@Arauna  Unfortunately you write emotionally not spiritually, so it is difficult to have a conversation with you.
Proof of this is such things as :-
Quote "maybe you are the only person God can use heh?  It seems you think this way...
How can I answer such things ? If you have read many things that i have written you would know differently.
Quote " Pride is a blinding sin.  When one judges for God that the spiritual Israelites  he is using are not good enough for you."
Firstly, it does not seem as if GOD is using anyone right now.  Anthony Morris' comment concerning the Virus is not exactly loving is it ? The Virus is not from God, so why would that GB member be so happy about it ?
And the CSA issue is of course not so important right now, but it is still there, and still to be answered for.
And the misuse of scripture, overlapping generations etc...
I only judge the GB and the CCJW for my own purpose, so that i can tell if it is the right way to try to serve God. In my eyes it is not the right way to serve God, because it can easily be seen as unclean and sometimes dishonest.  And not least that the GB admit to not having God's guidance.
It is no different to you or anyone judging the Catholic Church or any other religion as to if that religion is serving God properly. And lets be honest the CCJW has constantly judged other religions and condemned them.
Arauna, you still seem to be putting your faith in those 8 men. So be it, if it suits your needs. But don't be so angry with others that are looking to God through Christ for a true answer.

It is my considered opinion that NO ONE is equal to anyone else, any more than those who are good with whatever it is they DO, are equal to those who are NOT good at whatever it is that they do.
It is skills applied, whatever talent you have or do not have naturally, that makes us equal (sometimes).
I struggled for many years to become a skilled photographer in High School, and was one of several  High School Yearbook Photographer for three years, and turned out some pretty crappy work, sometimes, and wasted a LOT of film and photo paper and chemicals.
But I knew at my very best, I could not compete with Tom Thurston, the previous Yearbook Photographer, as he had talent, far superior equipment, money and background.
We were NOT equal ...... ever.
He was always better than me, in EVERY way.
... as a photographer, and  in many other ways as well.
.... but then again .... I heard he was killed in Vietnam.
    ... I have the edge.

If she is deeply spiritual she would always be submissive and not care about status or ranking.  When a brother takes his role too seriously and puts her in her place (i saw a self-absorbed brother chastise a sister unnecessarily recently) she would shrug it off and go on asif nothing happened.  He will grow in maturity eventually.  I supported her and told her I liked what she said.  Hopefully, he will stop killing Jehovah's spirit ....because that is what he did with his action....
I have disagreed with brothers...... but I guess it is how one does it.  I pace myself because my advancement is visible to all...... but I do not want it to lead to too much attention..... that would be morally wrong. I want only more love and understanding for all. I have a very strong and friendly personality but it can sometimes be misunderstood.     I understand what you are saying..... but wisdom has taught  me to step back - not forward. ...... ..

Point 1. God does not need telling HE already knows. My prayers to God ask HIM to bring forth a clean people for HIM to use.
God used the Nation of Israel for a couple of reasons. The main reason was to being forth Jesus Christ.
But as I've said before, and of course I'm ignored for it, people were BORN INTO the Nation of Israel so they did NOT CHOSE to be Iraelites. Hence it was not voluntary.  Do you not understand that ?
And therefore do you not understand the big difference ?  JW's volunteer TO BE JWs. It is a personal choice, a choice which Israelites did not have.
There is no comparison between the Nation of Israel  and the CCJW in that way.
But one thing, the Nation of Israel got punished for disobeying God. They got punished for offering their children in the fire. They got punished for worshipping false gods.
So if you really think the CCJW is God's chosen organisation, and if you really think it compares to the Nation of Israel, then I suggest to you that you get ready for the CCJW to be punished by God.

Perhaps the problem lies in our concept of what is the "proper" worship of god.
For example, "true" worship of God, within a religious system, would mean that there is nothing that makes that worship questionable. Doctrine, the way the doctrine as whole or particular doctrine is applied, the state of the spiritual heart of the believer toward himself, toward god and toward other people and the relationship of the believer to the world around him as whole.
But we can also lay out the theory and the possibility that the "true" worship of God is relative and perhaps does not exist, because people who participate in the worship process have the problem of establishing what is true and what is not, and not just about God and Bible, but about themselves.
Also, perhaps people forget possibility how god's opposer have no problem with religion where 50, 68 or 95% of doctrine is "true" but rest is not. Or how members of some religion are most peaceful people in the world but one or few of their's doctrines are "false true".
If members of some religion have idea how they have "the truth", but in the same time that "truth", as concept, is under various process of transformations under and because influence of "light", and how content of "pure" truth and doctrine depend on our progress of understanding, than people create specific way of worshiping god.
In all that we need answer on: how far true god is ready to go in accepting human worship that is, and we clearly see that, contaminated with human's and devil's influence?

When thinking of the necessity of "new light"; which WT history shows was never "light" at all, (i.e. this generation teaching), I remembered Jesus' words at  Matt 5:37
37 But let your statement be ‘Yes, yes; no, no,’ and anything beyond these is from the evil one.
Seriously, God and Christ both, don't have anything to do with any supposed "light" that the Wt. may attempt to shine.

Given the very long time and different religious ideologies, but also different interpretations within the same religious community, one could conclude that a "disgusting thing" exists at all times and in all places. Because of this, people who see and want to react, must constantly be ready to "flee to the mountains".

You are wise, Grasshopper, but the only problem with that is I do not want to run anything.
One day an ex-wife was watching me clean my firearms, covering the dining room table, and looking down, disapprovingly asked "What would you do if nobody ELSE had guns?"
I turned and looked up at her and said "Rule wisely."

Meanwhile here in the UK, Boris the PM has just announced a sort of 'lock down' on all of us.  As of tonight we are basically grounded. Not a strong enough 'lock down' in my opinion but then modern day UK PMs are never strong enough to get a job done.
Meanwhile I notice that TTH is more concerned about money than human sufferings. And as for the CCJW still pumping out their 'talks' etc, so what ?  Lies are lies and deceit is still deceit whether by word of mouth live, or by relayed internet or other tech'.  Makes no difference if you are all still singing to the same tune, if the song does not serve God.
@JW Insider I think you totally avoided what i said to waffle on about other things. Why even bother to quote me if you don't actually want to answer what i asked ?
You did make it quite clear though that the CCJW is built on a crumbling foundation. In fact the CCJW is built on a foundation of lies and deceit. For you to say it does not matter now, well that is your opinion of course.  It only does not matter to new members that never knew the previous lies and misused scriptures.
    I'll repeat @Srecko Sostar
It can be so for new and coming generations of JW members ( younger in age and who are not so long time in organization). Older members try/tried to cope with issue and found few methods how to deal with wrong faith doctrine.
More serious "problem" not gone, and will stay "forever". To give and show trust in GB leaders, because Jesus also trust GB. :))
Thank you Srecko, very true words.

Preaching of JW are based on, primarily, this: as much worst condition in the world are, the end is nearer. This is win situation for WT. If "preaching" stopped than end is here. If preaching not stopped than this means you have to save more people. If "preaching" stopped but nothing happen than you can wait to hear "clarification". JW will never lose their spirituality and hope, because humankind will continue in this state for very long time, unfortunately.
It is good to remind on factual records of Israel history. With or/and without Moses, people of Israel lived and died not too much different than any other nation in history.

In some situation it is good to show trust in "authority". For example, here in Croatia and especially in Zagreb after strong earthquake citizens need to show trust and listen to secular authority and medical experts how to deal with two problems.
    PS
As ironic way of look on technology, we can add: "thanks" to devil weapon/invention called web, internet, satan raised JW meetings and preaching on next level, scale - in virtual reality. You can stay at home and spread the word. Perhaps costs for organized preaching, as publisher, pioneer and missioner or for any other special service, will not require, for these reason, donation money in the future :))

I think If I had been in that great crowd of people with Moses, wandering around in the desert for 40 years .... and after passing the same landscape every 2-1/2 years, over and over and over ...and burying my grandparents, and then parents, and possibly some children in the desert sands,  I would have seriously considered taking my family and heading North.
....especially if I understood that once we reached the promised land, my sons would have to fight and probably die to seize it from the people already there.
    ....just sayin' .
.... and then, in the quiet of the night, I wonder why all the lands around Israel have abundant oil .... except Israel.

Quote @JW Insider "No one should be able to say, oh look at this war, "See here!" it is the greatest war ever seen, or "Look at this great earthquake, or famine, or pestilence, "
But isn't that what the GB and CCJW do ?   Don't they misuse the sufferings of others to hype up their own agenda ?
Didn't a GB member say he was not bothered by this virus and that  'we were expecting it to happen' as part of a sign of the end times ?

I think you have just inadvertently admitted why Jesus was so dead-set against looking for signs indicating how close we were to the END. When people begin trying to use various ideas from world events or astrology or scriptural interpretations to figure out when the END should come, they begin to think it could easily take several years. This creates a tendency for imperfect humans to take advantage of the remaining time left.
It's the reason why Jesus gave the parable of the unfaithful and indiscreet slaves in Matthew 24 and Luke 12:
(Matthew 24:48-51) . . .But if ever that evil slave says in his heart, ‘My master is delaying,’ 49 and he starts to beat his fellow slaves and to eat and drink with the confirmed drunkards, 50 the master of that slave will come on a day that he does not expect and in an hour that he does not know, 51 and he will punish him with the greatest severity and will assign him his place with the hypocrites. There is where his weeping and the gnashing of his teeth will be.
(Luke 12:44-48) . . .. 45 But if ever that slave should say in his heart, ‘My master delays coming,’ and starts to beat the male and female servants and to eat and drink and get drunk, 46 the master of that slave will come on a day that he is not expecting him and at an hour that he does not know, and he will punish him with the greatest severity and assign him a part with the unfaithful ones. 47 Then that slave who understood the will of his master but did not get ready or do what he asked will be beaten with many strokes. 48 But the one who did not understand and yet did things deserving of strokes will be beaten with few. Indeed, everyone to whom much was given, much will be demanded of him, and the one who was put in charge of much will have more than usual demanded of him.
Surely, this is why Jesus made a point to say that the END could come at any time, as a surprise, during a time you think NOT to be it. How much warning did the city of Sodom get in the days of Lot?
(Luke 17:28-30) . . .Likewise, just as it occurred in the days of Lot: they were eating, they were drinking, they were buying, they were selling, they were planting, they were building. 29 But on the day that Lot went out of Sodʹom, it rained fire and sulfur from heaven and destroyed them all. 30 It will be the same on that day when the Son of man is revealed.
Also, note that the expression "that day when the Son of man is revealed" is parallel to the use of the word "parousia" in Matthew. So we know that the Parousia [revelation] must happen at a time when no one can predict the times and seasons, which are in the Father's jurisdiction. (Acts 1:6-8). Jesus emphasized that we cannot use current events like wars, earthquakes, pestilence as a way to figure out the parousia. He says we would see such things, and in that limited sense they were a kind of sign that the world would see both normal things and abnormal things right up until the end. (Pestilence in one place, but men saying everything is peaceful and secure in another place.) But they could NOT give us any knowledge about the timing of the parousia.
(Luke 17:23, 24) . . .And people will say to you, ‘See there!’ or, ‘See here!’ Do not go out or chase after them. 24 For just as lightning flashes from one part of heaven to another part of heaven, so the Son of man will be in his day.
[Note again that "the Son of man ... in his day" is the parallel to "parousia" in Matthew.]
No one should be able to say, oh look at this war, "See here!" it is the greatest war ever seen, or "Look at this great earthquake, or famine, or pestilence, see there!" These things are going to happen, just like people going on with their lives: getting married, and eating and drinking and buying and selling is going to happen, too. But these are not "signs of the end." It's easy to get misled into believing such things, which is why Jesus had to warn us that this is not the Christian way to look at things.
(Matthew 24:3-8) . . .“Tell us, when will these things be, and what will be the sign of your presence [parousia] and of the conclusion [destructive END] of the system of things?” 4 In answer Jesus said to them: “Look out that nobody misleads you, 5 for many will come on the basis of my name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will mislead many. 6 You are going to hear of wars and reports of wars. See that you are not alarmed, for these things must take place, but the end is not yet. 7 “For nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be food shortages and earthquakes in one place after another. 8 All these things are a beginning [not the end] of pangs of distress.
We should expect that people will be saying "See Here!" and "See There!" about this or that pestilence or war or earthquake, etc. But this is no indication of the end. The end cannot be calculated, it could just as easily happen while people were acting as they generally have since the creation's beginning until now: eating, drinking, getting married:
(Matthew 24:36-44) 36 “Concerning that day and hour nobody knows, neither the angels of the heavens nor the Son, but only the Father. 37 For just as the days of Noah were, so the presence of the Son of man will be. 38 For as they were in those days before the Flood, eating and drinking, men marrying and women being given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, 39 and they took no note until the Flood came and swept them all away, so the presence [parousia] of the Son of man will be. 40 Then two men will be in the field; one will be taken along and the other abandoned. 41 Two women will be grinding at the hand mill; one will be taken along and the other abandoned. 42 Keep on the watch, therefore, because you do not know on what day your Lord is coming. 43 “But know one thing: If the householder had known in what watch the thief was coming, he would have kept awake and not allowed his house to be broken into. 44 On this account, you too prove yourselves ready, because the Son of man is coming at an hour that you do not think to be it.
Note again, by the way, that the "day your Lord is coming" is paralleled with the "parousia of the Son of man." So we can't know when the parousia starts. The Parousia is coming at an hour that you do not think to be it. It's unchristian to try, and it's unchristian to use the mistake that the early disciples made as an excuse to make the same mistake today.
(Acts 1:7) 7 He said to them: “It does not belong to you to know the times or seasons that the Father has placed in his own jurisdiction.

They would, say, meet on the street, wave ...smile, and one would say say "MYOB!"
The other would wave, smile and say "MYOB!".
Toward the end of the story it turned out "MYOB" meant "Mind Your Own Business"

I have an exjw friend in Brazil who is still friends with many JWs. (She's not disfellowshipped and not officially shunned as yet)  This is what she is hearing; the translation is slightly glitchy.
"I heard that the governing body is quarantined. The JWs here are now confused, because they thought that the governing body was going to reassure them saying that nothing would affect them, they stopped preaching even by phone, look they said that nothing stopped preaching".

I was interested in Lett's use of Isa 30:15 to assure JWs not to "panic".
"For this is what the Sovereign Lord Jehovah, the Holy One of Israel, says:“By returning to me and resting, you will be saved;Your strength will be in keeping calm and showing trust.”
Don't JWs believe they "returned" to God?  As a JW, I believed God would protect all JWs during the physical translations of the signs of the end in Matt 24.  Obviously, this is what other JWs believe today, as they die from the very "sign" that was to come upon unbelievers in the world.
Isa 30:15 ENDS by saying..."But you were unwilling".
Men and their organization make false promises, that are beginning to confuse their listeners.  Hopefully, this will be a wake-up call for many.
“‘Because they lead my people astray, saying, “Peace,” when there is no peace, and because, when a flimsy wall is built, they cover it with whitewash, 11 therefore tell those who cover it with whitewash that it is going to fall. Rain will come in torrents, and I will send hailstones hurtling down, and violent winds will burst forth. 12 When the wall collapses, will people not ask you, “Where is the whitewash you covered it with?”  Ezek 13:10-12
