  1. You mean odd names like TrueTomHarley and Matthtew9969? Or do you mean something more odd like "Neilr2096" and all those names that are usually posted, like Xero? What's so odd about my Canadian name, and what makes it funny as to be ridiculed by even funnier names? Either way, what do odd names have to do with the topic?
  2. Now, the above post is taking away the authority of Christ. It is best you learn scripture before continuing to post. The only deception being provided is by an immoral poster that lacks bible understanding. If the poster did, then, the poster would understand, it's the poster, challenging the authority of Christ and the word of God. Romans 8:1 In essence, by criminalizing God's authority to chose who he wants as earthly vessels to continue Christ fine works on earth, as leaders of the church, while there is still time to repent. This notion the poster is proposing about the end of days is common among, confused Christians that believe the center of Armageddon is based in Israel, even though the Jewish nation lost favor from God, and that somehow, the book of Revelation is inconsequential. All of that indicates a lack of bible knowledge. Romans 1:20
  3. What the poster has proven is the poster's own lawlessness, by manipulating God's word and by deception. No one entering this forum can be persuaded, if the poster is unwilling to adhere to the word of God. God's word cannot be challenged as it is being done by the poster. Therefore, caution is key: Know for certain that the Lord your God will no longer drive out these nations before you, but they shall be a snare and a trap for you, a whip on your sides and thorns in your eyes, until you perish from off this good ground that the Lord your God has given you. 2 Corinthians 12:8 ESV
  4. Correct. All the above that has been posted, the poster is guilty of. No one should pay attention to such a person. Interested visitors here should be inclined to read: For this is what the LORD of Hosts, the God of Israel, says: "Do not be deceived by the prophets and diviners among you, and do not listen to the dreams you elicit from them. Jeremiah 37:9 This is what the LORD says: Do not deceive yourselves by saying, 'The Chaldeans will go away for good,' for they will not! And The sign of the ages in Matthew 24:4-5 Scripture is being manipulated by an immoral poster.
  5. Perspective: Exodus 9:24, Rev. 16:21 KJ21 So there was hail and fire mingled with the hail, very grievous, such as there was none like it in all the land of Egypt since it became a nation. ASV So there was hail, and fire mingled with the hail, very grievous, such as had not been in all the land of Egypt since it became a nation. AMP So there was hail, and lightning (fireballs) flashing intermittently in the midst of the extremely heavy hail, such as had not been in all the land of Egypt since it became a nation. AMPC So there was hail and fire flashing continually in the midst of the weighty hail, such as had not been in all the land of Egypt since it became a nation. BRG So there was hail, and fire mingled with the hail, very grievous, such as there was none like it in all the land of Egypt since it became a nation. CSB The hail, with lightning flashing through it, was so severe that nothing like it had occurred in the land of Egypt since it had become a nation. CEB The hail and the lightning flashing in the middle of the hail were so severe that there had been nothing like it in the entire land of Egypt since it first became a nation. CJB it hailed, and fire flashed up with the hail; it was terrible, worse than any hailstorm in all of Egypt since it became a nation. CEV Moses pointed his walking stick toward the sky, and hailstones started falling everywhere. Thunder roared, and lightning flashed back and forth, striking the ground. This was the worst storm in the history of Egypt. DARBY And there was hail, and fire mingled with the hail, very grievous, such as there had been none like it in all the land of Egypt since it became a nation.
  6. Once again, perspective. The above illustrates a great confusion coming from the poster. The passages and bible text cannot be manipulated. How would the poster define the seventh bowl of wrath? Maybe it's the interpretation that has become the problem. An easy solution to this problem is: Deuteronomy 4:2 You must not add to or subtract from what I command you, so that you may keep the commandments of the LORD your God that I am giving you. Do not add to what I command you and do not subtract from it, but keep the commands of the LORD your God that I give you. Do not add to or subtract from these commands I am giving you. It's unsettling to see people chose to follow themselves rather than God. The illustrations above of accusations and conflict promote just that.
  7. There should also be a good understanding in the words found in Ezekiel 34
  8. Can you prove where JW's have rejected Christ? The above reveals more accusations than biblical support. I don't support unfounded accusations that are personal. While I can see where a rogue agent would go against the church as it was done in Christ time, There is no evidence, Elders nor anyone taking on the responsibility of God's Holy Spirit to act as equal to Christ. Not even the apostles did that. If Jesus didn't consider himself equal to God, then, it would condemn Christ if he had. Scripture is clear of who should have responsibilities to Shepherd God's sheep. That's undeniable, and cannot be challenged by anyone. Anyone taking steps to deny God's arrangement is in fact denying God. That is also undisputable. That would mean, that person is acting independent of God's word and is now making it known that person in part, is dealing with man's corrupt ideology, in essence, following men. An exceptionable text to fix that problem is: John 10:1-27, Matthew 18:12
  9. If we stick with scripture, the above response would not be genuine, since a reference to Matthew 24:5 would include those that make false claims and want to subject others to think they are the ones who are truly anointed. God knows who to supply his Holy Spirit. He doesn't need an earthly agent to tell him, who qualifies as an anointed vessel of God. Does an anointed hold a higher degree of privilege over others? Yes! Does that privilege make them perfect? No! Do fellow workers bow down to the anointed? No! However, they do aid any anointed in keeping with their responsibility set forth by God's standards, by obeying God's word. Can the anointed change hats after their spiritual meetings? No! An anointed person will behave as an anointed person 24/7. Can an anointed person fail? Yes! Then God's Holy Spirit will no longer dwell on that person. A good example of how Satan can corrupt an anointed is by looking at Raymond Franz. Now, according to scripture, that assumption alone is blasphemy.
  10. It appears the poster has a structural and biblical misunderstanding on the concept of the words. Perhaps, it can be corrected by this example. https://www.gotquestions.org/clergy-and-laity.html
  11. It appears there is a strong effort to cast doubt in who supplies the Holy Spirit by confusing the issue. There is no indication in scripture where God doesn't supply his Holy Spirit to those he chooses as earthly vessels and spokesmen, to care over his flock. That includes elders. "Question 3: Paul clearly said in the Bible: “Take heed therefore to yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost has made you overseers, to feed the church of God …” (Act 20:28). This proves that pastors and elders are all anointed by the Holy Spirit. Doesn’t being anointed by the Holy Spirit represent being anointed by God?" Therefore, the above misspoken deed holds more to the confusion of a spiritual JEW, that was inflicting their personal ideology on the population. Something not worthy of Christian rights, and is a lack of bible understanding.
  12. The above should indicate, those that confuse a biblical issue is a JEW, and not ordained by Christ to hold God's Holy Spirit. Therefore, a person cannot be viewed as a priestly class attempting to save others by misdirection. Reference John 17:6-11. Also, there should be a good understanding on who supplies the Holy Spirit. Is It Christ? So far, the illustrations condemn the poster rather than help the poster.
  13. Ezekiel 44:23 sets the standards for those that wish to distort scripture to benefit their own understanding. Once again, those people should not teach scripture, but instead learn to understand scripture or leave it for those that do. That kind of substance is called proclaimers of confusion, that Jesus sought to avoid from his followers. To resolve that understanding, reference 1 Corinthians 14:33, and perhaps 2 Corinthians 2:11
  14. The question above is confusing, since all JW's in their ministry can be priest of knowledge, not confusion. Therefore, the "faithful and discreet slave" in Matthew 24 and the "7 faithful men" in Acts 6:3 have a specific requirement to uphold. People that deny these scriptural interpretations cannot condemn nor teach the gospel of Christ in an adequate way. To solve the above mistake, one needs to understand Matthew 24:37
  15. https://augustinenyongesa.com/street-evangelism-guide/ How many ways can a Christian preach the gospel? Does scripture indicate one form over another?
  16. It seems the point is missed by this comment. I was referring to Christ "Action." It is irreverent if the court was established by men, when God himself has given men authority over others. What is being insinuated here is, people should disobey God's words just because they don't want to submit to God's word. This should be a none starter for a Christian. This should be considered by those that wish to disobey and tarnish the word of God under their own establish understanding, leading them into confusion.
  17. This should be pointed out. It's a disregard of scripture not to accept what Christ himself accepted when confronted by the Sanhedrin, and the apostles to the authorities of the church. Manipulation of scripture is also disagreeable to God's own spoken words. "For example, elders must be able to teach sound doctrine (Titus 1:9), they must be self-controlled and sober-minded (1 Timothy 3:2), and they must have a good reputation with outsiders (1 Timothy 3:7). Furthermore, elders must be husbands of one wife (1 Timothy 3:2) and have children who are believers and are not accused of debauchery or rebellion (Titus 1:6). While these qualifications may seem daunting, they are necessary in order to ensure that the church is led by men who are credible and capable." https://jesusleadershiptraining.com/24-elders-in-the-bible/ When teaching a false equivalency, it becomes a false doctrine, manipulated by unsound practices. I believe JW's don't fall into that trap. Should people believe, by modern ideology, that Christ should have disobeyed the "Sanhedrin" thus exposing Satan to be correct? Giving the devil legitimacy for his own disobedience. I think, it is asking too much for someone to ask another to lose their souls by listening to such ungodly notions.
  18. This shows, how an opposing view can be seen as a false assumption in the eyes of the beholder. If the reference is about 1914, and 1975 for example, then, people that deny Christ, denies written knowledge found within the pages of scripture. That in its self is a slap in the face of Christ, since God would guide any future generation to a better understanding. The proposition that recording territory was beneath Christ, and a waste of time, is a modern false equivalency. Christ travels along the apostles were recorded and entered, in the bible. Can we not see, similarities with "Judas" being a treasure? Failing these understanding, is in support of men, and have an independent ideology. Something JW's do not submit to.
  19. I guess the above-mentioned, works for the zeal of Christ and the Apostles that continued that fine work. Apostle Paul comes to mind. Yet, to some extent, someone might think that kind of work can be exaggerated or excessive, while Jesus wouldn't have thought of it that way. It's good to know there are still people willing to proclaim the good news with such passion as it was done in Jesus time. An Organization that follows Jesus teachings can only be a fine example on how not to listen to old and forgotten members that just couldn't appreciate those teachings.
  20. In my commentary, did I suggest some did? Over thinking. However, it appears the post most relates to people that were in a church, now they just want their ideology recognized.
  21. It would seem, former members of a church pushing their own agenda fit that bill above. https://www.culturewarrior.net/2016/05/13/growing-apostasy-of-the-last-days-part-i/#:~:text=In the last days great numbers of the,the church%2C the apostasy will take two forms.
  22. This would mean, commentators here haven't found the time to take John 1:1 seriously. There's nothing better than to understand the bible. Perhaps, a bible scholar is needed. https://simplebibletruths.net/70-John-1-1-Truths.htm
