Dixie Romain Smith Dingle, 63, wife of James Edward Dingle, died Sunday, May 14, 2017, at her home.Born Nov. 22, 1953, in Brooklyn, New York, she was a daughter of the late Marion Smith Sr. and Marcella Lewis Smith.Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Saturday, May 20, 2017, at Manning Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses on Greeleyville Highway in Manning.The family will receive friends at the home, 12195 Raccoon Road in Manning.Services have been entrusted to Samuels Funeral Home LLC of Manning.
