 Coinbase announced that its registration statement on Form S-1, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), relating to a proposed public direct listing of its Class A common stock was declared effective by the SEC on April 1, 2021. The company anticipates that its stock will begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “COIN” on April 14.

Delivery trucks in major cities were more commonly electric than gas. Short distance, low speed and heavy hauling. The frequent idling during stops made gas more expensive to run. Also quieter operation during night time and early morning deliveries. Think milkman at 5:00AM.

Rules of the Gregorian Calendar (begun in 1582) place Easter on the first Sunday AFTER the first Full Moon AFTER the March Equinox.

Full Moon occurs today, not yesterday, so Easter must wait another week.
