I went to Vietnam in early 2017. I kept some contacts so I'm waiting for a response from Vietnam to check this news

Why would you even post this? It says plainly to all Bodies of Elders. Granted, there is nothing here that is controversial. Just instructions for contributions to the annual meeting. Slight change from last time. It is like you are just trying to stir up controversy where none exist? Reminded of one of the things that Jehovah hates mentioned at Proverbs 6:19  . . .  And anyone sowing contentions among brothers.
 

I'm having trouble finding anything particularly sinister in these comments. I'm hearing a man saying that if youths felt they were mature enough to have a driving licence but weren't ready to consider dedication and baptism, then maybe their priorities needed adjustment.
However, to say this is promoting the encouraging of youths to get baptized in exchange for a driving licence??? That would be an own foot shot in my book and a recipe for spiritual disaster. Maybe someone would be idiotic enough to think such a strategy would work and save them the chore of having a Bible Study with their child, but I'm not hearing that suggestion here.

A view of many who are not Jehovah's Witnesses presumably. 
Young people who sincerely dedicate their lives to Jehovah do not plan to fail in fulfilling their promise. For many, the home and congregational environment they enjoy is geared to support them in fulfilling their dedication. Young people who apply themselves to being spiritually focused in this way do not miss out on anything wholesome in their lives. The many photos shown on this jw-archive of young people enjoying theocratic activity seem to bear this out. Certainly in my own experience, many young people I know, baptized at an early age, are living happy, productive, well balanced, and successful lives, quite convinced that their early decision has led them to the "best life ever".
 

Great thing for so many if those afraid to ask a person about the truth of the bible and the truth about Jehovahs people and there purpose in the door to door ministry. It's amazing how many questions people have but are afraid to ask because of obligation and risk of argument. Take that away and there thoughts about things really pour out of them. It's one of the ways I approach people. With good results. Not always ready to be one of gods true worshippers but leaving with a different thought and view. Made my own badge holder  and plan on wearing it all next weekend at the convention . Even glued some of the qr codes I picked out of some old watchtowers on the back just in case I meet someone interested ☺️ Cost me about 20 cents to make 

Seems as if everyone is selling this pins nowadays.
We used to be discouraged from identifying ourselves with Watchtower pins or logos in the past. 
How do you feel about our modern wearing of pins? 
What would be the arguments for / against such displaying of logos?
