    Witness reacted to Srecko Sostar in Lawyers who defended Catholic pedophiles are now defending JWs pedophiles
    During the 2015 ARC process in Australia, not a single JW elder expressed regret for the victims. Not a single one, and among them was a member of GB who did not show grief for the victims of "his" elders.
    The same happened in other court processes where JW elders were present.
    The uniform response speaks of the unity of these JW elders. Commendable, isn't it? And where is the "biblically trained conscience"? Obviously, the permission did not arrive from the GB for the conscience to react and act. Shameful!

    Witness reacted to Srecko Sostar in Paul's Letter to the Galatians and the Struggle for Doctrinal Purity
    Quote:
    “If the very things that I once threw down I build up again, I demonstrate myself to be a transgressor.”—Gal. 2:18.
    It is a serious matter to represent God and Christ in one way, then find that our understanding of the major teachings and fundamental doctrines of the Scriptures was in error, and then after that, to go back to the very doctrines that, by years of study, we had thoroughly determined to be in error. Christians cannot be vacillating—‘wishy-washy’—about such fundamental teachings. What confidence can one put in the sincerity or judgment of such persons? - https://wol.jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/1976361

    May we conclude that WTJWorg and all its members can think, based on this quote, how the less important doctrines can be changed, and the most important, fundamental ones must not be touched and changed?
    Is there even such a thing that the teaching of the Bible, primarily contained in the teaching of Jesus, can be separated into two groups; more important and less important doctrines, lessons, commands, instructions?
    This passage from the WT supports that idea. But what it does not support is changing theological/doctrinal teaching, in general. WTJWorg has been doing just that for decades.
    Is the changed teaching about "generation" important or unimportant doctrine?. Is the instruction on "recording the number of hours" (field service) an important or an unimportant instruction?
    If the answer is YES, it is irrelevant, unimportant, it means that accepting or rejecting obedience to WTJWorg in this things should be based on personal decision, interpretation and free will. But, this would not be tolerated by WTJWorg and individuals would be sanctioned in one way or another.
    If the answer is NO, both things are crucial, core teachings of the Organization, then those who changed it are lawbreakers, "transgressors" as Paul says. Thus, WTJWorg, and/or GB, become "apostates".

    Jesus does not command the use of marketing ploys and a pitching toolbox to spread the “good news”. It was made clear in the video that the apostate messages have to be pushed aside by plenty of their own advertising. Those are the demands of successful marketing in this world, while Jesus stated his kingdom is no part of this world. (John 18:36) People advertise their business because it is how they make a living. The apostles did not use marketing ploys to spread the gospel about the Christ.  They were motivated strictly by Holy Spirit, not the spirit of this world, nor the techniques of big business. Truth stands on its own.  It doesn’t need to utilize the advertising agencies that the Wt. often tells people not to trust. Advertising is not free.  The organization lines the pockets of these agencies to send their lying messages; news agencies that their magazines have condemned.
     Obviously, Hendriks loves his prestige running a department that has given him a good living.  He flaunts it – nice cuff links, beautiful rings, and confidence in his PR position, as well as easily joking about the beautiful girls in his department. He exudes a disposition of arrogance – the farthest one can get from appearing humble before Jesus Christ. None of these antics are commanded and approved by God, but are commanded by men who love big business.  So much so, that they have attempted to sue Norway for cutting off their share of grant money given to religions. So, they hire a law firm (money that could be given to the poor) to defend their right to acquire money as a religion (money that could be given to the poor).
    This is how the world under Satan’s rulership works, and it is absolutely disgusting.  Rutherford, the hypocrite that instigated the concept of organization, said, “Religion is a snare and a racket”. He and all JWs have fallen into that snare. It’s only becoming more blatant just how much of a racket this organization has become.

    Enlightened? You waited for Armageddon in 1914, 1925, 1940, 1975, until the end of the 20th century, until the end of the 1914 generation, until the end of the overlapping generation. You said that the vaccine is prohibited, then it is allowed, that organ transplantation is prohibited then allowed, blood transfusion is allowed, then it is prohibited, that blood fractions are allowed, then they are not, then some are and others are not.
    What are you enlightened about?
    Core teachings?
    You have clergy and hierarchy like the Catholic Church. And you seek the same privileges as the religions of "Babylon the Great", so called. And you ask for that privileges from the political powers that you say are under the power of Satan. Enlightenment? Or maybe Hypocrisy? Opportunism?

    Unfortunately for you, even this extended context doesn't help GB. Here GJ says that, we view ourselves as ...,
    GJ did not dare to claim before Judge that Jesus chose and appointed them, but says, in fact, that their own feeling/emotions and theological ideas are the cause of the self-selected role in which they are just one of many who are spokesmen for God.
    Any JW who does not see the true state of affairs that is being revealed more and more day by day is living in his own fantasy and cognitive dissonance. Maybe it's not nice to say, but I feel sorry for all of you.

    What is the behalf, value of spiritual food in 1078 languages when that food is subject to constant changes and contradictions and manipulations to make it look like everything is arranged properly, "to fit" as Mr David Splane said, when it is not.
    What nonsense is this when a GB member says, and a WT magazine writes, that Jesus did not promise  perfect food? It shows that at least two. That GB members are pompous clowns, or that they consider their listeners to be mentally narrow people who do not know right from wrong.
    How can JW members not see that, in fact, the GB blames Jesus because the spiritual food in 1078 languages, which the GB proudly pronounces, is not perfect, is full of error and is untrustworthy.

    Pennsylvania Opens Grand Jury Criminal Investigation Into Jehovah’s Witnesses; JW Survey Editor Subpoenaed
    In 1884, the Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society was incorporated in the Court of Common Pleas in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The movement of Charles Taze Russell became an established religious business, a tax-exempt corporation that would go on to control the lives of more than 8 million devoted followers,
    One hundred years later and four hours southeast of Allegheny, I was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in a tiled, heated baptismal pool in Crownsville Maryland. I was 16.
    Thirty-five years after that, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania served me with a subpoena to testify in a Grand Jury investigation into alleged criminal activity by the very same religious organization to which I devoted the formative and working years of my life. Let me explain why this happened.
    I grew up in Baltimore, Maryland, the only child of devoted Jehovah’s Witness parents who had embraced the religion following the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, the Cuban Missile Crisis, and the escalation of the Vietnam war. Jehovah’s Witnesses pounded the pavements of Baltimore, preaching the imminence of Armageddon.
    Watchtower vice-president and oracle Frederick W. Franz famously came to Baltimore in 1966, delivering multiple conventions speeches, including the epic book-release of Life Everlasting in Freedom of the Sons of God. This 400+ page publication unveiled a shocking timetable of world events, including the revelation that 1975 would mark the most significant modern date in history.
    From that moment forward, everything changed. Urgency over the date 1975 drove Witnesses into a subtle frenzy, with Organization overseers using these new revelations as spiritual cattle prods, driving many to sell their homes and preach the news of the end of the world.
    When I was 8 years old, 1975 came and went, but new predictions emerged, and the old ones were revised. As a child, I could not accept that I was being lied to, so I trusted Jehovah’s Witnesses and their appointed elders.
    Among the most trusted elders was a man named Charles Brineshults. Charlie, as he was known, was a long-time appointed elder, a widower, and held the distinction of being one of the elite few remaining “anointed” Jehovah’s Witnesses on Earth. He was also a serial pedophile, but I didn’t know that.
    Charles “Charlie” Brineshults Even as a child my instincts told me something was not right. Brineshults shuffled from family to family, latching on to the generosity of anyone who would take him in. Of course, the homes he selected and the families he embraced all had children. Vulnerable children.
    It was not until about 10 years ago during a group vacation that a close friend and longstanding elder heard the name Brineshults in conversation, and he piped in “Oh yeah, he diddled kids, you didn’t know?”

    “What?” I exclaimed as I shot a piercing gaze across the South Carolina beach resort, expecting to hear this was some kind of joke. But it wasn’t. As it turns out, it was an open secret among dozens of families and nearly all of the elders in the congregation circuits I grew up in.
    I was horrified. At that moment I could instantly recall sitting in the rear of a Kingdom Hall after a meeting, watching Charlie approach me with my father nearby. “Mark is so polite when he answers the phone, I am very impressed He speaks to clearly and with such maturity.”
    I was barely 10 years old. Like so many others, I was unaware I was being groomed, and were it not for the screen of my extra-protective mother, I would most certainly have been one of his many victims.
    And then there was Ongsingco.
    Louis Ongsingco was a charismatic Watchtower-appointed pioneer minister and self-declared pied piper of the local Jehovah’s Witness children. He was engaging, well-traveled, and he liked girls. Young girls.
    Louis Ongsingco Louis was a jet-setting flight attendant who frequently returned from Paris or London with expensive chocolates and other gifts for the kids he liked the most. He was also a massage therapist.
    He had a smooth-talking way of conversing with teen girls, advancing his hands further and further from their shoulders to their backs, then finally blurring the lines between friendly conduct and full-on sexual assault. I saw this myself.
    I was barely a teenager when I approached local elder Robert “Bob” Manke about Ongsingco’s behavior with girls. Where else would I go? My parents couldn’t control Louis, and I didn’t know that this was a matter for the police. How could I? So I trusted that Manke and the other elders would handle the situation.
    They didn’t. Instead, they told Ongsingco that I had outed him, which led to severe chastisement from Louis himself. It was frightening. Meanwhile, Louis kept up his behavior, and decades passed. After leaving the Witness religion in 2013, I wanted to see what happened to this man.
    After a brief investigation, I discovered that Louis Ongsingco went on to sexually assault multiple women, both Jehovah’s Witnesses, and non-Witnesses. By 2001 at least seven different women filed two lawsuits against Ongsingco.
    These lawsuits are independent of additional allegations against Ongsingco, including those of two women who claim that Ongsingco placed his hands down the front of their shirts when they were teenagers.
    One of those women came forward to the Atlantic in 2019 and was interviewed by journalist Doug Quenqua, who investigated Jehovah’s Witnesses in his article The Secret Database of Child abuse.
    The Atlantic Article
    In 2018 I was introduced to journalist Douglas Quenqua, a respected writer whose work has appeared in the New York Times, CNBC, Buzzfeed, and other periodicals. Doug had learned that I had received hundreds of pages of child abuse case documents from several Jehovah’s Witness congregations, and he wanted to learn more.
    Over the course of 2018, we spent a number of days discussing these documents, and why Jehovah’s Witnesses had not reported these cases to the police. The incidents were horrifying, and worse yet, they revealed that most of the perpetrators were still at large, and were in contact with children.
    On March 22nd, 2019, the Atlantic released Doug’s article. 24 Hours later, two elders rang our doorbell before 10 AM. We did not answer. When we checked our security camera later, it was apparent who these men were. They were church elders from the Perry Hall Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Maryland.
    One of the two elders is the father of a woman who was sexually assaulted by not one, but two Jehovah’s Witness men. The men were Brineshults and Ongsingco.

    Two Church Elders at my door, seeking to disfellowship I remember thinking how pathetic it was to be chased down by the very men who have been covering up child abuse for years, and whose children were among the victims.
    On April 14th, 2019, Watchtower representative and local church elder Joel Raniolo mailed two certified letters to my home, demanding that we attend a judicial hearing at the Perry Hall church. When reached, Raniolo refused to divulge why he had sent the letters, and how he had obtained our personal information.
    On May 14th, 2019, another Church elder announced to the Perry Hall congregation that Mark and Kimberly O’Donnell are no longer Jehovah’s Witnesses. It had been 35 years since my indoctrination and baptism back in February 1984.
    The Pennsylvania Grand Jury
    In the weeks following the release of the Atlantic article, national and global attention became focused on the Jehovah’s Witness religion. In particular, the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General took notice of the allegations of corruption within the Witness Organization.
    The State of Pennsylvania is no stranger to the cover-up of abuse within religious organizations. In 2018, the Attorney General’s office released the results of a two-year investigation into the Catholic church, following multiple substantiated reports of child sexual abuse and corresponding cover-ups.
    On July 2nd, 2019 I was interviewed in my home by the Deputy Assistant Attorney General of Pennsylvania, along with a Special Investigator for the State. For more than three hours I provided documentation and details concerning the policies and practices of Jehovah’s Witnesses, especially in connection with child abuse.
    On July 29th a Special Investigator arrived at my Baltimore home and served a subpoena for me to appear before the 45th Investigative Grand Jury of the State of Pennsylvania.
    Finally, on August 22nd, 2019, I arrived at the State Capitol before 7.30 AM and was sworn in by Judge J. Wesley Oler in his chambers. Moments later I entered the large Grand Jury room, where 23 grand jurors and approximately 12-15 alternates were stationed at their desks, positioned to take notes and record their questions on paper.
    A Grand Jury is a special tool used by state and federal governments to investigate criminal allegations against persons or institutions. The powers of grand juries are wide-ranging and potent. They include the ability to subpoena and compel witnesses to testify, and those witnesses are encouraged to speak freely and without fear of reprisal.
    Any form of retaliation is taken seriously by the office of the Attorney General and the presiding judge. Of course, Jehovah’s Witnesses had already executed retaliation on my wife and me in response to our efforts to shed light on the epidemic child abuse problem within the religion.
    My testimony lasted more than two straight hours as I sat facing the Grand Jury and the Deputy Attorney General, together with several State Attorneys and Special Investigators.

    Grand Juries can be cathartic experiences for cooperative witnesses who testify on the side of civil justice. That was my experience.
    For the first half of my initial testimony, I recounted my personal history within the Jehovah’s Witness religion, beginning with my religiously isolated childhood. It was an opportunity to share my experiences with a large group of citizens who will ultimately make important decisions when they vote on the choices presented to them.
    There were moments of levity amidst the proceedings, including a curious exchange in which I discussed the history of the Witnesses’ custom Bible, the New World Translation. I explained how the translation was largely the brainchild of Frederick W. Franz, whose linguistic education was limited to a maximum of two years study of Greek, and no training in Hebrew.
    The irony of this information was not lost upon the investigating members of the Grand Jury.
    The Grand Jury and the JW Organization
    As the morning progressed, my testimony turned North to the driving force behind the reason these people were assembled in this room- to comprehend whether the religious hierarchy which drives this religion is responsible for the failure to report the crime of child abuse.
    A large whiteboard was placed to my left, facing the grand jurors. At the very top, the letters “GB” were written in large letters, then circled. It was clear that the Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania understood that the decisions and power of this religion lay at the top of a complicated network of corporations, congregations, Circuit Overseers, and churchgoers.
    I spent some time attempting to explain the spider web of mechanisms used by Jehovah’s Witnesses, describing the difference between their view of the spiritual and the legal.
    Branch Committees, Corporations, Circuit Overseers, Congregations, Elders, Ministerial Servants, Pioneers, Publishers- all of these found their way to the diagram of the Witness organization. Lines were drawn connecting all of the organizational machinery which comprises the Jehovah’s Witness religion. In the end, all roads terminated at the Governing Body.
    After testifying for more than two hours, I was excused and held in a waiting area while the Grand Jurors scribbled their questions on paper and handed them to the Deputy Assistant Attorney General, after which I was brought back into the room, and given the opportunity to respond to the questions.
    The process was dignified, thorough, but clearly an incremental process. Four months later, I found myself escorted once again into the halls of Pennsylvania justice, this time in a brand new government complex even more secure than the prior Strawberry Square location.
    Grand juries are most often 18 months in length, with citizen jurors obliged to comply with the civic duty once per month for several days at a stretch. In some cases, grand juries are extended another 6 months. So it was no surprise that I returned 4 months after my initial testimony, this time to discuss documents.
    Documents
    The smoking gun of certain crimes lies in the creation of a paper trail of evidence that substantiates repetitive negligent or criminal behavior. If there’s one thing the Jehovah’s Witnesses are not lacking, it’s documents.
    From the inception of Watch Tower Pennsylvania in 1884, Jehovah’s Witnesses have been in the document business. As the religion branched from printing Bibles and books to buying and selling real estate, the global corporations expanded, and so did the need to maintain centralized control over a growing member base.
    By the 1970s, the Witnesses had tightened controls over congregation elders, formed Governing Body Committees, and published letters to all Elders on various corporation letterheads. They even began publishing a secret elder’s manual with strict instructions that it be concealed from anyone not an elder.
    The expansion of congregation elder bodies meant that members trusted local elders to handle certain matters which would otherwise be best handled by law enforcement. Elder bodies became the police department for Jehovah’s Witnesses.
    As the organization became further centralized, policy letters became the norm. While many documents dealt with routine activities for the church, other letters started to emerge which seemed to border on matters best left for law enforcement.
    On July 1st, 1989, Watchtower New York issued a now-famous six-page letter to all congregation elders, labeled “confidential.” This letter warned elders not to divulge confidential information to “unauthorized” persons, including the police.
    It was clear that the rising number of child abuse cases in the Organization needed to be addressed, but Watchtower insisted that their New York Legal department act as first point of contact for any elders who learn of abuse.
    This letter served as the opening salvo in a policy of obstruction of justice for victims of child abuse and the law enforcement agents who could have helped them.
    On December 18th, 2019, I sat before the Pennsylvania Grand Jury, listening to the reading of the entire six-page letter from 1989.
    It began to hit me how serious these letters were, and how vital they are to the investigation into Jehovah’s Witnesses. Every line, every paragraph was dissected and scrutinized. And then more letters were introduced.
    On March 14, 1997, Watchtower released yet another directive to elders, and this time they asked for documentation of known child abusers serving in any congregation. It was, in effect, an official announcement of a secret database of child abusers.
    On Page two, the letter stated:
    This single sentence has formed the basis for a series of civil lawsuits in California in which attorney Irwin Zalkin and his team have worked many years to expose, knowing that Watchtower is harboring the names of thousands of child abusers in its database. Many of the abusers are still at large and serving in positions of authority among Jehovah’s Witnesses.
    These were just a few of the many letters I reviewed and certified as authentic for the Pennsylvania Grand Jury.
    What Effect Will the Grand Jury Have?
    I cannot speculate on the full nature of this investigation, as these proceedings are sealed off from the public and the press. The Office of the Attorney General cannot confirm or deny that there is an investigation. They cannot confirm or deny that they will seek to investigate and subpoena specific individuals, such as victims, attorneys, experts, active elders, or members of the organization who serve at the highest level.
    Subpoena for the 45th Investigative Grand Jury Only those who testify, and who have not been placed under a gag order from the presiding judge may discuss their testimony, if they choose to do so. Otherwise, until their investigation is complete, they will not comment.
    There are a number of possible consequences of this Grand Jury investigation, and it may take some time before we see the results. One outcome is a presentment- a recommendation that charges be filed against a person or organization. Another outcome is a formal report, like the Catholic Church report released in 2018.

    Whatever the case, the Office of the Attorney General has the power to issue search warrants and subpoenas, to compel testimony, and may even cross state lines to accomplish their work.
    After a lifetime in the Jehovah’s Witness organization, having seen the damaging effects of child abuse and the cover-up of these crimes, I am thankful that the Government of Pennsylvania has finally turned its attention to the organization which silenced the voices of survivors and those who champion their rights.

    You are saying it is assumed that all those disfellowshipped for rejecting the organization, will reject God's standards as well.  I doubt the elders have the ability to peer into the future and determine that the person they are disfellowshipping , will soon become trinitarians, homosexuals, etc.
    God's standards require rejection of idolatry.  Exod 20: 4,5; Judges 10:14; Isa 44:9;46:3-5; Acts 4:12; 7:49-51; 17:24;25; Rev 13:1:4-7
    God's standards require rejection of false prophesy.  Deut 18:20-22; Ezek 13:9; Matt 7:15-20; 24:24; 2 Tim 4:3,4; Acts 20:28-30; 1 John 4:1; Rev 13:11,15
    JWs may say they have faith in God, but practice both idolatry and tolerate false prophesy.

    Witness got a reaction from derek1956 in "Let Us Test And Examine Our Ways..." Lam 3:40
    Over a hundred years ago, anointed men decided to start a religion. (Gen 11:2-4; Zech 5:10-11,4; Exod 20:39)
    Their lustful, carnal desires led them astray, breaking their covenant with the chief cornerstone of God’s Spiritual Temple. (Luke 22:31; 1 Pet 5:8; Luke 4:5-7; 1 Tim 1:19; Isa 59:2; Isa 24:5; 1 Cor 6:15; Col 2:19)
    Their turn against the covenant, gave Satan a foothold to instigate his idea, which is to deceive the “elect” in the last days. (Deut 29:18-29; Heb 12:15,16; Matt 7:20; Rev 8;10-11; 13:11; Matt 24:24,25; 16:13-16 ) These men, enticed by riches, prominence and power, became Satan’s pawn to destroy the anointed before the coming of the Kingdom. (2 Cor 11:3; 1 Tim 4:1,2; Rev 12:4,13,15,17)  If any JW believes this is impossible, then you surely, have been deceived.  (2 Cor 11:13-15; 2 Tim 4:3,4; Jude 1:4,8,16; Col 2:8; Rev 13:10)
    But back to the plan of men. Even though at times they may have spoken well about Jesus, their message changed….
    No one should love him too much now; and let’s magnify the name “Jehovah”, and forget about putting much focus on His Son, and his body of anointed priests. (Phil 3:18-20) Put them in a corner please, and make sure they don’t meet as a group to learn from their Master and Head, Jesus Christ. (John 15:5; 1 Cor 12:25; Heb 10:19-25) They must answer only to “us” who hold power over “Israel”.  They must obey our bodyguards, our “elders” as well.  (Matt 24:48-51; Dan 8:23-25; Rev 9:1-4; 13:5-7)  Be aware now, that any “truth” which would come from their bonding, could be a threat to our doctrine, which we will be revising on a regular basis; but still, we can’t have their opinions based on “scripture” outweigh our doctrine.  (John 15:1-4; 1 John 2:27;1 Cor 1:10; Phil 2:2)
    We’ll install our own priesthood, and build our own temple!  Let’s preach a “different Jesus” and see how long we get away with it! (Ps 50:16-21; Hab 2:9-10; 2 Cor 11:4) Oh, and I must emphasize this, don’t teach too much about Jesus as the chief cornerstone, because it will draw attention to God’s true dwelling/Temple built with “living stones”, that we cannot see with our eyes.    (Ps 118:22; Isa 28:16; 1 Pet 2:4-8; Eph 2:20-22; Ps 50:22-23)
    We can’t have that; “Jehovah’s organization” is our primary focus, remember?
     Yeah, yeah, we know…Jesus began building a new spiritual temple on his body, (John 2:18,21)
    BUT….
    WE NEED SOMETHING WE CAN SEE! SOMETHING WE CAN DEVELOP INTO OUR OWN KINGDOM - NOW!  LET’S FLY SOME FLAGS AT OUR GATHERINGS, TO DRAW PEOPLE TO OUR KINGDOM!
    Jesus said his kingdom is no part of the world, but he hasn’t stopped us from stretching our imagination, has he?  (John 18:36; Jer 23:16)  God seems rather quiet, so I’m sure He’s in agreement with our plans, and after all, we will promote everything we accomplish, as coming from Him!  (Ps 50:21; Hab 1:13; 2:2-5,18-20;  2 Pet 3:3-4)
    Remember how upset the Pharisees were when Jesus said “destroy this temple and I will raise it up in three days”? (John 2:19,20; Luke 24:27)  I think we can relate well to that, because their temple was beautiful.  I remember the disciples even mentioning how beautiful the stones were.  (Luke 21:5,6)  But who can admire a temple built with people and not with masonry, wood and marble?  I mean, does God’s Spirit really dwell in the heart of an individual? That’s preposterous.  (John 14:23; 17:20,21; 1 Pet 2:5;1 Cor 3:9; 2 Cor 6:16; 1 Cor 3:16)
    We need to build and maintain our own temple for God to dwell in. (James 1:14-15) We can call on volunteers that dedicate themselves to the will of men. (Rom 6:16; Gal 1:10) If we’re business smart, we’ll call this organized religion, “the way to salvation”. (wt 1981/11/15, pp. 16-21)
    The more volunteers, the more we can build.  We’ll make sure it is perfectly desirable for the eyes, and well arranged in this world. (1 John 2:16)  We’ll keep it squeaky clean on the outside, but we’ll do our best to hide any unsavory, seedy-type actions and false teachings we’ve committed since, well, from day one!  (Luke 11:39)
    The idea that Jeroboam had was a good one, wasn’t it?  He kept the Jews from traveling to Jerusalem to worship at the temple there, by stationing two golden calves in Bethel and Dan, which were much easier to reach for worship, than the temple in Jerusalem.  He said, ‘here are your gods, Israel’; and he installed his own priests not anointed by God, to offer sacrifices to their idols. (1 Kings 12:26-33; Dan 8:23-25)
    We can do that.  Although we’ve drawn in all the anointed over the years, we’ll install our up-and-coming army of elders to be our priests! (Rev 13:1,2,5-7,11,12,16:13-16; 20:7-9) There will be more than enough men worldwide to keep the people in check – to keep them fixated on our organized religion, and away from the promised New Covenant, Jerusalem above, and the Temple of “living stones”. (Gal 4:26) (Matt 24:15,16; Mark 13:14; 2 Thess 2:3,4; Rev 9:3-5,7; Rev 11:1-3; Joel 1:6-9; Rev 13:5-7)
    Of course, to do this, our members will have to dedicate themselves to what we’ve built, an organization greater than any other on this earth!  (Rev 13:4,16,16) Maybe we should “breathe” some life into this organization, creating a divine image…a “spirit-directed organization”!  (Rev 13:15)  And if any of our members decide not to follow up on their dedication; and especially if they promote Jesus Christ only, as the way to salvation…well, that could be a great blow to our numbers if people caught on.  However, we could threaten them with loss of all the friends and family members, if they turn their back on what WE’VE built.  Upon kicking out the noncompliant, we’ll let everyone else know, that these rebels are as good as dead.  (John 16:2,3; Rev 11:1-3,7;13:15)
    Sooo, what if something greater than Solomon is here, didn’t God put His Spirit in that early temple that Solomon built? (2 Chron 7:16-22; Luke 11:31)
    I know, He really meant that He would build His temple on the body of His beloved Son…(2 Sam 7:4-7, 10-16)
    BUT WE NEED SOMETHING WE AND OUR FOLLOWERS CAN GRAVITATE TO!  Something we can put our hands on, and CONTROL. An organization will afford us power and dominance over others!  (Isa 45:9-13; Luke 22:24-27)
    How about calling it “Jehovah’s mountainlike organization”? (Isa 40:25)  I mean, that should clearly indicate to outsiders that God’s Spirit dwells only in our organization.  (But that really is a form of a modern version of idolatry.  Don’t pass that around, though. Wt. 1990/11/1 p. 26)
    It will be an inspiring idea, and it will sell like hotcakes!  Every building we establish will be called God’s dwelling, His house.  We’ll even name a few, “Bethel”, after the Bethel that was eventually destroyed because of idolatry. (Amos 5:5,6)
    Forget totally about what Jesus said he would do, because THIS IDEA, will be a money-maker.  We’ll incorporate it, advertise it, and draw in millions, along with their money! As its leaders, we’ll live high off the hog!  We’ll even preach scriptures and make up a “good news” to offer to others – with some truth and a lot of lies.  With that bait, the influx will be great! (Ps 141:9; Jer 5:26)  After we’re well established and have printed hundreds of books and millions of magazines, we can begin selling off our buildings that we had once dedicated to “Jehovah”. (Eccl 12:12-14) No worries, we’ll build more; and think of the money we’ll make with each real estate transaction! This will give us the ability to invest in hedge funds! (2 Cor 2:17)  Wow, the opportunities are endless.   And then, let’s put the printing presses aside, and build a movie studio.  Awesome!
    ~~~~~~~~
    None of Israel’s temples survived.  Idols were wiped out periodically by the few faithful kings of Israel. Only the early ark of the covenant was not destroyed, which was made by the template that Moses saw in heaven – the spiritual temple we have today in Jesus Christ and built on the anointed “living stones”.  (Heb 8:1-6)  Its representation is now in heaven.
    “After this I looked, and the heavenly temple—the tabernacle of testimony—was opened.”  Rev 15:5
    Its representation is within the hearts of the heavenly sealed anointed dwelling of God; another mobile tabernacle, “ark of the covenant”, where God’s laws are written on the hearts of these priests.   (1 Pet 2:5,9; 1 Cor 3:16; Heb 8:10; Mal 2:7; Heb 12:22) And they will be very mobile in the Kingdom, moving between heaven and earth with Jesus Christ, to serve the needs of all of God’s children.  (Gen 28:10-17; John 1:50-51; Rev 21:1-4; 22:1-5)
    Why haven’t men learned their lesson, that anything they build was never God’s original plan. (2 Sam 7:6-7)  He tolerated it before Jesus arrived. He will not tolerate it any longer.  The entire Bible is about the coming of Christ, and Greek scriptures only speak of ONE temple, one House of God – which is built on Christ.  (Eph 2:20-22)  Only one Temple is God’s dwelling in Spirit.  Why would He choose another to dwell in, when He has built His precious Temple of Truth, on His beloved Son?  Especially, why would He choose an organization built in Satan’s domain, that keeps a hidden data base of child abuse, of all things!  What a horrendous degradation of the Holy, Pure Almighty God, for anyone to believe God has put His name on FILTH! (Isa 28:14-22)
    A mountain that rivals Holy Zion/God’s Temple, is predicted to fall.  It is the mountain that has captured every anointed over the past approximately 150 years, through Satan’s ploy to destroy them.  The longer it takes for the last of the anointed to be sealed, the longer he has to deceive and lead God’s holy people into destruction. (Rev 13:4,8;2 Thess 2:3,4,9-12; Rev 13:1,2,18; 17:8)  It was prophesied that the “elect” would be deceived by false prophets in the last days. (Matt 24:24,25)  They have been deceived, into believing an organization takes precedence over the holy Temple, that they are to have a part of. (1 Pet 2:5,9)  They have forgotten not only their position as a royal priesthood who must offer “sacrifices of praise”, who must produce “good fruit” that remains.  (Matt 12:33-37; John 15:1-6; Heb 13:125) But they have turned to men as their masters who offer “food” sacrificed to an idol – “Jehovah’s organization” which takes full priority over God’s spiritual Temple. (Rev 2:20; 9:20) (Zech 4:6-10)
    Since JWs reject the only acceptable form of worship, (John 4:24) they reject Christ as well.  He cannot be molded to your expectations of how to worship God.
    John 5:39 – “You pore over the Scriptures because you think you have eternal life in them, and yet they testify about me.”
    I would hope that all JWs, show humility and read the scriptures; put aside what men have built, and turn fully to the Father and the Son for understanding.  (Zech 2:7 Rev 18:4-8)
    2 Cor 5:7 - For we walk by faith, not by sight.
    To your leaders:
    "Come now, you rich people, weep and wail over the miseries that are coming on you. 2 Your wealth has rotted and your clothes are moth-eaten. 3 Your gold and silver are corroded, and their corrosion will be a witness against you and will eat your flesh like fire. You have stored up treasure in the last days. 4 Look! The pay that you withheld from the workers who mowed your fields cries out, and the outcry of the harvesters has reached the ears of the Lord of Armies. 5 You have lived luxuriously on the earth and have indulged yourselves. You have fattened your hearts in a day of slaughter. 6 You have condemned, you have murdered the righteous, who does not resist you." James 5:1-6
    Did Jesus tell his disciples to remain in Jerusalem?  He told them that their “house is left to you desolate”; meaning God’s spirit no longer blessed them. (Matt 23:38)
    He warned his disciples to flee when they perceived the disgusting thing standing in the temple. (Matt 24:15-16)  He compared Jerusalem  to Sodom.  What was Lot told to do before Sodom was destroyed?  FLEE, AND NOT LOOK BACK.  (Luke 17:26-32)
    We have another Sodom today, and it cannot apply to Christendom; but to God’s holy anointed under covenant. ( Rev 11:1-3,7,8)  Because of this, the wrath to come against God’s anointed, is far greater than any wrath to come upon all other religions, since they are not under covenant with His Son. (Isa 1:21; Matt 23:37,35; Rev 17:6; 18:24; 13:15; 11:7; 6:9-11;19:2 ) While you teach lies about the man of lawlessness, it is in fact, the elder “Gentiles” ruling over the anointed of “Israel” - “living stones”, God’s Temple dwelling in Spirit.  (1 Pet 2:5,9; 1 Cor 3:16,17; Luke 21:24; Rev 13:10,7)
    How many survived when Jerusalem was trampled by the Romans?
     How many, Audrey? NONE!
    Matt 8:35 - "For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life because of me and the gospel will save it.
    I’m sorry, but since you support the false authority of the counterfeit priesthood of elders, you are supporting the man of lawlessness, and still bearing the Beast’s mark on your “forehead”.  (2 Thess 2:3,4; Rev 13:1,5-8,14-18; 2 Thess 2:9-12)
    You clearly seem to reject all teachings by the apostles, of the body of Christ.
    She is at peace, relieved that she is no longer held captive to "empty philosophy".  (Col 2:8; Rev 13:10).
    Audrey - "Interpretations belong to God. Jehovah doesn't give "visions" today. The Bible is complete. The Bible is its own interpreter."
    In the Temple body of Christ, we find prophets listed in the foundation - Eph 2:20-22. Paul was a prophet, Peter was a prophet. I would imagine every one of the 12 apostles could have been prophets.   The Bible speaks of other prophets during that time as well.   Do you think prophecy stopped with them?  And if you think prophesy has ceased; no, prophecy has not ceased, otherwise knowledge would cease.
     Love never ends. But as for prophecies, they will come to an end; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will come to an end. 9 For we know in part, and we prophesy in part, 10 but when the perfect comes, the partial will come to an end. 1 Cor 13:8-10
    You said that Jesus sent you, and I'm guessing you mean to bear your message about the organization, that God intends to cleanse it.  How do you know this? If you didn't have a dream, or if you didn't have a vision, how do you know Jesus sent you?
    Amos 3:7 - Indeed, the Lord God does nothing without revealing his counsel to his servants the prophets.
    How did He reveal this councel to you, that the organization will be cleansed?
    "Listen to what I say:
    If there is a prophet among you from the Lord,
    I make myself known to him in a vision;
    I speak with him in a dream." Num 12:6
    So by all rights, you should have had a dream or a vision from God, telling you to witness to JWs that the organization will be cleansed.
     "I will speak through the prophets and grant many visions; I will give parables through the prophets." Hos 12:6
    Again, the only way you could get the message from God or from Jesus is through a vision or dream!
    Unless this is a vision from your own mind.
    "This is what the Lord of Armies says: “Do not listen to the words of the prophets who prophesy to you. They are deluding you. They speak visions from their own minds, not from the Lord’s mouth." Jer 23:16
    "And it will be in the last days, says God,
    that I will pour out my Spirit on all people;
    then your sons and your daughters will prophesy,
    your young men will see visions,
    and your old men will dream dreams.
    18 I will even pour out my Spirit
    on my servants in those days, both men and women
    and they will prophesy."  Acts 2:17-18
    Rev 11:3 - will grant my two witnesses authority to prophesy for 1,260 days, dressed in sackcloth.”
    1Thess 5:20-21  - "Don’t despise prophecies, 21 but test all things. Hold on to what is good."
    Audrey - "Jesus is head of the congregation. He didn't forsake it. These are the children, his inheritance. He won't forsake them. He will remove those who are hurting others and refuse to change."
    When God's people were exiled to Babylon, and when it was time for them to leave, did He remove the wicked from Babylon, or did He remove the repentant ones from Babylon?
    We have another Babylon, and we are told to "get out of her MY PEOPLE". Rev 18:4-8
    If we can discern the man of lawlessness/ elder body ruling over the temple living stones, which is an abomination standing in the holy place, we must flee.  (Matt 24:15,16)
    Anyone who loves God with their whole mind, heart and soul, would not tolerate falsehoods. They would not continue to sit with hypocrites. (Mark 12:33; Ps 26:4). They would not wait around thinking God will remove the wicked from something He never created. They would not still listen to false prophets, and remain under subjection to a counterfeit priesthood.  God's word tells us that WE must act.  We must show where our faith lies; is it with an organization, or is it with God?
    AnnaNana/Audrey said - "The context shows which temple the writer was talking about. Since we are a spiritual nation, it's not possible for a man or group of men to physically "sit" in us."
    Since God is ruler over this Temple/ dwelling in Spirit (1 Cor 3:16), along with Jesus Christ who is the head of the anointed body/Temple(Eph 1:22;4:15), what right does any man, any elder have, to act as the authoritative power over God's Temple/anointed- to act as if he is God?
    Their authority over the anointed in the organization MUST be challenged.  It is not sanctioned by God.
    Do not be yoked together with those who do not believe. For what partnership is there between righteousness and lawlessness? Or what fellowship does light have with darkness? What agreement does Christ have with Belial? Or what does a believer have in common with an unbeliever? And what agreement does the temple of God have with idols? For we are the temple of the living God, as God said:
    I will dwell
    and walk among them,
    and I will be their God,
    and they will be my people.
    17 Therefore, come out from among them
    and be separate, says the Lord;
    do not touch any unclean thing,
    and I will welcome you.
     And I will be a Father to you,
    and you will be sons and daughters to me,
    says the Lord Almighty. 2 Cor 6:14-18
    Hello AnnaNana,
    I can't seem to send you a private message,  so I'll place it here:
    Hello AnnaNana, again I appreciate the scriptures that point to God's people as recipients of His discipline.  But I just wanted to share with you a few things about my exodus from the organization.
    The first thing that I was looking for, was the body, more anointed ones.  I knew in my heart that they carried truth if they stayed close to Jesus Christ. The primary message of the New Testament is to these anointed ones, (Matt 10:23; Mal 3:1-4), training them in the words of Jesus, to be found favorable in the sight of God at the day Jesus returns.  There is much warning given to them, about false prophets/teachers, and falling into the teachings of demons. (Matt 24:24,25; 1 Tim 4:1) These were all warning signs in advance on how to guard ourselves from the wicked one. Jesus said, "see I'm telling you beforehand".  Jesus knew that in the last days the remnant of anointed ones would be tested severely under the hand of the adversary. ( Luke 22:31; Rev 13:1,2,5-7,10)  This happens right before the kingdom arrives.   God wants a refined priesthood to serve Him, Jesus Christ, and the children of God in the Kingdom.  We are refined by the fire of His word, and whatever works we accomplish during our time on the earth, will judge our acceptance or rejection before Christ. (Jer 23:29;1 Pet 1:7; 1 Cor 3:9-15; 2 Pet 3:10)   The apostle John said in 1 John 2:27, that the anointing teaches all things, that we don't need anyone to teach us.  Okay, he was speaking to more than one anointed one. He was talking in general to all the anointed ones who were to remain in Christ. We can't learn truth as a single anointed one, just as an arm of a physical body is unable to function as an arm, unless it is attached to a working body.     In chapter 12 of 1st Corinthians, Paul describes the members of the body, that spiritual body built on Jesus. (John 2:19-21) There is to be no schism between its members. (1 Cor 12:25)  Even though each one has been given his or her own gift in the spirit, each one is valuable for the building up at the body, and our Head, Jesus Christ, directs the body to work in unison. (Eph 4:12; 2:20-22) And it is the same spirit, so we respect that spirit by respecting all members of Christ's body. (1 Cor 12:15-24)   The wicked slave in the GB has created a schism between themselves and the rest of the anointed.  They have exalted themselves over Christ's bodily members.  (Matt 24:48-51)  This has caused the covenant with Christ to be broken.  (Dan 11:32)  While in there, we were listening to false prophets. We were living in darkness, from the light of Jesus, who is the light of Truth.  (John 14:6; 8:12).  So the words of 1st Peter 2:5,9; Eph 5:6-11,  describe this chosen people as coming out of darkness and into the light of Christ.  We were not a unified people in the organization because that is not allowed.  It is imperative that the anointed recognize each member of the body of Christ, so that truth in spirit is fed to each anointed one. Jesus is described also as the vine,    "Remain in me, as I also remain in you.  No branch can bear fruit by itself, it must remain in the vine neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me".  John 15:4   I have noticed many anointed leave the organization and go about proclaiming their individual message on their own. They have no desire to bond together under Christ.  Their actions go against scripture, yet they are to be one body, under one spirit, and to cherish each member under their Head.  (Eph 4:4, 25). Do you think Jesus Christ would bless a rogue anointed one with full truth if they fail to recognize his other bodily members and their gifts in spirit, or would he bless those who have no respect for the other branches that are attached to the Vine?    This is how the arrangement of the spiritual Temple is set up. The Bride of Christ has many members, but they are all one under Jesus, their husband.  I hope you can see what I'm talking about.  Our teachings should all be in harmony.  It is the fruit that Jesus pointed out in Matthew chapter 7:15-19. If we think we have a message to God's holy ones who have been under captivity of lies, (Col 2:8) then they are the primary individuals who should receive the message, ( Matt 10:23; Rev 18:4-8), and we compare it with the message Jesus has given to all of his members, simply because they are members of his body.  JWs not anointed, should listen as well, but they are not God's chosen people. (Isa 43:10; Mal 2:7) God and Jesus individually chooses His people through the outpouring of Holy Spirit, not through a 100 question format that leads to baptism into an organization.   The anointed priests are "Jews", those not anointed are "Gentiles". (Rom 9:6-8, 25-26; 1Pet 2:9-10)  These priests are to be the teachers of Truth, not the "Gentiles".  This is why the organization is blasphemy. It has set up foreigners to rule over those whom God has chosen to teach truth. (Eph 44:6-9; Mal 2:7; Matt 24:15,16)  The covenant God made with His priesthood is perpetual, everlasting, no matter if it is a literal priesthood from the days of ancient Israel, or the spiritual priesthood in the anointed today that replaces the physical.  (Lev 7:35-36; 1 Cor 15:46) The apostles taught as priests, they were the messengers of truth, and we are to follow in their footsteps.   So,Jesus was teaching his 12 apostles to be servants of each other, no matter what position in the body they hold.  We can't assume we know everything about the opening of the meaning of Revelation, when Jesus may have given that understanding to another member of the body. Whomever Jesus chooses, the ring of truth in the words of that prophet, or that teacher, will be according to his words.   The apostle Paul said if there's a prophet among us, we are to hear and weigh what this prophet says. (1 Thess 5:19-22; 2 Pet 1:20,21; 1 Cor 12:28; Rom 12:6; Acts 2:17,18)   I knew nothing when I came out of the organization, but I did know I wanted to understand truth,  and even though I was anointed, I knew that the source of that truth would be through the anointed body of Christ. We cannot assume we know everything, Anna.  We cannot assume that Jesus is neglecting the rest of the members of his body, so we test the spirits and make sure that the fruit produced by an anointed one is in harmony with the word of God.   Pearl Doxsey has had visions pertaining to the opening of the scrolls of  Revelation, and what its message holds for Gods people under covenant in the last days.  Rachel Pruden Roman, anointed, also bears the message to God's anointed ones, as well as myself.  I learned the importance of the body of Christ from Pearl.  I support these 2 women wholeheartedly and in harmony with the message of truth.       I do hope you will consider our message.         https://4womaninthewilderness.blogspot.com/2012/05/where-is-true-religion.html     https://inthenightaflyingscroll.blogspot.com/2021/11/get-out-of-her-my-people-rev184.html       https://www.christsdisciple.com/
