It is funny that JWs say that the CCJW in no part of the world. BUT, then when CSA is mentioned JWs say, yes but it's everywhere in the world.   

The GB members are adept at partially quoting people and scripture. They know how to twist facts into convenient lies.   In fact, we know they have been dinged for giving a "false witness",  by twisting the words of a prominent individual in the scientific community.   I see you have followed in their footsteps.

Also on Wednesday, Freedom Church Assembly of God was accused in a lawsuit filed in state court in Billings of allowing former pastor David Harvey to groom a 15-year-old in his church office, setting the stage for later sexual assaults that took place at Harvey’s home, according to the lawsuit.
  The boy’s mother reported the abuse to senior pastor Sam Benson, but the church did not follow up with any reports to law enforcement, child protection workers or other authorities, according to attorneys John Heenan and Joe Cook. 
Heenan, who also represented plaintiffs in the Jensen case, said he hopes anyone still considering bringing a lawsuit under the one-year window does, "so they can protect their rights." They have one week. 
The legislation to open the one-year window on old claims passed unanimously.

I was thinking the same thing.

The message in this video fits the governing leaders in the organization, like a glove.  Please read the WT quote in the description under the video.  Notice how the organization’s practice of hypocrisy, has come back to bite them.  Amos 5:18-27

Why those contrasting appearances?
Who is it, that rules over the desire of the eyes? Who is it that bestows worldly glory, dominion, power, and riches?
The unfaithful have a respectable appearance, because they have failed the test of Satan (Luke 4:5-7). In contrast, the faithful, are given the glory of Christ (John17:22).

Hmm, that’s not how I remember the reason for my disfellowshipping at all.  But, since you obviously don’t believe me, I can pm the names of the 4 elders who sat in on my judicial hearing (over the phone). 
I rejected an earthly organization as belonging to God.
I supported the anointed priesthood/Body of Christ, with Jesus as my Master, and not a “wicked slave”.
I exposed the organization’s falsehoods and hypocrisy.
After all of that, the hair trigger with these men seemed to be my rejection of 1914. 
Nothing was said about an abnormal, voracious lust for power.  In fact, they promised to welcome me back if I changed my mind on the matters above.  If I was thirsting for authority and power to “teach”, I doubt that offer would have been on the table.

Every disfellowshipping of anyone who cannot tolerate falsehoods or reject the organization, and base their belief system totally on God and Jesus Christ, have been lyingly framed.  They are then viewed as spiritually dead.  The elders assume such authority at the insistence of false prophets. (Rev 13:11,12) Look at the pain and suffering that results by both parties, on both sides of that decree; a decree not written in the Bible, but is exposed in Revelation to occur in the last days.    Rev 13:15; John 16:2; Rev 11:1-3,7

I should clarify that the “mountain” that we turn to, is not another earthly organization.  (John 4:21,23,24 ) When Jesus told the Jews, “Destroy this temple, and I will raise it again in three days.” It goes on to say, 21 But the temple he had spoken of was his body.”  John 2:20,21
As you know, the anointed Body is comprised of the anointed.  (1 Cor 12:27)  It is a “city”, a “mountain”, that houses God’s Spirit within each faithful “stone” sealed into it.  (1 Cor 3:16)
Heb 11:10 -  For he was looking forward to the city with foundations, whose architect and builder is God.
1 Cor 3:9; Eph 2:20-22
Any earthly organization, has men as its architect as we can see with the WT; which began as “wholly unnecessary”, according to Russell, then became necessary, according to Rutherford.  Eventually, it was considered “spirit-directed”, and “mountainlike”. These proclamations were made gradually to buffer any obvious contradictions. (Rev 16:13-16)   It has transformed into the only source of salvation for mankind, contradicting scripture. (Acts 4:12)   These leaders each have a record of failed prophesy and outlandish teachings; yet are still highly esteemed by the “organization”. (1 Cor 10:21)  It takes spiritual blindness, spiritual “drunkenness” to ignore their false teachings and continue to exalt their supposed leadership in what is called “Jehovah’s organization”. (2 Cor 4:4; 2 Tim 4:3; Jer 13:13; 51:7; Rev 14:8) (Matt 7:15,20;24,24,25; 2 Pet 2:1-3)
 However, the organization is like a dragnet, that has successfully captured the anointed “christs”, who threaten Satan’s kingship and domain. Many others have fallen into its trap, searching for “truth”. (Matt 2:7,8,16 ;Rev 12:1-4; 13:8)  And God allows this “at the end of the age”. ( Matt 13:47-49; Eccl 9:12; 2 Thess 2:9-12)
There is a time of “prophesy” in Rev 11:1-6, where Jesus comes to his “temple”, his anointed servants, who through the prompting of Holy Spirit, “prophesy” what his Spirit reveals. It is the time of opening Revelation’s scrolls; their meaning which Jesus shares with his servants. (Dan 8:23-26; Rev 1:1-3; 5:5) These servants are the wise virgins who “buy” their oil/“gold”/understanding from Jesus, vs. the “foolish virgins” who continue to buy their “oil”/spiritual food elsewhere - from the “wicked slave”.  (Matt 25:6-10; Rev 3:18-20) 
There is one prophet today, an “Elijah”, that has been given understanding of Revelation and its Beasts.  (Matt 17:11; Mal 4:5,6; John 14:26; Isa 40:3)  Many anointed leave the organization and have theories, as we’ve seen even here. (1 Cor 11:18,19)  This “Elijah” stresses the “restoration” of the temple/anointed returning to their Master; and reveals the identity of the “man of lawlessness”. (2 Thess 2:3,4)  This person is a woman. She is no one special in the eyes of men, even among many of her brothers and sisters in Christ, she is despised. (1 Cor 1:27-29)  There are no grandiose ideas of starting up an organization in Satan’s realm, but solely providing spiritual “food” that she stresses must be weighed by the reader as “good fruit” according to Christ’s admonishment.  (Matt. 7:17-20)  She is largely rejected for her teachings, as most prophets from God usually are, by their own people.  (John 4:44)

the mountain of the Lord’s temple will be established

it will be exalted above the hills,

The WT would lead us to believe that the organization teaches God’s law fulfilled in Christ, which is utterly ridiculous, evident by the the lawsuits concerning child abuse, if nothing else.  Jesus fulfilled the law covenant – Paul stated that this fulfillment is summed up in one word, love. Love does not promote suffering at the hands of “loving shepherds”, of any kind. (Rom 13:10) Why can’t JWs see the exorbitant amount of suffering stemming from its leadership?  Evil leadership is powerful and threatening – an iron fist in a velvet glove.  God’s laws are written on the anointed hearts, not in a manual that we see the elder body relying on.  (Heb 8:10)
There is no official man-made count of who from the “nations” are receiving spiritual understanding in the last days.  We don’t have charge of who is written in the “book of life”, but only the Father and Jesus do. In the last days, they are the “eagles” who find the slain/killed “two witnesses” (slain by the organization). 
“In that day, he who is on the housetop, and his goods are in the house, let him not come down to take them away. And likewise the one who is in the field, let him not turn back. 32 Remember Lot’s wife. 33 Whoever seeks to save his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life will preserve it. 34 I tell you, in that night there will be two men in one bed: the one will be taken and the other will be left. 35 Two women will be grinding together: the one will be taken and the other left. 36 [k]Two men will be in the field: the one will be taken and the other left.”
37 And they answered and said to Him, “Where, Lord?”
So He said to them, “Wherever the (dead) body is, there the eagles will be gathered together.” Luke 17:31-37

Who disfellowships or spiritually “kills” any anointed who questions the “wicked slave” and rejects the organization/Beast?  (Matt 24:48-51)
“Then I saw a second beast, coming out of the earth. It had two horns like a lamb, but it spoke like a dragon. (false christs who deceive the “elect” Matt 24:24)
“Because of the signs it was given power to perform on behalf of the first beast, it deceived the inhabitants of the earth. It ordered them to set up an image in honor of the beast who was wounded by the sword and yet lived. 15 The second beast was given power to give breath (“spirit breathed”/”spirit-directed”) to the image of the first beast, so that the image could speak and cause all who refused to worship the image to be killed.”   Rev 13:14,15
 
Pearl Doxsey's writings are widely read by many leaving the organization, the "apostate city".    It is the time of the Marriage Feast of the Lamb when spiritual answers are provided through the Spirit of Christ.  (Matt 22:8-10)
"My people" of Rev. 18:4-8, are God's anointed, as well as their companions, who are to leave this "city" behind.  It doesn't apply to Christendom, but to God's people under covenant. With all the examples we have of the early nation of Israel suffering for their sins and idolatry, it amazes me how JWs take for granted the righteousness of God today.  Only by the His grace, who reads our hearts, are we able to wake up and see the well-hidden trap for what it is.  (Ps 141:9; Jer 50:24)

81.13 Restoration Within Two Years. If within two years from the date of his suspension a brother tenders payment to the Secretary of the lodge which suspended him, the amount he owed at the time of his suspension plus restoration fee of five dollars, and the amount of the dues for the current year, or if the lodge by a majority vote of the members present remits the same or a part thereof and if such payment and/or remission shall make him clear on the books, he shall be automatically restored to membership as of the date of such payment or remission and due notice shall be taken thereof in the minutes of the lodge at the next stated communication.
81.14 Restoration After Two Years. A suspended member who has remained suspended for a period of more than two years cannot be restored to membership automatically. JW's said there is no life after death and how dead person payed for all their sins and waiting for resurrection.
Also, God and Jesus will judge all people, including dead people. But you say how elders are in capacity to deal with dead JW members. :))) Or, particular elders just have to do cleaning job, because of living elders who made a mess.

I appreciate your candor. Similar accounts that you have described is happening to anointed throughout the world, not just in your neck of the woods.  Yes, there are "good" elders with integrity, who pay attention to their conscience and either step down or leave the organization.  
I hope you will look at the “broad application” of things, which my following post explains. This was a comment I made here a few years back, but I can’t seem to find a lot of my old posts, so I dug it up elsewhere.  I suppose there is a need to control and purge what I’m allowed to say here.  Or, maybe all experience the same for the sake of the forum’s operations. 
 
Imagine a large room, where genuine anointed ones from the organization have gathered together. I say “genuine” because it is becoming a discreet trend for many to partake during the memorial, who are not anointed. In my mind, I see this as another attempt by Satan to seduce individuals into thinking that all are part of the anointed Body of Christ, under the New Covenant; and which is another step in concealing who the “holy ones” are.
Imagine that these anointed ones in the room are robed in the holy garments that clearly identify them in like manner as the early holy priesthood, awaiting sanctification to serve in God’s Temple. (Exod 28:39-43; 39:22-31; 1 Cor 6:11; 2 Cor 7:1; Heb 8:5)

From a door located on one side of this large room, another group arrives; men who are not wearing the holy priestly garb. They are not “circumcised” priests, but are “Gentiles” that have unofficially entered the courts of God’s Temple. Each man approaches and stands before an anointed priest, removes their holy garments, and dons the stolen robes, masking the true intentions of the heart. (Rom 2:28,29; 9:6; Heb 8:10; 1 Pet 2:5,9; 1 Cor 3:16,17; Joel 2:1-2; Rev.9:3-10; Matt.24:21; Luke21:20,24; Rev.13:10,7) 
They tell the anointed ones to exit by the other door; which they do, with no questions asked. The result obliterates any “daily sacrifice” that only the authentic priests are able, and are obligated, to perform. With the new fraudulent priesthood come new “sacrifices of praise” that support - not God - but an idol…an organization.   (1 Chron 23:30-32; 2 Chron 20:11,12; Ezek 8:6; 2 Cor 11:20; Matt 24:15; 1 Pet 2:5; Rom 12:1; Heb 13:15; Rev 2:20) 
These “uncircumcised” “Gentiles” have been given free access by powerful, rebellious traitors against Christ, to enter God’s Temple…and defile it. No longer does God hear the praises from his holy ones, and no longer can His “living stones” be called, Holy. God’s genuine priesthood has been “defrocked” and a false priesthood now demands their obedience. (Ezek 5:11; 1 Cor 3:17; Luke 16:3; Ezek 44:6-8; Rev 13:11,12,15; Ps 79:1) 
In reality, we do not see the anointed priesthood wearing holy garments. Within the Watchtower, we cannot distinguish how they are set apart for a special work under the New Covenant.( Mark 14:22-24) We may only notice them partaking of emblems at the memorial each year; but please, JWs, picture them as each one being part of God’s Temple as a “living”, Temple “stone”. How can we relate this scripture to the elder body having authority over the anointed priesthood in the organization? Rev 11:1,2, shows “Gentiles” overtaking the sanctuary/"holy place" of God, and robbing the anointed priesthood of their ‘holy garments’; thus desolating the sanctuary.
Also, Daniel reveals the intentions of WT’s leaders to destroy God’s “sanctuary”:
“He even exalted himself as high as the Prince of the host; and by him the daily sacrifices were taken away, and the place of His sanctuary was cast down. 12 Because of transgression, an army was given over to the horn to oppose the daily sacrifices; and he cast truth down to the ground. He did all this and prospered. “ Dan 8:11,12
The last powerful and “unusual” force of Daniel’s image expresses two contrasting elements – one of clay and one of iron, found together. The entirety of this image describes powers that have affected God’s people during their individual historic reigns, but notice:

Unknowingly, these "clay" actually conform to Satan's will, becoming a part of Satan's dominion over God's people (Rev.9:1; 17:12). I appreciate your candor. Similar accounts that you have described is happening to anointed throughout the world, not just in your neck of the woods.  Yes, there are "good" elders with integrity, who pay attention to their conscience and either step down or leave the organization.  
I hope you will look at the “broad application” of things, which my following post explains. This was a comment I made here a few years back, but I can’t seem to find a lot of my old posts, so I dug it up elsewhere.  I suppose there is a need to control and purge what I’m allowed to say here.  Or, maybe all experience the same for the sake of the forum’s operations. 
 
Imagine a large room, where genuine anointed ones from the organization have gathered together. I say “genuine” because it is becoming a discreet trend for many to partake during the memorial, who are not anointed. In my mind, I see this as another attempt by Satan to seduce individuals into thinking that all are part of the anointed Body of Christ, under the New Covenant; and which is another step in concealing who the “holy ones” are.
Imagine that these anointed ones in the room are robed in the holy garments that clearly identify them in like manner as the early holy priesthood, awaiting sanctification to serve in God’s Temple. (Exod 28:39-43; 39:22-31; 1 Cor 6:11; 2 Cor 7:1; Heb 8:5)

From a door located on one side of this large room, another group arrives; men who are not wearing the holy priestly garb. They are not “circumcised” priests, but are “Gentiles” that have unofficially entered the courts of God’s Temple. Each man approaches and stands before an anointed priest, removes their holy garments, and dons the stolen robes, masking the true intentions of the heart. (Rom 2:28,29; 9:6; Heb 8:10; 1 Pet 2:5,9; 1 Cor 3:16,17; Joel 2:1-2; Rev.9:3-10; Matt.24:21; Luke21:20,24; Rev.13:10,7) 
They tell the anointed ones to exit by the other door; which they do, with no questions asked. These “uncircumcised” “Gentiles” have been given free access by powerful, rebellious traitors against Christ, to enter God’s Temple…and defile it. No longer does God hear the praises from his holy ones, and no longer can His “living stones” be called, Holy. God’s genuine priesthood has been “defrocked” and a false priesthood now demands their obedience. (Ezek 5:11; 1 Cor 3:17; Luke 16:3; Ezek 44:6-8; Rev 13:11,12,15; Ps 79:1) 
In reality, we do not see the anointed priesthood wearing holy garments. Within the Watchtower, we cannot distinguish how they are set apart for a special work under the New Covenant.( Mark 14:22-24) We may only notice them partaking of emblems at the memorial each year; but please, JWs, picture them as each one being part of God’s Temple as a “living”, Temple “stone”. There has been considerable criticism on the latest GB member’s second update about the pandemic. Some good observations have been made, but one thing I noticed was his deceptive use of scripture. Briefly, he gave assurance of the “love” and “prayers” that the GB has for all JWs enduring all issues of the pandemic. But, the bulk of his message was about the elder body’s concerted effort to learn new avenues providing online “spiritual food” for all. He stated that through his organization, “Jehovah provided the direction they needed”. (Isa 46:5-7; Rom 1:25; 1 Pet 1:18,19; Rev 13:4,8)
I can’t see this as such an insurmountable problem that perhaps other organizations, religious or otherwise, were not able to deal with successfully during this time of the pandemic. For them, their collective ‘organization’ no doubt provided the direction they needed, without God’s help.
These so-called “caring shepherds” are said to fulfill the prophesy in Jer 23:4. I’d like to compare his partial quote of that scripture with a few other translations.
 
NWT – “I will raise up shepherds who will really(said with emphasis) shepherd them…None will be missing.”
NIV – “I will place shepherds over them who will tend them, and they will no longer be afraid or terrified, nor will any be missing,” declares the Lord.”
NKJV – “I will set up shepherds over them who will feed them; and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, nor shall they be lacking,” says the Lord.”
 
So, what’s going on in Jeremiah 23 that would cause fear among the flock, the significant issue that the governing leader deftly ignored? What necessitated the need for caring shepherds who would, under such grave conditions, be rescued by God? If this one scripture is prophesy being fulfilled today, then it is important to read the entire scripture, as well as know the circumstances leading up to the verse he partially quoted. 
“Woe to the shepherds who destroy and scatter the sheep of My pasture!” says the Lord. 2 Therefore thus says the Lord God of Israel against the shepherds who feed My people: “You have scattered My flock, driven them away, and not attended to them. Behold, I will attend to you for the evil of your doings,” says the Lord.” Jer 23:1,2 
At that time period, God’s people had been led astray, into idolatry. (Jer 23:13) As a flock they were not only ignored by evil shepherds, but “driven away”, as exiles.
“Both prophet and priest are godless;
even in my temple I find their wickedness,”
declares the Lord. Jer 23:11 
Jer. 7:30 gives us insight on this wickedness:
Jer 7:30 - ‘The people of Judah have done evil in my eyes, declares the LORD. They have set up their detestable idols in the house that bears my Name and have defiled it.”  (Jer 25:29)
(see Ezek 8:3-16 ) 
By reading more of the chapter, we find the adulterous prophets of Jerusalem ‘living a lie’. Their sins are so great, they are compared to Sodom and Gomorrah. (Jer 23:14; 2:8)  
Yes, if we were to read this entire chapter, we can easily tie its spiritual significance to the organization, but much differently than what the GB member described.
· There is an army of evil shepherds (Rev 9:4,7-11; Joel 1:6-7; Rev 13:5-7)
· An adulterous Harlot/false prophet (Matt 24:24; Rev 13:11,12; 17:5,15)
· And lies and idolatry found where God’s Temple “living stones” reside. (1 Pet 2:5,9; 1 Cor 3:16,17)
· (Rev 8:10,11; 13:13,14,15,18; 2 Thess 2:9-12; Rev 9:20,21)  
These pseudo shepherd/elders aid the Harlot - Wormwood, by promoting her poisoned teachings. (Rev 13:16,17) Falsehoods have been declared and upheld by the organization throughout its history. This act of profanity has resulted in the scattered, silenced and removal of God’s true shepherds/priests, profaning the Temple of God; although God’s holy people are just as guilty of committing wickedness. (Jer 23:14) (Ezek 44:23; Zeph 3:4; 2 Cor 6:14-16; Rev 2:14-16)  
15 “Therefore thus says the Lord of hosts concerning the prophets:
‘Behold, I will feed them with wormwood,
And make them drink the water of gall;
For from the prophets of Jerusalem
Profaneness has gone out into all the land.’ ” Jer 23:15 
If God’s people were faithful to Christ’s truths, would he “make” them drink wormwood? He “sends” or allows it to happen, since Satan demands to sift God’s people under covenant, or challenge their faith and integrity to truth. (Luke 22:31:Rev 12:17)
“Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.” 1 Pet 5:8
“devour” - to drink down, i.e. gulp entire (literally or figuratively):—devour, drown, swallow (up). 
Just as Jesus proved his obedience to God under trial and suffering, so too must those who are to imitate Jesus, by walking in his footsteps on the path he took while on earth. (Matt 4:1; Heb 5:8,9; 4:1; Phil 2:8; John 17:19; Rom 8:16,17; 1 Pet 1:6; 4:13; 5:10; 1:7; Mal 3:1-3; Rev 3:19)  
God tells the people,
“Do not listen to what the prophets are prophesying to you;
they fill you with false hopes.
They speak visions from their own minds,
not from the mouth of the Lord.
17 They keep saying to those who despise me,
‘The Lord says: You will have peace.’
And to all who follow the stubbornness of their hearts
they say, ‘No harm will come to you.’ Jer. 16,17 
God will always protect those who call out to Him for knowledge and truth; but to any who choose to continue drinking in Wormwood’s profanity and lies, to them it will be granted. (Ps 20:1; Prov 4:6; John 17:15; 1 Cor 10:13; 2 Thess 3:3)  
"I did not send these prophets,
yet they have run with their message;
I did not speak to them,
yet they have prophesied.
But if they had stood in my council,
they would have proclaimed my words to my people
and would have turned them from their evil ways
and from their evil deeds." Jer 23:21,22
 So, can Jer 23:4 be fulfilled by the industrious activities of a counterfeit “Gentile” priesthood that has been given complete authority over God’s authentic priesthood, “Israel”? (Ezek 44:6-9; 2 Thess 2:3,4; Rev 11:1,2) No; rather, it is just the opposite. The fulfillment results from the wicked environment outlined in the chapter, that necessitates the need for God’s true shepherds to submit to Christ’s refinement and stand up for truth.
 
The "good news" in the time of the end, is that God will provide the repentant remnant redemption, by means of Christ's blood, and their own required sacrifice for the sake of truth, in imitation of their model, Christ.
The circumstances of the Great Tribulation requires defiance/warfare against the religious slavery that held them captive, and caused them to fall asleep (1 Cor 7:23; Gal 1:10; Col 3:24; 2 Cor 10:3-5; Rev 11:5; Jer 23:29; Rev 17:14).
The wicked steward is presently lording it over the anointed household of God (Mark 10:42-45),
and wielding the power of Gentiles in order to beat his fellows,
just as the Harlot / "false prophet", wields her power, through the Gentile Beast
(Rev 17:6,8; 11:7; 13:11,15,14; 19:20).

The GB member ended his talk with two supposedly reassuring points; the organization will continue to be guided by God, and it will happen under the care of “loving shepherds”. He then quotes John 10:11, stating Christ is overseeing the work of these false shepherds. Is he? Would he be supportive of those who “trample” God’s appointed “living stones” of His Temple built on Christ’s Body? (Mal 2:7; John 21:16; 1 Pet 2:5,9; Eph 4:11-13)

The identity of the true shepherds of Jer 23:4, the faithful anointed of God, are described in the follow-up verse as a “Branch”:

A King shall reign and prosper,
And execute judgment and righteousness in the earth.
6 In His days Judah will be saved,
And Israel will dwell safely;
Now this is His name by which He will be called:

"2 In that day the Branch of the Lord will be beautiful and glorious, and the fruit of the land will be the pride and glory of the survivors in Israel."
Regarding that "branch",
Jesus said that he was the vine and his Father was the cultivator (John15:1).

Jesus said that those who emerge from Jesus, are the branches (John15:4-5).

The "fruit" they bear, is the sayings/teachings/testimony, from their mouth (Luke6:44-45).

People do not pick figs from thorn-bushes, or grapes from briers. 45 A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For *the mouth speaks what the heart is full of."*]
We know that the heart is full of truth, when the Word of God has been planted in it and cultivated (Luke8:11,15)
["1 ‘This is the meaning of the parable: the seed is the word of God. 15 But the seed on good soil stands for those with a noble and good heart, who hear the word, retain it, and by persevering produce a crop."]

That "crop" is the "fruit"/true teachings, that we have been talking about.The branches are united in spirit with Jesus, just as Jesus is united in spirit with the Father (John17:20; 1Cor.6:17).
[21 that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me."]

Such a branch bears lasting fruit that glorifies the Father (John15:8,16).

So, what’s going on in Jeremiah 23 that would cause fear among the flock, the significant issue that the governing leader deftly ignored? What necessitated the need for caring shepherds who would, under such grave conditions, be rescued by God? If this one scripture is prophesy being fulfilled today, then it is important to read the entire scripture, as well as know the circumstances leading up to the verse he partially quoted. 
“Woe to the shepherds who destroy and scatter the sheep of My pasture!” says the Lord. 2 Therefore thus says the Lord God of Israel against the shepherds who feed My people: “You have scattered My flock, driven them away, and not attended to them. Behold, I will attend to you for the evil of your doings,” says the Lord.” Jer 23:1,2 
At that time period, God’s people had been led astray, into idolatry. (Jer 23:13) As a flock they were not only ignored by evil shepherds, but “driven away”, as exiles.
“Both prophet and priest are godless;
even in my temple I find their wickedness,”
declares the Lord. Jer 23:11 
Jer. 7:30 gives us insight on this wickedness:
Jer 7:30 - ‘The people of Judah have done evil in my eyes, declares the LORD. They have set up their detestable idols in the house that bears my Name and have defiled it.”  (Jer 25:29)

By reading more of the chapter, we find the adulterous prophets of Jerusalem ‘living a lie’. Their sins are so great, they are compared to Sodom and Gomorrah. (Jer 23:14; 2:8)  
Yes, if we were to read this entire chapter, we can easily tie its spiritual significance to the organization, but much differently than what the GB member described.
· There is an army of evil shepherds (Rev 9:4,7-11; Joel 1:6-7; Rev 13:5-7)
· An adulterous Harlot/false prophet (Matt 24:24; Rev 13:11,12; 17:5,15)
· And lies and idolatry found where God’s Temple “living stones” reside. (1 Pet 2:5,9; 1 Cor 3:16,17)
· (Rev 8:10,11; 13:13,14,15,18; 2 Thess 2:9-12; Rev 9:20,21)  
These pseudo shepherd/elders aid the Harlot - Wormwood, by promoting her poisoned teachings. (Rev 13:16,17) Falsehoods have been declared and upheld by the organization throughout its history. This act of profanity has resulted in the scattered, silenced and removal of God’s true shepherds/priests, profaning the Temple of God; although God’s holy people are just as guilty of committing wickedness. (Jer 23:14) (Ezek 44:23; Zeph 3:4; 2 Cor 6:14-16; Rev 2:14-16)  
15 “Therefore thus says the Lord of hosts concerning the prophets:
‘Behold, I will feed them with wormwood,
And make them drink the water of gall;
For from the prophets of Jerusalem
Profaneness has gone out into all the land.’ ” Jer 23:15 
If God’s people were faithful to Christ’s truths, would he “make” them drink wormwood? He “sends” or allows it to happen, since Satan demands to sift God’s people under covenant, or challenge their faith and integrity to truth. (Luke 22:31:Rev 12:17)
“Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.” 1 Pet 5:8
“devour” - to drink down, i.e. gulp entire (literally or figuratively):—devour, drown, swallow (up). 
Just as Jesus proved his obedience to God under trial and suffering, so too must those who are to imitate Jesus, by walking in his footsteps on the path he took while on earth. (Matt 4:1; Heb 5:8,9; 4:1; Phil 2:8; John 17:19; Rom 8:16,17; 1 Pet 1:6; 4:13; 5:10; 1:7; Mal 3:1-3; Rev 3:19)  
God tells the people,
“Do not listen to what the prophets are prophesying to you;
they fill you with false hopes.
They speak visions from their own minds,
not from the mouth of the Lord.
17 They keep saying to those who despise me,
‘The Lord says: You will have peace.’
And to all who follow the stubbornness of their hearts
they say, ‘No harm will come to you.’ Jer. 16,17 
God will always protect those who call out to Him for knowledge and truth; but to any who choose to continue drinking in Wormwood’s profanity and lies, to them it will be granted. (Ps 20:1; Prov 4:6; John 17:15; 1 Cor 10:13; 2 Thess 3:3)

yet they have run with their message;
I did not speak to them,
yet they have prophesied.
But if they had stood in my council,

The fulfillment results from the wicked environment outlined in the chapter, that necessitates the need for God’s true shepherds to submit to Christ’s refinement and stand up for truth.
 
The "good news" in the time of the end, is that God will provide the repentant remnant redemption, by means of Christ's blood, and their own required sacrifice for the sake of truth, in imitation of their model, Christ.
The circumstances of the Great Tribulation requires defiance/warfare against the religious slavery that held them captive, and caused them to fall asleep (1 Cor 7:23; Gal 1:10; Col 3:24; 2 Cor 10:3-5; Rev 11:5; Jer 23:29; Rev 17:14).
The wicked steward is presently lording it over the anointed household of God (Mark 10:42-45),
and wielding the power of Gentiles in order to beat his fellows,
just as the Harlot / "false prophet", wields her power, through the Gentile Beast

He then quotes John 10:11, stating Christ is overseeing the work of these false shepherds. Is he? Would he be supportive of those who “trample” God’s appointed “living stones” of His Temple built on Christ’s Body? (Mal 2:7; John 21:16; 1 Pet 2:5,9; Eph 4:11-13)

That "crop" is the "fruit"/true teachings, that we have been talking about.The branches are united in spirit with Jesus, just as Jesus is united in spirit with the Father (John17:20; 1Cor.6:17).

There has been considerable criticism on the latest GB member’s second update about the pandemic. Some good observations have been made, but one thing I noticed was his deceptive use of scripture. Briefly, he gave assurance of the “love” and “prayers” that the GB has for all JWs enduring all issues of the pandemic. But, the bulk of his message was about the elder body’s concerted effort to learn new avenues providing online “spiritual food” for all. He stated that through his organization, “Jehovah provided the direction they needed”. (Isa 46:5-7; Rom 1:25; 1 Pet 1:18,19; Rev 13:4,8)
I can’t see this as such an insurmountable problem that perhaps other organizations, religious or otherwise, were not able to deal with successfully during this time of the pandemic. For them, their collective ‘organization’ no doubt provided the direction they needed, without God’s help.
These so-called “caring shepherds” are said to fulfill the prophesy in Jer 23:4. I’d like to compare his partial quote of that scripture with a few other translations.
 
NWT – “I will raise up shepherds who will really(said with emphasis) shepherd them…None will be missing.”
NIV – “I will place shepherds over them who will tend them, and they will no longer be afraid or terrified, nor will any be missing,” declares the Lord.”

There you go again @Arauna mixing up Yahweh with the GB / CCJW. 
And once again, when you have pretended to be a pleasant person, you go making accusation of me. 
And you pretend to have a Christian based conscience and attitude. Do you not see how you follow your GB in your pretending to know things that you do not know, and making things up as you go along.. 
It is because I am a slave of God through Christ that i am no longer attending the CCJW meetings. It is because I have a Bible trained conscience that I cannot allow myself to be part of the immoral and dishonest organisations, both the Watchtower and the CCJW.  
Some prefer to sit on the fence but i could not do that. I know of people that would love to leave the CCJW, but they could not bear to be parted from friends and family. Some older people have nothing else but the congregation and would be totally alone without it. 
As for my personality, I got on well with the other congregants, we did ministry together regularly, we had social gatherings, it was the Elders that lord it over the congregation that were a problem, but a problem to themselves not to me. I've always known that i answer to God through Christ, not to the Elders of the CCJW.

You seem to be proclaiming that perhaps a literal dragon will not reach the wilderness you have proposed.  But if this dragon is Satan, he has full reign of the earth.  No literal wilderness will be safe from him.    Job 1:7; 1 John 5:19
5 Then from his mouth the serpent spewed water like a river, to overtake the woman and sweep her away with the torrent. Rev 12:15
So…is this river of water from the mouth of the serpent, to be taken literal just as your wilderness is literal?
 “But the earth helped the woman by opening its mouth and swallowing the river that the dragon had spewed out of his mouth.”  Rev 12:16
Can you give the location where the literal earth swallows the literal dragon’s river spewed from his mouth?
When you finally sense that this plan of yours is folly, what then?  Prov 13:16
