I think that we are all learning, I do think that we will ever stop learning.......which is probably a good thing.........and as the WT Study, a couple of weeks ago, said that one of things we should have is a sense of humour, (remember the smiley face?).........my problem is sometimes my sense of humour is a little too "warped"...........particularly for those whose second language may English..........add to that I am Australian, and some Australian humour can be difficult for others to comprehend sometimes.

The world's coral reefs are truly a great gift from Jehovah..........but, this is an example of what man is doing to these reefs, this photograph was taken on the Great Barrier Reef in Australia and quite a percentage has been killed-off due to bleaching.

Hughes, director of a government-funded center for coral reef studies at James Cook University in Australia and the lead author of a paper on the reef that is being published Thursday as the cover article of the journal Nature. “In the north, I saw hundreds of reefs — literally two-thirds of the reefs were dying and are now dead.”"

Bleaching is still going on this year due to above average temperatures they are experiencing in Queensland.

Here is another photograph of the Great Barrier Reef I locate in a news item this evening (16/3/2017), and here is a snippet from the write up: "The survival of the Great Barrier Reef hinges on urgent moves to cut global warming because nothing else will protect coral from the coming cycle of mass bleaching events, new research has found."..........."The researchers said the findings of their paper, Global Warming and Recurrent Mass Bleaching of Corals, applied to coral reefs worldwide."
Certainly an indictment of mankind under Satan's rule........at least we do have the hope that Jehovah will step in and right all these wrongs........we can but echo the words of the Apostle John at Revelation 22:20 ....."Amen! Come Lord Jesus" Yes The Kingdom under Jesus Christ's rule, will not be late.

Origin of Sea Life. The Genesis account reports that sea life and flying creatures were the first animal life on earth. It reads: “And God went on to say: ‘Let the waters swarm forth a swarm of living souls and let flying creatures fly over the earth upon the face of the expanse of the heavens.’ And God proceeded to create the great sea monsters and every living soul that moves about, which the waters swarmed forth according to their kinds, and every winged flying creature according to its kind. And God got to see that it was good."
"With that God blessed them, saying: ‘Be fruitful and become many and fill the waters in the sea basins, and let the flying creatures become many in the earth.’ And there came to be evening and there came to be morning, a fifth day.”—Ge 1:20-23.
The Bible repeatedly acknowledges Jehovah as the Creator of the seas, which were formed as distinct from the dry land on the third creative day. (Ge 1:9, 10, 13; Ne 9:6; Ac 4:24; 14:15; Re 14:7) 
It also comments on his ability to extend his power over the sea and to control it. (Job 26:12; Ps 65:7; 89:9; Jer 31:35) 
When his Son was on earth he was given authority by his Father to command the sea, with effectiveness. (Mt 8:23-27; Mr 4:36-41; Joh 6:17-20) 
God’s control of the seas is demonstrated by the way the coasts and the tides keep the sea within its set limits, barricaded, as it were, by doors. (Job 38:8-11; Ps 33:7; Pr 8:29; Jer 5:22) 
This accomplishment in connection with the sea, as well as its role in the earth’s water cycle (Ec 1:7; Am 5:8), makes the sea an example of Jehovah’s wonderful works.
Poetically speaking, even the seas join in praising their Creator.

Queen Esther, you are certainly right there...........many years ago I used to go to the Royal Adelaide Show, and one of the contests that I loved watching was the sheep dog trials...........it was a timed event where the sheep dogs had to get a small flock of sheep through a gate and then into a pen..........the farmer would just stand in one spot and control the dog just by whistling.
The Kelpie (shown below) is also used extensively as sheep dogs in Australia

How true that is...........I was aboard the Royal Australian Navy's aircraft carrier HMAS "Melbourne" on February 10th 1964 off the coast of Jervis Bay (about 85 Nautical miles South of Sydney, NSW)..........it was nearly 2100 and the "Melbourne" collided with the destroyer HMAS "Voyager" ...........it actually cut the destroyer in half, just behind the bridge..........82 sailors lost their lives. I spent most of the night out in one of the rescue boats (one of Melbourne's motor boats)
When the collision was imminent, FULL ASTERN was ordered..........although the engines were going full astern the ship still had an ahead speed of about 20 knots when the collision occurred..........certainly a night......and years I do not wish to remember.
In 1968 the "Melbourne" was involved in another collision in the South China Sea with an American destroyer USS "Frank E Evans" (also cut in half).....this cost the lives of 74 American sailors............even though I was on leave at the time, when I heard that news the bad memories came flooding back...........I refused to go back to sea, I was later diagnosed with PTSD, and I am still on happy pills. I have never spent another night at sea.
But, to erase all these memories I will just have to wait until Jehovah brings in the promised paradise to be free from this memory, although Jehovah will resurrect all those who have lost their lives at sea.........and this is a comforting thought.

Jesus made reference to the camel in an illustrative way. On one occasion he pointed out that it would be easier for a camel to go through a needle’s eye than for a rich man to get into the Kingdom.
By means of this illustration, not meant to be taken literally, Jesus was pointing out that just as it was not possible for a literal camel to go through the eye of a literal needle it was even less possible for a rich man, while continuing to cling to his riches, to enter into the Kingdom of God.
NEEDLE’S EYE
In an illustration pertaining to entry into the Kingdom, Jesus Christ said: “It is easier for a camel to get through a needle’s eye than for a rich man to get into the kingdom of God.” (Mt 19:24; Mr 10:25) Some have held the needle’s eye to be a small gate through which a camel, if relieved of its load, could pass with difficulty. However, the Greek word for “needle” found at Matthew 19:24 and Mark 10:25 (rha·phis′) is drawn from a verb meaning “sew.” Also, the Greek word appearing in the parallel passage of Luke 18:25 (be·lo′ne) is used to refer to a literal surgical needle. Regarding these Greek terms Vine’s Expository Dictionary of Old and New Testament Words notes: “The idea of applying ‘the needle’s eye’ to small gates seems to be a modern one; there is no ancient trace of it. The Lord’s object in the statement is to express human impossibility and there is no need to endeavour to soften the difficulty by taking the needle to mean anything more than the ordinary instrument.”—1981, Vol. 3, p. 106.
As a hyperbole, the illustration emphasized how difficult it would be for rich men not simply to begin serving God but actually to enter into the Kingdom.

When we consider the ancient Nation of Israel, it certainly shows us how forgiving Jehovah can be, they must have really caused him grief. Here they were, they had witnessed the ten plagues, they were delivered from the hands of the Egyptians, they were part of the miracle of crossing the red Sea..........they had been part of all that and only a short time after they convinced Aaron to build a golden calf that they could worship...........in a question from readers in the WT it made the point: "Moses thereafter told the people: “You have sinned with a great sin.”" (Ex. 32:30) Thus, Aaron was not the only one who bore a measure of guilt for the wrongdoing. Both he and the people benefited from Jehovah’s great mercy.".........Aaron caved into the pressure of those that wanted the golden calf
That was only one example........we know there are many more that show us that they just did not want to listen to the creator most of the time (Ex 34:8, 9; Ne 9:16, 17; Jeremiah 7:21-26; Ezekiel 3:7) and through all this Jehovah showed them love, patience and long suffering (just to mention a couple of Jehovah's attributes)..............What a marvellous God we worship.

Jehovah Does Not Tolerate Hypocritical Worship!

Cutting short the days.      
 
Our King revealed what
 will occur at this point 
during the great tribulation. 
 
Jesus stated:
“On account of the chosen ones those days will
           be cut short.” (Read Matthew 24:21, 22.)
   
Jesus’ words were fulfilled on a small scale in 66 C.E. when Jehovah “cut short”.  the Roman army’s attack on Jerusalem. (Mark 13:20)
 
That action allowed Christians in Jerusalem and Judea to be saved. What will then happen on a global scale during the coming great tribulation?
Jehovah, by means of our King, will “cut short” the United Nations’ attack on religion so that the true religion will not be destroyed with the false. Thus, while all false religious organizations will be torn down, the one true religion will survive. (Ps. 96:5).
