Of course Jehovah could get the Supreme Court to do what he wanted by allowing the Witnesses freedom to worship but this is all for a purpose which we will see soon I am sure. Jehovah is allowing things to come to a head on purpose just like what happened in Egypt with the Israelites. Jehovah had Moses lead the people to the Red Sea. It looked like they were trapped but it was all part of Jehovah’s plan just like it is now. We must never mock Jehovah by saying things like He can’t help the Russian Wittness with their legal battles. He can and He will in His own time and way!

I think it is a nice idea to wear a pin with something identifying us as a Witness. People may ask about it or comment on it and then we have an opportunity to give a Witness. I don’t think any one would use it as a good luck charm

He doesn’t sound like any Witness I have ever known in the 48 years that I have been a Jehovah’s Witness, I think he may be just saying he is a Witness',

Leave the brothers alone. Such petty fussing! I can see their point of not wanting people tramping all over the property unannounced. Think what it could lead to! Besides I think you are being very rude. We have much more important issues to attend to than quibbling over unimportant things like this. Be more positive

I also studied the truth book in 1969 and got babtised in 6 months. I was a 20 year old strong Catholic who had gone to Catholic school all through grade school & high school. I taught Catchism for several years. I had many questions for 8 years that no priest would even try to answer. I was about to give up when my husbands grandparents sent us the truth book along with a number of other ones. As soon as I read the truth book it was as if a light went on in my head. Every thing made perfect sense! All my questions were answered.

The Bible says the wages sin pays is death therefore if a person dies they have paid the price and no longer have that sin held against them any longer. But the little girl didn't known if her parent would die before Armageddon. She just knew her parents didn't have any interest in going into the new world so to her why would they be there when that wasn't something they wanted at the time

What a lot of work for the brothers! May Jehovah's help them and bless their efforts!

Jehovah is the final judge since only he knows the heart but the elders have an obligation to keep the congregation clean so one person doesn't affect others. Even if the courts deem the elders decision wrong which is doubtful the congregation will still honor the elders decision. It isn't called shunning it is disfellowshipping. It appears you are not at all familiar with Jehovah's Witnesses from the words you use. Besides the elders know the inside story of all the details which not everyone does
