Since they are not willing to defend their teachings, then they must not be equipped to reason!

Satan makes the display of war right before our eyes. It isn’t hard to pick out a city on the earth and call it a “great city”.  It isn’t hard to imagine political entities merging with spiritual entities when the news gives it to us, in full detail.   This is living “according to the flesh”, according to the activities in Satan’s world.  It is foolish entertainment.   Those who put their hopes in an earthly, “fleshly” organization that utilizes all the same tools of the nations, are easy to be deceived of the true battle at hand. They willingly put their trust in men who change doctrine consistently, calling each new change, “truth”.   This isn’t living a spiritual life, but a fleshly life.  It is based on faith in what one can literally see and touch.  
 For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit set their minds on the things of the Spirit.  Rom 8:5 
We a have a choice between two spiritual Fathers -
God, who is truth and who’s ways are perfect. Deut 32:4; Num 23:19   God, who does not tolerate liars. Prov 12:22
Satan, the father of the lie, who wins people over by deception and fleshly desires. John 8:44; Luke 4:5-8
If we say that God is our Father, that we are His progeny, why would we entertain proven liars who live “according to the flesh”? John 4:24  We would be deceiving ourselves by thinking God overlooks our choice.  We are each responsible for what we choose to put in our heart; seeds of truth, or seeds of lies.  Matt 7:15-20 
If we believe a liar and claim that the liar represents God’s Son, we are in no better shape than the liar is , when standing before Christ.  Rev 18:4

Baptisms are usually held at assemblies and conventions of Jehovah’s Witnesses. At the conclusion of the baptism talk, the speaker will ask the baptism candidates to stand and answer the following two questions in a loud voice:
1. Have you repented of your sins, dedicated yourself to Jehovah, and accepted his way of salvation through Jesus Christ?
2. Do you understand that your baptism identifies you as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in association with Jehovah’s organization?

So where are the words in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, " ?
And where in the Bible does it say that a person gets baptised into an 'Organisation' ?
Should the JW Org use the words that Jesus instructed to be used ? 
Now a puzzling question. What actually is a JW Org baptism ? Sound like a stupid question ? Um. 
If a baptised JW leaves the Org or is disfellowshipped, they are then shunned. So are they still a Christian ? 
Does their baptism still count for anything ? 
In the first century it would have been anointed ones that did the baptising. A baptised one, would become a Christian serving God through Christ. There was no IBSA, and no JW Org. (Although some on here try to pretend that the 1st Century Christians were JWs)
So who now has the right to baptise ?  Should it be Anointed one's that baptise ? Therefore should it be made clear who are the Anointed ones ?
I suppose it would be difficult to know who they are, and to have so few Anointed baptise so many earth wide. 
But, by what authority do the Elders baptise ? And is it a true baptism as it is 'into the Org' not as Jesus first directed ?
Does anyone else have the right to baptise and would it be recognised as such by God and Christ ?
Add to this that if a person is reinstated into JW Org and then, wow, everyone can talk to them again, their original baptism into JW Org is ok, and they don't need to do it again. 
How does any of that match up with God's written word ?

No Tom, you are deliberately misleading people here. Some of us know that  Almighty God is not only good, but Almighty. We know that God will put all things right. Unfortunately JWs have been brainwashed into believing that 'only baptised JWs will be saved'. Hence, JWs cannot separate Almighty God from JW Org. I will start a new topic on Baptism in a moment.

There seems to be mixed 'truth' about Bro Rutherford, whether Russell said Rutherford should not run the IBSA, whether Rutherford was actually a break away (apostate) from that original 'religion' by forming the JWs. Then we fast forward to other predictions via the Org and we come to 1975, or at least the early 1970's, and more failed predictions.  
We also have the teaching that was part of the doctrine of the Org for many years, the 7,000 year creative days, but that doctrine has now been forsaken. You could add to this the blood issue, no blood, blood fractions, what next ?  But Tom would say that is taking things tooo far. 
So 'Accurate teachings' Tom ? I think not.

When I speak of the sins of the WT, I hear a complaining spirit saying, “where is God’s mercy?”  I ask, where is the understanding of God’s justice in the mind of a JW?  It is totally apparent that the organization as a whole, has no sense of it, or the gravity of its own sins.  God’s people under covenant are His focus – “Israel”, the anointed ones of “New Jerusalem” (Gal 4:26)   Yes, Satan will cause horrendous destruction, but Revelation is about the “great city” that has always been the topic of the Bible.  It doesn’t change with the 66th book; what changes is the spiritual perspective.

What city is greater than Zion, than Jerusalem?

Well then maybe you can both explain how two past members of the Governing Body were Homosexuals.

So how did brothers in Bethel know that GB members were homosexual. After all if that GB member even had thoughts of homosexuality then they were committing homosexuality in their hearts. Now surely as Anointed ones that would be sinning against the spirit. 
Some of you joke about 'tight pants Tony' of the GB, but is any of that really funny concerning the supposedly Anointed of God.
Not one of you JWs seem to realise any seriousness in any thing I write. I do think it is because many of you are American and as such you have become hardened of heart.  (I would think it is harder emotionally to live in USA) And @Arauna can easily be seen as hard hearted, also Mr Harley.  Yes the world is horrid and we do need to toughen up of course, otherwise we will 'sink', but I do definitely see a lack of love and  fellow feeling on this forum. 
To think that your 'guidance' comes via the Watchtower which is not inspired of God and which is written by ordinary men who also have wrong desires it seems, having read lots of things on here which seem to go on at Bethel. And that your GB are more interested in their own position and the 'money in their bank accounts', than they are in people who have been wronged by your Org. But JWs still serve the Org blindly. Still putting their money in, and still trying to encourage others to be part of it. 
But, if you put all your effort into walking 100 miles to a destination, you will not reach that destination if you are walking in the wrong direction because you have been misguided.  So, is your GB and it's Org really guiding you in the right direction ? An important question is, 'Are your GB / Writing Department / management / elders, really qualified to guide you?'  Well the scriptures say 'By their works you will know them'.  And it's a poor show right now. 

Perhaps Judge Rutherford is of those JW members who read only WT books, publications :))) and lack of this sort of knowledge shaped his feelings to Hitler expressed in a Letter.
Or Judge Rutherford just used tactic of "theocratic war" and lied about standpoints he had about Nazi Germany.

I found interesting video, with very important evidences about few subjects. Video took place in Cardiff, Wales 2019. Summer Convention "Love never fails".
1) To what extend JW members are equipped for reasoning and how much they are willing to defend own teachings and beliefs?
2) To what measure JW members who are Convention delegates are under control of people in "orange vests"? And why they allow them to be under their control?
3) Why JW members who wear "orange vests" and are in official capacity are not willing to defend WT published teachings? 
4) Does it mean how every JW member who make some sort of sin in his life as JW congregant is "professed JW" while the state of sin lasts?
5) Does he/she in time before and after sinning is considered as "genuine JW"?

 Sadly, child sexual abuse is a worldwide plague, and true Christians have been affected by this plague. Why? “Wicked men and impostors” abound, and some may try to enter the congregation. (2 Tim. 3:13) In addition, some professing to be a part of the congregation have succumbed to perverted fleshly desires and have sexually abused children. Let us discuss why child abuse is such a grave sin. This is a side point, but one event can coincide with another.   The act of disfellowshipping has experienced a total turnaround in the organization. In 1947, excommunication was taught as having no sound scriptural basis.  As time went on, it was adopted as necessary, according to scripture; and gained momentum in its severity as the years passed.  Today, it is a hard-core teaching, with hard-core results. How often are individuals reminded not to have any contact with disfellowshipped ones, and now to shun those who are inactive?
@Kosonen's remark brought this to mind when he said,

When asked if I accepted the doctrine of 1914, my answer of “no” immediately brought the judgment that I would be announced as disfellowshipped at the next meeting. This happens on a consistent basis, and to many anointed ones - probably to all of them leaving the organization.  There is no sin involved, there is no need to repent before God, but before men holding on to their doctrine.  One is considered “apostate” against doctrines not having a sound basis in scripture.  Anyone disfellowshipped knows that to JWs, they are viewed as unworthy in God’s sight, having lost the promise of eternal life.  This is a “beating down” of the person, and their right to think independently, as the Bereans practiced in Paul’s day.
“Now these were more open-minded than those in Thessalonica. They accepted the message with all eagerness, examining the scriptures every day to see if these things were so.”  Acts 17:11
It is a typical hypocritical response by the organization’s leadership, who use this scripture to bring individuals from other religions into the organization.   
When reading Kosnen’s comment, Matt 24:48-51 came to mind.
“Who then is the faithful and wise slave whom the master has put in charge of his household slaves to give them their food at the right time? 46 Blessed is that slave whom his master will find so doing when he comes back. 47 Truly I say to you that he will put him in charge of all his possessions. 48 But if that evil slave should say to himself, ‘My master is staying away for a long time,’ 49 and he begins to beat his fellow slaves and eats and drinks with drunkards, 50 the master of that slave will come on a day that he does not expect and at an hour that he does not know, 51 and will cut him in two and assign his place with the hypocrites. The Temple is not the organization and the "law" is not the Shepherd the Flock of God book.

As for the "Great 8", (which is really clever),  the organization will make sure they are removed.  Rev 17:12,15-18

The nation of priests since Christ, are tested, refined, and proven to serve God and Christ, to bring "healing to the nations" in the Kingdom of God. Rev 21:2
 No other "rock", or "foreign god" will prove to replace this spiritual people, nation.  Not even the "mountainlike organization" that you fully put your trust in.
It is the Temple of God, Mount Zion, soon to reach its completion.
"For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. 20 For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope 21 that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the freedom and glory of the children of God."  Rom 8:19-21
“What are you, mighty mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will become level ground. Then he will bring out the capstone to shouts of ‘God bless it! God bless it!’”
"I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband.  And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God."  Rev 21:2,3
The "dwelling place" of God is within the hearts of the anointed priesthood.  1 Cor 3:16,17  They are the "Bride" of Christ.
"The Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let the one who hears say, “Come!” Let the one who is thirsty come; and let the one who wishes take the free gift of the water of life."
 
So, when your leaders say, "come to Jehovah's organization for salvation", they are telling you a lie. 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Faith in Jesus is what Jehovah God wants. God's word contrasts that with putting faith in men. Psalms 146:3 Do not put your trust in princes, nor in a son of man, who cannot bring salvation. 
John 3:16 For God loved the world so much that he gave his only-begotten Son,+ so that everyone exercising faith in him might not be destroyed but have everlasting life.+ 17  For God did not send his Son into the world for him to judge the world, but for the world to be saved through him.+ 18 Whoever exercises faith in him is not to be judged.+ Whoever does not exercise faith has been judged already, because he has not exercised faith in the name of the only-begotten Son of God…...35 The Father loves the Son+ and has given all things into his hand.+ 36  The one who exercises faith in the Son has everlasting life;+ the one who disobeys the Son will not see life,+ but the wrath of God remains upon him.
John 6:28  So they said to him: “What must we do to carry out the works of God?” 29  In answer Jesus said to them: “This is the work of God, that you exercise faith in the one whom he sent.”.....40 For this is the will of my Father, that everyone who recognizes the Son and exercises faith in him should have everlasting life,+ and I will resurrect+ him on the last day.”

And Jesus asked: “Who really is the faithful and discreet slave whom his master appointed over his domestics, to give them their food at the proper time? Matthew 24:45.
First of all, this is a question. And of course a faithful slave should not distort Jesus' sayings or ignore any of his sayings. And we would be wise to check with the Holy Scriptures if a slave claiming to be a discreet and faithful slave really teaches what Jesus taught.

This made old-new perspective on this forum and for this forum.
Is it allowed to any female here to go into "deep and deeper discussions" about subjects that arose as topics? Does this mean how we, who are males, are only one who have "privilege" for participation and challenge each other standpoints and thinking?
Female person, according to @Arauna  in this comment, suggesting how women are not permitted to argue in "important subjects" aka almost all Topics, but only to Preach essential message (perhaps standing with tablet or magazines) and not going into doctrinal dilemmas and instructional, organizational issues.
Dear Female Forum Members! Your participation in all sort of discussions is welcome and shows (proves) your need to have more important role in spiritual matters. 

Imagine a day, when 1st century GB and 20th, 21st century GB meet each other (or to be as guests at Annual Meeting of Corporation) and start to discuss how congregation have to look and functioning?  And of course, Paul come there latter to join them into reasoning. :))

According to WTJWorg doctrine, women is not allowed to talk with men in a such manner to be or to look like, how she teach him/them. @Arauna highlighted somehow  this detail in her comment. And because of that, how Arauna's comment sounded to me, in my perception, it remind me on WT doctrine about interpretations of some Bible verses on women. 
In other way of perception, we can say also this way: If women "arguing" (with other male or female) in some specific kind, it could be sounded how she looking for "prominence" for herself, according to WTJWorg. It seems how choice of words, tone and attitude (in live or on paper) could be "judged" by this WT position.
As you see, WTJWorg culture have specific (as all groups) rules about inside member's behavior and also how behavior of members to outside individuals or group have to look like. Christian woman (JW member) according to this rules, should not put herself in position to "teach" adult males (only children) inside or outside of JWorg. 
Your "rebuke" directed to @Witness went by this WT rules about male-female relations. But in the same time you, as female, found no self-ban to doing same sort of "arguing" with @Witness (as woman) or me or some other "men" here. And that i found as funny (ironically), at least.   
If i am right in perception, according to Bible, God never had an Organization, ....but He had a Nation. People for his name. And Individuals who was faithful and showed faith in His promises.
WT Society is not People, is not Nation. It is Corporation. CCJW are not People, are not Nation. It is Legal Entity produced, established by WT Company.
