Did he, Is he such person because he "became apostate" or because he is such personality/character from the beginning, from very time ago?

WTJWorg should dissolve the Judicial Committees dealing with such matters.
I would understand that sentence, if he and you said in such clear way. Not to have parallel Legislative. One Legislative by Elders ...... and one by Secular Authorities that are under Romans chapter 13 explanation.
If this is clear to you and other JW members why you agree that elders "interview children" ???

But you said exactly that way :)). And conclusion or answer why they (WTJWorg) fighting in wrong way is visible by your appendix: they are "just not equipped to handle such situations".
You making better reasoning and have better wisdom than WTJWorg GB and Helpers. Thanks!

THE GOVERNMENT has the resources to interview children by qualified child psychologists and have the resources to get a court conviction with input from these government officials.   So what part of this sentence do you not understand?

.@César Chávez Billy the Kid you talk so much rubbish. Quote :-
That leads to an understanding. When did you decide Elders are lawyers, caretakers of peoples free will. When did the Watchtower decide, they are responsible for an individuals personal life. Spiritual life, YES!, But personal life, never! That "responsibility" belongs with each individual
The GB of JW Org / CCJW decided they were in control of congregants lives when they made the rules of hiding paedophiles in the congregations, by telling the congregants NOT TO report CSA to the police or to the authorities. And the Elders decided to control people's personal lives by carrying out those orders. Hence some congregants were disfellowshipped for complaining about CSA, and some were disfellowshipped for going to the police. Of course the age old excuse used was that a person was 'causing a division in the congregation'.

If the Elders don't shoot you for one thing, they will hang you for something else. Once they don't like a person then they mark them. Then it's only a matter of time before d/fed.

It seems how this have to be integrated in new revised edition of "Shepherd book". That will be helpful for elders and Judicial Commissions in making decisions what sort of "apostate" have to be dfd but what not to :)))

Elders need to make clear to public and JW congregants: If you, as JW member, have problems of any sort that is not of doctrinal, theological issue, faith issue ..... go to secular authority and to secular courts.
What JW members doing according to WT policy? They say: We have our elders who have Judicial Committees and they can handle all sort of our problems - spiritual and non spiritual.
JW members making (enough) "sense" for argument presented.

Mr Asch in his court deposition said how "spiritual protection" is JW elders task, and how "physical protection" is task for secular government. Does that make any kind of sense to you? ;)))
What is difference and connection between protection and responsibility? :))

Did WT magazines gave enough proper "train" to JW elders and JW members in 1980's ? If yes why JWORG have such massive problem inside Organization 30-40  years later? Are they actually fighting it the wrong way as all other ?! Articles about CSA in WT publications came from what source? From inside WTJWorg  wisdom "guided by HS", or by "worldly" source or from mixed sources?
Train yourself? WTJWorg trained themselves in this subject? But solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil. - Heb 5:14
Even with this advanced self training collective attitude G. Jackson publicly asked  ARC The Hon Justice Peter McClellan, "tell us please how you want us to deal with CSA and we will." He, GB member asked "worldly person" for advice and direction and instruction to be incorporated in Australian legislative. But on other hand WTJWorg instructed all "self trained elders"  to call Legal Department in Branch Office first and skip Secular Government legislative. :))

The report also said this. which is of course a direct lie.
"The Jehovah's Witnesses have not sponsored any programs or activities that separate children from their parents at any time," it said in a statement to AAP.
Well in fact JWs do separate children from their parents in field service. Elders have been known to take other people's children on field service and in fact this has been proven in some court cases. Just an Elder or an older brother or sister with a child, and no 2 witnesses. I've been on the ministry in the past and a child has actually asked to be with me on the doors. I've declined as I think children should be with their parents.
Also Elders do private Bible study or 'shepherding calls' with children, without parents being in the room. A Bible study can last an hour, just that Elder and child in the room, no 2 witnesses.
Please remember I was a JW for 50 years. I do know what I'm talking about.
Now a bit of balance :- the report says this, but
"This will result in survivors receiving nothing," Knowmore principal lawyer Anna Swain told AAP.
I don't think this is true either.  It just means that each survivor will have to take the CCJW or the individual Elder / brother / sister to court individually.  It will mean lots of separate court cases but that will cost lots of money of course.

Srecko Sostar got a reaction from Shiwiii in THE RAVENING WOLVES IN SHEEP'S CLOTHING. NEW BOOK about JWs
Why this is not enough for you, but you ask for more? :)) Act  chapter 2 is enough for me to put your claim (and JW's claim) into question. It seems you don't believe in Act chapter 2 as answer for Last Days "inspiration". "Last Days" started, according to WTJWorg and JW members, in 1914. You defending JW Truth. Do you stand for their truth about 1914 as start point for "Last Days"? If you do, what is problem when Act chapters 2 said how God will "inspired" "all people" in "Last Days" (from 1914 on)?
If 1914 is starting point to "Last Days", according to official doctrine in JW Church, how it is that JW Church denies Act 2:17 as part of "Last Days" fulfillment?
You have problem, not with my reading Bible verses, but with your reading Bible verses and statement you made:  there are NO inspired prophets that came forth after Apostle John ...
and with Act chapter 2: In the last days, God says  I will pour out my Spirit on all people.
Do we living in "Last Days", as your JW friends claims? If you agree with your JW friends you will also say, "Yes".
Now, you and your JW friends need to find consensus about Act 2 17. About what "Last Days" is about in this verse and when this "Last Days" started or will start? Am I missed the point?? :)) Or you?
When you answer on first part of enigma than second part will be normal component, constituent part of "Last Days".

Srecko Sostar reacted to Patiently waiting for Truth in Celebrated Watchtower Scholar, Rolf Furuli, Disfellowshipped
    Norwegian newspaper confirms Furuli disfellowshipped
Furuli has been disfellowshipped from Jehovah's Witnesses
I can confirm that I am now excluded, says Rolf Furuli, who for nearly 60 years has been a key figure in Jehovah's Witnesses nationally and internationally.
Furuli says he takes the exclusion with great calm. Usually, such an exclusion will be terribly heavy. Your entire network is broken and friends will no longer talk to you. But for me it is not so. I have a network all over the world of scientists and elders who see the problems in the organization. These I want to keep in touch with, says Furuli.
Vårt Land has been in contact with Jehovah"s witnesses spokesperson in Scandinavia, Dag Erik Kristoffersen. He says he has no information about a possible exclusion of Furuli, and that he is therefore unable to comment on the case at this time. But Cato Pretorius of the Torstrand congregation in Larvik, Furuli's local congregation, confirms the exclusion. Since this is publicly known, we can confirm that he is no longer one of Jehovah's Witnesses, he writes in an SMS to Vårt Land.

Talk of removing him as an overseer goes a ways back, but I never heard that this was actually done. If it was done recently this could even explain a few things. But I couldn't tell for sure if this was just your opinion or a guess.

Srecko Sostar reacted to Albert Michelson in Should JW's punish, disfellowship, or shun members who disagree with certain teachings?
The primary issue is that you simply can't  be a witness and not believe in the 1914 teaching.  Because the 1914 teaching is the only justification that the organization can give for destroying families and punishing people for disagreeing with them.  If they are not appointed by God and if they are not gods spokesman then it shouldn't be an issue when someone contradicts them or disagrees with them.  Unfortunately in a master class of arrogance they decided to punish and expel anyone who doesn't agree with their opinions about what the Bible says.
this elders letter is still the current stance as far as I know  and they make it very clear that simply believing something that contradicts the organization's position is potential grounds for disfellowshiping.

I agree,  The only issue is that you are in support of an organization that regularly violates human rights and actively persecutes people  Who cannot continue to worship in a way they see as unfit.
You just mentioned the persecution Jehovah's Witnesses are facing in Russia . Now I strongly detest the mistreatment those people  are undergoing.  However even though Jehovah's Witnesses will fight for their right to  openly express their religious beliefs they actively deny that right for others.

What do you mean leave before that. I'm constantly harassed by witnesses asking why I'm no longer attending meetings and I can't have an honest discussion with them because I know what the  consequences will be. But as I said before you seem to have no issue when it comes to forcing someone to basically take a vow of silence and never express their reasons for leaving.

And one other thing that puzzles me is, in the ARC investigation the Australian Bethel seemed to have reports of CSA going back 50 years, but in America, where the religion started, they only have reports / database going back to 1997.  So i wonder what they did with all previous reports ? Did they destroy them ? There could have been information previously about men that have 'high positions' in the Org now.

Totally agreed with you 4jah4me, the society has a huge database, and no matter how much pretty words they write in their magazines or how much people (JWs) like to make excuses for, the fact is that they are still covering it and we had a taste of it here in Australia. The funny thing is that the society has an organised committee for HLC around the world and thats a proof that Jehovah God is with them (according to JWs interpretation) to uphold their man made rules of the blood doctrine but for child sex abuse they cant be bothered to have one small committee to safe guard children 😆😆😆.
