That quote came at the end of paragraph 4 of this weeks Watchtower study and the subject of having a pleasant smile and kind demeanour was mentioned at least 3 or 4 more times during the watchtower, particularly about when engaging in cart witnessing.

Remember, we’re a happy people, because they tell us we are.

When you go to a car dealership to buy a new or used car ... you are met by a friendly, personable car salesperson who is truly happy to see you. 

Unless he has bad teeth his smile will be large, and radiant!

Not necessarily.   Not even a majority of the time.

In fact, there is probably not one person in twenty thousand sane people that would draw that conclusion.

THAT'S the person that pays the list sticker price for a new car.
