  1. Peace - Can It Last? Anyone know the location? I also noticed the "No Collection" on the placard.
  2. Make a habit of shutting down conversations that aim to tear others down. 19 "A slanderer goes about revealing confidential talk; Do not associate with one who loves to gossip." (Prov 20:19) NWT
  3. Two close friends are walking side by side in a beautiful valley, with tears in their eyes. Struggling to find the right words to describe this moment, they continue walking in silence and in awe. The sun is shining down on them like never before and the mountains are teeming with gorgeous waterfalls and trees. They go up on a rolling hill and flashbacks begin to run through their heads: Their trials, their endurance - Their life in the old system. Stunned by the scene surrounding them, they come to a halt when they reach the top and they witness so many animals roaming together, free at last. A little girl is walking down the road with a cute little monkey on her shoulder and the roar of a silverback gorilla from a nearby forest greets their ears, astonishing them. The smells of nature reaches their nose and not too far away from them, their friends and loved ones are gathering in a park, in the most beautiful nature scenery they have ever seen in their lives. They remain silent but you can hear them sniffling, with tears racing down their cheeks. Finally they embrace in a tearful hug and with so much emotion they exclaim the words they had been yearning to say for so long: "Remember when we used to talk about this! We made it home." To everyone who reads this: Don't give up, I hope we run into each other in paradise someday. I hope we laugh and cry and say that we finally made it after enduring for so long. I hope we have the most amazing bonfires and we share our own stories of what we went through in this system. I hope we hang out in a tree house by the ocean and we watch the dolphins and whales leap out of the water under the twinkling stars. I hope we meet Abraham, Noah, Moses, David, Esther and we have the most thrilling, conversations with them! I hope we witness the long awaited resurrection and we cry so many happy tears until we run out of tears. And I hope.. We build a lasting bond, serving the true God for millions of years and all of eternity. Until then, let's continue to endure - And if we do - I hope to see you on the other side. We are almost home! . Repost from my friend @memo8616 Click on link post below. IMG_9755.mov
  4. "The Golden Rule" “All things, therefore, that you want men to do to you, you also must likewise do to them.” (Matthew 7:12) YES, the Originator of what Jesus taught, including what came to be known as the Golden Rule, is the one who sent Jesus, namely, the Creator, Jehovah God. God originally purposed that all mankind treat one another as they would like to be treated. He set the finest example in expressing care for the welfare of others in the way he created humans: “God proceeded to create the man in his image, in God’s image he created him; male and female he created them.” (Genesis 1:27) This means that God lovingly endowed humans with a measure of his own outstanding qualities so that they could enjoy life in peace, happiness, and harmony—potentially forever. Their God-given conscience, when properly trained, would guide them to treat others the way they themselves would want to be treated. jw.org IMG_6532.MP4
  5. Can You Find Peace in This Troubled World? So where can you find real peace? The source of peace is our Creator, Jehovah God. Why? He is the “God who gives peace.” (Romans 15:33) Under the rule of his Kingdom that is soon to come, there will be an “abundance of peace.” (Psalm 72:7; Matthew 6:9, 10) This is far more than just a feeble peace settlement. Such accords often herald little more than a brief interruption in hostilities. But God’s peace will eliminate all causes of war and strife. In fact, no one will learn war anymore. (Psalm 46:8, 9) Real peace for all at last! Yes, you can find inner peace. It comes from Jehovah God, who gives it to those who draw close to him and who want to follow his guidance. By an examination of his Word, the Bible, you can become familiar with his thoughts. Applying his directions is not necessarily easy. But it is worth all the effort because “the God of peace will be with you.”—Philippians 4:9. #jw.org
  6. Happiness isn't getting all you want, it's enjoying all you have...... 8 "So, having food and clothing, we will be content with these things." (1 Timothy 6:8)
  7. Peace is not absence of conflict, it is the ability to handle conflict by peaceful means. 14 "Turn away from what is bad and do what is good; Seek peace and pursue it." (Psalm 34:14)
  8. “Ever since the days of Adam, man has been hiding from God and saying, ‘God is hard to find.’” Venerable Fulton J. Can You Find Peace in This Troubled World? Many people yearn for inner peace. They may search for it in religion, meditation seminars, or yoga groups. Others hope to find peace in nature—taking vacation trips, hiking in mountains and wilderness areas, or visiting natural spas. Even if the searchers seem to find some inner peace, they may soon come to realize that such peace is superficial and short-lived. If we sincerely repent of our sins and ask for forgiveness on the basis of Jesus’ sacrifice, God will extend forgiveness, which contributes to our peace of mind and heart. (Acts 3:19) When we realize that life cannot be enjoyed to its fullest extent until the coming of Christ’s Kingdom, we avoid frantically living as if this life is all there is. (1 Timothy 6:19) Of course, we are not spared all trouble, but we can find comfort in the sure hope that the best life is yet to come. JW.ORG
  9. THE BIBLE TEACHES THAT GOD WILL DO AMAZING THINGS ON THE EARTH. People will no longer feel pain, grow old, or die.—Revelation 21:4 “The lame will leap like the deer.”—Isaiah 35:6 “The eyes of the blind will be opened.”—Isaiah 35:5 The dead will be brought back to life.—John 5:28, 29 No one will get sick.—Isaiah 33:24 Everyone on earth will have plenty to eat.—Psalm 72:16. The Bible does more than that. It tells us what we need to know in order to be truly happy and enjoy life right now. Think for a moment about the things that make you worry. These may include money or family matters, bad health, or the death of someone you love. The Bible can help you to cope with these problems, and it can comfort you by answering such questions as these: Why do we suffer? How can we cope with our problems? Can our family be happy? What happens to us when we die? Will we ever see our dead loved ones again? Why can we be confident that God will do everything that he has promised? Go to JW.Org to learn these answers.
  10. "May Jehovah lift up his face toward you and grant you peace.” (Numbers 6:26) Jehovah is watching! May You be Blessed by Jehovah!
