I see that there are over 50 names of so called JW abusers in this list related to California's jurisdictions. Although I only skimmed them, I noticed that one said "Case Dismissed. .... insufficient evidence." But it still had a name next to it. I would be careful trying to publicize such a document if it contains unsubstantiated information with names in it.

Although I would say you are correct.

The creator / hosting service should think twice before accusing widely.
