Why are pretty much all the people who claim to be anointed from the United States?

Shouldn't they be more spread out than that? (I'm sure they have people from other nations claiming to be anointed from other countries but the vast majority, at least the ones who get the most attention, are from the US).

Perhaps it is true that most are in the U.S., but I only know of a few.   I am acquainted with one in Belgium and Romania.  I am also aware of an anointed one living in Russia, and also Spain.  Years ago, of the two anointed in our first congregation, one was from the UK.
