      Hey Emma, 

      This is how it works for me, (but it might depend on what device you are using).

      Highlight the section you want to quote, and a quote button should appear. You then click on that quote button and only the highlighted section should appear on your reply. You can do this as many times as you want....hope it works!

      I don't want to mess anything up, like lose someones comment, so how do I go about moving it to another topic? Do I use the move button in the moderator actions? I don't want to just experiment.

    I understand. I think we can start to train ourselves to direct comments to people's profile pages for off topic stuff.... until the software improves one day and allows for threaded replies.

    The forum developers are still in love with old flat thread style forums.
