      Hi Holly W, I've been pretty sick the last few days is there any possibility that you could download a copy and upload a PDF onto the forum  so we can always keep a copy of it?   

      Do you think I need to add a category for that?

      Thanks for your reply, Librarian. :)  I sure hope you get to feeling better real soon.

      It's a fairly long pdf and I'll have to research how to do what you suggest.  The only other thing would be to have a separate thread with the pdf link so anyone interested in seeing it can access it themselves.
