There are some 120 lanuages that use "Jehovah" . The NWStudy edition shows many inestering points on translation. They often show alternae words and lets you chose the one that suits you;

I was about 12 when it dawned on me that since Jesus prayed to God he was not God.Hfe was the Son of God and served Jehovah on earth. What a fine example for us. In Mathew 24 is a prophecy about preaching the good news worldwide. Only Jehovah Witnesses are doing this in over 120 lands in over 930 languages. No one else if even close. The many sushi workers at the supermarkets speak Chin, a form of Burmese. My wife gets copies of the magazines in Chin and only JWs are concerned enough to cover this remote language. When missionaries are sent, only JWs learn the local language and help the local ones learn the Truth., The others speak English which reminds people of the Colonial rule of the British. What a blessing to be a Jehovah's Witness today. and share in the preaching of the Good News all over,.

I look out in the backyard and see the trees, bushes, and grass flourishing. I don't do a thing at making them grow. It is amazing the process involving chlorophyll making food for the plants out of carbon dioxide, sunlight and carbon dioxide to make food for the plants. We can be thankful for the Creator's works and how they benefit us. We are certainly thankful to Jehovah for his creations.

It is such a blessing that our brothers and sister will wake up in the New World to everlasting live in the Paradise, Nay we all be faithful until the end and be ready to recite our experiences to all the resurrected ones.

Thank you for your comments. I can use a PDF copy in .doc for the meetings. I have lost the >PDF on my computer. Many of the files are coming from the T as PDF files which I cannot use. Thank you again The weather we here -5 for example of the weather! we are having a time in D=D work., We are writing a lot of letters to use our time well. It is good you have ones who are doing work in different languages. I got the Spanish group going in 1992. There are now two congregations. I have had three grandparents from Germany..My mother failed first grade in 1914 for not knowing English. Since she has forgotten all her German. My grandfather got me started in service when I was 10. .He had such a smooth way of talking. He said he read the Bible attended the meetings, studied the WT and answered in the meetings. Nothing has changed. the WT study. Nothing has changed. This is a good example for us all. How is the D-D service in Germany? I had heard that It is difficult because of the prosperity. People don't want to listen. We five a witness and it is up to them to listen and learn,. .

This is why we go door-to-door to give each person worldwide ha opportunity to accept the truth from the Bible. Because the work is done worldwide, it has to be translated into local language. Would you believe 930 languages? IBM has the capability to do this kind of translation work but it has to make money and so is not working out the computer algorithms for this. For example in Mexico there are about 100,000 persons still speaking the Maya language. Because our work is done by unpaid volunteers. we are the only organization with a periodical (the Watchtower) in the Maya language. We really believe that the Good news has to be preached all over the earth.

You are so kind. I was about 13 when it dawned on me that Jesus prayed to God. Can't be a Trinity.as they are all to be equal. Then God sent his son to die for us to forgive us of our sins. Jesus died and His Father resurrected him. Trinity? The great God Jehovah is over all and we worship Him as the God over all.

My dear sisters. You are a good example to us young(84yo)servants of Jehovah. We will continue until Jehovah says it is done.
