Why does my uploaded and saved cover photo always disappear?

Anke A. had that same problem for a time. I'm not sure what fixed it.

If you upload it below in a response I will try to upload it for you to see if that helps

Yes....  its  daily  the  same  procedure  :-(   More  times  my  cover - pic  goes  away !  I  make  it  always  new...  *Its  sitting  a  little  man  inside,  who  wants  that  I  change  it*  ;o)  hahaha

Thank you. I just noticed mine was gone as well. I will have the admin submit a ticket to IT team about this.

Hello,
We are aware of a problem whereby it has syncronised where it should not have been, so it seems this may well have been the issue here. To stop syncronising these the user would go to account settings, select the twitter tab, and deselect the "Update my cover photo here with my Twitter cover photo" setting. They will be able to upload a new image and it will not affect their ability to log in with twitter.

I  was  waiting  sooo  long  time....  not  believe,  it  will  change  to  my  happiness !

By  some  Members,  seems  it  works   -   I  know,  must  looking  daily  for  a  new  one, hahaha  ;o)
