  4. Charles Sinutko

Charles (Junior) was last seen still breathing in a WT provided mobile home in Desert Hot Springs, California near Palm Springs. His name is still listed in the White Pages there.
  5. UPDATE: We're good to go! Our film begins pre-production in March and goes to Camera in October! This is a short clip based on the concept of the upcoming film written by Patrick Chilvers in collaboration with Alex Riker, a former Jehovah's Witness. Blood [working title] is a feature film about a woman torn between deeply held beliefs and the risk of losing her daughter. Filled with captivating characters and set against a backdrop of the Jehovah's Witness culture, this drama poses interesting questions and looks at the place where religious ideals clash with human rights. For more information or to inquire about partnering with us for this project, please contact Alex at ariker4@yahoo.ca Producer: Alex Riker Writer: Patrick Chilvers Director: Jason Armstrong DoP: David Mun Prod. 6. “Best Life Ever” is displayed at Watchtower Farms, near Pine Bush. The Jehovah’s Witnesses' maze is a work of devotional art, and not intended for exploration like the pagan ones made for Hudson Valley tourists every Halloween.
  7. Why is Jose Antonio Gutierrez so famous?

I see this brother all over Facebook denouncing apostates. Is he one of the anointed ones?
  8. September 6th, 2017: A just released research survey shows once again that Jehovah's Witnesses are among the least educated people in the United States: America’s Changing Religious Identity It is also interesting to note how JWs rank in the categories of: Income, Insurance Coverage and Homeownership. They are among the lowest in every one of these categories. 45% of JWs report household earnings of less than $30,000 per year Fewer than half of Jehovah’s Witnesses (48%) are homeowners Only 31% report having health insurance through their employer
  9. I continue to hear some JW's believe that shopping at second hand shops is risky since one could purchase a demon infested object. Is this true? If so, how is one to detect such an object?
  10. They started out with a $3,500 carry-over but by the end of the day they were short $25,000. The speaker eloquently beseeched the audience to go the ATM machines and give their generous contribution or at least their widow's mite. After the sessions were over, our friend who attended walked from one end of the assembly hall and then to the other end and noticed long lines up to both machines with people who couldn't wait to run up their credit cards. Later in the car, even his hard-core JW wife mentioned that she wondered how it cost that much for a one-day assembly in a building that was fully paid for. I'm guessing maybe a paedophile lawsuit happened during the interval.
  11. Marriage Phrases

There was a man who said, "I never knew what happiness was until I got married...and then it was too late!" Love is one long sweet dream, and marriage is the alarm clock. They say when a man holds a woman's hand before marriage, it is love; after marriage, it is self-defense. When a newly married man looks happy, we know why. But when a ten-year married man looks happy, we wonder why. There was this lover who said that he would go through hell for her. They got married, and now he is going through hell. A Code of Honor: Never approach a friend's girlfriend or wife with mischief as your goal. There are just too many women in the world to justify that sort of dishonorable behavior. Unless she's really attractive. -- Bruce Friedman A coward is a hero with a wife, kids, and a mortgage. -- Marvin Kitman A gentleman is one who never swears at his wife while ladies are present. A husband is living proof that a wife can take a joke. A husband is what's left of the lover after the nerve has been extracted. -Marriage quotes2// Marriage is like a mousetrap. Those on the outside are trying to get in. Those on the inside are trying to get out. Marriage is low down, but you spend the rest of your life paying for it. Marriage is the process of finding out what kind of man your wife would have preferred. Marriage is the sole cause of divorce. Marriage means commitment. Of course, so does insanity. Marriage still confers one very special privilege - only a married person can get divorced. Marriage: A ceremony in which rings are put on the finger of the lady and around the hands and feet of the man. Marriage: the only sport in which the trapped animal has to buy the license. Marriages are made in heaven and consummated on Earth.

  13. Instructions For Merging Congregations S-67-E 9/17 It appears this replaces Instructions for Dissolving Congregations S-67a-E 11/11. "Merging" sounds so much better than "dissolving".
  14. At Warwick there is a gazebo overlooking the lake. It's a nice peaceful setting. Well someone had the bright idea they were going to propose while they were at Warwick. They see this Gazebo and walk out to. He proposes to her and they take some nice pictures there of each other to remember their engagement. Well, a few minutes later Bethels version of the secret service comes running down the hill. A bunch of these guys tell them that they can't be there, this is for the GB use only. They meet there on Wednesdays when it's nice out instead of meeting in their office. It gets even crazier! They made them delete all the photos they took at this location. They gave some weird reason that they don't want tourist coming down and taking pictures of the gazebo and idolizing it because the GB have their meetings there on Wednesday on nice days. & that they didn't want other people getting the idea that this would be a good place to get engaged at. I can confirm this story 100% down to the smallest detail. One of the weirdest things I've ever witnessed. Talk about an awkward engagement.

  16. A 24 old Bethelite woman who was in the last two weeks caught in Brooklyn, NY. Bethel and interrogated for two days for gathering critical, secretive information on the Watchtower Organization and sharing it with a working network of renegade brother Bethelites inside the world headquarters of Jehovah's Witnesses. The young JW sister was disfellowshipped and sent home. It was reported that when she arrived home she was treated terribly by her Jehovah's Witness family and relatives. Shunned and disgracefully mentally abused emotionally took it's toll on her and she committed suicide this week. A major "WITCH HUNT" is now underway inside Bethel for this elusive, rapidly growing group of doubting brother Bethelites who are now sharing covert information with Six Screens and other critical websites of the Watchtower. The news of the suicide according to Johnny is very painful to those who were close to her. Johnny was emotionally upset when he reported the suicide this morning.
  17. October 2, 2017 TO ALL BODIES OF ELDERS IN THE UNITED STATES BRANCH TERRITORY Re: Contributions Received at the 2017 Annual Meeting
  18. I think this is in response to the @Librarian calling the bridge at Wallkill "engagement bridge" ... hence the crackdown:
      Hello guest!
  19. That's an interesting, but subtle and very specific change to the previous directions the WT have sent to congregations regarding the labelling of the contribution boxes... You do remember the March 2017 letter?? NOW - add temporary labels over 'Local Congregation Expenses' boxes PREVIOUSLY - no label changes, just send money in 'Local Congregation Expenses' to Bethel (minus any minor expenses incurred during the actual event)
  20. Kingdom Ministry School for the 2018 Service Year (Picture)

    1. Ministerial Servants are not allowed to see the program for elders. (This is so important it is bold) 2. Any elders who receive the program early should not discuss the information with other elders.
  21. Tutorial for Making Donations Electronically video will be considered the week of October 16, 2017.
  22. Tutorial for Making Donations Electronically

Watchtower 12/1/1987 pages 30-31 ‘Where do such funds come from?’ is an often-asked question. Unlike the churches of Christendom, Jehovah’s Witnesses do not take up collections or send out envelopes to solicit donations. Rather, contribution boxes-like the treasury chests of Biblical times-are set up at their Kingdom Halls. Awake 9/8/1975 page 26 …is it not a comfort for them to know that in the local congregation of Jehovah’s witnesses they will never be tithed to pay out a percentage of their income? Nor will unscriptural money-raising schemes be imposed on them. It is at the Kingdom Hall that an unobtrusive contribution box is located for use by those who wish voluntarily to give money to support the work of the congregation. Donations mailed to the headquarters of the Watch Tower Society are also unsolicited and entirely voluntary. Watchtower 9/15/1974 page 559 The Kingdom Halls of this happy group are open to you and you may attend free of charge, without having to suffer embarrassment by a request for contributions or the passing of a collection plate. Watchtower 8/15/1971 page 506 The emphasis in all giving among the Witnesses is that it must be voluntary and spontaneous, from the heart. In fact, ever since the earliest days of the modern witnesses of Jehovah it has been their policy that never should there be any passing of collection plates or similar solicitations for money. Watchtower 5/1/1962 page 278 How May I Contribute? Jehovah’s witnesses have never gone begging for finances.
