  1. Not even 17 yet, no hair on my face, but the freshman literally has a a beard and he is like 15. The dude's got a tree on his face jaja.
  2. @Space Merchant Frida once spoke about education elsewhere and have often criticized Jehovah's Witnesses when it comes to education. We go through education to provide for our families and or ourselves, perhaps one may want to start a family to support them. But we see here when it comes to being educated about the Bible it rustled his jimmies. I never been on a debate, but the only close thing to it was a discussion in class between 2 teams. It looks like being educated and understanding of the Bible is seen as something bad to some. Education especially about the Bible is seen as an offensive than a positive. To to correct him, According to the Bible, Satan had used the snake to trick Eve, which led to both her and Adam to sin and disobey Jehovah, resulting from what Jehovah has set in place by means if his Promise. According to the Bible, Balaam was on his way to do some crazy things until Jehovah sent an angel and caused a donkey to speak, and eventually had Baalam speak to the angel. According to the Bible, Jesus spoke of the stones figuratively, which isn't too far off from what is said about Jerusalem or cities.
  3. @Srecko Sostar But he is right on what he said, Frida. His point on vocabulary is what you said. Restoration and Restorationist are 2 different things, especially when you factor in Christianity. Also ya man's uphold Subordinationist because that is how Bible Unitarian role, I know this because we so converse with them wherever they want to discuss. But you are jumping around in many points, for instance. Both of you were speaking about preaching, then you said animals and rocks can preach, and you said, according to the Bible. Space Merchant made a strong point against you and he asked you for evidence and all you can say is that the word gospel and or preaching met someone else and you tried to change your lane by saying even people can be called animals when the focus was about a burro and peidras (a donkey and stones). For the point is clear, animals or rocks cannot preach about Jesus or the good news. Even in Balaam's case God caused the donkey to speak because of what Balaam was going to do and Jehovah had sent an angel to block their path. Nowhere in the Bible was the Donkey speaking about Jesus, or the Snake who Satan used to trick Eve. As for the verse in Psalms, you changed from before Christ to during Christ to after his return, yet you were the guy who said to me focused. Lastly, if you look up signs of someone losing a debate, you fit the bill for this because you tried what SM said, Appeal to Motive, in order to play him by saying to read your Christendom Bible but we see you are using a CEV Bible, a Christendom Bible. I don't wanna be the guy to say it, but why even start the discussion to begin with if you know you are going to get owned in the end? Jajaja I guess you do rely on us JWs because you bring us up when a serious dude is in your way. Same ol' Frida.
  4. In short, simply say in your head, is this the type of person to take home to mama and papa? My pops tell me, I can get married anytime when I turn 18, but says that get my experience up then look for the right sister. He is really strict on morality and education, but his lectures does help. Some people are desperate, they don't wanna pass the expiration date, or so that is what they think lol.
  5. @JOHN BUTLER Those who are Anointed are imperfect like us, mainly when it comes to sinning against the spirit. About forgiveness, the Bible tells us what it means and how that is practiced by us to apply what Jehovah's word and what his son Jesus taught us, mainly when face to face with people who does sin but doesn't repent for his or her sins. But my focus is those who exploit God's forgiveness. I told Billy of a school experience regarding a girl who was known cause people to sin, sexual sin and does so by seducing people, she tried this with me. Her idea of forgiveness is that no matter how many times she sins and causes others to sin, she think she will be forgiven when she knows what she is doing. I'm not trying to hate anyone, but I am uneasy with you after what you did last time, even then, I still forgive you but you said something along the lines that my forgiveness was fake. Normally a negative first impression with someone leaves a bad taste. Also people exploit the forgiveness of Christians, we cannot forget about that either. Like if they sin they will exploit a Christian's ability to forgive and pretend to repent, in order to stay in the community, but that person knows in their heart they'll do it again, self harm and or harm to others. Some negative actions can be very damaging leaving a scar on those effected.
  6. @Space Merchant I remember you said you were baptize in some waterfall area in islands. But yeah, Frida is always like this when he knows he is wrong he struggles to get out of it. Anyone who reads the Bible can see clearly what is said and and understand how some things played out. But I gotta admit tho, a lot of people will say we cannot answer anything because we don't rely on Scripture, but when discussing with someone who isn't in our faith they try to be a as smooth as a pearl to try so hard to not be wrong. Frida does what he does, and he took this L.
  7. @TrueTomHarley Anything recent about them in Russia? Majority of us worry and pray for them to endure.
  8. @James Thomas Rook Jr. You can also put GEN before YouTube on address more too
  9. What do you guys think? The forms of exploitation people do about God's forgiveness and why Christians forgive. After Shophmore year and coming back from vacation, I have some time to reflect until the next war - junior year lol. I make thread on this because of a school experience, social media and what was shown recently from this month's broadcasting about being lured into sin.
  10. The internet is like an untamed dog. It is also random and meme worthy stock'd. A lot of people do a lot of bad stuff on the internet, even outside of it. At my high school, there were alot of bad people doing imoral things, seniors did something very disgusting at their prom and there is this one girl and her cliq that were trying to seduce some of the guy students, they tried it on me too. I even told the girl that I am not interested, but she was persistent, I even mentioned I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses and she teased me and mocked why Christian's forgive one another, she said she always pray for forgiveness if she did something bad, and said I can do the same, from that, I just left then ofc, on social media she had quite the message for people who reject her even me, her other comments was wanting to be in the spotlight and others of her laughing and thinking taking someone's virginity was like a trophy and people dap her up for that, one of my boys, she seduced easily, and after his dad found out he was very angry, and the fact we don't see him at school was probably due to his dad removing him, and ofc the girl. Another situation, I dunno how there was no coach or teacher present, this girl paraded into the boy's locker room for literally 2 minutes before sneaking out when someone said the teacher was coming. And ofc those against it didn't speak up because the people who followed the girl praised her pretty much. As much as I HATE high school I am just powering through it. And that was just sophomore year, junior year is next. As immoral as this girl is what she doesn't realize, and her friends, that all those pictures she is throwing up publically, there's probably a pedo somewhere that is collecting it. But yeah, when it comes to social media, immoral conduct is higher and alot of young peeps hide or conceal it. And theres streaming.... That's a whole other can of worms.
  11. @Matthew9969 Dude what? I don't think throwing people off the boat because of one bad dude is wise. For me, I don't have kids, I'm turning 17, way too young for that kind of responsibility. @James Thomas Rook Jr. But that's about violence, I think the focus here is about sex crimes. Speaking about sex crimes there was a teacher who was arrested for sex related crimes, namely child pornography. Even in social media there's people with pedophilia feelings, I still remember that one dude who calls himself "the buday" then theres the dude whom girl's refer to as the teenage heartthrob who pretty much seduces girls to do anything for him, didn't work for some tho. What I think or I thinking everyone thinks this too. There's no way to tell who is a baddie. Also sex is being used as a weapon when sexual assault and other things. But yeah, with how things are, it will be even worse when me and people my age finish high school and go on to finish college, but even then, in high school, there's a lot of immoral peeps, especially some of the seniors and what happened at their prom.
  12. We had a talk about child abuse. One point, well 2 was made. Educating people, the second being to talk to kids about sex. Every bit helps.
  13. @James Thomas Rook Jr. Swords are sharp. Waaaaaaaaaay too sharp. The sword can probably cut an extra large pizza in BOTH ways too. Cowabunga, dude.
  14. @Space Merchant Well everyone needs to be educated. As for self defense, I wouldn't know all aspects of that. But yeah I don't know how it was for you guys, but in my case people today are only proving Prophet Isaiah's point. Isaiah 5 verse 20. Some kids are getting the oh so wrong type of education, amigo.
  15. @BillyTheKid46 Sometimes when people speak something that is true, there will be hecklers, haters and people who will flag videos in order to wipe them from view. And the haters are making quite the bread when they are pushing the right buttons.
  16. @Witness We concern people of all nations when it comes to the head of the congregation. Jesus and his disciples spread the message to the people and we are doing just that. For someone who says they are "you know who", how'd you let that one slip through the cracks?
  17. @Space Merchant That's because people believe some Christians who preach these things. It's not only the fact that they say they have visions, but they teach future prediction, when we know that no one after the Apostles is inspired in that level. But yeah, proclaiming the message and all that, this is true. Some would consider Christians to actually be prophets but as you said it comes down to who is actually speaking the truth. Also people consider or say prophets are preachers. And of course we have preachers who are saying things that are totally beyond what the Bible teaches.
  18. It's always Acts. I remember there was a guy who went on a rant, jumping up and down in total rage about it lol. 🤣
  19. @Space Merchant How fast is your words per minute? Back on subject. I see what you are saying about Baptism being a requirement vs. people who make the decision to be baptized. I just googled baptismal regeneration because I didn't know that was a heavily discussed term. You also make point about the origin of baptism, so from there the view you have is mostly clear.
  20. @Space Merchant Don't forget the crusader bunch. Some of these guys also say the same thing to, they also believe in the whole taking of the holy land. I met one of them only once half way through my last year of middle school when I was in the city.
  21. He does make a good point. Some groups can and will say they are God's mouthpiece or his spokesman, but at the end of the day, it comes down of who is doing things according to Jehovah God. I dug into Mario Martinez, he's someone who acknowledges he has the spirit and speaks as a Spokesman to God, but what he teaches which connects with the topic is not even from the Bible, not even a small little concept. Another group would be the crusader bunch who thinks God Wills everything even wanting to cause harm to others, not all of them but some actually do if they had the chance. Some of these guys also believe in and actually speak about these testimonies of Hellfire and torment.
