Please share this workshop information with your customers that are 16 to 24 years old that are needing assistance with expunging or sealing their juvenile criminal records. The Youth Impact program is hosting a workshop on how to seal and expunge a juvenile criminal record. It will be instructed by Melanie Wheeler, who has 17 years of experience with Clark County Juvenile Court’s records department. Justice-involved youth are strongly encouraged to attend. The workshop will be on Wednesday, April 27th from 4:30-6 p.m. at Innovative Services NW. Youth who wish to receive case-specific advice must RSVP no later than Tuesday, April 19th to me at jmatter@innovativeservicesnw.org with their first and last name, and their birth date, so Melanie can have sufficient time to review their case and make notes. Those who want general information about sealing and expunging juvenile criminal records do not need to RSVP.
