admin reacted to Space Merchant in Ottawa, Canada's Police Dept. During the 'Truckers for Freedom 2022" Convoy
@JW Insider @Mic Drop One of our own from the Community is there, he's both a Truther and an Independent Journalist who resides in Canada. As of recent news, the police has started to move in on the Convoy, and by early March the mentioned Convoy stated to start in the United States will be coming, their focus is Washington. Authoritarianism, although some of it's seeds have been here, is evidently coming to the doorstep of the US but this time by means of how the gov't reacts to a protest, to make matters far more dangerous, is due to the divide in the US as of right now of those in the political paradigm. Neutral or not, of an institutions or not, it is going to effect everyone, even the children who comes after us.
That said, one needs to be very vigilant going forward and to not bs distracted.

Let's not forget the monster sized college debt (and other loans) that is chained on to the individual.

Whatever bitcoin is doing, the United States should imitate that, because bitcoin is constantly increasing in imaginary value, which all the United States currency also is made up of thin air with no basis in fact, is subject to massive inflation which lowers its valuation.
I think that the comedian Steve Martin made passing reference to this in the 70s mentioning holding up a poster of Ferrah  Fawcett with one hand.

LDS apostle speaks about church responsibility in Mormon LGBT suicides for first time
    http://kutv.com/news/local/lds-apostle-speaks-about-church-responsibility-in-mormon-lgbt-suicides-for-first-time

"That's a question that will be answered on judgment day," Oaks responded. "I will be accountable to a higher authority for that."
The Church of Jesus Chris of Latter-day Saints changed its policy in November 2015 to categorize married same-sex couples as apostates. At the same time, it prohibited children of same-sex couples from full participation in the church by requiring them to wait until they are 18 years old to be baptized and, then, only if they renounce their parents' marriage practices.

admin got a reaction from Srecko Sostar in Surge in Mormon Suicides
Last November the Mormon church issued new rules about homosexuality labelling those in same-sex relationships as apostates who can be excommunicated. Children of gay couples are now required to leave home and repudiate their parent's relationship before they can be part of the church.
At least 32 gay Mormon youths have killed themselves since the announcement of the new policy, and there’s been an alarming increase of suicidal teens and twenty-somethings in the church....

I've noticed that for many (most?) general items, Google will return a bunch of options that will often include Amazon, but rarely as the first choice, and often with only a single example from Amazon while Walmart and other online sellers will each have multiple examples presented.

admin got a reaction from Space Merchant in BofA Crashes The "Transitory" Party: Sees Up To 4 Years Of "Hyperinflation"
... BofA chief equity strategist Savita Subramanian summarized the current state of affairs as follows: "On an absolute basis, [inflation] mentions skyrocketed to near record highs from 2011, pointing to at the very least, “transitory” hyper-inflation ahead."

Needless to say, a "serious" bank warning of hyperinflation - transitory or otherwise - was enough to spark very serious concerns that the Fed was losing control of prices, a panic which only grew after Deutsche Bank joined the chorus, earlier this month when it warned that inflation was about to explode "Leaving Global Economies Sitting On A Time Bomb."
Of course, BofA had left itself a loophole, the same loophole used so generous by the Fed as often as several times each day: after all the definition of transitory is fluid, and could be as short as just a few weeks, making the coming period of pain somewhat manageable.
