons Devil Fortune-teller Idol; idolatry Leviathan Locusts Merodach Milcom Nephilim Pharoah Queen of Heaven Satan Sorcery Spiritism Spirit medium Tammuz Taraphim Wicked one Zeus The error of omission is a direct attack on the significance that Christ should play in our lives. Gen 3:15
  12. Did it ever occur to you that maybe Christ expects his servants to fulfill their obligation to speak truth? John 15:26; Rev 11:1-3
  13. Thank you. That was a great explanation, very much appreciated. Because of its size, it's pretty obvious it isn't anything like an index. Still, on the same "J" page, Flavius Josephus is one of a few other names that are listed; which aren't terms. "Satan" is listed under "S", which is also a name. So, it appears to be a prejudice move to leave out Michael and Jesus, which both have significant meanings just as "Satan" does.
  14. That’s right. Where in scripture does it say that the GB can place themselves in a higher position than any other anointed one in the organization, including every JW who are not anointed? Luke 22:24-27 I have no authority over anyone. How can someone on the outside exalt himself over those who refuse to acknowledge them? Do I disfellowship anyone? Do I mark them as spiritually “dead” Rev 13:15 What they practice, Jesus condemned. Matt 24:48-51 And all JWs who condone this practice, obey men and not Christ. 2 Cor 11:20; Acts 5:29 Since the Watchtower finally admits that Christendom is not the "anti-typical" Jerusalem, then, as I said here: ...every prophesy concerning God’s anointed people in the last days, takes place in-house. This means, Christendom is not the Harlot/false prophet of Rev 13:11. It also means that the “organization” which the Harlot directs, is not the UN. Rev 13:1 "For the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God; (Eph 2:20-22) and if it begins with us first, (the anointed ones) what will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel of God? 18 Now “If the righteous one is scarcely saved, Where will the ungodly and the sinner appear?” 1 Pet 4:17,18 "And I heard another voice from heaven saying, “Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues. 5 For her sins have reached to heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities. 6 Render to her just as she rendered to you, and repay her double according to her works; in the cup which she has mixed, mix double for her. 7 In the measure that she glorified herself and lived luxuriously, in the same measure give her torment and sorrow; for she says in her heart, ‘I sit as queen, and am no widow, and will not see sorrow.’ 8 Therefore her plagues will come in one day—death and mourning and famine. And she will be utterly burned with fire, for strong is the Lord God who judges her." Rev 18:4-8 It is regretful that you are so blind, Allen. We have strayed very far from the topic; yet, I refer back to the topic by saying those who put their faith in men and an earthly organization, which rules others by it's own laws and decrees, while holding the Bible in one hand, cannot hear what Jesus is telling them. “Why do you call me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ and do not do what I say? As for everyone who comes to me and hears my words and puts them into practice, I will show you what they are like. They are like a man building a house, who dug down deep and laid the foundation on rock. When a flood came, the torrent struck that house but could not shake it, because it was well built. But the one who hears my words and does not put them into practice is like a man who built a house on the ground without a foundation. The moment the torrent struck that house, it collapsed and its destruction was complete.” Luke 6:46-49 What did Christ say; to come to "Jehovah's organization", or did he say, "come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." Matt 11:28 The Watchtower calls such individuals who simply do what Jesus said, as apostates; who's faith is apparently "garbage and needs to be torn down." Rev 13:16,17
  15. I am not sure why you say I am exalting myself, when my words are in agreement with the early Watchtower quotes. Would you say those anointed at that time were exalting themselves? Those who have been given authority to disfellowship God’s anointed Temple members, judging them as “dead” for understanding the very words the Watchtower use to teach, are the ones who have exalted themselves by “sitting”/ruling over the Temple of God. 2 Thess 2:4; (1 Cor 3:16,17; Eph 2:19-22 It is fulfilled prophesy for the time of the end. Dan 8:11; Rev 13:1,6,7,11,14-15
