  1. Jesus spoke in parables or illustrations to those he deemed were not deserving of the knowledge of the Kingdom of the Heavens.  He would give an explanation to his followers in private. " So the disciples came and said to him: “Why do you speak to them by the use of illustrations?”  In reply he said: “To you it is granted to understand the sacred secrets of the Kingdom of the heavens, but to them it is not granted." (Matthew 13:10-11)

Hell is a doctrine from 'apostate christianity' Christendom.  Those who take the lead among Christendom are the ones being plucked out as 'weeds' to be transferred to the lake of fire. The lake of fire is not a place but rather a condition. It's Figurative.  However, such ones are deserving of dying the second death of everlasting destruction. Their is no escape for them, so they begin the weeping and gnashing of teeth against the Good News of God's Kingdom.  They know they are being cut off and hate it and try with all their might to stop the Good News.

Soon, when JW's stop knocking on your door, it's a War Signal that the one's outside our inner rooms are all dying the second death. "Then he said: “Go, Daniel, because the words are to be kept secret and sealed up until the time of the end. Many will cleanse themselves and whiten themselves and will be refined. And the wicked ones will act wickedly, and none of the wicked will understand; but those having insight will understand." (Daniel 12:9-10)

  2. Thank you for your question.  Jesus did not speak about hell. In an illustration, Jesus spoke of a beggar named Lazarus who was carried at his death to “the bosom position of Abraham,” and John refers to Jesus as being in “the bosom position with the Father.” (Lu 16:22, 23; Joh 1:18) The expression “bosom position” alludes to one’s reclining in front of another person on the same couch at a meal.

Hades, where this rich man is said to have gone, is the common grave of dead mankind. That it cannot be concluded from this parable that Hades itself is a place of blazing fire is made clear at Revelation 20:14, where death and Hades are described as being hurled into “the lake of fire.” The death of the rich man and his being in Hades must therefore be figurative, figurative death being mentioned elsewhere in the Scriptures. (Lu 9:60; Col 2:13; 1Ti 5:6) So the fiery torment was experienced while he was figuratively dead but actually alive as a human. Fire is used in God’s Word to describe his fiery judgment messages (Jer 5:14; 23:29), and the work done by God’s prophets in declaring his judgments is said to ‘torment’ those who oppose God and his servants.—Re 11:7, 10.

Hell is a man-made doctrine that appeared after the 3rd Century.  This doctrine came about from Christendom,  Christendom is 'apostate christianity' that began to take root at the end of the 1st century.  This cult has overtaken the world and its members are now in the masses of over 2.5 Billion.  "We know that we originate with God, but the whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one." (1 John 5:18)  Who Really Controls the World?

Thank you and take care.  Should you have any new questions, I'll be more than happy to help.....

  3. The answer is in the following scriptures.  "But we are of good courage and would prefer to be absent from the body and to make our home with the Lord.  So whether at home with him or absent from him, we make it our aim to be acceptable to him." (2 Corinthians 5:8-9)

"For we must all appear before the judgment seat of the Christ, so that each one may be repaid according to the things he has practiced while in the body, whether good or bad." (2 Corinthians 5:10)

"And as for you, the anointing that you received from him remains in you, and you do not need anyone to be teaching you; but the anointing from him is teaching you about all things and is true and is no lie. Just as it has taught you, remain in union with him." (1 John 22:27)

"The person putting his faith in the Son of God has the witness within himself. The person not having faith in God has made him a liar, because he has not put his faith in the witness given by God concerning his Son." (1 John 5:10)

  4. Jesus didn't talk about the Church's doctrine of Hell.  Hell is a man made doctrine an eternal hellfire of punishment.  But 'death' was the punishment not someone burning in an eternal burning hell.  Many have mistakenly claimed the lake of fire is hell but the lake of fire is Gehenna which symbolizes everlasting destruction or the second death as in everlasting death the opposite of everlasting life.  Let's take the example of Sodom and Gomorrah.

"In the same manner, Sodʹom and Go·morʹrah and the cities around them also gave themselves over to gross sexual immorality and pursued unnatural fleshly desires; they are placed before us as a warning example by undergoing the judicial punishment of everlasting fire." (Jude 7)

Notice the judicial punishment of everlasting fire? So is this literal or figurative speech?  If you were to go to Sodom and Gomorrah today, is it still burning?  No, the cities were destroyed never to be rebuilt, same as to the person who is cast into the lake of fire, they are destroyed never to be resurrected. They died an everlasting death.  Notice the  (Rev 20:14) translations:

And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. (KJV)

Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death. (NIV)

And Death and Sheol were cast into The Lake of Fire- this which is the second death. (Arabic Bible)

Then death and the grave were thrown into the lake of fire. This lake of fire is the second death. (NLT)

Looking up various translations will help give you the proper meaning of hell, which is hades, sheol, or the grave.  Since death and hell are cast into the lake of fire, that's means death and hell will be destroyed themselves, or be brought to NOTHING.

Are you getting the sense of these things?  Jesus asked his religious opposers of his day: (Matthew 23:33)

O serpents, O vipers' brood, how are you to escape condemnation to Gehenna?

You serpents, you offspring of vipers, how will you escape the judgment of Gehenna?

'Serpents! brood of vipers! how may ye escape from the judgment of the gehenna?

He was telling them that they were in the danger of everlasting death.  Notice this teaching of Jesus. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16 KJV)

    Strong's Concordance
    apollumi: to destroy, destroy utterly

Original Word: ἀπόλλυμιPart of Speech: VerbTransliteration: apollumiPhonetic Spelling: (ap-ol'-loo-mee)Short Definition: I destroy, lose, am perishingDefinition: (a) I kill, destroy, (b) I lose, mid: I am perishing (the resultant death being viewed as certain).

To perish is to be destroyed, it has a finality to it.  Those who symbolically go to the lake of fire are destroyed with no hope of a resurrection.   Those in the grave/hell are conscious of nothing at all. (Ecc 9:5) They are not destroyed, but will have a Ressurection, whether they are righteous or unrighteous. (Acts 24:15)  Only those counted 'wicked' go to the lake of fire, the ones who perish and destroyed by an everlasting death.  Non-existence. They have no reward of a resurrection which means they will be dead forever.

If you get the sense of these things, I'll be more than happy to share with you the teachings of Jesus. Was there a certain scripture that you are implying that Jesus was talking about hell?   I'll be more than happy to help with it.  Go ahead and do your own research as well.

  5. That's exactly what 1 Corinthians 12 is talking about, the Body of Christ is One Body.  They were all baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ, not in the name of Apollos, Cephas which is Peter, or to Paul. Jesus Christ is the Head of the Body. "What I mean is this, that each one of you says: “I belong to Paul,” “But I to A·polʹlos,” “But I to Ceʹphas,” “But I to Christ.”  Is the Christ divided? Paul was not executed on the stake for you, was he? Or were you baptized in the name of Paul?" (1 Corinthians  1:12-13)

Now back to 2 Cor 5: We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord.  They had the hope to be with the Lord in HEAVEN not to stay in their fleshly body here on earth.  These ones are adopted sons of the Father, otherwise known as Christ's Brothers.

Those who reject the Brothers of Christ are not allowed entry. “When the Son of man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit down on his glorious throne. 32 All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate people one from another, just as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. 33 And he will put the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on his left.
34 “Then the King will say to those on his right: ‘Come, you who have been blessed by my Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the founding of the world. 35 For I became hungry and you gave me something to eat; I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink. I was a stranger and you received me hospitably; 36 naked and you clothed me. I fell sick and you looked after me. I was in prison and you visited me.’ 37 Then the righteous ones will answer him with the words: ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? 38 When did we see you a stranger and receive you hospitably, or naked and clothe you? 39 When did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ 40 In reply the King will say to them, ‘Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’

Then he will say to those on his left: ‘Go away from me, you who have been cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the Devil and his angels. 42 For I became hungry, but you gave me nothing to eat; and I was thirsty, but you gave me nothing to drink. 43 I was a stranger, but you did not receive me hospitably; naked, but you did not clothe me; sick and in prison, but you did not look after me.’ 44 Then they too will answer with the words: ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison and did not minister to you?’ 45 Then he will answer them, saying: ‘Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did not do it to one of these least ones, you did not do it to me.’ 46 These will depart into everlasting cutting-off, but the righteous ones into everlasting life.” (Matthew 25:31-46)

    Take care.

  6. Hell is quite different from what religion states about it. The good news about the 'ransom sacrifice' of Jesus Christ is that 100% of the people that go to hell come out of it.  "And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous." (Acts 24:15)

Hell is temporary not permanent.  "hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works." (Rev 20:13 KJV)  By means of the 'death' of Jesus Christ, there is a Resurrection.  To state that 'hell' is eternal, is to minimize or even deny the 'death' of Christ.

  7. Thank you for your question . "So we are always of good courage and know that while we have our home in the body, we are absent from the Lord,  for we are walking by faith, not by sight." (2 Corinthians 5:6-7)

The  Apostles were followers of Christ and had hopes of being Kings and Priests in the Body of Christ as members. "and you made them to be a kingdom and priests to our God, and they are to rule as kings over the earth.” (Rev 5:10)

While they still dwell in their fleshly bodies on earth, they are absent from the 'Body of Christ' in the heavenly places. Therefore, they go walking  by faith, not by sight.  However, one should note the very end of the scripture, "they are to rule as kings over the earth."

The Body of Christ are representatives of God's Kingdom that will bring Paradise Conditions back to the earth.  What will God's Kingdom do for the earth? Read (Rev 21:4)

  8. Many religions teach an array of traditions and customs from reincarnation to entering into another realm. Should we put our trust into traditions and customs?

“In the sweat of your face you will eat bread until you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken. For dust you are and to dust you will return.” (Genesis 3:19)“For the living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing at all,
nor do they have any more reward, because all memory of them is forgotten.” (Ecclesiastes 9:5)“ Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out,” (John 5:28)“And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” (Rev 21:4)

  9. To reject Jesus Christ as the Angel of God’s Presence you would have to reject this scripture, the Word of God.  “In all their affliction he was afflicted, and the Angel of his presence saved them: in his love and in his pity he redeemed them; and he bore them and carried them all the days of old.” (Isaiah 63:9 Darby)

       1) You would have to reject that Jesus Christ was afflicted with our sins.

       2) You would have to reject that Jesus Christ is our Salvation.

       3) You would have to reject that Jesus Christ loved us or feel pity for us.

       4) You would have to reject that Jesus Christ did not redeem us.

       5) You would have to reject that Jesus Christ died for our sins once and for all time.

“Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared. Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for my name is in him” (Exodus 23:20-21 KJV)

Then a voice came out of the cloud, saying: “This is my Son, the one who has been chosen. Listen to him.” (Luke 9:35)   Accepting Jesus as the Christ can add a profound meaning for your Life.

Jesus when translated means ‘Jehovah is Salvation’. “For I say to you, you will by no means see me from now until you say, ‘Blessed is the one who comes in Jehovah’s name!’” (Matthew 23:39)

  10. "The soul who sins is the one who will die. A son will bear no guilt because of the error of his father, and a father will bear no guilt because of the error of his son. The righteousness of the righteous one will be accounted to him alone, and the wickedness of the wicked one will be accounted to him alone." (Ezekiel 18:20)
