With his baptism, Anselmo is the newest member of the Alausi Quichua Congregation. ??? He lives in a village quite a distance from our Kingdom Hall. Â It's about an hour of travel time each way with a long walk and then a half hour bus ride. Congratulations Anselmo! ???

Petrona and José baptized 1.5 yrs ago, the 'youngest at heart' in our Quichua Alausi Congregation. Their walk to get to our meetings is 3.5 hours! Photo taken at a combined Spanish/Quichua congregation picnic last week. By @ecua_gringo.

Two of our best students, Manuel and Narcisa along with daughters Delfina and Noemí came to CO's talk in Quichua on Sunday. The 4 of them travel an hour on a small motorcycle and then :45 on bus to attend a meeting! The little boy Jorge is son of an RV that comes with us to meetings to a) learn Quichua and b) to practice English with us!- @ecua_gringo

We use two carts each outside the front doors of two major banks that the majority of Quichua speaking people use. And today being our market day in Alausi, we had a constant flow of colorful ponchos and polleras directly in front of the carts. By ecua_gringo
