  1. Km 5/70 pp 3-6 - As Jehovah’s witnesses we are intensely interested in Revelation, for we recognize that since 1914 we have been living in the “Lord’s day.” "Don’t be so easily shaken or alarmed by those who say that the day of the Lord has already begun. Don’t believe them, even if they claim to have had a spiritual vision, a revelation, or a letter supposedly from us. 3 Don’t be fooled by what they say. For that day will not come until there is a great rebellion against God and the man of lawlessness is revealed—the one who brings destruction." 2 Thess 2:3,4 Contributed: The organization of JW’s say they are spirit directed and “Gods channel of communication”, which is a lie (2 Thessalonians 2:11-12). The anointed heart is where Gods spirit resides and directs (1 Cor 3:16), not the organization of JW’s. Not one scripture points to an organization of non-anointed men being spirit directed by God. Those who say they are appointed by Holy Spirit, such as an elder, are imposters of God’s people, and are the man of lawlessness (2 Timothy 3:13; 2 Thessalonians 2:4). The elders have been given authority by men of the governing body (Daniel 8:24), not by God, to act like a priest replacing not just the anointed, but also Jesus as the judge of the anointed; disfellowshipping anyone with a Bible trained conscience that refuses to be in subjection to them or the governing body (Revelation 13:15-17; John 16:2). King Jeroboam did just this in appointing his own priests outside of the Levites (1 Kings 13:33-34). This is what is called defiling Gods temple (1 Corinthians 3:17). Nobody is to act like a priest, or be a priest, except anointed ones ordained by God Himself. You might be saying to yourself, “but there aren’t enough anointed to help in the congregations, so we need elders to fill their role and shepherd the flock and act like priests.” The scriptures say the anointed priesthood today are the only ones allowed to act as priests, as they are the temple of God (2 Chronicles 23:6; 1 Cor 3:16; 1 Cor 6:19; 2 Cor 6:16; 1 Peter 2:5;9; Ephesians 2:20-22). They are to offer their bodies as a living sacrifice acceptable to God (Romans 12:1), no substitutions. It is not acceptable for any non-anointed man to attempt to fill the role of an anointed one (Ezekiel 44:6-9). Matter of fact, it is an abomination (Matthew 24:15; Daniel 11:31; Luke 21:24), a disgusting thing standing in the holy place, and when you see it you are to flee from it (1 Corinthians 10:14). Another common argument claimed is: “but the elders have always been there, this is my dad who’s an elder you’re talking about! God would have removed them if they weren’t approved by God because this is Gods organization!” Well, just because they’re family doesn’t mean they’re doing the right thing (Luke 12:52; Luke 14:26; Matthew 10:37; John 12:25), and God certainly isn’t going to clean this organization, as it is not Gods organization. Nothing clean can come out of something unclean (Job 14:4), so Jesus says to flee, not wait. This is why Jesus says “when you ‘see’ the disgusting thing standing in the holy place”, to flee. It takes spirit to perceive it as it’s been there all along, and if you are a JW, it’s most likely been a major part of your life. Everyone’s waking up and perceiving the idol of elders standing in the temple at a different time in their lives (Ephesians 5:14), and when you see it, it’s time to put on the armor of light (Romans 13:11-12) grab a new wineskin (Mark 2:22) and get out of there (Luke 21:20). So what is the organization of JW’s that is claiming to be spirit directed? It is where the man of lawlessness rules (2 Thessalonians 2:4; Revelation17:11), where the governing body deceives (Revelation 2:20), and where Satan’s throne is (Revelation 2:13; 9:11). It is the lie of 2 Thessalonians 2:11, a beast organization that has the spiritual nation of Israel trapped inside (Revelation 13:7-8). God allows Satan to be a deceiving spirit once again (1 Kings 22:22), so the anointed in that organization and the JW’s that rule over them believe the lie, that this is Gods spirit directed organization: “For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie” 2 Thessalonians 2:11 Why? Because they don’t have love for the truth: “Then they will be condemned for enjoying evil rather than believing the truth.”- 2 Thessalonians 2:12 Who is the Man of Lawlessness? Who is the Wild Beast?
  2. "Do not fret because of evildoers; do not be envious of doers of wickedness. 2 For like the grass they will dry up quickly, and like green vegetation they will wither. 3 Trust YHWH and do good. Abide in the land and feed on God’s faithfulness. 4 Take pleasure in YHWH as well, and he will give to you the requests of your heart. 5Commit to YHWH your way; Trust also on him and he will act. 6 Then he will bring forth your righteousness like the light, and your justice like the noonday. 7 Be quiet before YHWH and wait for him. Do not fret about one who succeeds in his way, about a man making evil plans. 8 Refrain from anger and forsake wrath. Do not fret; it only brings evil. 9 For evildoers will be cut off, but those who wait for YHWH— they will possess the land. 10 And yet a little while and the wicked will not be, and you will look carefully upon his place, but he will not be. 11 But the afflicted will possess the land, and they will take pleasure in an abundance of peace. 12 The wicked plans evil against the righteous, and gnashes at him with his teeth. 13 The Lord laughs at him, for he sees that his day is coming. 14 The wicked have drawn the sword and have bent their bow to throw down the poor and the needy, to kill those upright in their way. 15 Their sword will enter into their own heart, and their bows shall be broken. 16 The little belonging to the righteous is better than the wealth of many wicked. 17 For the arms of the wicked shall be broken, but YHWH supports the righteous. 18 YHWH knows the days of the blameless, and their inheritance will be forever. 19 They will not be put to shame in distressing times, and in the days of famine they will be satisfied. 20 But the wicked will perish, and the enemies of YHWH will be like the splendor of the pastures. They vanish; in smoke they vanish. 21 The wicked borrows and does not repay, but the righteous is gracious and gives. 22 For those blessed by him shall possess the land, but those cursed by him shall be cut off. 23 The steps of a man are established by YHWH, and he takes pleasure in his way. 24 Though he fall, he will not be cast headlong, for YHWH supports him with his hand. 25 I was a youth, but I am now old; yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken or his children begging for bread. 26 All the day he is gracious and lends, and his children are a blessing. 27 Turn aside from evil and do good and so abide forever. 28 For YHWH loves justice and will not forsake his faithful ones. They are protected forever. But the children of the wicked will be cut off. 29 The righteous will possess the land and abide in it forever. 30 The mouth of the righteous utters wisdom, and his tongue speaks justice. 31 The law of his God is in his heart. His steps will not slip. 32 The wicked watches for the righteous and seeks to kill him. 33 YHWH will not abandon him into his hand, and he will not let him be condemned when he is judged. 34 Wait for YHWH and keep his way, and he will exalt you to possess the land. When the wicked are cut off, you will see it. 35 I have seen the wicked acting violently and spreading himself out like a luxuriant native tree. 36 Then he passed on and behold, he was not. And I sought him, but he could not be found. 37 Observe the blameless and look at the upright, for there is a future for a man of peace. 38 But transgressors shall be destroyed altogether. The future of the wicked shall be cut off. 39 And the salvation of the righteous is from YHWH, their refuge in the time of trouble. 40 And YHWH helps them and he rescues them. He rescues them from the wicked and saves them, because they take refuge in him." Wormwood/False Prophet/Armageddon Elder Bloodguilt Jacob's Ladder
  3. How does truth turn in to a lie? It happens gradually by “adjusting” facets of it, bit by bit, drawing little attention to the change. Eventually, as time passes, it is good to go - to be packaged and sold as “truth”. Daily text, October 8, 2022: The body is one but has many members.—1 Cor. 12:12. What a privilege we have to be part of Jehovah’s congregation! We are in a spiritual paradise that is full of peaceful, happy people. What is your place in the congregation? The apostle Paul compared the congregation to the human body. He also compared the individuals in a congregation to parts of the body. (Rom. 12:4-8; 1 Cor. 12:12-27; Eph. 4:16) One lesson we can learn from Paul’s illustration is that each one of us has an important place in Jehovah’s family. Paul begins his illustration by saying: “Just as we have in one body many members, but the members do not all have the same function, so we, although many, are one body in union with Christ, but individually we are members belonging to one another.” (Rom. 12:4, 5) What was Paul’s point? Each one of us has a different role in the congregation, but each one of us is valuable. w 20/08/20 The Body of Christ is taught as including all JWs; but compare this to previous teachings: Questions from readers, 1964/8/1 = His body members are also anointed with Jehovah’s spirit at the time of their being begotten by Jehovah to be sons of God. They become members of the body of Christ, the Anointed One.—2 Cor. 1:21, 22. The same scriptures from 2 Cor. are found in the Daily Text, but this is saying all members of the Body of Christ are anointed. W 1956/1/15 55-56 - “Because there is one loaf, we, although many, are one body, for we are all partaking [eating] of that one loaf.” (1 Cor. 10:17, NW) To which body does Paul here refer by the words “one body”? Not to the personal, fleshly body of Jesus which is symbolized by the loaf of unleavened bread. No, but to the entire congregation of spiritual Israelites of which Jesus Christ is the spiritual Head. This congregation under him is later spoken of in this same letter of Paul as Christ’s body: “Now you are Christ’s body, and members individually. And God has set the respective ones in the congregation.”—1 Cor. 12:27, 28, NW. Again, another set of scriptures are repeated, but referring only to the anointed of “Israel”, not to all JWs.. Wt 1951/1/16 p. 60-61 “Memorial partakers must keep clearly in mind that they are “Christ’s body”, symbolized by the one loaf, and consequently they must keep unity as “one body”. We must have a “proper sense of the Body”, sensing our personal unity with the Head Jesus Christ. If we do not, then we will become spiritually “weak and sickly” and even be “sleeping in death”, as many of the Corinthians did back there.” The Body of Christ is the spiritual Temple of God. (John 2:19,21) Now that this has all changed, proper sense has flown out the window. Does this mean that all JWs will be partaking soon at your memorial? Does it mean you are all the Bride of Christ? (2 Cor 11:2) Does it mean that you are all priests in the spiritual Temple of God? (1 Pet 2:5,9; 1 Cor 3:16) Why has truth in the Watchtower about the anointed as the Body of Christ, been altered, fully changed into a lie? Why didn’t they leave well enough alone? If all JWs are considered the “Body of Christ” today, then selling their doctrine that all JWs comprise the Temple of God is easy, and it promotes the false doctrine that the “man of lawlessness”, who is found sitting in the temple of God” (2 Thess 2:4) is found in the world of politics; and it leaves room for Wt. to point to the persecution of JWs, received at the hands of political rulers. If the GB must promote a changed doctrine from what was true to what is false, we must ask WHY. This is why – “Now we request you, brethren, with regard to the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, 2 that you not be quickly shaken from your composure or be disturbed either by a spirit or a message or a letter as if from us, to the effect that the day of the Lord has come. (1914) 3 Let no one in any way deceive you, for it will not come unless the apostasy comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction, 4 who opposes and exalts himself above every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, displaying himself as being God.” The priests are “living stones” of God’s Temple. JWs not anointed, are not included. (1 Pet 2:5,9) Who has taken his seat in the Temple dwelling of God in the anointed ones? (1 Cor 3:16,17) The elder body who “represent the anointed priesthood”. Can any of you tell me a time in biblical history when the priesthood has been allowed by God to be subjugated by “foreigners” – those not anointed? Ezek 44:6-9 The gradual teachings where truth was evident but is now erased, was prophesied to happen in the last days. A “false prophet” and the organization it directs (the collective elder body as the "Beast") are demon inspired. (Rev 13:1,2,11,12) Wt.’s teachings have changed over the years; not one JW who has been in the organization for a number of years, can deny it. This gradual change is defined in Rev 16:13-16. It gives us the illustration of a tadpole turning into a frog through various stages, and we have the scriptural example of what “frogs” can mean – a plague. (Exod 8:1-4; Rev 6:8; 9:18) Ultimately, the teaching about the Body of Christ has changed to disguise the identity of the “man of lawlessness”. The elders “stand where they don’t belong”.(Mark 13:14) The scriptures CLEARLY show us the detrimental folly of replacing the priests of God. (Num 18:7) If you stay in the organization, you are playing with fire – the condemnation of the word of God. (Jer 23:29) While you are all worried about the “apostates” outside of the organization, your greatest worry, is being found among them in the organization. (2 Thess 2:8-12; Rev 18:4-8) Matt 24:15,16 - “Therefore when you see the abomination of desolation which was spoken of through Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place (let the reader understand), then those who are in Judea must flee to the mountains.” Check Wt’s Greek Interlinear and you will find that it is translated “having stood in place holy the one”. In order to add credence to a false doctrine, your Bible has it translated as, “standing in a holy place”. This makes it easy for your leaders to point to any church, any “holy place” they want, to say that is where the “man of lawlessness” is found, when all the while the elders have trampled the Temple priesthood. They have trampled down the sanctuary of God. (Dan 11:31,32,36; Rev 11:1,2) What is “the holy place”? The Bible defines it in Exod 28:43. Why haven’t they told you the same? Matt 24:24,25
  4. Contributed by "Joseph" If you are a JW and saw Jerusalem surrounded by encamped armies, and you knew Jesus command was to flee (Luke 21:20-21; Matthew 24:15), but the governing body were to tell you to stay, who would you listen to? Would you follow Jesus’ direction and flee, or would you disobey Jesus and listen to the governing body? This is the exact same scenario happening today inside your organization. Jerusalem, which is symbolic for the anointed (Revelation 21:2-3;9; Gal 4:26; 1 Corinthians 3:16; Ephesians 2:20-22; 1 Peter 2:5;9; 1 Cor 6:19; 2 Cor 6:16; Rev 5:10), are completely surrounded by encamped armies in the form of elders (Luke 19:43-44; Revelation 20:7-9; Daniel 11:10; Ezekiel 38:16). You might be saying to yourself, “That is preposterous! The anointed love it in this organization, the elders only help the anointed!” Well yes, and no. The majority of anointed love it in the organization because they are deceived, believing the organization is the “mountain of God” (Matthew 24:24; 1 John 2:26; Jer 5:31) but it is a total counterfeit mountain (Rev 17:8). Are the elders there to help the anointed? No. The elders are there as a police force to keep the governing body in power, a tool the governing body use to beat their fellow anointed into submission (Rev 13:15-16; 1 Cor 7:23; Romans 6:16; Matthew 24:48-49), that is all. Short and simple, the anointed were hemmed in by the enemy, and surrounded by an army of elders that stand in the temple acting like priests where they are not allowed (2 Thessalonians 2:4;8; Luke 19:43-45; 21:29; Daniel 12:11). Are you going to follow Jesus Christs command and flee for your life (Matthew 24:15; 1 Cor 10:14; Ezekiel 36:8), or are you going to disobey Jesus Christ and listen to the governing body, and stay? The choice is yours. Where to Flee The Disgusting Thing The Purpose of the Anointed
  5. The path in the drawing below, which supposedly represents the path to “paradise”, appears to allow for “new light”, or “adjustments” (a more favored word lately), indicated by the sharp turns along the way. The eye of the individual may be looking straight ahead toward the end of the valley, but the path that lies before him will determinedly lead the person in other directions, diverting his focus away from the valley’s end. (Job 23:11; Prov 14:12; 2 Cor 6:3; Phil 4:8) How wearisome for the traveler to obediently remain on a path that defies all scriptural understanding of what following in the footsteps of Jesus means for us; a narrow, straight path which does not deviate from the Word of God, the teachings of Christ. (Ps 16:11;119:105; Mark 1:3; John 8:12; 10:27; Matt 7:13-14; John 14:6) When hiking a nature trail, we may stop at a switchback to catch our breath and enjoy a sip of water before going forward on the journey. On more developed paths, a bench may be found, providing a time for reflection, nourishment, and rest. One can also choose at that point to turn around if the path seems too dangerous or strenuous to continue. Anyone walking the organization’s “path” could and should take advantage of these moments of “adjustments”, and reflect on the governing leaders’ doctrine, as indicated in my mind by those sharp turns in the illustration. One seeking to please God, would reason on whether the adjustments are true or false; whether these leaders continue to base their teachings on the “empty philosophy” of men, or on the Word of God. (Prov 11:3; Matt 15:7-9; Acts 17:11; Col 2:8,22; 1 Thess 2:13; 2 Pet 1:19-21; 2 Tim 3:16) Through earnest prayers to know truth, many of us have been granted eyes that see and ears that hear the truth in God’s Word. (Isa 42:16) We can perceive a lie spoken by the governing leaders when we hear it. We realize that the organization’s ‘way to paradise’ boldly and deceptively challenges the teachings of Jesus Christ. (Prov 4:10-15,25-27; 10:17; John 8:31; Matt 24:24,25; 2 Pet 2:1-3; Heb 3:7-11) We have chosen to step off this confusing trail that leads one only further down the endless path of darkness and death; and we have accepted the light of refinement through the spirit of Christ, showing us the way to eternal life and authentic peace (Prov 3:6; 4:18-22; 22:5; Ps 1:1-2,6; John 8:12; Acts 26:18; 1 Cor 14:33; Eph 5:8-9; Rev 3:18) Our lives are totally dependent upon God's spirit (Ps. 104:29; Rev 4:11). Many who claim to be of God, have forgotten this. They do not realize, that without God's spirit, they are dead. To awaken from this lukewarm condition, is to see the truth. For some, this "awakening to truth" will vindicate the life they chose. For others, it will expose their shameful nakedness. (Rev 20:12,13;6:8; Dan 12:2; John 5:26-29; Matt 25:46; Ezek 37:11-12) "Eye Salve" - Humility, Repentance 2 Tim 2:15 – “Make every effort to present yourself approved to God, a worker having no need to be ashamed, guiding the word of truth along a straight path.” One of the Wt. study magazines clarifies the Greek word orthotomeō as meaning, “to cut a path in a straight direction”. It uses the example of a farmer plowing a straight furrow across a field. The magazine states, “A crooked row would certainly prove to be an embarrassment to a seasoned farmer. To be ‘a workman with nothing to be ashamed of,’ Timothy was reminded that no deviation from the true teachings of God’s Word would be allowed.” (03/11/15, p. 10-11) It explains that Timothy’s “personal views” would have no part in shaping his teachings; and “worldly philosophy” would have no part in directing the minds of “honest hearted individuals” today. (Ps 17:4; 119:35; Prov 2:10-15; Isa 2:43; 2 Tim 4:2-4; Col 2:4,8) Are any of these good points put into practice by the organization? The list “Beliefs Clarified” gives insight to only a selection of “adjustments” that have been made over the organization’s history. Each one incorporates the empty deceit of men – ideas not sourced in the spirit of Christ. If these teachings were blessed by Holy Spirit, if they held true to God’s Word, would there have been a list to begin with? (Ezek 13:9; Jer 23:16; Matt 7:15-20; 1 John 4:1) Yet, millions of JWs seem pleased with it, viewing it as evidence of the blessing of “new light”. (Isa 5:20; Jer 5:30-31;Isa 8:19-22; 50:10-11; Rev 22:14-15) They willingly and obediently remain dedicated to the “way” that accommodates future doctrine of men, sure to be revealed at the next crook in the path. (Deut 32:5; Isa 59:9-10; Isa 48:17-18;Jer 6:16; 2 Thess 2:12) Do the teachers who falsely promise peace to one who obeys the “delusions of their own mind”, experience any embarrassment for their inability to lead JWs on a straight path of truth? (Jer 6:10,13-15; 14:13-15; Micah 2:11; Ps 52:7; Isa 44:20; 47:10; 1 Thess 5:3) “As shameful conduct is pleasure for a fool, so wisdom is for a person of understanding.” Prov 10:23 “My son, if you accept my words and store up my commands within you, 2 turning your ear to wisdom and applying your heart to understanding— 3 indeed, if you call out for insight and cry aloud for understanding, 4 and if you look for it as for silver and search for it as for hidden treasure, 5 then you will understand the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God. 6 For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding. 7 He holds success in store for the upright, he is a shield to those whose walk is blameless, 8 for he guards the course of the just and protects the way of his faithful ones. 9 Then you will understand what is right and just and fair—every good path. 10 For wisdom will enter your heart, and knowledge will be pleasant to your soul. 11 Discretion will protect you, and understanding will guard you. 12 Wisdom will save you from the ways of wicked men, from men whose words are perverse, 13 who have left the straight paths to walk in dark ways, 14 who delight in doing wrong and rejoice in the perverseness of evil, 15 whose paths are crooked and who are devious in their ways.” Prov 2:1-15
  6. 2 Tim 4:3-4;3:16-17, God's Word Translation: A time will come when people will not listen to accurate teachings. Instead, they will follow their own desires and surround themselves with teachers who tell them what they want to hear. People will refuse to listen to the truth and turn to myths. Every Scripture passage is inspired by God. All of them are useful for teaching, pointing out errors, correcting people, and training them for a life that has God’s approval. They equip God’s servants so that they are completely prepared to do good things.
  7. Peter, please reason on this. Matt 11:23 - “And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted unto heaven, shalt be brought down to hell: for if the mighty works, which have been done in thee, had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day.” “hell” – Strong’s G86 - ᾅδου ᾅδηςhadēs – hades “hades” - adou hadou G86 n_ Gen Sg m OF-UN-PERCEIVED unseen It is derived from - ἄλφα (G1) (as negative particle, [such as “un”/meaning “not”]) and εἴδω (G1492) The meaning of εἴδω (G1492) – I.o see A. to perceive with the eyes B. to perceive by any of the senses C. to perceive, notice, discern, discover D. to see i.i.e. to turn the eyes, the mind, the attention to anything ii.to pay attention, observe iii.to see about something a. i.e. to ascertain what must be done about it iv.to inspect, examine v.to look at, behold E. to experience any state or condition F. to see i.e. have an interview with, to visit II.to know . to know of anything A. to know, i.e. get knowledge of, understand, perceive .of any fact i.the force and meaning of something which has definite meaning ii.to know how, to be skilled in B. to have regard for one, cherish, pay attention to (1Th. 5:12) https://www.blueletterbible.org/lexicon/g1492/kjv/tr/0-1/ “Hades” means the opposite of knowing, of perceiving, of having knowledge. So, if you are saying that it doesn’t mean “not perceiving”, then by telling me it is all… ...you are blaspheming the words spoken by Jesus Christ. Jesus, in turn, condemns those who do not accept his words, but choose the words of uninspired men/GB, instead. Is that really where you want to be found, Peter? What they tell you and expect you to swallow down without proof, leads to condemnation in this life if you reject their doctrine. However, Jesus tells us, "Don’t fear those who kill the body but are not able to kill the soul; rather, fear him who is able to destroy both soul and body in"...hell? No. That word accurately translates as "gehenna", which is condemnation by fire, signified by the word of God. Jer 23:29; Matt 10:28 “But I tell you that everyone will have to give account on the day of judgment for every empty word they have spoken. 37 For by your words you will be acquitted, and by your words you will be condemned.” Matt 12:36,37
  8. Contributed by "Joseph" The meaning of HADES = not perceiving; not being aware or conscious of (something); or come to realize or understand. This means that you can be alive while in Hades, but you are unable to perceive the meaning of scriptures, being in spiritual darkness. You may have been taught that Hades was the common grave, or a place of eternal torment, but according to the Bible, Hades is a state of not perceiving. Straight from the Greek interlinear, Matthew 11:23: https://www.scripture4all.org/OnlineInterlinear/NTpdf/mat11.pdf adou hadou = hades G86 n_ Gen Sg m OF-UN-PERCEIVED unseen Jesus spoke about this state of Hades to those outside who could not understand the parables he would teach with: “And he said to them, “To you has been given the secret of the kingdom of God, but for those outside everything is in parables, so that “they may indeed see but not perceive, and may indeed hear but not understand, lest they should turn and be forgiven.” Mark 4:11-12 The wise and learned who rely on idols and manmade organizations cannot understand these parables, as the meanings are hidden from them: “At that time Jesus said, “I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children.” Matthew 11:25 Because it is Jesus who opens the minds: “Then he opened their minds so they could understand the Scriptures.” Luke 24:45 and opens hearts to understand: “One who heard us was a woman named Lydia, from the city of Thyatira, a seller of purple goods, who was a worshiper of God. The Lord opened her heart to pay attention to what was said by Paul.” Acts 16:14 “Open my eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of your law” Psalms 19:18 “And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding, so that we may know him who is true; and we are in him who is true, in his Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life.” 1 John 5:20 Hades = not perceiving What is Sheol/Hades?
  9. “Benefactor” from the dictionary – someone or something that provides help or an advantage a person who helps people or institutions (especially with financial help) Can the “governors” of the organization be considered its benefactors? Well, they have the “colossal task” of overseeing the “preaching work”, providing a “steady supply of timely spiritual food”, and “managing the financial needs” of the organization. They may not be the literal source of providing financial help, but they certainly are experts at fundraising and begging. (2 Cor 2:17; Rom 12:17) Do the scriptures give us a setting that can be applied to the governing leaders as the organization’s benefactors? Now there was also a dispute among them, as to which of them should be considered the greatest. And He said to them, “The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them, and those who exercise authority over them are called ‘benefactors.’ Luke 22:24,25 These “Gentiles”, who reside with the anointed of “Israel”, can be defined by the Wt. – W12 2/1 pp. 8-9 - “With God’s backing, millions from all nations, tribes, and tongues are gathering together to form a harmonious, loving brotherhood." (Heb 12:15; Rev. 8:10-11; 17:15) Who are the “kings” (defined also as “princes”) who must be obeyed by all JWs from all nations? It would be those who are said to “represent” the anointed priests/kings of “Israel”, which is the entire Body of Elders. (1 Pet 2:5,9) (see the magazine study article 2002/8/1 p. 9,10; par. 18,20) This elder body, whose members are called “princes” by the organization, is in submission to the governing leaders or “benefactors” who oversee all aspects of the “kings’” duties. “Benefactor” in Greek, means a title of honor on a “worker of good”. Other translations use the terms, “very important”, “friends of the people”. The Worldwide English translates the benefactors as, “those who rule have given themselves a good name”. That would include the title of “faithful and discreet slave”, wouldn’t it? It is a title self-bestowed before Jesus returns to tell his servants whom he has chosen as the faithful slave providing food “at the proper time”. (Matt 24:45; 25:23; Luke 17:10) In various translations, Mark 10:42 calls these men, “great ones”, “tyrants”, who exercise their “absolute authority”. The hierarchy of organization rule outlined by Jesus in Luke chapter 22, is not something to emulate, but to avoid. Jesus said, “It is not to be like that among you. On the contrary, whoever is greatest among you should become like the youngest, and whoever leads, like the one serving. For who is greater, the one at the table or the one serving? Isn’t it the one at the table? But I am among you as the one who serves.” Luke 22:27 Mark 10:45 - “For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” Have the organization’s leaders positioned themselves higher than all other anointed members of Christ, as well as Jesus Christ himself? Yes. Serving these benefactors is expected by JWs, in exchange for their ‘hard work’ of providing spiritual food and tending to the organization’s needs. The anointed and all JWs serve the eight men in charge, through promoting their doctrine and fully submitting to their instructions and guidance; even if these men “err in doctrinal matters or in organizational direction.” (Prov 23:1-3; 1 John 4:1; Re13:16-17; Rom 6:16; Titus 1:7-11; Col 2:8; Matt 7:18-20) In no manner of speaking are the “benefactors” found “among” the anointed, as Jesus said he is, in Luke 22:27. They are exalted over them, and secluded from them. (Matt 24:24,26; 1 Cor 7:23; 1 John 2:19) Both physically and spiritually, this group of men sit as heads at the organizational table, ruling over their anointed brothers in Christ, and defying Jesus’ position as Master and High Priest, over all his authentic “kings of the earth”. (Dan 11:27; Rev 13:11,12; Matt 24:48-49) (Heb 3:1; 8:1; Rev 1:5; 5:9,10) The early high priest was the spiritual leader of the people. The entire responsibility of the temple service was in his oversight. (Exod 28:1; Num 18:7; 2 Chron 19:11; Num 27:21) Today’s spiritual temple is comprised of “living stones” in the anointed priesthood. Jesus, our High Priest, is to provide direction and have full authority over his priests - a temple built on his spiritual body. (John 2:19-21; 1Pet 2:5,9; 1 Cor 3:16; 6:19-21; Eph 2:20-22) Yet, in the presence of idolatry, the truth of God’s word that this spiritual temple would otherwise provide through the unity of its “living stones” (1 John 2:27; John 15:4)… …has been thrown down, trampled, and scattered by those who rule over them. It has been abandoned in the organization, with an “inspired” idol taking its place in the hearts of God’s holy people, where only His Spirit should dwell. (Deut 30:17-18;13:12-15; 9:16-17; Dan 8:9-13; Luke 19:44; Deut 28:58,64; Zech 7:13,14; 1 Tim 4:1; Rom 1:25; Rev 13:4,15) Do you see a dichotomy revealed, as the ‘governors’ assume position as spiritual leaders over all JWs, and especially the anointed under Jesus Christ? Their only concern is the organizational temple substitute; thus, they assume the role as “high priest” of their temple/idol. On the other hand, this also identifies them as the wicked house steward over God’s spiritual temple, who neglects the duties of steward over God’s House. (Luke 12:42,45) Jesus said no one can serve two masters, so to be successful stewards of their organization/idol, they must “hate” the house that God established on His Son. (Matt 6:24; Eph 2:20-22) Jesus is mentioned only as one who gains respect, by all JWs giving obedience to the benefactors; the tyrants who have convinced the anointed to obey their new master, along with the “Gentile” counterfeit priests who have been given authority over them. (Col 2:18-22) Recently, an elder here told me that their judgment for disfellowshipping is based not on one’s conscience, but solely on obedience; and of course, that would obedience to the organization and its doctrines. This setup and dual rulership, practices exactly as Jesus warned his disciples to avoid… “It is not to be like that among you” And Jesus once again reveals the scenario we read in Luke 22:24, that does gain a strong foothold in the last days. By illustrative, descriptive signs in the book of Revelation, we learn from John’s visions that both ruling authorities over those of the “nations” of JWs and God’s holy people, are referred to as “Beasts”. Each one has been granted by the “dragon” the ability to “exercise authority”: The “kings of the Gentiles”, as the elders and backbone of the organization who are allowed to “exercise authority” over God’s holy people – Rev 13:1,2,5,7. It is called the Wild Beast from the Sea. (Isa 57:20) And the “benefactors” as false prophets, who “exercise authority” on behalf of the Wild Beast by managing the “kings of the Gentiles”/Body of Elders/Beast from the Sea. - Rev 13:11,12 The false prophet/fallen anointed star, shares her religious authority with the Beast/locust-scorpions (Rev. 13:12; 19:20; 9:3,7,10),… …so that the Beast is empowered to persecute the faithful priest Holy Ones, for her (Rev 13:7; 2 Chron 13:9; Ezek 44:6-9). This Idolatrous Image of the Beast is the "disgusting thing standing in a Holy Place" that Jesus referred to, at Mark 13:14; Dan 11:31; 8:11; Jer 7:30 and 2 Thess 2:4. It "tramples" (persecutes) the Holy Ones right within the Temple (Rev 11:2; 2 Thess 2:4) under the direction of the two-horned False Prophet/Wormwood/Fallen Star over the Abyss. Yet this whole arrangement, is under Satan (Rev 9:1,11; 13:2,4; Luke 22:31) Last World Power Over the Chosen Ones Satan has used similar tactics woven through the scriptures to mislead God’s people into idolatry (2 Kings 16:2,3; 2 Chron 28:22-25) As other nations with their various gods challenged the faith of God’s people in the past, it is in the last days before the Kingdom arrives that Satan’s previous ideas are paired with the use of magnified deceit against the members of Christ’s body. (Matt 24:4,5,23-26; Rom 16:17-18; 2 Tim 3:5-9; 2 Cor 11:3,4,13; Col 2:8; Eph 5:6; Rev 13:10) Deceit is the required tool that the Beasts have been given, to collect and lead the anointed into servitude, better said as slavery, to the idol. (Matt 24:4-5,24-25;2 Thess 2:3; Rev 13:14,18; 16:13-16; 20:7-9) I was reading about Dagon, the god of the Philistines, a people who were a primary enemy of the Jews and whose major impact influenced the naming of “Palestine”, a word derived from the Philistines. The Phoenicians, who were called “people of the sea”, were among the first to raise up the idol, Dagon. Later down the line, the tribe of Philistines also called “sea people”, built a temple for the idol. Goliath, whom young David slayed, was a Philistine. Throughout the history of the many facets of Dagon, it is said to have been either a god of grain (fertility of the land), a fish god, or a god of clouds and rain and the father of the storm god, Baal. As most idols did, these two required the sacrifice of children. When Eli was high priest of Israel, war was raging between Israel and the Philistines. God had previously told Eli that his descendants would not thrive because of his weak attitude toward the wicked behavior of his two sons, who were also priests. His unfaithfulness toward God’s decrees brought disgrace on him, as well as the nation of Israel. (1 Sam 2:27-31) His corrupt priestly sons are described as idolaters and fornicators who “did not know the Lord”. (1 Sam 2:12) The account of their sacrifices offered for the people, shows an abhorrent lack of righteousness practiced before God. (1 Sam 2:17) After an initial defeat by the Philistines, and under no direction from God, Israel considered taking the ark of the covenant into battle. Eli’s sons Hophni and Phineas rashly removed it from the tabernacle and took it to the battlefield. Having already transgressed the laws of God held within the ark, of which signified His sacred presence in Spirit among His people, Eli’s sons put faith in the literal ark itself, more so as a talisman or idol to bring them to victory. Because of its sins, Israel was defeated by the Philistines and suffered the loss of 30,000, including the lives of Eli’s sons. (1 Sam 4:1-11) When Eli had heard that the ark had been stolen, he too fell over and died. (1 Sam 4:18) The Philistines carted the ark away to their temple, and set the chest alongside their god, Dagon. (1 Sam 5:1,2; Exod 20:23; Ps 135:15-18; Isa 45:20) The ark of the covenant, or ark of the “testimony” which held the laws of God given to Moses, was built by Moses according to the heavenly “pattern” shown to him on the mountain. (Ex. 25:10-22; Heb 8:5) “And they shall make an ark of acacia wood; two and a half cubits shall be its length (3.75 feet or 1.1 meters), a cubit and a half its width (2.25 feet or 0.7 meters), and a cubit and a half its height (2.25 feet or 0.7 meters). And you shall overlay it with pure gold, inside and out you shall overlay it, and shall make on it a molding of gold all around.” (Exod 25:10-11) Considering the size of the ark, it is likely that Dagon, an image portrayed at times as half man and half fish, towered over the ark. Nonetheless, Dagon was unable to stand in the presence of the Spirit of God. Twice, the idol fell face forward over two consecutive nights, with the last night’s fall breaking off its head and hands. When this happened the scriptures state, “only the torso of Dagon was left”. (1 Sam 5:3-5) The Philistines’ intention was to mock the power of God by placing the ark alongside Dagon; instead, God proved that the seeming divinity of Dagon was powerless; a lifeless idol made of “wood and stone”. (Psalm 115:4-7; Isa 40:18-20) When I perceive this idol set “alongside” God’s presence in Spirit represented by the ark, I see a parallel happening with today’s Beast/“man of lawlessness”; only the situation is much worse than any idolatry, or war, that God’s people faced in the past. This spirit-breathed “living” Beast rises out of the symbolic sea with one purpose, to “make war” with the saints by blaspheming, mocking, the sanctuary of God. (Rev 13:1,2,5,7,15) It is the culmination of the war of Armageddon, the last war against God’s “kings of the earth” before the Kingdom arrives. (Rev 16:13-16; 20:7-9) God’s priests are to remember and preserve the His laws in Christ, that were put into their minds, and “written on their hearts” upon the anointing. (Deut 6:4-6,8; Heb 8:10) Instead, they have accepted and bear the mark of the Beast, on their forehead and hands; evident in their actions and ‘imprinted’ beliefs and pursuits, geared to the false prophet’s teachings handed down to all by the elder body. (Deut 11:18; Zech 7:11-12; Rev 13:16-17; Luke 6:45) It is said that the god Dagon brought gifts of information to the people. He taught them how to till the soil, providing them with the first plough for mankind. It seems to me that the elder body viewed as “gifts in men” (stolen from the message in Eph 4:4-13 regarding the anointed under Christ) is teaching JWs how to “till” the soil of their hearts to make them receptive to the governors information based on lies. How so? Under the power of this Beast, truth is tilled under, hearts are hardened by the absence of the living water from Jesus; and through the development of fallow “ground”, lies/weeds take firm hold in the minds and hearts of the anointed. (Hos 10:12; Jer 4:3; Luke 8:11,12,14,15; John 7:38; Eph 4:18; John 12:40; Heb 4:12) In all aspects - mentally, spiritually, and through its ability to exercise authority over the anointed - this disgusting Beast has managed to stand in the “holy place”, where it does not belong, in the Temple/dwelling of God. (Matt 24:15,16; Mark 13:14; 2 Thess 2:3,4; 1 Cor 3:16,17) The laws written on the hearts of God’s people have been challenged and dismissed, by the “laws”/doctrines of men. (Mark 7:6-7) However, as was the fate of Dagon, so also will be the fate of the Beast/”mountainlike organization”. (Zech 4:4-7) As we read of Dagon’s fatal fall, the idol lost his head and hands. (1 Sam 5:4) Its worshipers bore the “mark” of Dagon, which ruled all aspects of their lives, to the point of sacrificing their children in its honor. But without those vital parts that exercised authority through its teachings and activities, it became useless and humiliated. It took seven months for the ark of the covenant to be returned to Jerusalem, for the laws of God to be restored to His people. Along the journey home, many fell ill and were terrified at its presence among them. (1 Sam 6:8-12) For those who dare approach and open the ark, they were killed. “Who is able to stand in the presence of the Lord this holy God?”, they cried. 1 Sam 6:19-20 The Beast and those JWs who are presently crying out, “Who is like the beast, and who is able to wage war against it?”, will be awestruck before the power of the Almighty God when they will cry out the same words as spoken long ago. (Rev 13:4; 17:8) “Then the kings of the earth, the nobles, the generals, the rich, the powerful, and every slave and free person hid in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains. 16 And they said to the mountains and to the rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of the one seated on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb, 17 because the great day of their wrath has come! And who is able to stand?” Rev 6:15-17 A small, anointed remnant of God’s dwelling in Spirit have removed the Beast’s mark through their cleansing testimony of Christ (Rev 3:17-20; Eph 5:6-14; John 16:2; Rev 11:3,7; 13:15; 12:10-11) Yet the war of truth against lies, continues to be waged against the governing leaders and her idol, until it is brought down. Soon, the towering Beast and its demanding mark on all JWs (Rev 13:16), will be falling flat on its face; humiliated by the Father when the man of lawlessness is brought to nothing by the breath, the spirit, of Jesus Christ at his coming. (2 Thess 2:3,4,7,8; Rev 19:20; 20:10; 14:9-11; 12:7-8) “When you go out to war against your enemies and see horses, chariots, and an army larger than yours, do not be afraid of them, for the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, is with you. 2 When you are about to engage in battle, the priest is to come forward and address the army. 3 He is to say to them, ‘Listen, Israel: Today you are about to engage in battle with your enemies. Do not be cowardly. Do not be afraid, alarmed, or terrified because of them. 4 For the Lord your God is the one who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to give you victory." Deut 20:1-4 “Then I saw another angel flying high overhead, with the eternal gospel to announce to the inhabitants of the earth—to every nation, tribe, language, and people. 7 He spoke with a loud voice: “Fear God and give Him glory, because the hour of His judgment has come. Worship the one who made heaven and earth, the sea and the springs of water.” Rev 14:6,7 An Accounting with the Master
  10. "Shortly, within our twentieth century, [ 20th century] the "battle in the day of Jehovah" will begin against the modern antitype of Jerusalem, Christendom." (The Nations Shall Know That I Am Jehovah; 1971; 2nd ed.; p. 216) This book can be downloaded on the website. It notes “Last updated 2019-11-01”. Did the writing department suffer another unintended typo? Does it now say, "Shortly, within our day"? I haven't looked. “And if the wicked system of this world survived until the turn of the century (the year 2000), which is highly improbable in view of world trends and the fulfillment of Bible prophecy, there would still be survivors of the World War I generation. However, the fact that their number is dwindling is one more indication that "the conclusion of the system of things" is moving fast toward its end.” (Wt 10/15/1980, p. 31)
  11. Looking at another side of folly... You’ll not find this quote on the JW “online library”. Not even the year. “The Hand of Jehovah Was With Them” "The apostle Paul was spearheading the Christian missionary activity. He was also laying a foundation for a work that would be completed in our 20th century." (Wt. 1/1, 1989, p. 12) The bound volume changed "20th century" to "day". Here is the cover-up! “The apostle Paul was spearheading the Christian missionary activity. He was also laying a foundation for a work that would be completed in our day. Paragraph 8 https://wol.jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/1989002 Isa 29:15 – “Woe to those who go to great lengths to hide their plans from the LORD. They do their works in the dark, and say, “Who sees us? Who knows us? ” Wow, they did go to great lengths to hide their coverup from JWs. According to the scripture, they even believe they are hiding their lie from God himself. “For everyone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his works should be exposed.” John 3:20 “Without a doubt, Jehovah is guiding and generously blessing his organization today”. w19 November pp. 20-25 “ So God guided the leadership in 1989 to make a false prediction, that the leaders later covered up, instead of apologizing for. Sure, they can get away with it among JWs, but do they believe they can double-cross the Almighty Father with another lie? Without a doubt, God abhors a lie. Prov 12:22 “God is not a man, that He would lie, Nor a son of man, that He would change His mind; Has He said, and will He not do it? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?” Num 23:19 Since God does not guide an anointed one to teach a lie; one that He has chosen and expects that person to remain in truth with Christ (John 15:16), then who really is “guiding and blessing” the organization? Matt 24:24,25; Luke 4:5-7; 1 Tim 4:1; Rev 13:11,12; 16:13-16 God would never include liars and their lies, to "work together for good" and for His purpose.
  12. The boldness displayed by the governing body to publish and extol their list of "Beliefs Clarified", as if it brings JWs closer to "truth", reminds me of Proverbs 13:16 - "Every prudent man acts with knowledge, but a fool flaunts his folly."
  13. Part of the quote was left out to make the connection: Such "trees" have hindered the operation of Holy Spirit within them (Eph.4:30; 1Thess.5:19; Acts7:51; Matt.7:19; Jer.48:13) by overconfidence in themselves or others.
  14. We are told by the organization’s leadership that the running list of accumulated adjustments in teachings since 1870, shows evidence of three vital factors at work, which somehow prove that the leadership is directed in the same way as the early apostles. These three factors are - #1 - Holy Spirit #2 - angelic assistance #3 - reliance on the scriptures They state that since Jesus knew “first hand” that these three factors “helped him take the lead” when on earth, he has provided the governing leaders with the same assistance. In my heart, I feel this statement is an appalling defamation against the power, authority, and wisdom of Christ in their attempt to substantiate their decision to “take the lead” over God’s anointed in the organization. (Luke 22:24; Mark 10:42-45; John 5:41-43; Rom 12:16; 1 Cor 4:6; Phil 2:3-6; Matt 24:48-51) Please let these scriptures speak, few among many, addressing the authority and power of Jesus Christ; while also remembering that the “governors” are by their own admittance, not inspired by Holy Spirit. (Isa 11:2; Matt 17:1-5; 2 Pet 1:17; John 1:1-4,14; 16:33; 18:37; 1 Pet 3:18; Col 2:2-3) They are in essence, denying their anointing, which is the divine pouring out of Holy Spirit into one’s heart, becoming spiritual members of Christ’s body. (Rom 8:9,11;1 John 2:27; Gal 4:6; 2 Cor 13:5; 1 Cor 11:29; Col 2:18-19) Despite obvious proof in the list of failures itself, where each replaced doctrine was once blasphemously called “truth” coming from God…(Num 23:19; Mark 7:7; 2 John 1:9; Heb 6:18; Gal 1:6-9; Col 1:10) …despite this, the leaders continue to assure the JW, that their teachings are “not by human wisdom, but with wisdom taught by the spirit.” (1 Cor 2:13). “However, the wisdom that comes from above is first of all pure, then peaceable, gentle, and considerate, full of mercy and good fruits, without any trace of partiality or hypocrisy”. James 3:17 If God does not lie, and if Jesus is the Way of Truth, we should ask ourselves which spirit of “wisdom” would inspire someone to call a false teaching, “the truth”. (John 14:6;7:18) (Gen 3:3-5; Isa 5:20-21;29:13-16; Rom 1:18; 1 Cor 2:6; 1 Tim 4:1) I have mentioned this list a few times in the past. Knowing that JWs accept its obvious failures as apparent evidence of “new light”- or as they say, the revealing of the “deep things of God” - is troubling enough; yet, I find it equally disturbing how in the same breath, the leaders over the years, have compared themselves on equal footing with Moses; and by evidence made here, to Jesus, and to the apostles. (Ps 92:5-6; Rom 12:3; 15:18-19; 1 Cor 2:4; 2 Cor 12:9; Eph 1:3-6,19) We find no long list of adjustments in God’s inspired Word. We have no book in the Bible that could remotely be compared to their “beliefs clarified”; where erroneous teachings devoid of any light of truth, are stacked precariously high, like wooden blocks in a game of chance. (Prov 2:11-14; John 3:19-20) What the apostles wrote has stayed with us throughout the millenniums. But these men, in their lack of divine inspiration and progression in the wisdom of Christ, have failed to produce not even one book as a primary teaching tool since the organization’s inception. However, their ambition has not been deterred from establishing their spiritual authority at the same level or above, that of the apostles. (Ps 82:5-7; 2 Thess 2:1-2; Rev 2:2) They declare to possess the same powerful gift of teaching as the twelve men Jesus chose to set the foundation of the spiritual house of God. (John 2:19-21; Matt 16:18-19;Matt 10:1; Acts 1:8; 2:43; 5:12-16; 2 Cor 12:12; 1 Thess 1:5; 1 Cor 3:10-11; Eph 2:20-21) They boldly claim to be sent by God to teach us in the truthful doctrine of Jesus Christ. (Deut 18:21-22; Jer 28:15; Isa 8:20; Matt 24:45,48-51; 2 Cor 11:1-4; 2 Tim 4:3,4; 1 John 4:1,5-6; Rev 2:20; 13:11-12) …an anointed one's progress in the knowledge of God relies upon that person's progressive development of intimacy, faith, and trust in God's spirit (Eph 1:19; 1 Pet 1:17,21; Rom 12:6) This requires experience with that spirit, as we learn to completely rely upon it as young children would, and progress in our imitation of Christ (Eph 4:20,21,13; Matt 18:3; 2 Cor 3:4,5; Ps 78:7; Prov 22:19; Jer 17:7; 2 Thess 3:5; James 1:3-5; Phil 1:6; 1 Pet 5:10) Those who resist such a reliance due to a lack of Faith, will not progress. These are the ones Christ referred to as trees with "unripe figs" who do not bring anything to perfection, and will be abandoned up the coming wrath if they do not repent (Luke 8:14; Heb 8:14; Heb 12:2; Rev 6:13; Jer 24:3,5,8,17; Matt 7:16) Such "trees" have hindered the operation of Holy Spirit within them (Eph 4:30; 1 Thess 5:19; Acts 7:51; Matt 7:19; Jer 48:13) Holy Spirit at Work, "Token" “overconfidence in themselves”– “Woe to those who consider themselves wise and judge themselves clever.” Isa 5:21 “For false messiahs and false prophets will rise up and perform great signs and wonders so as to deceive, if possible, even God’s chosen ones. See, I have warned you about this ahead of time.” Matt 24:24,25 This warning has come true. The “day” of the reign of false prophets over “Israel”, is here. The chosen/”elect” ones are the anointed of spiritual Israel, residing among JWs in the organization. (Rom 9:6; 2:28-29) Many of us coming out of the organization searching for truth, will fully admit to once being deceived by its leaders’ doctrine – a flood of lies originating with the father of the lie. (Ps 124:1-8; 2 Tim 2:26) Satan has demanded to “sift as wheat” the “remaining ones of the woman’s seed”, and God allows this deceitful test by Satan, to come upon them. (Luke 22:31; Jer 9:8,13-16; 2 Thess 2:9-12;1 Tim 1:3-4; Col 2:8,22; Rev 13:10; 12:17,15) "The final test, is the great tribulation. It is Satan's final great lie, that comes through the false prophet (governing body) and it's beast (organization). When we are taken into the organization because we believe that lie, that it is directed by God's spirit... then we come to the test. In the end, will we remain idolators? Or, will we realize that only God deserves our worship, obedience, and service? Will we take a stand, that we only follow the words of our Father? Or, will we obey and believe every lie coming from men? Will we make the doctrine of men, more important than the Bible? Will we follow men as our ruler, rather than God and Jesus? That is the test that we find ourselves in, after joining the organization. " Thousand Years/Angels/Final Test/God's organization Notice how 2 Peter chapter 2 describes the revealing attitude toward the truth of Jesus Christ, practiced by these false prophets: “But there were also false prophets in Israel, just as there will be false teachers among you. They will cleverly teach destructive heresies and even deny the Master who bought them." 2 Pet 2:1 How do these teachers deny or “contradict” the Master? By producing, upholding, and demanding obedience to, the “crooked” ever changing lying doctrines of men, instead of the truthful teachings and laws of God established in Jesus Christ. These teachers are efficient at perverting, polluting, and contradicting the words of truth in Christ. (Prov 17:20; Zeph 3:4; Deut 29:18-19; Ezek 34:17-19; Rev 8:10-11;1 Tim 6:3-5,20; Titus 1:16) Peter states that false teachers would be “among you”, meaning “with you, in the interior of some whole”. He is telling us that false prophets will arise from within the anointed Body of Christ, who are the “living stones” of the Temple of God. (1 Pet 2:5,9; 1 Cor 3:16; Eph 2:20-22) Do those within the organization need to worry about being deceived by a false teacher or prophet outside of its walls? No, the majority are mentally locked into the “empty philosophy” of the organization, fully convinced it is the “way” to salvation. They willingly submit themselves to the established arrangement, deceitfully planned by Satan to bring about their downfall. (Deut 13:1-5; Rom 1:21,22,25; Rev 13:4,14-17,5-7) One use for the Greek word translated as “heresies” is “a body of men following their own tenets” “Many will follow their evil teaching and shameful immorality. And because of these teachers, the way of truth will be slandered. 3 In their greed they will make up clever lies to get hold of your money. But God condemned them long ago, and their destruction will not be delayed.” 2 Pet 2:2-3 The apostle Paul also warned us of their arrival - “I know that after my departure fierce wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock. And from among you yourselves men will arise, speaking perversions of the truth[ah] (“crooked things”) in order to draw away the disciples after them.” Acts 20:30 If we rely on the scriptures to teach us, Jesus illustrates clearly how to identify a false teacher as a “tree”, or branch of a vine, that cannot produce “good fruit” - fruit that always remains “good”, edible and nourishing. Picture for yourself, the list of “beliefs clarified” as a bushel of diseased and rotten fruit; and yet that fruit was once called, “truth”. (Matt 7:15-20; John 8:31-32; 15:2,4-7,16) If one slanders or profanes the meaning of God’s truth and wisdom by attaching scripture to men’s false teachings, would not the source of truth, Jesus Christ himself, also be defamed? (Lev 19:16; Prov 10:18; Matt 12:36; Rom 3:8; 2 Cor 11:4; James 3:13-15) Playing the children’s game of building a tower with interlocking wooden blocks, stacked one on top of another, requires clever moves and careful strategies when it’s your turn to remove a block, without toppling the finished tower. In comparison, removing a defunct teaching of the organization and replacing it with a spruced up lie at the top of the infamous list, is done with deliberate strategy; the new teachings must keep the “tower” stable. Yet, in the physical game we play with our children, each block removed and placed at the top of the tower, progressively weakens the structure, and ultimately leads to the tower’s fall. (Ezek 22:28; Isa 25:12; Rom 16:18) Looking again at the three factors said to guide the organization, we can confidently strike off #1 and #3, which claim that the organization is guided by Holy Spirit through reliance on God’s word. But what about #2? If 1 and 2 are disproved by the words of Jesus Christ, what sort of “angelic assistance” guides the organization’s teachers? To the anointed in Christ, Paul says: “Now I consider myself in no way inferior to those ‘super-apostles’. But I will continue to do what I am doing, in order to cut off an opportunity to those who want to be regarded as our equals in what they boast about. 13 For such people are false apostles, deceitful workers, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ. 14 And no wonder! For Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. 15 So it is no great surprise if his servants also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness. Their end will be according to their works.” 2 Cor 11:5,12-15 The word, “angel” in Greek is defined as a “messenger”; messengers are priests, and God’s priests are His anointed servants. (Mal 2:7; 1 Pet 2:5,9; Rom 15:16; Rev 5:9,10) Jesus Christ sends his “angels”/priests to announce truth and give warnings to God’s people. (Matt 13:41; 24:31; Jer 5:14; Rev 14:6-12; 18:4-8) To thwart this message of truth, Satan sends out his messengers with detrimental warnings to God’s people held captive (Matt 12:34; Joel 2:2; Dan 11:10; Rev 9:2,3; 12:15-16; 16:13-14)… … shielding them from those whom Jesus sends. (Rev 11:3; Zech 7:11; John 16:2-3; Rev 13:152 Cor 2:14-17; 1 Pet 3:16) Thus, the battle of truth against lies rages, until all sinful acts, all deceitful works committed by Satan’s greatest achievement to deceive and destroy the temple members of Christ, are exposed and eliminated. (Mal 3:18; Eph 5:11; Jer 23:29; 2 Pet 3:7; Rev 12:7,8; 20:7-9,14) The tower built by the organization’s false teachers, is very close to collapsing. (Matt 7:24-27; Ezek 13:9:14; 38:19-20) The draw of power, riches and authority, will be the downfall of these “clever” fools, who have profaned the name of God. (Rom 2:19-21,24) “Of what use is money in the hand of a fool, since he has no intention of acquiring wisdom?” Prov 17:16 "Walk away from a fool— for you will find no knowledge on his lips. 8 The wisdom of the prudent is to consider his way, but the folly of fools is deception. 9 Fools mock guilt of sin, but among the upright is goodwill. The house of the wicked will be demolished, but the tent of the upright will flourish. 12 There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way to death. The naïve believes every word, but the shrewd discerns his steps. 16 The wise fears and turns away from evil, but the fool is hotheaded and reckless. 18 The naïve inherit folly, but the prudent are crowned with knowledge." Proverbs 14
  15. Korah seeks the priesthood – Numbers 16:3-7,10-11,18,20-21,35,40 “Foreigners uncircumcised” serving in the temple as priests, are an abomination – Num. 18:7; 2 Chron 23:6-7; Ezekiel 44:6-9https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Num.+18%3A7%3B+2+Chron+23%3A6-7%3B+Ezekiel+44%3A6-9&version=NKJV Today’s priesthood and Temple of God - 1 Pet 2:5,9; 1 Cor 3:16-17; 1 Cor 6:19-20; Eph 2:20-22 https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=1+Pet+2%3A5%2C9%3B+1+Cor+3%3A16-17%3B+1+Cor+6%3A19-20%3B+Eph+2%3A20-22&version=NKJV 2002/8/1 Wt. – “Representing the royal priesthood are appointed elders, who serve in positions of responsibility in congregations of Jehovah’s people around the world” Mark 13:14 - “But when you see the abomination of desolation standing where he ought not to be (let the reader understand), then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains.” Dan 11:31; Matt 24:15-16; 2 Thess 2:3,4; Rev 11:1-3; 13:1,2,18 https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Dan+11%3A31%3B+Matt+24%3A15-16%3B+2+Thess+2%3A3-4%3B+Rev+11%3A1-3%3B+13%3A1-2%2C18&version=NKJV 2002/8/1 Wt. “Rather than challenge their authority, we truly appreciate our hardworking elders!” Rev 13:7 – “It was granted to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them. And authority was given him over every tribe, tongue, and nation.”
  16. Jesus told the crowds all these things in parables, and he did not tell them anything without a parable, 35 so that what was spoken through the prophet might be fulfilled: I will open my mouth in parables; I will declare things kept secret from the foundation of the world. Matt 13:34,35 The meaning of the Greek word rendered “parable” – "a comparing, comparison of one thing with another, likeness, similitude". Matt 24 speaks of factors, segments, that comprise an event that one of you says is spiritual – “birth pains”. I agree. But… how can the factors themselves, which cause symbolic, spiritual “birth pains” be taken literally? There is no consistency in that reasoning. Jesus, who spoke in parables, said that the coming of the kingdom will not arrive with observation. He told his disciples/apostles that the kingdom is “within you”, “in your midst”. (Luke 17:20,21) Those anointed in Jesus day, and the anointed today, are under the woman covenant, (Gal 4:26); they experience the spiritual signs said to be “birth pains”. In Revelation it is this “woman” promise and those under that promise, that are giving “birth”; collectively and individually giving “birth” to the Kingdom. (Gal 4:19) The Kingdom was not “born” in heaven in 1914, otherwise all the sealed anointed would be ruling with Jesus Christ and God Kingdom would be here. Besides, one of you is saying there is another “birth” about to happen. Two births? Just like two Armageddons? Satan’s “showy display” of literal war, pestilence, famine, earthquakes, etc., cannot attribute to spiritual “birth pains”. His “world” will not be giving birth to the Kingdom. JWs give Satan more attention than Jesus Christ and the anointed members of his Body, who comprise the spiritual Temple. Why are you looking at Satan’s world for the coming of the Kingdom of God, when Jesus said his kingdom is NO PART OF THIS WORLD? Again, he said to his disciples, "the kingdom is within you" - they will be experience the birth pains. Satan has the ability manipulate the spiritual signs by making them visible, as physical signs in his realm. “Earthquakes in various places”, that affect the heart –Job 37:1,2; Ezek 38:18,19; Isa 64:1,2; Hag 2:7; Amos 9:9; Heb 12:25-27 https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Job+37%3A1%2C2%3B+Ezek+38%3A18%2C19%3B+Isa+64%3A1%2C2%3B+Hag+2%3A7%3B+Amos+9%3A9%3B+Heb+12%3A25-27&version=NKJV Since Rev 12:2 tells us it is those under the new covenant “woman” who are experiencing these birth pains, the signs are significantly felt by the anointed “Israel”. Yet, even those residing with them will experience some of their effects. “Nations will rise against nations, kingdom against kingdom”. JWs are from all nations of the world. From opposite sides of the globe, you two are warring with each other over interpretation of scripture. Matt 24:6 – “And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars”. I “war” against the teachings of the GB – they “war” against myself, Pearl, Rachel and other so-called “apostates”. Apostates are “warring” with each other. JWs “war” against apostates. It is a war of words pertaining to truth, or lies; doctrines taught by the governing body, and the uprising it causes against their falsehoods. And certainly, the uprising is kingdom against kingdom – the “kings of the earth” which are Christ’s anointed kings. (1 Pet 2:5,9; Rev 1:5;5:9,10) Just read the scriptures to SEE that you are wrong in applying the "kings of the earth" to the world's rulers. What does the GB do to retaliate in this war of words? Hire lawyers to support their desire to sue individuals; and do their best to shut people up, and shut them down. Can you imagine Jesus taking people to court over what he taught? Thomas Jefferson: “It is error alone which needs the support of government. Truth can stand by itself”. But while JWs are in the middle of this spiritual war, they still believe that Satan’s theatrical display is part of symbolic “birth pains”. If you say you believe in the word of God, then listen to what it says! “ For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. 4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ” 2 Cor 2:3-5 “Famines” - “Behold, the days are coming,” says the Lord God, “That I will send a famine on the land, Not a famine of bread, Nor a thirst for water, But of hearing the words of the Lord.” Amos 8:11 Why would the anointed “Israel” in the last days be suffering from not hearing the words of the Lord? Check your Belief Clarified list! Recall all your failed doctrines, dates, inability to understand the meaning “this generation”, the locusts of Joel, just to name a few recent ones. 1914 is a LIE. Matt 24:24,25 – more signs that affect the anointed “elect”; and are the reason for the existence of spiritual famine and pestilences in the organization.(1 Tim 4:1) “Pestilences” –“And their scribes and the Pharisees complained against His disciples, saying, “Why do You eat and drink with tax collectors and sinners?” 31 Jesus answered and said to them, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. 32 I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.” Luke 5:30-32 Under false teachers, false prophets, truth has been thrown down to the ground. (Dan 8:12) Evidence is in the trail of failed teachings. The anointed are silenced – people who have the spirit of truth in their heart, but are not allowed to meet together, not allowed to contribute spiritual food. (1 John 2:20) Who does? Elders, not anointed, who have not had God’s spirit poured into their hearts. (Rom 5:5) Are the anointed priests able to teach God’s word as scripture says they should? (Mal 2:7) Can they provide the healing words of Jesus Christ? Are they able to provide their spiritual sacrifices of praise by doing so? No, the elders have taken over that role, just like Korah desired to usurp the priesthood in Moses' day. 2 Thess 2:3,4 “In the rebellion, the army was given up, together with the regular sacrifice. The horn threw truth to the ground and was successful in what it did.” Dan 8:12 This is why you have spiritual famine and pestilence in the organization. You are blind to the need of truth from Jesus Christ (Rev 3:17-19), who would provide his priests with the spiritual food to feed all under an authentic faithful and discreet slave/steward of God’s household (Eph 2:20-22)…IF the anointed turned to him, and away from false prophets. Matt 24:45-51 “Lawlessness” - "Because lawlessness will multiply, the love of many will grow cold.” Lack of love is lawlessness, according to Jesus Christ. Matt 24:12 The laws of God are fulfilled in love through Christ. (Rom 13:8) If God’s laws are not taught, which they aren’t in the Wt., then lawlessness thrives, which it does. The organization easily disfellowships people, cutting off all acts love, even to one’s child. You will say God’s laws ARE taught. No, because the teachers who have His laws written in their hearts, have been silenced. (Heb 8:10) The GB “rule”, and dismiss their brothers and sisters in Christ. It is they, who have made the decree that the anointed cannot “bond” together. Is that an act of love shown for the anointed Body of Christ? (1 Cor 12) The spiritual Temple that they represent, has been trampled by the elders who replaced them as priests. 1 Cor 3:16,17; Rev 11:1,2 An idol/organization has taken its place. Rom 1:25; Rev 13:1,2,5-7; 16:13-16 And now your fake priests serve the idol. Ezek 44:6-9 - “Say to the rebellious people, the house of Israel, ‘This is what the Lord God says: I have had enough of all your detestable practices, house of Israel. 7 When you brought in foreigners, uncircumcised in both heart and flesh, (not anointed elders) to occupy my sanctuary, you defiled my temple while you offered my food—the fat and the blood. You broke my covenant by all your detestable practices. 8 You have not kept charge of my holy things but have appointed others to keep charge of my sanctuary for you.’ 9 “This is what the Lord God says: No foreigner, uncircumcised in heart and flesh, may enter my sanctuary, not even a foreigner who is among the Israelites. "Many will say to me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' 23 "And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from me, you who practice lawlessness!' Matt 7:22,23 JWs reside with the “disgusting thing standing in the holy place”; the holy place is the Temple of God. That “disgusting” abomination of desolation is described above in Ezek 44:6-9. It is the same abomination that Daniel and the apostle John said would occur in the last days. Again, what is desolated? The Temple of God, made of “living stones” in the anointed. People are downtrodden, threatened with expulsion and loss of family by a wicked slave who demands obedience to whatever teachings and decrees they may dish out. (Matt 24:48-51) And yet all of you look to Satan’s world for the fulfillment of Matt 24. Everything, every word Jesus spoke in Matt 24, applies to God's "Israel" and those who are with them. If anyone can perceive the presence of the abomination of desolation, you are to flee. Dan 11:31; Matt 24:15,16; Mark 13:14; 2 Thess 2:3,4,9-12; Rev 11:1-3; 18:4-8; 14:6-11 Armageddon happens just once, in the symbolic “valley of decision” – a war of truth against lies. Joel 3:14 There is no other "Armageddon" a thousand years after the Kingdom comes. God's promise made in Rev 21, are steadfast and true. God is not a man, that he might lie,or a son of man, that he might change his mind.Does he speak and not act,or promise and not fulfill? Num 23:19 The Disgusting Thing
  17. I sent you right to the source of understanding with plenty of scriptural proof. (1 Cor 2:13,14) Now, if you were at a cart, witnessing, you would most likely send people with questions to your website, not necessarily because you couldn't explain the most recent "this generation" teaching (or could you?), but because all is written down for the interested one to read. In my opinion, you are not interested in spiritual matters, and that is your choice. But when it comes to crap slinging, the organization has been slinging crap out its back door for over one hundred years.
  18. I wrote your answer above the line. The rest of what I wrote was for anyone. The answer is yes.
  19. Very quick response, proving you didn't read the scriptures provided.
  20. I attribute your opinion against me as coming from your leadership elder role. That’s understandable. As you say, JWs are judged by the elder body based on obedience; and that is according to the doctrine of the Wt. Simply because I refute Wt. doctrine with God’s word, does not mean I am full of myself, or that I have to get over myself. Whatever refinement I need, or discipline needed, all comes from Christ. (Prov 10:17; 2 Tim 1:7; Heb 12:10-11;Rev 3:19) I am defending the word of God in Jesus Christ. I am cutting out the middleman, rejecting submissiveness to them, and relying solely on the direction of Jesus and his words. Whatever I do or say, my actions are judged only by Jesus Christ.(Rom 14:4) If truth must be told and lies exposed, and it is brought out using the word of God, that doesn’t necessarily mean that person is arrogant. (Eph 5:11) Could this opinion of the listener hearing that his faith is being challenged, bristle because the message comes from a woman? That too, is understandable, something you may not be use to dealing with. In the organization, women anointed or not, must be submissive to all men. (Isa 2:22) Defending God’s word comes at all costs; and it has cost me plenty in this world, but it has been well worth the pain. (Luke 21:12,13; John 16:2; Rev 11:1-3;7,11;13:15; Matt 5:11; 10:22; Matt 19:29) God chooses whom He pleases to sound the “trumpet”. If that person is a woman, so be it, right? Who are we to question God’s choice? “For you see your calling, brethren, that not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called. 27 But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty; 28 and the base (“insignificant, lowly”) things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are, 29 that no flesh should glory in His presence.” 1 Cor 1:26-29 I have not delved into Wt's interpretation of the trumpets, but from what you say, it sounds ludicrous. If you would like to know what an inspired anointed one understands about the trumpets, here is the link. "Do not quench the Spirit. 20 Do not despise prophecies. 21 Test all things; hold fast what is good. 22 Abstain from every form of evil." 1 Thess 5
  21. All anointed are “inspired”. They lose that inspiration when they disconnect from Jesus Christ and start teaching the doctrine, the ideas and illusions of men. (Matt 15:9; 25:24-30; John 15:4; 1 Tim 1:3; Col 2:18,19) I believe her teachings are inspired by Holy Spirit, and I believe she is telling the truth. I wouldn’t be working with her otherwise. If Pearl has a personal opinion, she makes sure that she states that it comes from her, and not from Holy Spirit. ~~~~~~~ If anyone has noticed, her articles supply ample scriptures, that tie in the past prophets’ words concerning God’s people; their examples of what happened to Israel when obedient and disobedient, with Jesus’ words in the Greek scriptures. This is because the prophets’ words are spoken again through the last prophet, the last watchman/”fourth living creature”. (Ezek 33:6; Zech 1:20,21; Matt 24:31; Rev 4:6-8) Until the time of the end, much understanding of what the prophets foretold, has been kept secret (Dan 12:9,4; Rev 10:4; Matt 13:16-17,35; John 16:12-13; Rom 16:25; Rev 10:7; 22:10). THE TIME ARRIVES for all the prophets, to "pour out their hearts" once again, so that their sealed up words of condemnation are heard, understood, and applied... poured out upon the "earth". That is a parallel to the scrolls being 'opened' (Rev 20:12). (John 12:48; 16:12-14; 14:26; Luke 24:45; Rev 10:7; 19:10:1 Cor 13:9-10). God's Wrath Despite what some have surmised, there is no automatic writing involved, only scriptures are supplied. It is her job through Holy Spirit to help bring their meaning together. It is the word of God that is truth, not the words of men. The ancient prophets had God’s words put in their mouth. Those words are the scriptures, which Pearl receives. In that way, God’s words are put in her mouth with the aid of the spirt of Christ. (Deut 18:18; Jer 5:14; 23:29) Just as John the Baptist came in the manner of “Elijah”, (Matt 17:12), she is the last prophet, the “Elijah” who comes to “restore all things” through the word of God, which means the connection of the Body with Jesus, the priesthood and their duties which have been trampled in the organization, needs to be restored. (Mal 3:1-4;Matt 17:11; Dan 8:10-14) Truth has been thrown to the ground by the trampling of those in Christ. (1 John 2:27; Isa 59:4; Dan 8:12) This prophet is to restore the connection between spiritual “fathers and mothers” under the New Covenant (Luke 1:16); to remove all obstacles that corrode our faith, and to make way for the coming of Christ for all of us by leading us to Jesus Christ and the Marriage Feast of the Lamb. (Isa 40:3; 57:14; Rev 2:14) (Matt 22) Jesus said, “For whoever has will be given more, and they will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what they have will be taken from them.” Matt 25:29 This describes the growth of understanding of Revelation in the last days through Holy Spirit’s direction. If we turn to the Father for spiritual perception, Jesus brings us to the truth, and through our faith, we continually build on truth. (John 6:35,37) Wt. tears down their own teachings, and either grabs a teaching from the past or devises something totally new - “even what they have will be taken from them”. They have robbed the anointed of the use of their spiritual gifts received at the anointing, by assigning elders not anointed as spiritual leaders. (Mal 2:7; 2 Chron 23:6,7; Num 18:7) The “gifts” are said to be given to elders by God, and this is believed by all JWs without searching the scriptures. (Eph 4:7-13) Because of the rejection of His priests and His Son; because of the trampling of this living temple, His wrath will come against this organization of deceit. (Ps 105:13-15; Rev 17:8;19:15; Isa 11:4; 2 Thess 2:8) And deceit has its origin in Satan, who doesn’t want to lose his kingdom. When Jesus finishes the Temple, when the last of the anointed are sealed and the message to be given is complete; Satan is thrown into the lake of fire. (Zech 4:6-9; Rev 8:8; 20:10) This is why the spiritual war is against Christ’s “kings of the earth”. There is nothing that is a threat to Satan’s kingdom in his realm. There is nothing that is a threat in the political world to Jesus as well, so why would Armageddon be a battle of political rulers coming against JWs? The threat Satan faces is within the Body of Christ. Just as Jesus was Satan’s threat when coming to earth, each anointed member of Christ’s priesthood is also his enemy. Satan uses deceit in the last days to convince them that the organization, which has replaced the spiritual Temple/dwelling of God, was designed by God. Instead, it is an abomination. (Dan 8:24,25; 9:27; Mark 13:14; 2 Thess 2:3,4; Rev 11:1,2; 1 Pet 2:5,9;1 Cor 3:16,17) An idol has arisen, to once more lead God’s people into idolatry. (2 Cor 6:14-18; Col 2:8; Rev 12:15; 13:10,4-8; 15-18)
  22. I don’t know how you determine that, when you don’t read my posts, since you said you ignore them. But that’s your choice. Someone could tell you that they have the “key” to open the door to pure truth outside of your organization. That would be solid, real, spiritual truth. Would you accept it? Would anything that person tells you, convince you that indeed, he has the “key” leading to everlasting life? John 10:7-9; Rev 3:7,8 Jesus has the key. And I'm always talking about Jesus. “On the last and most important day of the festival, Jesus stood up and shouted, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to meand drink! 38 The one who believes in me, as the Scripture has said, will have rivers of living water flowing from his heart.” John 7 He is the source of living water, not the Watchtower; and Jesus doesn’t work through the Wt. Why? Does water in a river, ever flow backwards? It represents teachings – his teachings that the apostles protected. Any anointed one who deviates from those teachings by inserting falsehoods and the doctrine of men, does not have the source of living water within him. (Matt 7:15-20) Living water from Jesus, is always living. The teachings remain. (John 15:16) It moves in one direction – continual, uninterrupted, truth. In the last days, a major false prophet is spoken of in the book you make fun of – Revelation. (Rev 13:11,12) This prophet directs a “Beast”, an organization; its movements, its teachings. It directs the Beast to “make war with the saints”. Rev 13:5-7. The composite prophet was warned about, by Jesus. “…“Tell us, when will these things happen, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?” What is the sign? In reply, Jesus told them, “See to it that no one deceives you, 5 because many will come in my name, proclaiming, ‘I’m the Christ’ and they will deceive many people. “Christ” means anointed. “At that time, if anyone says to you, ‘Look here! The Messiah!’or ‘There he is!’, don’t believe it, 24 because false messiahsand false prophets will have arisen and will produce great signs and startling demonstrations so as to deceive, if possible, even the elect.” Matt 24 Do JWs even consider these scriptures? Nope. You’re blinded to them. Especially the “elect” – the anointed. Then He said, “Watch out that you are not deceived. For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am He,’ and, ‘The time is near.’ Don’t follow them.” Luke 21:8 Since CT Russel, “the time is near”, “the time is at hand”, has always been preached. In the last 150 years, there has only been one major entity of false prophets that has continually contrived predictions of Armageddon, that never panned out, and involved the “elect”. JWs accept the failed teachings as failed predictions, yet go right along and swallow down the 1914 lie. (2 Thess 2:1,2) Recently, “new light” was introduced about the resurrection. It is so obvious that they had no clue over the years what Jesus’ words meant. They must have borrowed the meaning from someone else. They “borrow” phrases from Pearl Doxsey all the time, the anointed one that is also blasphemed here. The GB know exactly what threat to their teachings Pearl holds over them, yet they slyly steal phrases from her articles? Hypocrites! They have no ”living water” flowing from their heart. (Luke 6:45; 1 Tim 4:1) I don’t know what type of "illumination" you have gathered in the organization; perhaps its status, power, a good reputation; but all of that is physical and it means nothing, just as the teachings mean nothing. (John 6:63) The water that comes out of the GB’s mouth is from a different source, not that of Jesus. (2 Cor 11:4;1 Tim 4:1) It would be a blasphemy to say it is. Jesus promised those who remain in him, “good fruit” that lasts. The evidence of their lack of producing good fruit is in the dead, discarded teachings the leaders once pawned off as “truth”, which makes it a lie. Only the spiritually blind and deaf wouldn’t recognize a false, failed teaching as actually a lie, when the evidence becomes clear to anyone else. (Isa 42:18) Knowing that Armageddon is not a bloody war that some people here salivate over, is illuminating. 2 Cor 10:3-6 Knowing that Jesus began ruling in the first century (Ps 110:1,2), the “thousand years” has already ended, and the Kingdom will never be interrupted by Satan once Armageddon is finished, is illuminating. Understanding what “this generation” really refers to, is illuminating. Realizing that the Temple of God in the anointed “living stones” is being restored, is illuminating. (Mal 3:1-4; Matt 17:11; Rev 11:1-3) Turning directly to Jesus, the source of living water; and uniting with those who love living water, is illuminating. Taking off the mental chains of the Watchtower, no matter the cost, no matter what is lost in this life…is illuminating. (Col 2:8; Rev 13:15; 11:1-3,7,8,11,12;15:2;Mark 8:35; Isa 29:18) This is a time of division, in beliefs among the anointed, and whom they choose to rule over them; false prophets, elders…or Jesus Christ. It is not a time for "tickling the ears". (2 Tim 4:3) They, inside, who have been gathered for this war, (Rev 16:13-16) and those anointed who were killed by the Beast, are the “kings of the earth” at war; the same type of war Jesus fought against the Pharisees – truth against lies. (Rev 1:5; 19:19) The same type of war the apostle fought when preaching the doctrine of Christ. It is the “kings of the earth” who have been surrounded by the false prophet, her organization and the demonic expressions from Satan. Rev 16:13-16. Every one of you, are choosing which side you want to “believe” in. Joel 3: 142 Thess 2:9-12 Matt 7:13,14 - “Enter through the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the road is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who go through it. How narrow is the gate and difficult the road that leads to life, and few find it.” The road into the Watchtower is not difficult, it is a road that promises “peace and security” once reaching the organization, and a broad road promoted as the “way” to the “the best life ever”. 1 Thess 5:3 None of that, is what Jesus preached when we deny ourselves, and take up our "stake" and follow in his footsteps. Luke 9:23 Do you see the GB in their shiny suits, fancy watches, pinky rings, stationed in their glamourous studio, denying themselves to follow Christ? Unless those in charge here remove my membership, I am sure I’ll continue to make comments about the same thing; scriptures, truth in Jesus Christ, and the need to flee from the Watchtower. Rev 18:4 - Come out of her, My people, so that you will not share in her sins or receive any of her plagues. 5 For her sins are piled upto heaven, and God has remembered her crimes.
  23. You know, it is expected that we stand up in defense of God’s word. The scripture I used (Acts 5:29) is the same one that was repeated to me as a JWs many times, and to keep in mind when my faith was challenged. When JWs use it, is it in a self-sparing way? I think it bothers you because I am using it against a leadership figure (past or present) of a religious organization; challenging your doctrine ,and standing independently in my beliefs by using scripture to back up my words. No man should stand between God and the one who puts faith in Him. (1 Tim 2:5) However, the entire organization’s setup has ensured power and dominance over all JWs. (Luke 22:25-27)
