Every culture is different. In the culture and country I live in, she is considered dressed in a business and dignified manner. Take for example the recent post of our family in Milan, Italy at a Convention. Some are also with similar make up and every one looks outstanding and dignified don't they? 

The Witnesses’ annual conventions are now recognized as religious holidays, reaffirming the right of parents to educate their children according to their religious beliefs.
 

My lovely twin students got baptised at the 2016 Remain Loyal to Jehovah convention. I’m soo proud of them just as their mother is. Their dad is not in the organisation as well as their elder siblings but as youngest siblings they decided to continue to remain loyal to Jehovah.

Great job little sisters!!  Education to your peers help not only them, but parents often ask their own child, "What did you learn in school today?" If they explain why Jehovah's Witnesses adhere to the bible, parents will also gain insight. They may even listen when we come to their doors next time!
