  1. Please do show us what scriptures Christians have taken the name of Jesus out of.
  2. Did the pagan Constantine institute Sunday to be the official day of Christian worship? https://www.gotquestions.org/worship-on-Sunday.html
  3. Gotta feel sorry for those who feel they have to have a relationship with a book publishing company in order to have a relationship with God.
  4. Anybody can give out free bibles and teach others to read.
  5. "So, does Jehovah have a prophet to help them, to warn them of dangers and to declare things to come? IDENTIFYING THE "PROPHET" These questions can be answered in the affirmative. Who is this prophet? ... This "prophet" was not one man, but was a body of men and women. It was the small group of footstep followers of Jesus Christ, known at that time as International Bible Students. Today they are known as Jehovah's Christian witnesses. ... Of course, it is easy to say that this group acts as a "prophet" of God. It is another thing to prove it. The only way that this can be done is to review the record. Thus this group of anointed followers of Jesus Christ, doing a work in Christendom paralleling Ezekiel's work among the Jews, were manifestly the modern-day Ezekiel, the "prophet" commissioned by Jehovah to declare the good news of God's Messianic kingdom and to give warning to Christendom." Watchtower 1972 Apr 1 pp.197-199 'They Shall Know that a Prophet Was Among Them'
  6. Please do explain...."Likewise, the Greater Moses, Jesus Christ, is not the Mediator between Jehovah God and all mankind. He is the Mediator between his heavenly Father, Jehovah God, and the nation of spiritual Israel, which is limited to only 144,000 members." Worldwide Security Under the "Prince of Peace" (1986) pp.10-11 Doesn't the watchtower teach that Jehovah finally gave up on the nation and replaced it with a spiritual nation of Israelites which consist of only the anointed 144,000 when Jesus wept upon entering Jerusalem?

  9. Since ex/anti Jws and other opposers are not Jehovah's witnesses, they are at least three times more likely to suffer from mental health problems as are Jehovah's witnesses, studies have shown. Then why did you say this without proof, that's not a very nice thing to say. Â
  10. Just a thought.....I've met thousands of Christians through out many holiday celebrations, and not once did I ever see a Christian worshipping any of these pagan gods. However it is Jehovah's Witnesses and other denominations who refuse to worship God a few days a year, you are giving these pagan gods more power and control than Jehovah, by acknowledging that they must be worshipped by anyone other than you. And another aspect I have read from the watchtower magazines is you must be a member of your religion and go to a kingdom hall and dress in a certain way in order to please Jehovah, that is true idolatry.
  11. Not sure what you found so offensive. So on this note, could you as a moderator please tell jw's here to back up erroneous claims especially when they are the ones saying something condemning ex jw's. thank you
  12. It is sometimes interesting how some sincere witnesses will disagree with the men they follow.
  13. IMO Scientology being a religion is a joke, but this isn't the first time the jw's have gone to court with other religions.
  14. So no jehovahs witness here is willing to provide a study that says apostates are 3 times more likely to have a mental illness, or along those lines. Again jw's support this claim, but are too cowardly to back it up with facts, just a video from a professor that even himself admits, all the data he has is old, unreliable, biased and not trustworthy. Thank you jw's for showing even further your true colors.
  15.  Since ex/anti Jws and other opposers are not Jehovah's witnesses, they are at least three times more likely to suffer from mental health problems as are Jehovah's witnesses, studies have shown. Perhaps you can provide the study to back this statement up? Â
  16. Some jw's don't mind their governing body talking down about them. Not a very christian attitude the governing body has towards their congregants.
  17. Yes, the watchtower has had to make a way to make baptism a legally binding contract between the baptisee and the watchtower bible and tract society. The jehovahs witness baptism is simple idolatry at it's deceptive best.
  18. From that article it would seem the governing body already knows most of their congregants have mental issue's.
  19. Man you guys are a insecure paranoid bunch. I don't plan on doing anything with it, what could I do with it?
  20. 1 Corinthians 15, 42-5 42 fSo is it with the resurrection of the dead. What is sown is perishable; what is raised is imperishable. 43 It is sown in dishonor; git is raised in glory. It is sown in weakness; it is raised in power. 44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body. 45 Thus it is written, h“The first man Adam became a living being”;5 ithe last Adam became a jlife-giving spirit. 46 But it is not the spiritual that is first but the natural, and then the spiritual. 47 kThe first man was from the earth, la man of dust; mthe second man is from heaven. 48 As was the man of dust, so also are those who are of the dust, and as is the man of heaven, nso also are those who are of heaven. 49 Just oas we have borne the image of the man of dust, pwe shall6 also bear the image of the man of heaven. Mystery and Victory 50 I tell you this, brothers: qflesh and blood rcannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable. 51 Behold! I tell you a mystery. sWe shall not all sleep, tbut we shall all be changed, 52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For uthe trumpet will sound, and vthe dead will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed. 53 For this perishable body must put on the imperishable, and wthis mortal body must put on immortality. What are your thoughts on this great scriptures?
