  1. At this point he could be a high school sex ed teacher's aid.
  2. Its Spanish for oh my goodness. I was around from time to time because I am looking for music from the dramas in mp3 format. One person who is close to me loves music from the song books, and asked if the dramas at mp3s of some songs. I am on and off sometimes because of school. Right now I am we have a day off because of cold weather. To be honest, the cold is more brutal than the snow this year.
  3. Well one thing I know there is another forum I go to, there is this girl who goes by the name Charade. What she does is mock and troll people and next day her name and avatar is different. We always know it's her even though she pretends to be someone else. She runs around YouTube also and tends to stick to memes and what is trending. For instance, she is pretending to be some guy name Maximillian who blew up a few days ago. I don't mean to be randomly curious but what who is tth? But what I tell John is true. Most likely we agree and disagree on some stuff, but when someone is bashing Jehovah God, or using his word to make transgender and homosexual is okay is not cool at all. There's people out there that threaten and say they want to kill you even though you speak mildly with them on what the Bible says. I spoke that time out of memorizing verses and examples, the guy was pulling some craziness from somewhere.
  4. I am 15 and I do not have disguises, why would I be lying about my age? Going on 16 in the next few months, and gonna work on my permit soon. I already get stressed out from period schedules with study hall being my time of rest at school. My words have importance because you are saying I have attitude when I do not. Those guys only care about slandering Jehovah God even saying bad stuff about him, others threaten me or others and I have proof of it. So if you were in my shoes, what would you have done? If someone said something extremely bad about God or misuse verses to fit the needs of worldly things today, would you speak and maintain mildness or would you explode like how you are here now? Pops, I can tell you now, these people I confront you wouldn't be able to handle em. I don't know who Billy is. Billy the Kid as in the 21 year old who took out 8 men before he went down?
  5. He knew what was right with God because as he was growing up be read the Bible and applied its teachings. People saw him as a hermit of some sort, but in reality he was the coolest guy I know before his death. The thing you forget about God is that one thing that can be pulled from his likeness is cleanliness. This also goes for being clean and being modest in attire. And what's your point on this? You didn't even describe the scenario as modest for there is no issue with that. Immodest dressing would be if someone goes to to the hall or assembly in clothing that is revealing, tight, or to the point of nuditiy. And modesty isn't not just with us, it goes for schools, businesses and other places that uphold this too. There are people whom we sometimes preach to at times will not speak or discuss with you if something's up, especially to us in the Latino community. There's no need to rush for marriage. No one forced marriage for anyone, if anything there are parents out there that rush some folks because they want grandchildren, others for different reasons. In my case I am far from marriage but my dad always tells me 18 is the age one can get married if they want to. My dad got married at 22, my mom was 19 going in 20. My uncle married at 34-35. How is seeking a marriage mate competitive?I didnt know there was a Ring Now: Marriage Edition going on, I never seen that in the channel line ups All that aside you never made your case of clothing being a tradition of men. This point you make was out of the blue and you never gave answer to that. I find it funny you are now comparing UK folks to everyone else. Pops, you don't know the Latino Community so stay in the lane you are driving in, remember what you said last time - you don't assume things, and now going against your word tells people something about you, papa bear.
  6. People can understand God's way of thinking also mainly when it comes to decisions and other things, Witness. An example would be making a choice of something that isnt of Jehovah God's thinking vs. Something of man's thinking. In School, they teach us that homosexuality and transgender is okay and these teachers encourage teens to teach children this. Clearly this isn't okay, and this isn't okay with God. Man's thinking will allow him or her to accept this whereas Jehovah's thinking allows us to make the right choice in this example and other things. I dunno if you are aware of what's being taught to toddlers nowadays. One group in particular I often see on media and social media is queer kids group, they often go after those who are against them. They also try to use the Bible to justify homosexuality. You and I both know God detests homosexuality and Jesus does not accept this either, reasons why these guys who support that stuff has time to turn a leaf, repent and change. I only preached to one homosexual once, but his buddies were Bible bashing weeks later and he stopped the discussion later on. Side note, Jesus' disciples and followers applied God's way of thinking. Why assume it was only Jesus lol?
  7. Whoa, didn't get the memo for the wedding. Other than that the both of them write better than me, that's for sure.
  8. And what's that supposed to mean? Because I caught you assuming something and called you out? How is that strange? After all you said those things, not me, was being honest. That is, do you want me to refer to you as an apostate so you can proudly boil those eggs of yours? You played this game last time, Pops, and you're too up there in age for that. But yeah, I don't see you as one. I know apostates when I see them, even the aggresive ones that someone who I've calmed down, want to inflict pain to. Some apostates dont realize they are making enemies among themselves and outside.
  9. Pharisees are also known for going after people in the same sense you are doing. That comment of yours was out of nowhere. Let the lady speak, John. Also her username makes you that shocked? I can name myself Apple Sauce and probably would get a strong reaction. I called you papa bear because you are paranoid and grumpy. You can speak all you want but that random out burst, makes one thing who is in the right here. Not even a shred of sympathy.
  10. My attitude? Last time you said something along the lines of not knowing me, things of that nature. So it turns out you were lying this whole time and your former comment was a sham. Well not that speaks volumes of how you are, Pops. I shown respect at all times with everyone I speak or preach to. Also, don't assume things, otherwise it makes you look like foolish because you don't know how the situation began and ended. These guys don't care what faith you have and they are the first to engage conversation or a discussion with you. The discussion alone is about Who God is and what he is. Not only the aggressor who became angry after each verse he still believes that God is void of all emotions and doesn't not consider us as important. These types of people also twist Scripture to make God appear as though he is evil and these guys assume Satan is the hero in this sense. So I guess you agree with this people who hold this view, huh. You don't know these people or confronted them, dont be ignorant. If you dont know people like this exist, then that tells you something about who you are, John.
  11. @Srecko Sostar Frida, God doesn't need to "act" as God, he is God. Él es mi padre y tu padre. God doesn't change. God is love, Just, in Order, etc. When he does something there is reason behind it, when he says something, it will happend and it will be done. God isn't unrigehotus. If you don't understand God's thinking then it would pose as a problem. And you have time to do this, and if not, well you'll be outta time, my guy. God is a real person, and anyone can speak to him and be close to him as many in the past. He isn't impossibly far from anyone.
  12. It is bad. I'm only 15 and already people want to use death threats because I quote from the Bible. They dont care about me being one of Jehovah's Witnesses, what angers them is when the Bible alone trumps a false teaching they practice. Even today you have celebrities and political folks now proclaiming to beat and kill children because of silly false information. It's that crazy out there now.
  13. Don't mind the papa bear, he is grump because he hibernation was horrible this year. All jokes aside, Jesus has been mocked by liberals, and false Christian's. It has even come to a point whereas there are those who worship using brazen conduct include Jesus and mock him greatly. It comes to show you how this world is messed up in so many ways, but thanks to Jehovah, that small light that we have enable us to continue doing things for him and seeking him, also going about helping others learn who Jehovah is so they can teach their own and others. God's word exerts power even in the face of vileness and darkness, and Jehovah God's word and the teachings Jesus brought forth is like an uplifting breeze on a nice cool Spring day.
  14. How? Even without the book you can read all that stuff in the Bible. Ever heard about the one of the cocbunine who wasn't true? Yep. Another thing that you didn't see is the guy is mocking God and Elisha. Hebrew Text Old Testament 2 Kings 2:23-25 23 He went up from there to Bethʹel. As he was going along the way, some young boys came out from the city and began to jeer at him, and they kept saying to him: “Go up, you baldhead! Go up, you baldhead!” 24 Finally he turned around and looked at them and cursed them in the name of Jehovah. Then two she-bears came out of the forest and tore 42 of the children to pieces. 25 He kept going from there to Mount Carʹmel, and from there he returned to Sa·marʹi·a. Come on, Matt. You should have seen that coming when he cited the verse.
  15. So what is your say on mini skirts and dresses and suits that are as tight as a salsa jar cap to the point of tearing out of it like pop eye? Modest or immodest? Modesty is honesty, amigo.
  16. Usually depends on the person and their build. What matters is if the clothing isn't out of this world immodest. People now a days dress up as if they are going to a Crème de la Crème night club when they go to worship God. My late uncle use to say, if it ain't right with God it shouldn't be right with you. Other than that I can move in a suit just fine.
  17. @JOHN BUTLER You didn't even answer the question. You said clothing is tradition of men and now you say certain clothing, so which is it or are you just throwing darts to a board, pops? A red hat is meaningless and a random guy uses it to cover his head, perhaps to cover signs of balding vs. A guy who uses a red hat that reads messages of racism to trigger aggressive response by people at a random bagel shop vs. A guy who sports a red hat to support a political view. All 3 men, 2 of them having a piece of clothing the represents or stands for something negative and or decisive. So Tradition of Men is something totally different compared to what you said before. I suggest thinking it over a glass of water.
  18. I never called you an apostate or think of you as one, Pops. Former JW, yes, apostate? Dunno, didn't see you try to set fire to a hall like someone out there or defame God while attempting to mock our faith. If I had to be honest......whelp, I just see you as lukewarm or misguided, and a teaspoon of paranoia raising off of your skin. You can agree or disagree with Jehovah's Witnesses, but to be as stale as chips in a bag..... Well, Pops, it fits the bill, and I just paid it and tipped it too. Do you even know what an apostate is? Seem? An accusation or an assumption? Here we see you trying to say we are all the same when we are not. Same faith doesn't mean we sre all the same person. oh dios mío.....
  19. Happy with what? I told you the same point last time, only this time you have an audience. Pops, if I didn't have the mind of Christ then why are you the one not explaining anything of Christ properly? I'm pretty sure you said before you dont know as much and want to learn more about God. Bud, if I had no feelings for anyone I wouldn't be preaching to people. I've been teaching people about God and the Bible and not only it makes me feel good, but it makes the person I preach to feel good. There's one person in particular who is a special case whereas I made promise to meet with her at least 2-3 times a week. It is something that is both personal and private. Disfellowshiping or excommunicating was something others have spoken to you about on occasion. I can see how the application doesn't stick because it goes into one ear and out the other. I don't worship men, I worship God alone. Christains just offer me to tools to be an effective preacher, reading the Bible, etc. Which is no different to how it was done in the past, theres actually historical works of how first century congregations and onward operate, which is no different with us today. Anti-pauline is a legitimate expression, its only silly if you are ignorant about it, but allow me to explain. This is also ironic because you just said I don't have the mind of Christ. An Anti-pauline is a person who rejects anything Apostle Paul says, does or writes. Anti-paulines also reject Paul's word about excommunication also. Also good evening, or good morning where you are. Can you give an example of non scriptural rules? Paul was up there with Clement, they gave a word in to the congregations too.
  20. Even outside of the faith this is the practice. Where do you think the practice originated from if you don't mind me asking and from whose congregation?
  21. I remember the last time I confronted an apostate (who said he was a a Christian) and spoke of God, he said he'd kill me even though he was twice my age, even dared me to go to his town and that I'd be praying to wishing God was here in person when he is done with me. It didn't faze me that much because I was right about what I said because he was saying untrue things about God and about Moses and the Israelites. He was angry because he was corrected on the Old Testament. Even before that some of these apostates attacked the hall I was at, and caused someone who is connected to a sister to go to war against the apostates. Always another day in the office it seems.
  22. @JOHN BUTLER So I guess that makes you an Anti-Pauline? Anti-Paulines reject whatever Paul's preaching, even removed or ignore it in the Bible itself. Disfellowshipped people are shunned by the congregation, not as much by family. Last I checked we are not of Judaisim where anything and everythi is 100% cut off.
  23. My English Teacher wears a suit and tie. You look at him funny and next thing you know you get an "F" on your paper and he will then proceed to nicely discredit you in public or in private, even when parents speak with teachers. It's too late in the to change so I'm bracing the storm.
  24. @JOHN BUTLER suit and ties are made by people so I agree with you here, but how does that equal to tradition of men? Surely if clothing was made with the intent of worshipping a false God or created for some nafurous means, but common stuff isnt Tradition of men as you say. But if a suit and tie is that bad, why are you wearing a suit and tie, let alone clothing if you say it is tradition of man? I wear plain shirts and pants on casual days, a hoodie or a jacket if it's cold. Dress shirt/suit and bowtie for going to hall. Red shirt and khakis for my job. Sweatshirt and pants for exercising. These things doesn't mean I am doing things that is tradition of man, it just means I am cold or just covering my body. Besides that, there is a line between modesty and immodesty, not just conduct, but apperance. I don't know how things were for you as a teenager, but I can tell you things that will blow your mind of what teens my age dress and do, so there is always a good and bad to something.
  25. @Arauna Did you see the recent news of the agenda about flu shots and how heavily it is being pushed to the people? System of things has nasty cogs as big as the coconut trees in Barbados.
