GB has a problem with how to incorporate some biblical concepts into the workings of the WT JWorg Organization. The term “holy spirit” occupies one of the three most significant places (Father, Son, Holy Spirit) that can be read about in the Bible.
1) Is the explanation of who or what the holy spirit is properly explained in WTJWorg theology?
2) WTJWorg argues that the workings of the Holy Spirit in the past and today are quite different when it comes to the manner and type of "communication" between “Heaven and Earth”.
3) Why does WTJWorg have trouble with the term/word "inspired"?                                                          4)They say, the WTJWorg Organization and the JW people in the organization are not "inspired by the spirit," but they are "guided by the spirit," "the spirit helps them," the spirit leads them, "the spirit empowered them," "spirit teaches them" and so on. What is the difference?

I don’t think it’s as "convincing" today as it was when we were young and full of "Bible enthusiasm". First to mention is GB confession that their interpretations of the Bible are full of misconceptions , and that their interpretations came through wrong methods (beliefs clarified). So much about GB ability to understand.
Second, WW1 is best "proof" that WTJWorg have (after 1914 fiasco when they expected Armageddon in that year) evidence that humankind living in time of end. Despite Jesus' warning to not be mislead with, You will hear of wars and rumors of wars. 
Third, Type and Anti Type model or Second (Third) Fulfillment is claim without real foundation, and belong to "wrong methods".

I followed the advice from your first sentence a few years ago.  I removed myself from the JW Organisation. 
And I agree with the scripture you quoted. The advice of your wicked GB / Watchtower was to keep Child Sexual Abuse hidden inside the Organisation by not reporting it to the Police or Superior Authorities. 
And I will not 'sit in the seat of scoffers', because I will be no part of the lies and deceit that your GB spew out. 
Your GB and their helpers are the ones who are in opposition to love and truth.  
Everything you 'throw' at others always seems to be better at describing your GB and it's many organisations. 

This was a source of contention with a JW, waking up. The quote is from 3/2021 Study article, “Love Helps Us Endure Hatred”

After speaking about maggots, GB Anthony Morris states,

“Despicable” - deserving hatred and contempt.

The contradictions never end.  What will JWs do?  Will they compromise God’s laws and principles to please their leader, who considers all apostates as “deserving of hatred and contempt”?  Will they walk in his footsteps or in the footsteps of Christ, who said:
“You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ 44But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, 45 that you may be sons of your Father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. 46 For if you love those who love you, what reward have you? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? 47 And if you greet your brethren only, what do you do more than others? Do not even the tax collectors do so? 48 Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.”  Matt 5:43-58
Jezebel was a prophetess who tolerated no rivalry, and freely killed God’s people who were a threat to her prominent position.   Why do God’s people tolerate a leadership that desires to “kill” (disfellowship) any who refuse to “sacrifice” to its idol/organization? (Rev 13:15)  Since these leaders clearly are not following Bible council considering “enemies”, they are committing spiritual immorality.  Harlotry.  (Rev 17:1-6)   This is not just one instance where they do not follow Bible council.  
“Nevertheless I have a few things against you, because you allow that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, to teach and seduce My servants to commit sexual immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols. 21 And I gave her time to repent of her sexual immorality, and she did not repent. 22 Indeed I will cast her into a sickbed, and those who commit adultery with her into great tribulation, unless they repent of their deeds.”  Rev 20-22
 

Is the GB following Christ's example, by lording it over Christ's brothers?  Are Christ's brothers following him, or men?  Who really set up this arrangement of a composite "faithful slave" expecting obedience to them?  
If you are told that you MUST obey the GB...no matter what they teach, right or wrong, this is a dominion created by men.  It is tyranny, a beating down of one's own ability to decipher truth from lies.   Jesus and the Father don't expect us to listen to failed teachings, and they certainly wouldn't inspire their true leaders with a false teaching. This is hypocrisy.

You're right, the title is total clickbait and before posting it, I should have watched it.   But!! I agree one hundred percent with the letter posted at the end of the video.   

There will be no kingdom of God, if the capstone of the Temple is not sealed.  This is how important the priesthood of God is.   (Zech chapter 4; Mal 2:7; 1 Pet 2:5,9)   They will not be found faithful holding onto the skirts of the GB, who tell them falsehoods.  They must give their life only to Christ. They must stand for HIS truth, not the doctrine of men.  His truth is the measuring line that they are judged by. (Zech 2:1,2; Rev 11:1-3)  You appear to have your own doctrine about the anointed; mixed well with the doctrine of false prophets.  
Perhaps you can use some scripture to support your words.  
The priesthood is God's "special possession", to be refined and trained to serve all of His children.  In this case, to serve all, they do receive "special treatment" as "first fruits", the "first born".  But this treatment is for the benefit of His children that follow.  You should have a little respect for the Temple of God.  (1 Cor 3:16,17; Eph 2:20-22)

I agree it seems wrong to limit the message and value of the scriptures to only a few, but it is those 'few' that will be given full understanding. Meanwhile those scriptures will be misused by many including the GB / helpers / Watchtower.  
Jesus said 'I have other sheep who are not of this fold'.  I believe that not all of Christ's followers in the 1st century were of the Anointed. But I believe the words of the Apostle Paul were only meant for the Anointed ones. 
I think the True Anointed remnant are far more important to God and Christ, than the rest of us are, right now.  
The complete 144,000 are needed to make that complete 'body of christ', whereas the number of the earthly class does not matter.  And I think God through Christ, will use the remnant to the full.  So I would have thought that anyone wanting to serve God properly would have the proper respect for that remnant and would support them fully, not tell them they shouldn't meet together.  The Anointed remnant should be taking the lead as the spiritual JEW, and the earthly class should be following as the 10 men.  Therefore I believe that Almighty God will give Holy Spirit, through Jesus Christ,  to the True Anointed, and i believe those True Anointed will teach truth to the earthly ones.  I think this will happen in good time, before Armageddon. 

The mindset of both Jesus and the apostles was to expose lies. Your organization was set out to do this with Christendom, and now you are saying that the organization’s own lies must be tolerated and not exposed?  Jesus exposed the lies of his people, and those who are members of his Body, should do the same.  John 8:44; Eph 5:11
 
Who truly has Christian traits? Those who tolerate false and changed teachings?   Or those who LISTEN to his warnings about false prophets to arise and mislead many, even the "elect"?  (Mark 13:22; Matt 24:24)
Every single falsehood in the organization has no part with Jesus Christ who is pure truth. They are "doctrines of demons".  1 Tim 4:1

Where does your loyalty stand, with the organization and a GB who are not inspired, or with God and Jesus Christ?  Where is the humility of men who cannot even consider their anointed brothers in Christ, but choose a vast army of unanointed "Gentiles" to do their bidding?  Are you as arrogant as they are? If God truly blessed the organization, he would make it possible for all of "Israel" to come together and lead it in truth.  Yet, instead, for rejecting lies, "Israel" can be condemned to "death" through disfellowshipping.  They are the victors against this Beast/organization.  (Rev 13:15; 15:2) In the end, only those who put their faith in God and Jesus, are saved.  This is why the road is narrow and cramped.  Don't you see?  Your leaders boast of how the organization is growing by leaps and bounds.  Growing!  That road is not narrow, it is broad leading to destruction.  Only those who listen to Christ, his pure teachings, will be on the road leading to life.  Every word proven to be a lie by these men will be their judge.

The Head is Jesus Christ.  What man has the right to dominate the Body as the GB has done to all the anointed?

Isn't it true that the GB judges their own "brothers" in Christ, showing their superiority over all?  In fact, they have a full army of men not anointed to judge Christ's brothers.

Hello John. I presume your comment was aimed at me.  So firstly I'll quote you here
Who is the "Head",   The obvious answer is that JESUS is the head. The True Anointed are the 'body of Christ'

Answer: As far as i am aware i am not going to heaven. I have never said I'm Anointed and I've never had that longing. So where you get that idea from I do not know. BUT, now think on this, I am not promoting myself.   I am stating that the True Anointed are more important than the earthly class at this time.  
However your GB do promote themselves, calling themselves the 'Faithful and Discreet Slave'  and saying only they, those 8 men, are to be believed and followed.  Remember that up to 2012 ALL Anointed were considered to be the F&DS, BUT the GB decided to announce in 2013 that ONLY THEY were the F&DS. The GB thereby exalted themselves above their Anointed Brothers.  A time will come soon when the scripture at Luke 14 v 11 will take place.
For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and the one who humbles himself will be exalted.”
Even though I am not so humble, I do not exalt myself. My concern is for the True Anointed remnant that are not yet doing the job, here on Earth, that they were Anointed for.  
As for the 'slave class', I don't think the scripture was meant to be taken literally. It was a Question, not a statement. But your GB are happy to apply it to themselves, yet they refuse to believe the same scripture about the evil slave.

Well, they've already downplayed Jesus.  It seems to me that if any governing body member was dismissed, it would be ...edit...Kenneth Cook, who has always seemed to be a round peg in a square hole.  We barely see him in the videos.  If any were to display one shred of humility, it would be him.   But the description of the video points out that it is one of the prominent governing body members.  Not really sure what that means.

Well, let us repeat what looks like two explanations on JWorg web. First, explanatory sentence for PUBLIC!

Now, as second explanation, JW MEMBERS are reminded WHAT is purpose of Bible Study.

If the governing leaders of the organization are Christ’s ambassadors of truth, would he allow them to misrepresent his teachings with failed and erroneous doctrine?
The man who made the attached video portrays a simple and logical consequence, prompted by the governing body admitting they are not “inspired” by Holy Spirit. I invite you to consider his good reasoning. 
Despite their admittance to gross errors in teaching, could we determine that they are inspired by another spirit to speak their lies, which would facilitate the need to brush away their proven falsehoods away with deceptive excuses? (Matt 7:15,16; 24:4,5,24,25; 1 Tim 4:1; Rev 13:14,15; 16:13,14) Most certainly their approach to offering “nourishing spiritual food” would not be approved by Jesus, who expects those whom he sends as his ambassadors, to produce “fruit”/teachings that are built upon – light upon light - not replaced, not chucked into the garbage heap, where numerous books published by the organization are periodically ending up.   (Eccl 12:11-14)

Since Jesus is life, light and truth, his teachings provide us with a clear path of understanding. (John 8:12; 14:6;1 John 1:7;5:20)  His ambassadors representing his truth, must do the same; which is to lead their hearers directly to Jesus and his teachings. (Ps 119:160; John 1:17; John 14:16,17; 17:17; 1 Tim 3:15)
 Anyone producing their own doctrine, their own form of “light”, are “ambassadors” of the father of the lie. (John 8:44; 2 Cor 4:1-6; 11:4,13-15)
"The fruit of light consists in all goodness, righteousness and truth" (Eph 5:9).
Keep in mind that this is not speaking of literal fruit, but of teaching/words (Matt 12:33-37; 7:20; Heb 13:15)

The acceptable "fruit of light" is the "truth", and is only "goodness". It consists in "all righteousness", never guiding one into wrong thoughts or behavior. 

Such "light" results in life, eternally (John 1:1,4; 8:12; 12:46; Prov 11:30; 10:11; 3:13,18). 
The source of this "fruit of light", is the "Tree of Life", the "Word". 
All its wise "fruit", is "goodness". 

The Bible reveals that Satan's mouth, also bears "fruit"/teachings (Rev 16:13; 12:15; Col 2:8; 2 Cor 11:3; 1 Tim 6:20,21; Gen 3:4,5; Rev 2:24; James 3:15).
Just as Jesus is "the way", and his teachings are the road to life; Satan's deceptions are the road which leads to destruction (2 Thess 2:9,10; Matt 7:13; Rev 12:9).
All of Satan's teachings/"fruit" are lies, darkness, error/sin, and they lead to death (John 8:44; Heb 2:14; James 1:15).
To take in knowledge of such evil teachings, is to be deceived. Eve herself obtained this falsely-called knowledge (Gen 3:13; 1 Tim 6:20; 2 Cor 11:14) which resulted in her death (Rom 5:12; Gen 2:17).
