Barbara Lynn Elliott, of Culpeper County, passed away at home with family by her side on Friday, September 13th, 2019. She was born on September 19, 1954 to Peter and Jacqueline Ross. Bobbie loved being outside in warm weather, gardening and taking care of her animals. She was one of Jehovah's Witnesses and had a strong faith that could be seen in the way she lived her life. Bobbie will be remembered as a hard worker who loved her God and her family. Bobbie is survived by her husband of 47 years, Franklin Stewart Elliott. Bobbie had 6 children: Jason Elliott, Michael Elliott (d.), Susan Elliott Gray (and husband James), Patrick Elliott (and wife Mindy), Daniel Elliott, and Kelley Elliott. She also had 7 grandchildren: Michael, Ashley, Dillon, Kayla, Matthew, Tyler, and Madison. Bobbie is also survived by her mother, Jackie Ross, and her 6 siblings and their spouses: Patricia Ross, John Ross, Virginia Hussong, Daniel Ross, and Michael Ross. She is preceded in death by her father, Peter Ross, and her son, Michael Elliott. The service will be held Saturday, September 21st at 2:00pm at the Culpeper Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 15103 Rixeyville Rd. Culpeper, VA 22701.
