Sorry but you are wrong in this thinking. JW members not separating spiritual and literal Organization. Because that is one and the same in their thinking. They consider JHVH asOwner or Master of One Organization in Spiritual and Earthly place, not two. Because JHVH love Unity :))) 
If i am correct in thinking, this 8 men running all job, governing how all work should be done and giving complete direction to JW organization :)) 
On question answer is: No, they didn't get enough spirit. Because JHVH spirit can't make such mistakes because of my perception how JHVH spirit is absolute in this context. If i believe in wrong premises than that is my problem :)))
On second quote:  Agree, spirit doesn't work on our terms. (Perhaps spirit can and doing in "adaptable manner" because spirit have to deal with blood and flesh and bones in us). But on other part of thinking if we accept your good statement, than GB are not entitled to speaking about one and only "Channel of Communication", because spirit not work in GB terms. Spirit can give "communication" to other sort of channels too, because spirit work on own terms not on ours. :))

Okay, it originated with AlanF and Arauna repeated it.  I do not keep up on AlanF and Arauna's involved conversations.   It was Arauna's mention of it, that I remember seeing.  Nonetheless, many, especially elders, have referred to the organization as "mother".  AlanF is not far off base in using it, at all.  

"Mommy Watchtower" is Arauna's phrase, Allen.   You know it's not uncommon to hear JWs call the organization, "Mother", using Gal 4:26 as their excuse.  Instead, a "mother" or "woman" in the scriptures  can represent covenants....promises.....  
For it is written that Abraham had two sons: the one by a bondwoman, the other by a freewoman. 23 But he who was of the bondwoman was born according to the flesh, and he of the freewoman through promise, 24 which things are symbolic. For these are the two covenants: the one from Mount Sinai which gives birth to bondage, which is Hagar— 25 for this Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia, and corresponds to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children— 26 but the Jerusalem above is free, which is the mother of us all.   Gal 4:22-26 (Gal 3:18)
That promise of life will be fulfilled when the Bride of Christ is complete and united with Christ. She will brings forth "her" children in the Kingdom of God. Isa 54:1-17;Rev 21:2; 22:17

This entirely explains why the organization is now building a mega media center when it is also taught that Armageddon is imminent at the same moment in time. Would the true God offer us such a confusing message, or would it be Satan, the master of confusion and deceit? (Rev 16:13,14) This should cause every JW concern for what they are slaving for. (Matt 6:24; Rom 1:25; 6:16) Watchtower’s work must push on in the earthly realm of Satan.  If Armageddon was so imminent, the anointed would not be slaving for the work of man’s hands. (2 Cor 6:16) They would be preparing their hearts for the Kingdom to come and serving only one Master.  (Rev 2:20; 3:1-3, 15-18) Their focus would not be on investing their money and time into earthly pie-in-the-sky developments.

Just like the majority of JWs, the anointed in the organization are also swept up by what their “god” offers – peace and security, even prominence in the organization, while convinced they are doing God's will.  (1 Thess 5:3)  When Israel went into exile in Babylon for their idolatry (2 Chron 36:14-16) many didn’t care to leave after the 70 years had passed. They treasured the life they had built for themselves.  Leaving it all behind didn’t sound like a good proposition.  That would mean leaving their cultivated land, friends and possibly family members.    After all, Babylon was a beautiful place to live in and very progressive for its time. 
However, there were those who mourned over their captivity and the destruction of God’s Temple.  They perceived their own wickedness.  Most likely they were among those who left when God gave the order to restore Jerusalem through Cyrus.  (Ps 137; Ezra 1:2; 2 Chron 36:22,23)
Despite what man achieves in the world, Satan has authority over the world. (John 12:31)  It brings with it, the promise of death. (Isa 28:18; Luke 4:5-8)  WT’s focus is what can be accomplished through  whatever the world of Satan has to offer.  
Christ is simply, light and life; and he offers the promise of life if and only if, we choose that simple route God has provided us through His son’s sacrifice.  (2 Cor 11:1-4)

Each one of us who were/are JWs, have/had made the choice for an organization to lead us to salvation, a practice of idolatry. If we proclaim that we didn't dedicate ourselves to "Jehovah's organization", yet we’re still a member of it, then we deceive ourselves in believing that it must be the only path to salvation.    We are being judged on that choice. This restoration work isn’t happening with the advent of the WT, since God’s anointed Temple stones are “trampled”, while its counterfeit/organization continues to visibly build its tower. (Gen 11:4)  Proof?  Christendom may have its lies, but so does the Watchtower – a 100-year record of them.  “Zion” is built solely on Truth. (Zech 8:3; Rev 21:27)
Many choose to remain just where they are, too comfortable or too afraid to lose their “land”/belief, family and friends that they have built in “Babylon”.  They refuse to nourish an undivided faith in God and Christ.   (Exod 20:3,4; Matt 22:37-40)

I am interested to know on what evidences, GB made conclusion about this 4 points?? and how other rank and file members came to same conclusion as GB, how anointed want to separate themselves in such a way and a measure to be considered as promoter of this 4 points?. This doesn't mean how some of them (anointed) are not in such state of mind to think about self as more spiritual than somebody else. But is this general problem that includes ALL anointed? All other "groups" inside WT Society and JW organization can do the same, to act according to 4 points. 
I think how GB need to offer proper, trustful evidences for conclusion and advice, for warning they made. Our comments about this, mostly are based on few premises.
For example: Can we trust GB research and objectivity on this. Did they made any research, and how they collected information's how some anointed made private study. What is problem if they gathered? People doing that all the time outside of congregation. Solely gathering can't be reason for ban they want to implement (not only to anointed, but to all JW members).      
Who gave power to GB to make decision how you or other members have to behave on such issue. To make warning that you are not entitled to have private Bible researches? What is PRIVATE in GB minds? 
I will not going to more words. Just like to make thinking question: What if this "private groups of Bible studies" and gatherings (spiritual hiding) in "caves" aka homes are in fact what this verse speaking about?

You seem to be twisting things here.  There are no F&DS anointed made known in the Bible. They have just called themselves as such. There is no proof of any appointment by God or Christ.

BUT THEY HAVEN'T. They have supplied LIES.  They have also made 'man made rules', burdens for congregants to carry. Heavy loads as mentioned in God's word. 
They make threats. One such being that a person HAS TO BE a Baptised JW to survive Armageddon. And they add to that, that Armageddon is 'just around the corner', so close now etc. I'm sure if you were realistic you could understand that as a threat.  It is not a warning, because they have no proof of either..

You are basically saying that the GB is applying their words not to bond with other anointed ones to themselves; while on the other hand they have approved of their bonding/ gathering with their own body of “Gentiles”.  They have whom they have picked, while rejecting those whom God and Christ have already chosen to serve them.  
I’m sorry, but you are blind to the true motives behind your leadership. As I have said, telling the anointed not to bond and study the Bible together transgresses what is written in God’s Word.  You are choosing men’s excuses over what is written in the Bible.

The last days are indeed filled with woe, just as the Bible foretold.  In this troubled world, however, there are positive developments among the worshippers of Jehovah.

You said well, Anna, how FDS (inside WT Society) are not in position to "know more" if they are out of working range of holy spirit, to understand more about some subjects, if Bible text not explicit say or explain what is what. If it is, as you say, how Bible not give any prove to all of us, that FDS will know more, than what spiritual food they producing? Which is already in the Bible?  Fine. But that would mean less articles that are directly connected to Bible text especially about prophesies and interpretations on many issues and, of course, about illustrations as, who is FDS. Bible not say who is FDS. When and how will come or came. Will they originated from Pennsylvania and then move to Warwick. 
If they, FDS, are uninspired, than they have no possibility to explain nothing from Bible, for outcome how such explanation would be correct. They can handle only basic teachings. To be good, not lie, love your neighbor, to preach Kingdom, not have idols ....and similar. Talking about 1914, King of the North, 6000 history of man is in shady, fog zone and are just interpretations leading nowhere.
Producing millions of articles (from 1879) with problematic explanations and instructions prove just opposite - that they not received enough spirit for their task. They are very good organized, that is for sure - but do you need HS for that or just to improve what was already exist in this worldly word and what working for centuries, especially in Western Democracies and Economics.

The point is the GB are afraid their leadership will be challenged by a united body of anointed ones.  So, they are not to BOND TOGETHER, as the 1/2016 WT stated.   The GB have separated from their Head, Christ, "puffed up" in their "fleshy minds" that they must have total control over the anointed.  Col 2:18,19
No anointed one is to wield authority over another. 1 Cor 12 expresses that clearly.  You may just want to read it.    There is only one Master that the anointed are to answer to, Jesus Christ.

The organization is the arrangement by men, not by God.  Until around a hundred years ago, how do you believe the anointed ones gathered and encouraged one another? Matt 18:20  Through some sort of organization? John 4:21-24 The WT calls the Beast of Rev 13:1 an “organization”.  Notice:
Rev 20:4 - And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was committed to them. Then I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.
This “thousand years” began in the first century, before the Beast of Revelation 13:1 ever came on the scene.  Ps 110:1-3; 2:2,3,9; 2:26,27
Any who “reign with Christ” are anointed ones.   
Yet, this beast spoken of in Rev 20 is also found blaspheming the sanctuary/Temple/saints of God and “killing” them for not “worshiping” its spirit-directed image.The Wt recognizes the presence of the two Beasts of Revelation in the last days. 
Rev 13:5-7 -  And he was given a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies, and he was given authority to continue for forty-two months. 6 Then he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme His name, His tabernacle, and those who dwell in heaven. 7 It was granted to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them. And authority was given him over every tribe, tongue, and nation.
These set of scriptures are speaking of two different time periods, one before the beast/organization came into existence, and then its effect on the anointed saints once established.  Those before its existence were not part of an earthly organization that required one’s devotion and identity. They lost their lives by giving “witness” to Christ and truth.   Those “saints” whom the Beast are at war with in Rev 13:5-7 are overcome by it. They are the anointed remnant of the last days.   If they refused to identify themselves (reject its mark) with the beast/organization, or give devotion through servitude and dedication to it, the false prophet (Rev 13:11) directs the “organization” to “kill” them. 
This Beast/organization has an image as “spirit-directed”.
Rev 13:11 – “Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth, and he had two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon.”
False prophets are utilized by Satan to spread his lies. 2 Cor 11:11-15 This Beast/false prophet directs the Beast/organization.
Rev 13:15-17 - He was granted power to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed. 16 He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, 17 and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
Under this false prophet’s rule, no one is to “buy or sell” any teachings other than what the false prophet teaches.  Anthony Morris explicitly stated in a video that obedience to “decrees” that come from the organization are to be obeyed; because they apparently, magically, in an uninspired way, come from God. 
How do you think anointed ones are disfellowshipped?  Those with the courage to stand for truth will reject not only the “mark of the beast”/organization, but also its false teachings. 
The presumed steward ruling over the spiritual house of God (the anointed ones Eph 2:20-22) in the organization is wicked. (Luke 12:45,46) No dissension, no break in the operation of perceived “unity” is tolerated.  To reveal the false authority of the elder body over God’s Temple members as Pearl has done, results in “killing” by the beast/organization. 
Rev 11:1-3,7 -  Then I was given a reed like a measuring rod. And the angel stood, saying, “Rise and measure the temple of God, the altar, and those who worship there. 2 But leave out the court which is outside the temple, and do not measure it, for it has been given to the Gentiles. And they will tread the holy city underfoot for forty-two months. And I will give power to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy one thousand two hundred and sixty days, clothed in sackcloth.
When they finish their testimony, the beast that ascends out of the bottomless pit will make war against them, overcome them, and kill them. 
Yet, each anointed one, and also their companions, who are disfellowshipped for upholding Christ’s teachings by rejecting falsehoods and rule of a “man of lawlessness”/elder body lording it over his anointed priest/Temple…are the true victors.
Rev 15:2 - And I saw something like a sea of glass mingled with fire, and those who have the victory over the beast, over his image and over his mark and over the number of his name, standing on the sea of glass, having harps of God.
The faithful anointed of Rev 20 were never exposed to the Beast in order to gain victory over it.  Only the final remnant are submitted to this final test that Satan has devised.  2 Thess 2:3,4,9,10

Armageddon is a war between “kings of the earth”, those Christ has authority over, not governmental leaders.  Rev 1:5; 5:9,10   It is a war of spoken truth coming out of the mouth of Christ’s faithful ones,  against spoken lies coming out of the mouth of Satan’s “ministers”.
Rev 16:13,14 - 13 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs coming out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. 14 For they are spirits of demons, performing signs, which go out to the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.
 You and all JWs, anointed and not anointed, are “gathered” under an “umbrella organization” and fed by a leadership that has a track record of falsehoods that rivals that of many other religious organizations.  Yet, since it is “Jehovah’s organization”, all of you believe,

The GB have done a fine job of spreading lying doctrines. They are the ones who have created a class system. In fact your magazines have called the anointed a “class”.  Check out their illustrations of the “144,000” ruling from literal thrones in heaven and all appearing identical as white men with white beards. That better fits your description of anointed bunched together in one place.     Just as Jesus appeared to his disciples after he was resurrected, he and the faithful Bride/anointed will walk the earth with God’s children.  They are the “new creation”, of which we talked about in the past, Arauna.  2 Cor 5:17   Priests were to teach the people, and God’s priests will continue to teach what they learn in “heaven”, and aiding Christ on earth. They are the “dwelling” of the Spirit of God, and part of the Temple of God. (1Cor 3:16,17)  Their presence on earth with Christ will bring God’s Spirit to His children.  Mal 2:7; Rev 21:1-2; 22:17
Gen 28:12 Then he dreamed, and behold, a ladder was set up on the earth, and its top reached to heaven; and there the angels of God were ascending and descending on it.
John 1:51 - And He said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, hereafter you shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of Man.”
Acts 1:11 - “Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven.”

Jesus’ sealed Bride/priests are “angels”.  Angel means “messenger”.

There are also topics on this forum about anointed women teaching.  I must say, you do a pretty good job “teaching” everyone here about how prophesy will be fulfilled. Don’t you “teach” your Bible students?  The only difference I see of women teaching in the kingdom hall is the amount of people they are looking at when they do so.  It’s absolutely bogus.

διάκονος diákonos, dee-ak'-on-os; probably from an obsolete διάκω diákō (to run on errands; compare G1377); an attendant, i.e. (genitive case) a waiter (at table or in other menial duties); specially, a Christian teacher and pastor (technically, a deacon or deaconess):—deacon, minister, servant.
Do prophets in the Body, “teach”?  In order to reveal God’s message, they must teach.   
1 Cor 12:8 - And God has appointed these in the church: first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, administrations, varieties of tongues.
The apostles, prophets and teachers were ALL TEACHERS!
Acts 21:7-9 - And when we had finished our voyage from Tyre, we came to Ptolemais, greeted the brethren, and stayed with them one day. 8 On the next day we who were Paul’s companions departed and came to Caesarea, and entered the house of Philip the evangelist, who was one of the seven, and stayed with him. 9 Now this man had four virgin daughters who prophesied. 
There is humility, and then there is cowardliness. Jesus was humble, but he wasn’t a coward when speaking to the Pharisees.  Every anointed one under Christ must acknowledge their Head, Christ. They must only answer to him.  If not, they have lost “salt” in themselves. They no longer shine their “light”. Matt 5:13-16   God’s people in the last days, are “trampled” down by a Beast/organization guided by a composite “false prophet”. Rev chapter 13

The elder body/GB has spoken "blasphemies" about God's sanctuary/Temple/anointed.  To tell those who are the dwelling of God's Holy Spirit that they must not bond together, is tyranny and blasphemy against the Holy Spirit.  
2 Thess 2:3,4 - Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, 4 who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.
 If the anointed in the organization do not have the courage to stand up against false doctrine and a false priesthood that has been given false authority to JUDGE them, they are in peril of losing their place in the Body. 
This is prophesy concerning the remnant, that is being fulfilled.  For those who understand what is taking place with God's anointed “living stones”, (1 Pet 2:5,9; 2 Thess 2:3,4; Rev 11:1-3) they are to FLEE. Matt 24:15,16; 2 Thess 2:9-12
