Provides cash grants to eligible low-income adults who are age 65 or older, blind, or likely to meet SSI disability criteria for certain conditions. Those not eligible for ABD assistance may be eligible for the Housing and Essential Needs referral program, which provides access to rental assistance and essential needs items. Network of support, information and referral for families whose children have disabilities and/or chronic illness, all ages to adult. Lead agency for Early Intervention services. Support groups, recreational and educational opportunities supporting a variety of subjects in the eld of disabilities. Serves Thurston, Mason, and Grays Harbor counties.
