  1. Something I thought might be relevant since we are studying the God's Kingdom book. Not long ago, in a WT article, it was mentioned in reference to the "Kingdom being preached in all the inhabited earth" that this will not mean that literally everyone on Earth would have heard about the Kingdom before Armageddon starts. When one does a bit of mathematics (not my forte) and calculates the percentage of current Jehovah's Witnesses in comparison to the World's population we arrive at 0.1%. This is a very small percentage indeed. (8 million JW to 8 billion population) If we were to assume some averages, and use the United States as a fair example, then we can assume the ratio of 1 publisher to roughly around 400. This seems a fair number since "only a few are the ones finding the road to life". However, as we know, there is practically a non existent ratio when it comes to India and China, two of the world's countries with a population of over 1billion each (the majority of whom have never heard of the Bible, never mind Jehovah's Witnesses). If we would assume the same ratio of 1:400, then this would immediately create over 3 million Witnesses in each of the two countries, i.e. over 6 million in India and China alone, bringing the total of JWs to over 14 million. If we were to also add 650 thousand in Indonesia, 485 thousand from Pakistan, and 402 thousand from Bangladesh that adds another 1.5 million bringing the total to over 15 million, almost doubling the Witnesses today. If we go by the fact that all people are equal in Jehovah's eyes, and that no nation is above another when it comes to salvation, and that all people are basically the same, then we have to assume that there are people in those countries who, if given the chance, would embrace the truth and put themselves on Jehovah's side and create that ratio of 1:400. With that in mind, it is evident that either there is going to have to be a lot of preaching done, verging on the miraculous, in order to bring in over 7 million new Witnesses within the allotted time of the "Generation", or, Jehovah will judge their hearts and allow nearly HALF of the people, (agnostics or believers in false Gods) entry into the new world without them even needing to know him. Or, is "this Generation" a lot longer than we think..... Any scriptural thoughts?
  2. A New World of Justice The Bible tells us what kind of rulership we can expect, rulership that all righthearted individuals now long for. Psalm 145:16 will then find fulfillment in its completest sense: “You [Jehovah God] are opening your hand andsatisfying the desire of every living thing.” Moreover, Isaiah 32:1 says: “Look! A king [Christ Jesus in heaven] will reign for righteousness itself; and as respects princes [Christ’s earthly representatives], they will rule as princes for justice itself.” Regarding the King Jesus Christ, Isaiah 9:7 foretells: “To the abundance of the princely rule and to peace there will be no end, upon the throne of David and upon his kingdom in order to establish it firmly and to sustain it by means of justice and by means of righteousness, from now on and to time indefinite. The very zeal of Jehovah of armies will do this.” http://wol.jw.org/en/wol/sysl/r1/lp-e?url=/en/wol/sydp/r1/lp-e/{rsconf}/{library}/r1/lp-e/2007606/null 2 pictures 1 moving, 1 GIF IMG_1281.mov

  5. Two close friends are walking side by side in a beautiful valley, with tears in their eyes. Struggling to find the right words to describe this moment, they continue walking in silence and in awe. The sun is shining down on them like never before and the mountains are teeming with gorgeous waterfalls and trees. They go up on a rolling hill and flashbacks begin to run through their heads: Their trials, their endurance - Their life in the old system. Stunned by the scene surrounding them, they come to a halt when they reach the top and they witness so many animals roaming together, free at last. A little girl is walking down the road with a cute little monkey on her shoulder and the roar of a silverback gorilla from a nearby forest greets their ears, astonishing them. The smells of nature reaches their nose and not too far away from them, their friends and loved ones are gathering in a park, in the most beautiful nature scenery they have ever seen in their lives. They remain silent but you can hear them sniffling, with tears racing down their cheeks. Finally they embrace in a tearful hug and with so much emotion they exclaim the words they had been yearning to say for so long: "Remember when we used to talk about this! We made it home." To everyone who reads this: Don't give up, I hope we run into each other in paradise someday. I hope we laugh and cry and say that we finally made it after enduring for so long. I hope we have the most amazing bonfires and we share our own stories of what we went through in this system. I hope we hang out in a tree house by the ocean and we watch the dolphins and whales leap out of the water under the twinkling stars. I hope we meet Abraham, Noah, Moses, David, Esther and we have the most thrilling, conversations with them! I hope we witness the long awaited resurrection and we cry so many happy tears until we run out of tears. And I hope.. We build a lasting bond, serving the true God for millions of years and all of eternity. Until then, let's continue to endure - And if we do - I hope to see you on the other side. We are almost home! . Repost from my friend @memo8616 Click on link post below. IMG_9755.mov
  6. A mind troubled by doubt cannot focus on the course to the new world. 6 ...."For the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven by the wind and blown about." (James 1:6) NWT jw.org IMG_4318.MOV 6 But let him keep asking in faith, not doubting at all...(James 1:6) Exercise Faith—Decide Wisely! What will help us to make wise decisions? We certainly need faith in God, not doubting his willingness and ability to help us to be wise. We also need faith in Jehovah’s Word and in his way of doing things, trusting God’s inspired counsel. (Read James 1:5-8.) As we draw close to him and grow in love for his Word, we come to trust his judgment. Accordingly, we develop the habit of consulting God’s Word before making decisions. But how can we improve our decision-making skills? And does being willing to decide mean sticking to our choices no matter what? Jehovah does not coerce us into loving him and serving him. That is our choice. In line with the free will that he grants us, he respects our responsibility and right to ‘choose for ourselves’ whether we will serve him. (Josh. 24:15; Eccl. 5:4) But he expects us to follow through on other decisions that we make based on his guidance. With faith in Jehovah’s way of doing things and the principles that he has kindly provided, we can make wise decisions and prove ourselves steady in all our ways.—Jas. 1:5-8; 4:8. http://wol.jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/2017323?q=james+1%3A6&p=par
  7. Song 134 See Yourself When All Is New (Revelation 21:1-5) 1. Just see yourself, just see me too; Just see us all in a world that is new. Think how you’ll feel, how it will be, To live in peace, to be truly free. No evil one will then prevail; Rule by our God cannot ever fail. The time will have come for a new earthly start, The song of our praises will pour out from our heart: (CHORUS) “Jehovah our God, how well you have done! All things are new by the rule of your Son. The fullness of our heart overflows in our song; All glory and honor and praise to you belong.” 2. Now see yourself, and see me too; And look ahead to a world that is new. No sight we see, no sound we hear Will cause alarm or give rise to fear. All has come true, just as he said; Now over mankind, his tent is spread. He now shall awaken those sleeping in death; Their voices will join us with ev’ry grateful breath: (CHORUS) “Jehovah our God, how well you have done! All things are new by the rule of your Son. The fullness of our heart overflows in our song; All glory and honor and praise to you belong.” (See also Ps. 37:10, 11; Isa. 65:17; John 5:28; 2 Pet. 3:13.). http://wol.jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/1102009214 IMG_4023.MOV
  8. Prepare now for life in the New World ? 18 "Tell them to work at good, to be rich in fine works, to be generous, ready to share, safely treasuring up for themselves a fine foundation for the future,so that they may get a firm hold on the real life." (1 Timothy 6:18,19)
