  1. Dear TrueTomHareley, I think you did not understand the point or maybe I did not explain it well. Humility is well accepted and, as you rightly said, it is appreciated that the GB has admitted some mistakes. The problem I have highlighted is that some have become idolaters, if you can not question an understanding, even if you do it with the scriptures, it means that you consider certain people above the Word of God. Instead, since they admit that they are not inspired (and this is to be praised), you should also be able to discuss some doctrines and prophecies. Instead, among the brothers there is the mentality that "you can not do it" because only the others have the permission of God. Only others can have the understanding of the Word of God and if you say that it is not true and assert that it is not scriptural, it is a risk of dissociation. For example, the GB says that the discipline we are talking about has already happened in 1919 but if I say "it is not true" and I try to argue in the light of the scriptures, what is my risk? If you talk about so many things, what's the risk? This is one of the reasons why we will be disciplined (not the only reason) because we have not paid attention to the Word of God. There have been personalities and there are still. I know the GB encourages you to study and meditate but you can not say anything that goes against their intentions even if they have changed it dozens of times. This is a fact. A person who wants to argue on certain intentions does not necessarily want to create a sect or a division. A person who recovers the intentions of 1914 is not necessarily an apostate. If I, in conscience, understood through the Bible that certain prophecies were badly interpreted (and I would like to remember that understanding a prophecy can mean death) what should I do? The Bible, to give you an example, predicted that the preaching work would be suppressed by the king of the north (Russia) but the GB never said anything. So should I be silent? The Bible has foreseen that the prohibition will extend throughout the inhabited land (and hence the hopes of Brother Sanderson are miserable) and so I, who is right or wrong, should I be silent? We must pay attention to the Bible, not to the people. This also applies to those who "can not be questioned" My total loyalty goes to the Word of God, not to a group of people or even to a building. No one wants to insult or degrade anyone, but each of us should be adult enough and mature to study God's Word personally and also admit the possibility that some things that have been taught are wrong. and these "some things" can also be vital things
  2. In fact, dear TrueTomharley, my observations do not intend to exalt themselves above what is still the people of God. Each of us will be disciplined and this also includes me. Those who are sure to be standing will not let them fall. Many things I have understood only by the people of Jehovah and his researches. So you do not have to believe that I have written these things because I feel more enlightened or smarter. However, "telling the truth" also means admit that we are wrong with some things and that it is about to get a discipline. This is in harmony with the Scriptures.
  3. Dear Srecko, if you read and understand half of what I wrote, you will understand that there is no need for me to answer a single word. The scriptures are all and anyone who, if he wishes, can meditate on these scriptures. The people of God are one and only one who brings the name of Jehovah and preaches "the good news of the Kingdom" throughout the earth. I only know one. Talking to who's angry or wanting to have the last word is not useful to me. Everyone should make their own evaluations - John 17:17
  4. I want to make my contribution to this conversation only because of those who have said "to abandon this religion". I claim to be one of the few who is allowed to rediscover some "absolute truths" as I rediscover, in honest conscience, some doctrines (only a few) and practically all the official prophecies (practically all) of Jehovah's Witnesses. Some may think that I am "an apostate" for this reason but it is not. Jehovah will judge - Romans 14:10 That being said I would like to answer those who say "leave this religion". My question is: to go where? Should we go to religions who have taught abominations like the hell of fire, the trinity, the mother of God, innate immortality of the human soul, predestination, limbo, purgatory, and so on? We should associate with those religions that have erased the Name of God from the Bible and their adoration by stupid controversy "do we know the exact pronunciation"? Should we associate with those religions that have massacred millions of innocent people in wars of religion, crusades, inquisitions, witch-robbers? Those who have invented and used the most ingenious torture machines that history has known? Or should we be "atheists" as if the mistakes of a religion fall on God? Or does this talk show that a religion is the same as the other? Dears Mathew9969 and Witness I would like to illustrate a simple and clear point. Any Watchtower errors do not make false religion a little bit more truth. As I wrote at the beginning, I enumerated many things about Jehovah's Witness's official intent. By the way, I question 1914 (which is still unaltered) so you can imagine what I think of 1975, the method to get there, and the conclusion that that date would have led to Armageddon. I know that there have been errors (too many) and that certain statements have been more serious than those which are now being sought to make them believe. On the other hand these mistakes are scientifically magnified to try to prove that we are a "false religion". Generally these polemic sites are very good at finding the "right writing" to try to prove that they are right or that "there is no truth". In their desire to "find the doctrinal or prophetic error," however, escapes a profound truth to them. What was the people who were evicted and who was disciplined by Jehovah in biblical history? Was Israel or Egypt? From whom did the "false prophets" come from Israel or from Nineveh? What is the difference between "discipline" and "destruction"? The people of God, in history, have evaded many times and for various reasons. However, discipline is always served for a purpose: to be brought back with mercy - Joel 3: 19-21 I would like to ask this question. When Jeremiah, Isaiah, Joel, or other prophets saw the people of God turn away, what did they do? They said, "This is not the people of God"? They said, "Now I'm going to see if there is a better religion in Babylon or Egypt"? Israel was no longer the people of God? The man of iniquity (Christianity) will not be brought back with mercy because it is the work of the devil. is a lie that will be eliminated. God's people, on the other hand, will be disciplined and brought back with mercy. How can I know that this people, despite the mistakes, is the people of God? As I wrote at the beginning, it is the fundamental doctrines (which Christianity has rejected). we pay attention to this scripture: "And the dragon was angry with the woman, and went to war against the remnant of her seed, who keep the commandments of God and have the duty of bearing witness to Jesus" - Revelation 12 : 17 What is the only people who bear witness to Jesus and do it globally? Are they Christianity? Absolutely no. Let's be objective. I would be very careful before saying "leave this religion". We would make a much greater sin. Through the study of the prophecies, some have realized that Jehovah is about to come to a strict discipline against his own people. This does not teach the "governing body" (indeed, they say purification took place in 1919), This affirmation puts me in opposition to many of my brothers. it is indisputable that many brothers are not capable of being questioned, it is indisputable that, for many brothers, if you say something "against the official channel" you are automatically an apostate. Unfortunately, it is also indisputable that some brothers have idolized some people or even buildings or websites - Matthew 15: 3-10 For these reasons, and for other reasons too, Jehovah's discipline will come to you - Joel 1: 5, 6 The discipline will surely be hard and for many brothers it will be a surprise. However the people leading and sanctifying the name of God (Jehovah), who preached in all the inhabited earth and speaks of the Kingdom of God bears witness to Jesus, what will be the people who will be saved at Armageddon. During the discipline of Jehovah many "fake brothers" will no longer exist. Probably there will not be anyone who has idolized men above the Word of God. We can not know how many will be, how many will remain. One thing, however, is certain. Christianity with its lies will not be "restored with mercy" but simply destroyed - 2 Thessalonians 2: 8 So I encourage both parties to make sure of everything - 1 Thessalonians 5:21 This is not a football game. Both parties may have the humility to understand what God's will is and do everything possible to save their lives.
  5. We will recognize the man of lawlessness? "He stands in opposition and exalts himself above all that is called" god "or object of reverence, so that he sits in the temple of God, showing publicly that you are a god" - 2 Thessalonians 2: 4  We are searching the scriptures carefully?  The title of the article might seem strange. We all know, in fact, that the man of lawlessness is the apostate Christendom, that is, all those who have taught lies about the nature and teachings of Jesus Christ. Obviously this also includes those, individuals or groups, who do not call themselves religious but to some extent spread lies about the Word of God. These apostate religious organizations became extremely evident by the death of the last apostle onwards. It even seems amazing the short amount of time that was necessary to this extent to adulterate every single teaching of the Lord and remain, in the eyes of the individual observers, "the people of God." At the end of the second century AD, there was probably a single truly Christian teaching. Every Christian, today, taking for granted that it is that person who will study the Bible diligently, should not make it hard to distinguish the man of lawlessness, the subject also called "anti-Christ" by the Apostle John - 1 John 2 : 18 So why such a title? What we risk not recognizing in the end time? We will address this topic starting from afar because the assumptions are not born from nothing; they are due, very often, partial or incorrect interpretation of some scriptures. Scriptural steps that, at least in appearance, could got to do little or nothing to do with the subject matter.  Who makes up the "temple of God"? "Know ye not that ye are the temple of God , and that the spirit of God dwells in you?" - 1 Corinthians 3:16 "What! Do you not know that the body of you is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, which ye have of God? And you do not belong to yourselves, for you were bought with a price. By all means, glorify God in your body "- 1 Corinthians 6:19, 20 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? Because we are the temple of the living God ; as God said, "I will dwell among them and walk among [them], and I will be their God, and they shall be my people" - 2 Corinthians 6:16 Reading these scriptures it is evident that the "temple of God" to which we refer is the congregation of anointed Christians with the Spirit. So, if we connect the base writing this article with these other scriptures, it is evident that "the man of lawlessness" would be taken over to true worship. Indeed, it would be just risen from true worship - Compare Acts 30:29, 30 If we just consider these writings, the man of lawlessness was born in the first century (in fact, the apostolo Paolo said that he was already at work) has operated in the past two millennia, causing confusion and pain to sincere seekers of truth and now just waiting for destruction by the UN (that, according to the current understanding - see footnote) *. We should not expect anything, no twist, and it's hard to imagine that some Christians may still be misled by this entity. How could, in fact, a careful student of the Word of God, suddenly believing that God is a Trinity, that Mary is the Mother "of God," that He created the fiery hell or limbo or any other "amenities" that Christianity teaches? In the past it was very difficult to get a Bible that was almost certain to rely on those who claimed to teach. If a Minister of Christianity had taught any of the above mentioned doctrines, how could you deny whether he had a Bible in hand? So we should take note that this man of lawlessness has effectively acted in the past ... but now has had its day. Anyone with a Bible in the house, while not coming to realize everything, will certainly understand that many doctrines taught by the church are simply false. It's really like this? If the understanding about the man of lawlessness was only partial, we risk not to be complacent dangerously?  " ... as to mislead, if possible, even the elect" - Matthew 24:24 We reflect on the words of the Lord. In his description relative to the last days He mentioned false Christs and false prophets, and clearly pointed to the possibility of being misled. But, as we said before, how can we be led astray today? It is not hard to imagine how this could happen in the Middle Ages or in any other age. In the recent past there have been many people who have claimed to be the Messiah or some other prophet with some "new message" to bring humanity - compares Galatians 1: 8 Many older or newer religions trace their beliefs in one of these characters and messages and then we can say that the man of lawlessness is continuing to act ... but what about true Christians? How many of us would listen to a person, no matter how charismatic, if it said to be the Christ or have a new message for humanity? It is very unlikely to happen something like that and not because we are better than others, but simply because the truth of God's Word protects us - Ecclesiastes 7:12 How, today, the man of lawlessness, at least potentially mislead even the elect? For this to happen, we must at least accept the possibility that behind these words there is something more and perhaps our current understanding on the man of lawlessness is not complete . There are other scriptures that can shed light on this subject?  Let us scrutinize the Scriptures carefully We start from a logical assumption. We said that the man of lawlessness is the clergy of Christendom and this article is not intended in any way to refute this profound truth - 1 John 2:22, 23 Since we're talking about two different subjects , we should not expect to find the scriptures that refute what has been said. The purpose of this discussion is to understand if what we know about the man of lawlessness is complete or whether it can have a second commitment, a sort of "final revelation", something that we would not expect. A change of skin that they can mislead anyone, even the people of God - Compare Matthew 7:22 The writing of 2 Thessalonians 2: 4 says that the man of lawlessness would "sit in the temple of God," but in always the same Bible writer "what fellowship do righteousness and lawlessness? Or what sharing does light have with darkness? "- 2 Corinthians 6:14 The questions are rhetorical and cause to reflect. The answer is: no. So if the "temple of God" mentioned in 2 Thessalonians 2: 4 it has to do with the congregation of anointed Christians, temple built on the truth, that is, on the foundation of Christ and the apostles , how can it sit there? - Compare Ephesians 2:19, 20 " Further, what harmony is there between Christ and Belial? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever? And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? For we are the temple of the living God; as God said, "I will dwell among them and walk among [them], and I will be their God, and they shall be my people" - 2 Corinthians 6:15, 16 According to rhetorical questions contained in 2 Corinthians, it understands very well that the Temple of God remains so until it has nothing to do with lies, with idols, with Belial. So Let us go back the question: if the man of lawlessness is a fraud just based on lies, on idols, on the teaching Satan himself, how can "sit" in the temple of God? If the temple of God, even in this context, is built on Christ and on the Apostles, this is just not possible. It 'true that this temple may need an adjustment and discipline because of errors, doctrinal or otherwise but it can not be based on falsehood - See Revelation 11: 1 We must also note that there is no difference from being part of the temple of God and sit in the temple of God. Although the differences may seem minimal (and it is obvious that this is so because, as we said, we're not talking about two completely separate subjects), this is not a semantic game. Consider Daniel 11:45. Speaking of the last ruling king, that is, the one who will win the war against the king of the south, is said to "plant the tents of his palace between [the] grand sea and the holy Adornment mountain". Again, although there was no talk of the temple of God , mentioning the "holy Adornment mountain" is generally thought to be referred to true worship. It is certainly true that this king will interfere with true worship going so far as to throw it to the ground completely (Daniel 8:12) but it is to this that Daniel was referring to in this scripture ? The question that should come to mind is ... "If the Adornment mountain depicts the congregation of anointed Christians (or God's people in general), what does it represent the great sea?". If we read just what it says, it does not seem truly and simply a geographical indication? The great sea is the Mediterranean and the Adornment Mount is Mount Moriah. Geographical indication but has important implications. Is not our entrenched belief that Jerusalem has no longer any importance in the fulfillment of the prophecies to push reading "worship" instead of simply "upstream of Adornment"? If accept this possibility, here the writing of 2 Thessalonians 2: 4 immediately takes on another meaning. He "sits in the temple of God, showing publicly that you are a god," and there is no need to read what is not written - Compare Daniel 11: 36-39 This writing also is fulfilled in the end time, does not it? Now, if we're talking about the man of lawlessness as we have known so far, in what sense will put his tent in the Adornment mount? It would not have interfered in true worship, pretending to it, in the past two thousand years? But we know that Daniel is talking about the last king, which is a political and military power, not a religion or group of religions. Yet it is this power that "will not consider the god of his fathers ... and magnify himself on anyone" (thus also on any other god). We take the words of the Lord that mention the false prophet. " For there shall arise false Christs and false prophets shall show great signs and wonders to mislead, if possible, even the elect" - Matthew 24:24 Other translations reported "signs and wonders" . False Christs are associated with signs and wonders and all this in the last few days so all the theories that these signs would have to deal with the humanitarian works (such as building hospitals, orphanages, etc.) die at birth. Jesus speaks of signs and wonders and the only apparent miracles they may mislead the elect. If none of us would be willing to go behind the first psychopath who assert to be Christ, what about someone who can do great signs and wonders, to create visions from heaven, or things like that? Before you think this is nonsense let's see what he has to tell us another inspired book about the time of the end: Revelation. " And I saw another wild beast ascending from the earth, and he had two horns like [those of] a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. And it exercises all the authority of the first wild beast in front of that. It causes the earth and those who dwell therein to worship the first wild beast, whose deadly wound was healed. It performs great signs, so as to even call down fire from heaven to earth in front of the human race. It misleads those who dwell on the earth because of the signs that she was allowed to take ... "- Revelation 13: 11-14 What "signs" are allowed to have this beast? If we try to forget what we have been taught about this subject , it does not seem that the writings of Daniel, Matthew and 2 Thessalonians are connected? Is it not all about the false prophet and false worship? They do not talk all the time of the end? Do not mention the attack all the people of God? The beast with two horns lamb of Revelation is also called "false prophet" so connection would be too obvious if we were not convinced that the false religion is represented by another subject. The fact that he has two horns lamb should bring us back to the true Lamb and that it should be equally clear that it refers to a false Christ, a religious deception. It should also be clear that the same mark of the beast is opposed to the seal given to the elect - Compare Revelation 13:11 with Revelation 14: 1 in ; Revelation 13:16 with Revelation 14: 1b In fact, the contrast is emphasized in Revelation is among those who follow the Lamb and who follows the false prophet. The apostle Paul also in the writing guide of this article, mentions "the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together unto him" and then well understand the reference time period. He says that "before" should be illegal but it meant two thousand years ago? Whatever our idea, so let's see what happens near the "ingathering with him", ie near the heavenly resurrection. Revelation 11:15 says, "And the seventh angel blew his trumpet. And there were loud voices in heaven, saying: "The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign for ever and ever" (see also 1 Corinthians 15:51, 52) What happens in the vicinity of this crucial event? As it happens, it appears just the false prophet - See Revelation 13:11 The scriptures are a lot and those who read the writing without injury can not consider them random - Matthew 11:25 To understand properly the revelation of man of lawlessness, it will allow us to be prepared when they appear to deflect all humanity. Obviously from there arise many questions. What kind of signs and wonders will accomplish and how it will be possible? When it will make its appearance? If it is a religious deception as it can also be a king, or a political power? It was only the apostles to act as a restraint in the first century or there's just one restriction that will be "removed" to allow the complete revelation of the man of lawlessness? Who acts as a restriction in the end time? All these questions were dealt with in the following items. " This requires that we pay more than the usual attention to the things heard, that we never driven along" - Hebrews 2: 1  We will recognize the man of lawlessness to its final revelation?   Â
  6. "... and Jerusalem shall be trodden by the nations, until the set times of the Gentiles are fulfilled" - Luke 21:24 (TNM) "Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled" (CEI) "Jerusalem will be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled" (New International Version) "Jerusalem will be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled" (New Living Translation) Â The "appointed times of the nations" are another topic that many Jehovah's Witnesses are struggling to be self-critical because of the connections more or less induced in relation to the "seven times" of Daniel chapter 4. In the rare cases in which they had a chance to re-examine the application of Nebuchadnezzar's dream, you would probably have an answer like ... "Jesus also spoke of the appointed times of the nations!" The "inherent logic" would be ... "As Jesus mentioned the appointed times of the nations, the interpretation of the seven times of Daniel chapter four is correct." This statement is reasonable? Before answering this question we start with the skim any objections on translation. Is it correct to translate "appointed times", as does the New World Translation, or should have been translated simply "time" as the majority of the other translations? The author of this article is not a greek expert or Jewish, but we will see how the Bible, alone , can effectively respond to this question. We can do a search and see how the book Insight, for example, explains that "kairos greek noun (pl. Kairoi) ... according to a dictionary," means a fixed or defined period of time, a season, sometimes a time necessary or appropriate to the season "(Insight volume 1," set times of the nations ") and all this can be acceptable as it is also possible that other dictionaries give different meanings with as many logical and convincing explanations. Who is right? It is that the problem with human wisdom: everything is almost always the opposite of everything and is the majority to decide what is true and what is not. Obviously conscientious research experts deserve respect and a "truth" conquered with effort and discipline is certainly more valuable than a "truth" simply taken or prepared by others. We Christians, however, we have something more than human wisdom. We have the Word of God and if something "is not clear" what is simply because it did not arrive on time or have not studied or meditated enough about this work extraordinary. That the more correct translation is "times" or "appointed times" has absolutely no importance because it is obvious that the time is fixed or predetermined. The nations, as we know them today, are governing by Satan and demons - see John 12:31; Daniel 10:20 To think that the time given to Satan to act is not fixed, that is predetermined, it would say that he could have acted undisturbed for as long as he wanted. It is absolutely logical that if Satan challenged God's right to rule mankind and the fidelity of the same human beings, God has given him the time determined to prove his accusation. Unlike Satan might say, and continue indefinitely to say "Give me more time ...". In fact it is the one who will try to do, until the last moment, with its latest beast of nationalism - Compare Daniel 7:25 The context of Luke 21:24 speaks of the destruction of Jerusalem and says it will be "trampled on by the nations until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled" and also the term "finished" means that there was something predetermined. The same term, "accomplished," is used by the Lord at the time of his death recorded in John 19:30. What was accomplished? They had fulfilled all the prophecies concerning Himself and His death accomplished, or fully accomplished, his assignment - Matthew 20:28 All this was predicted many years before, and in fact people reflexive and scholars of the Hebrew Scriptures could recognize who was the real reason of this Messiah. In the same way the "times of the nations" are accomplished in the moment in which exhaust their time, which, evidently, is determined. If the purists of the ancient greek is more properly translated "times" or "appointed times," we let them argue. We are interested in the Bible's message. Of course the real "issue" that many would like to pull out after this diatribe is to try to understand whether translating "appointed times" we have wanted, somehow, to create a link with Daniel chapter four. In practice, one wonders if the translation want to tell Jesus what he says is not that ... "Jerusalem will be trampled on by the nations until the appointed times of escritti in Daniel chapter 4 are fulfilled." Again we can say that the question does not concern us because it is always in the Bible that we must look for the answer. If the Bible had actually explained that the seven days of the tree referred to the time given to the nations to take action before the coming of the Kingdom of God, then we could also discuss whether in Luke Chapter 21 Jesus made a parallel with those scriptures or not, but since Daniel chapter four absolutely not talk about this , the matter dies at birth. What Jesus said, "times" or "appointed times," he could not, however, refer to Daniel chapter four. Â These were due premises. Now let's see what the Lord wanted to say and when and how to fulfill his words. Meanwhile it is correct to conclude that the words of Jesus are not limited to the time of the destruction of Jerusalem to the nations, after 70 CE, continued to act coming to the present day. Their time, therefore, has not yet been accomplished. So we have to understand the two parties involved in this statement: Jerusalem and the nations. For the first subject we have a problem. Who is "Jerusalem"? And 'the literal city, which not surprisingly there again in the end time, or is it God's people as a whole? Many would say "it is the people of God," but the answer is not so obvious, and for various reasons. One of these is that when Jerusalem was trodden down until you get to the destruction presumably there were no Christians. So the destruction of Jerusalem not only came upon a literal city, but did not involve Christians absolutely (if we take it for granted that they listened to the warnings given by Christ over thirty years earlier) - Luke 21:20, 21 On the other hand, if the literal Jerusalem, one should ask why, today, a city that should not have more nothing "sacred" rivestirebbe so important in Jesus' words. Well, the answer may surprise us. The appointed times of the nations end up at the beginning of Armageddon because that is the time you will be destroyed. Only then they will have outlived their time. If we read Revelation, in fact, we note that there is a time difference from when Jesus comes to power when, in fact, begins his war - Compare Revelation 11:15 and Revelation 19:19. 20 When Jesus takes power nations have not yet run out of time to act and this is clearly seen from everything that happens from Chapter 13 onwards. This makes us understand that it is wrong to associate the term of the "appointed time of nations" in the presence of Christ. As we saw in a previous article, since Jesus actually takes the power until the start of Armageddon have yet to spend three and a half years (see the article entitled "1290 and 1335 days") - see Revelation 11: 2; 13: 1-5 This is also in keeping with the words of Daniel speaks of this "king" who will try to change times and the law but they the "be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time" - Daniel 7:25 In practice will only forty-two months, really a short period of time to act - also see Revelation 24:12 If the appointed times of the nations ending at Armageddon and not the presence of Christ, then we must take the book Revelation and see what the actors involved and what happens in the vicinity of Armageddon. We know it is God's people to be trampled savagely until the last moment of the satanic system. This is accomplished through the last dominant empire, described as one of the heads slaughtered to death that lives, which blasphemes God, His Name, His abode and those who dwell in heaven and makes war against the saints and overcomes them - Revelation 13 : 3-7 At the end of these forty-two months granted to the beast, time runs out and starts Armageddon - Revelation 19:19, 20 Jesus referred to this incident when he said that Jerusalem would be trampled on by the nations "until the appointed times of the nations were not made"? No, and we understand why if we identify other possible person involved in the matter. We have said that talking about Jerusalem, we might refer to the literal city. What other subject and which event, as in Revelation, heralds the beginning of Armageddon? If we just read what is written in chronological order, the answer should be obvious: the destruction of Babylon the Great. In several previous articles we discussed again the identity of Babylon the Great coming to the nation of Israel (which includes Jerusalem, of course). Â If Babylon the Great is, therefore, Israel, in what sense was trampled on by the nations from 70 CE until now? As we have seen in Article dedicated to Babylon, he reborn Israel not for God but for the political intrigues of nations. Although his "rebirth" was well received by the world's religions as the return of the true Israel, it is a sham. The founders of this new Israel did not give honor to God (many of them are not even believers), most do not appreciate the God of the Bible, but they replaced it with their traditions (cf. Matthew 15: 6). They sought refuge and protection in the nations of this world. Of the Israel remained the only geographical territory but the people who make up this nation form actually a modern Babylon. In addition, the "founding" nations and the United Nations as a whole continue to trample this nation with their military installations * (see footnote) We can therefore say that the literal city of Jerusalem, as well as all of Israel, is currently trampled on by the nations of the world. How long will be trampled? Until its destruction , of course - Revelation 17:16 It 'true that this destructive action is accomplished by the United Nations (ie part of the occupants) but remember that this event, after the period of weeping and mourning hypocrites rulers of the world, will mark the beginning of Armageddon. From that moment on, no one can step on Jerusalem. Clearly, at this point, we have to stop for a moment. If Israel is Babylon the Great, it is clear that it should not have any positive meaning in his description (at the bottom of Babylon has always been the greatest enemy of God's people) yet Jesus, the basic writing of this article, mentions this event as if it was the liberation of Jerusalem. It is as if to say ... "Jerusalem will be trampled on by the nations until at some point ... but then, finally, will no longer be trampled." It becomes easier to understand this expression if we understand that the nation chosen by God to His people still has its importance. A nation, understood as a geographical territory, per se has no merit nor guilt. So it is not the geographical territory to be condemned but people who live in that territory. The nation of Israel was rejected as a people , because of their heart condition, but the land flowing with "milk and honey" is still the country chosen by Jehovah God for His People - Exodus 3: 8 The mountain is still the Adornment mountain, even in the time of the end, because chosen by God - Compare Daniel 11:45 The people who occupy that territory are no longer the people of God (and since they have become squatters denied) but the territory chosen by God was still God's chosen. We should think that from the moment the land chosen by God and was later usurped by another people, God will destroy the people and also the permanently territory? The destruction of Babylon is final in the sense that there will never be more people with these characteristics to occupy the camp of the saints - Compare Revelation 19: 3 with Ezekiel 38:17, 18 Obviously this does not mean at all that this place will never be inhabited - Compare Ezekiel 38:12 Jerusalem, then, and all of Israel will again be inhabited by the true people of God, the people who appreciated the privilege by producing the fruits, people who at that time will be gathered from four ends of the earth - Isaiah 11:11, 12 So it is no coincidence that the persecution of God's people, the real one, their terms to coincide with the destruction of Babylon the Great. When nations have exhausted their time, which includes both the trampling of Jerusalem that persecution, that Armageddon will destroy this beast, and all compact peoples in the fight against the Lamb. At that time Jerusalem will have been liberated and the people of God, after the required period spent in the "inner rooms", will head to the country that is still part of the promise and where soon begin again to flow with milk and honey - Isaiah 26: 20 By connecting properly to the scriptures, we realize wonderful How long this prophecy and what was diminished in an attempt to demonstrate an unprovable date? God will lead us to the Promised Land, yet promising, as there is no longer any trace of Babylon the Great, and even of all those who, over time, this nation have trampled with impunity - Exodus 3: 8; Malachi 3: 6; Isaiah 55:10, 11 Only those who understand the prophecy properly can hope to be among those who will be prepared to reach it - Isaiah 11: 11, 12; 1 Corinthians 14: 8-11 we will be among those gathered "from the four corners of the earth"? Â Footnote *: Apart from the fact that the modern nation of Israel was founded in 1948, the original territory was still trampled from 70 CE until today. Using the word "until" Jesus leaves well understand that this trampling would have no respite, and so it is not correct to say that Jerusalem was trampled by his "re-foundation" precisely in 1948 until today. Whatever people has settled in the territory of the original Israel (Jerusalem) over the past 2000 years, was no longer the people chosen by God and therefore we can say that the territory was trampled and desecrated by Gentiles. 7. Zechariah 2 nd part. Treatment of Chapters 4 and 5 And the angel that talked with me returned and roused me, as a man who is awakened from his sleep. Then he told me: "What do you see?" So I said: "I saw, and behold, there is a lampstand, all of gold, with a bowl on top of it. And its seven lamps are upon it, own seven; and lamps that are on top of it have seven pipes. And next to him two olive trees, one on the right side of the cup and one on his left side "- Zechariah 4: 1-3 Â We will recognize the "two olive trees" when they begin to preach? It was inevitable that the study of Zechariah take us to the focal point of Revelation. Revelation 11: 3, 4 says, "And I will do my two witnesses to prophesy for twelve hundred and sixty days dressed in sackcloth." These are [symbolized by] the two olive trees, and [from] the two candlesticks and are standing before the Lord of the earth. " We, unlike Zechariah, we have the Bible in full so there is very easy to connect the scriptures. Zacharias had under his eyes the scroll of Revelation given to John that it was only normal to ask for clarification - see Zechariah 4: 4, 11 The angel says, "" These are the two anointed ones who stand by the Lord of the whole earth "- Zechariah 4:14 Before asking specifically of the two olive trees, however, Zechariah asks what they mean "these things" - see Zechariah 4: 4 What was he referring Zechariah? What's in the vision as well as two olive trees? Well I read ... "I saw, and behold, there is a lampstand , all of gold, with a bowl on top of it. And its seven lamps are upon it, own seven; and lamps that are on top of it have seven pipes ". Asking the meaning of "these things" Zachariah was referring precisely to the candlestick? Yes, because we understand from the angel's response. "This is the word of Jehovah to Zerubbabel, saying, '" Not by a military force, nor by power, but by my spirit, "said Jehovah of armies. Who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel [will become] plain. And he will certainly bring out the stone of the head. In it he will cry: "How attractive! How attractive! " '" - Zechariah 4: 6, 7 If the two olive trees are "the two anointed ones who stand by the Lord of the whole earth," the candlestick, or the person to whom they are close , is the Lord, particularly the message of the Lord (Revelation also mentions two candlesticks indicating that each of Theirs is supported by the spirit of God) supported by his spirit, that they are empowered to carry. That this is correct, it also includes the seven lamps (verse 2) and the angel's explanation that says "These seven are the eyes of Jehovah. They cover all the earth" (verse 10). And this brings us back again and invariably the last book of the Bible. In Revelation 3: 1 Jesus, speaking of himself says to have "the seven Spirits of God." Earlier, addressing the congregation at Thyatira Jesus said to have "eyes like a flame of fire and his feet are like fine copper" (Revelation 2:18) and then suggests that he sees everything, deep and everywhere - See also Revelation 1:14 Among other things, it says that the Lamb has seven eyes and that they "mean the seven spirits of God that have been sent to all the earth" - Revelation 5: 6 Speaking of conduct and also of the preaching Jesus said, turning to his disciples, "You are the light of the world. A city can not be hidden when it is located on a hill. It does not light a lamp and put it under a bushel, but on a stand, and it shines on all those who are in the house. So let your light shine before men, that they may see your fine works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven "- compares Revelation 11:13 What we understand, then, comparing these scriptures? The two witnesses in sackcloth have an important task: to bring the message of the Lord. They will do this not by their own strength but with the Spirit of God - compares Revelation 10:11 What will be the message of these two "trees"? Maybe it is the "good news of the Kingdom"? The article for just the 11th chapter of Revelation, we saw that this would not be consistent with their garment - Compare Genesis 37:34; 2 Samuel 3:31 What about Zechariah? Zechariah 4: 7 says, "Who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel [will become] plain. And he will certainly bring out the stone of the head. In it you will cry:" How attractive! How charming! " The great mountain is obviously the "ruinous mountain" mentioned in Jeremiah 51:25; Scripture says that it "ruins the whole earth" - Compare Revelation 18: 3 These writings were officially applied to Christianity but Zaccaria does nothing but confirm what we have already seen - see the article "A name. A mystery. Babylon the Great" So far there has been talk of Jerusalem (and therefore Israel in its natural extension) and expressions such as "measuring line", "city inhabited again" and others take us to the city / literal nation. Zechariah adds key elements to conclude that the mountain ruinous, or what "will become plain" can be none other than the current apostate Israel. Then it becomes logical that the two witnesses preach "in sackcloth" because the message is severe condemnation. When Jesus came to earth, He preached a message that was a hope yes, but it was also an ultimatum to that nation - compares Matthew 4:17; 21: 36-44 The scribes and Pharisees, and generally the whole nation, not seized the opportunity to repent and thus be saved. We have seen that the preaching of the two witnesses has much in common with the work and life of Christ. They preach a message of judgment and are authorized by God himself. They prove to have the spirit of God. Several times trying to kill them but to no avail - compares John 7:30; 8:20 They preach exactly three and a half years and at the end are not directly killed by their people but by the "wild beast" or "disgusting thing" - Compare Luke 21:20 Raised after three and a half days and then on the preaching spreads in all the inhabited earth - see Revelation 12:17; 14: 6, 13 The similarities will seem random? The judgments that these two witnesses bring about that country "where also our Lord was impaled" is similar to the judgments that led Moses and Elijah and is therefore significant that we read in Matthew 17: 1-3 It is not difficult to infer, then, that soon will make their appearance these two witnesses, they will preach a message of condemnation foretelling the destruction by the very God that they claim to worship - John 8: 42-47; Luke 21:22 "And he will certainly bring out the stone of the head. In it you will cry:" How attractive! How charming! "- 4: 7 The stone of the head, or corner, will be carried out and other people will cry, "How attractive!", That other people (the true people of God at the time spread in the world) will enjoy those blessings that they have missed forever. All those who do not take the opportunity to hear the message of the two witnesses, and make the necessary changes urgently, they shatter on this rock - Matthew 21:44 This definitely will include those that over time are called "Jehovah's Witnesses" but that after the abolition of the daily sacrifice will not consider these people and their message. We try to be awake then, not to despise "the day of small things" because they have the Spirit and God's approval. The study of Zechariah is also crucial because it is possible that when you begin their preaching, someone that we value and we have a lot of faith can tell us not to listen to them - Matthew 24:24; John 7:52; 11:45, 46 The next verse assures that Zerubbabel will complete the construction of the temple, but he is also called Bud (see Zechariah 6:12) and we know that, in fulfilling modern, it is Christ Jesus. Â "So I raised my eyes again and saw, and behold, a flying roll. So he said to me:" What do you see? " In my turn I said, "I see a flying scroll, the length of which is twenty cubits, and the width of which is ten cubits." Then he said: "This is the curse that goes out over the surface of all the earth, because everyone who steals, under of it on the one hand, remained unpunished; and each making an oath, in accordance with the other of it, has remained unpunished "- Zechariah 5: 1-3 Â The CEI translates Zechariah 5: 3 as he follows "He added," This is the curse that spreads over all the earth: every thief will be driven out of here like that roll; each perjury will be driven out of here like that roll "implying that is not because of what it says in the roll to form the judgment (by the way we speak only of being driven out) but this occurs in a manner similar to the roll. This translation, even if it does it might seem logical, does not take into account the context and completely changes the sense of vision. The writing speaks of "everyone who" and "steals everyone who makes a" swearing and then the natural question we should ask is ... "Where was adjusted theft and perjury?" The answer is in the Ten Commandments and the Mosaic Law - compares Exodus 20:15, 16; Leviticus 19:11; Jeremiah 7: 9, 10 So the vision is highlighting that the roll constitutes a curse because of that that there is written either on one side than the other. Probably the more correct translation is that of the King James Version that makes the verse as follows: "This is the curse that goes out over the whole country; since every thief, according to it, it will be extirpated from this place, and every perjury, according to it, it will be extirpated from this place. " So the message is simple and direct: the people who steal and falsely swears will be judged by the clear written rules on that roll. We do must so imagine that witnesses in sackcloth bring a new inspirational writing with them, a sort of list of additional standards to those we already know? Absolutely not. The roll is clearly echoes the Mosaic law, and although for us it was only a shadow of things to come, this will not apply to those who have never understood the meaning and purpose - Colossians 2:17, 18 This is the message that will become a curse for the whole country because none of the modern inhabitants of Babylon be able to observe the precepts of the law - Romans 7: 7-9 From what we understand, since they have rejected Christ and have not embraced the undeserved kindness of God for the forgiveness of sins, Jehovah will apply the law against those who claim to respect it - Matthew 12:37 That way no one can say that God has been unfair or too harsh because the precepts written in the law, which many of them even know by heart, are clear. Having not accepted the "rock" that could open the way for them undeserved kindness of God, it has to apply the law and see how many of them have complied with her partner, the "norm". Apparently this is what the Lord meant in Matthew 21:44 "And whosoever shall fall on this stone will be shattered. As for anyone on whom it falls, it will pulverize". This adds an obvious reason to anger from listeners. They are ashamed precisely according to the rules that say to respect and even that we re cord s the way of preaching that Jesus had - compare Matthew 15: 3-6; Galatians 4:21 Â ' I made it out,' it is the utterance of Jehovah of armies, 'and it must enter into the house of the thief and the house of those who swear falsely in my name; and it must lodge in the midst of his house and exterminate it and its timbers and its stones' "- Zechariah 5: 4 Â Â The message will haunt him day and night, and listeners can not get rid of it because every time I read from the Law will come back to mind the words of these two troublesome witnesses. The torment will come to the point of devouring the wood and the stones and this well is to understand the happiness that they will experience when they manage to get rid of it by making them kill - Revelation 11:10 Obviously the time comes where the houses will be literally devoured along with all those who have not listened to the message of God - Revelation 18: 4-8 Â "Then the angel that talked with me went out and said to me:" Raise your eyes, please, and see what this is coming out. " So I said, "What?" In turn he said: "This is the ephah that goes out." He went on to say: "This is their appearance in all the earth." And here, the circular lid of lead was lifted; and this is a certain woman sitting in the ephah. So he said: "This is Wickedness." And the cast [back] back into the basket, after which he threw the weight of lead on the mouth about it "- Zechariah 5: 5-8 Â This spectacular view offers us other interesting details. Meanwhile, we must understand that "the ephah coming out" is obviously the container that was used by the bushel. In fact, the efa is a unit of measurement for arid (22 liters) while writing speaks of the lead cover and of a woman who sits "in the middle of the ephah". We can deduce, therefore, that at the time of Zacharias is used a container of a specific capacity for the measurement of an ephah or multiples of an ephah. The container, probably, was also named bushel. Zechariah sees, then this container out of the country but at some point the circular lid of lead was lifted ... What do you see, then, Zechariah? "A certain woman" who the angel identifies himself as "the Evil". It reminds us of anyone? Of course! A truly wicked woman who, many years after John describes as "arrayed in purple and scarlet ... adorned with gold and precious stone and pearls and holding a golden cup full of disgusting things and the unclean things of her fornication" - Revelation 17: 4 After making her see to Zachariah, the angel closes it inside the container. Where you will reach this wicked woman? Â Who is the woman called Evil that ruins the whole earth, and that is native to the land of Shinar? Â "Then I looked up and saw, and behold, there were two women coming out, and their wings was the wind. And they had wings like the wings of the stork. And gradually lifted up the basket between earth and the heavens. I said to the angel that spoke with me: "Where are they taking the basket?" In turn he said: "To build them a house in the land of Shinar; and it must be firmly established, and must be deposited there, on its own site "- Zechariah 5: 9-11 Â It seems clear that at this point in the woman vision has already been removed from the roll curse and it's probably no coincidence that it is inside a fit for arid, apparently indicating that it will become a heap of ruins - compares Revelation 18: 8 However, the question that arises is ... "Why is the built a place in the land of Shinar?" We know that Babylon the Great will be destroyed forever so this writing can not mean that it will be rebuilt - compares Revelation 18:21 The only reason why you could or should build a house it can not be that one: so that it is remembered forever - compares Revelation 19: 3 It 'really amazing but also the EFA target is useful to identify this woman. The scripture says that will be filed " on his own place" (ie back to its place of origin, where it belongs) which means " the land of Shinar." Many Bibles translate "basic" or "pedestal" instead of the place (which gives us the sense of making it a monument, something to remember). Taking a look back to the asterisk on Sinar let's see ... "Sinar" M; lat. Shinar; LXX, "Babylon"; TSY, "Babel." Women with wings Stork represent the measure of Jehovah so that after the destruction of Babylon the Great, a warning will be done, something to remember. Obviously this woman, even if reduced to powder, to be taken away because they can not remain in the land chosen by God, that is the place where He chose to make dwell His Name - Compares 2 Chronicles 6: 6 It would not be appropriate to have this monument (pedestal, home or what will be) was standing exactly in the promised land of God. It will return to its place of origin, or Babylon, and this "monument" will be an eternal memory that never come back longer alive. Â What we can say at the conclusion of this article? We saw in the previous article that the war is coming will serve as a discipline for the people of God, especially to those who are taking the lead - compare James 3: 1 At the end of this war, by which time the preaching will seem completely suppressed, will make their appearance the two witnesses in sackcloth. This is a crucial step because it will indicate the restoration of true worship. The preaching of these two people will be a harsh judgment for the nation in which they preach, but also for all those who refuse to hear (the opportunity to hear them, in fact, it is addressed to all of us ... which is not at all discounted). As we have seen the judgment message that they will thanks to the spirit of God will devour the houses with their timber and their stones, initially as mental and emotional torment. Their words will come true when, seven years after the beginning of their preaching, Israel will actually be destroyed by the wild beast which shall act by the will of God. It is amazing to see how Zaccaria complete the Revelation framework by adding interesting and really significant details? May each of us be truly awake to recognize those who, at the end of regulation time, will be charged by God to restore the true worship - Daniel 11:34 We learn from now to ensure the will of God for us.
  8. I have to apologize for my English who is not good. While using the translator, the translation is inaccurate and the speech becomes confusing. From what you write I seem to understand that you have explained the meaning of the phrase "to be buried with Christ" but I have not discussed this. I do not argue that "being buried with Christ" has a profound meaning and many implications. I agree with this. I have written that "buried with Christ" is not literally, is not it? I wrote that Paul is using a symbolic language that needs to be understood and therefore even when he says "whoever is dead has been absolved of his sin" we must make an effort to understand what he meant. If we go on reading Paul's talk, he understands that he is saying that since we have accepted the truth, we are all dead with sin. We are dead "in relation to sin" and this means that we renounced our previous life (made of carnal desires, lusts, etc.). In practice, he says: "If we prove to have died in relation to sin (ie not sinning more) by demonstrating that we appreciate the free gift of Christ, then we are absolved in relation to sin." this is the "novelty of life" he was talking about. If we understand the words of Paul, all the words that say that the judged on the Day of Judgment (as Jesus' words concerning Tire and Sidon, or when he spoke against the scribes and the Pharisees) are clear, and it is also clear why Paul said that Jehovah would have asked "Alexander the coppersmith" for the sufferings that he had brought to him. Also one thing must be clear. The belief that "death erases sins" collides with the doctrine of Christ's redemption. Is death to erase sin, or is the blood of Christ? - compare Revelation 7:14 Note also the beautiful contrast that Paul does: "For the wages sin pays is death, but the gift which God gives is everlasting life + by Christ Jesus our Lord" - Romans 6:23 Eternal life is only obtained through the forgiveness (or deletion) of sins. We agree on this, is not it? - compare John 5:24 If death erases sin, then the Lord is not dead for our sins - 2 Corinthians 5:15 Does the Bible contradict? For these and for other reasons (there are many scriptures that make us realize that death does not erase sins) Paul's speech is well understood. Paul's words must be read in their context. I want it clear that all this discourse does not have the purpose of "cast a shadow" on the people of Jehovah. Even though it sounds strange, I'm a witness to Jehovah and I firmly believe that this is the truth. However, they are not of those who think that there are no mistakes and that a doctrine should not be revisited. Ultimately, the truth is only the Word of God - John 17:17 P.S. The writing says that the rest of the dead did not come to life "until the time when" the thousand years were not over. We can discuss whether "coming to life" means reaching eternal life, or merely being resurrected. Of course, the question is whether Revelation has been written in chronological order or not. If we read Revelation in chronological order, then the answer is clear: there is no resurrection in the Millennial Kingdom of Christ but only the survivors of Armageddon. At the end of the thousand years (and only at the end) death and ades return the dead and are therefore judged. I am certain that if we reflect carefully on the seven seals (which are sequential) on the seven trumpets (which are sequential and in fact, the Apostle Paul calls the "last trumpet" that trumpet concerning the resurrection - I Corinthians 15:53, Revelation 11:15 ) and the "seven bowls of the worm" which are also sequential, we can understand that the Book of Revelation is written in chronological order.
  9. Death really erases the sins? One consequence of the fact that the resurrection takes place at the end of the millennium is asking the question of what basis will be judged resurrected . So far we have been taught that the resurrected would be judged based on what they would do after their resurrection , that is, over a long period in the kingdom of Christ. The apostle Paul once said ... "I have hope toward God ... that there will be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous" - Acts 24:15 Because Paul harbored the hope that there was a resurrection for the unjust who, if they were only judged by their past actions, would then killed? Probably these "rolls" will contain many details of the life of people and perhaps will add detailed instructions on how to proceed, evaluating and mitigating the causes, and it is reasonable to believe that there might also be a probationary time for at least some of them. We have no particular about it, but Jehovah is the Righteous Judge and certainly will make sure that all those worthy have a chance to live and be happy - Compare Matthew 10:15 and Luke 10:13, 14 However, the Bible book of Revelation teaches that the resurrection will occur at the end of the millennium and not during, and so we must acquiesce to the Scriptures. The writing is said that the rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were not finished - Revelation 20: 5 " As long as" means "up to the moment when" and not "during" and this would appear to suggest that these thousand years, elected would reign on the survivors of Armageddon and their families but not on any resurrected. The same term, "long" used in Matthew 1:25, we always used to demonstrate, to supporters of virginity of Mary, Joseph had no intercourse with his wife until the birth of the child (and this indicates that after this birth Mary and Joseph consummated marriage as any other married couple). This should be enough to prove that the resurrection will occur after the end of the millennium , a concept that seems to be repeated in verses 12 and 13. If this is correct, how should we understand the words of Paul described in Romans 6: 7 that "he who has died has been acquitted from their sins"? If the death has been absolved from sin ... why then it was judged on the Day of Judgment, or the resurrection, according to the things written in the scrolls? This apparent contradiction has led to think that the Day of Judgment would take place in reality throughout the millennial reign of Christ and will be judged on what people would have done during this period . The duration of the kingdom of Christ would be in harmony with the concept of "day" expressed in the Scriptures - II Peter 3: 8 Death erases really sin? However, analyzing the context of Romans chapter 6 it is not clear at all that the Judgment does not occur on the basis of what has been done when he was alive. Paul, in fact, speaking of the anointed says he "died with reference to sin" and who were baptized into Christ's death. He also says that they were "buried with him" by baptism and that baptism constituted, in effect, a "newness of life." It 'clear that Paul is using figurative language because no Christian, anointed or not, is buried with Christ . In other words it seems that Paul is saying that only sin no more, that is proving to be dead about life previous sinful and demonstrating faith in the ransom sacrifice of Christ , it is free from judgment. Verse 8 also says "we have died with Christ" and "we believe that we shall also live with him" but of course Paul was not really dead, or with Christ or to anyone else. He and several others had died compared to their previous life and now lived a "newness of life". Having decided to be dead from the previous life he and the others had been "delivered from their sin." This is in harmony with the words of Jesus when he said that those who would listen to his word and exercised faith in Him would not go to trial - John 5:24 Also, if the death sin was canceled, how should we understand the words of Revelation 6:10? In this scripture it speaks of the souls of the just who apply to be vindicated, but it is assumed that the perpetrators of these Christians have died long ago. If the death the sin of the perpetrators has been extinguished ... on what basis can they cry out revenge? And who should retaliate this revenge if there are no more sinners? Even other writings help to shed light on this aspect. Referring to those cities who would not have heard the message, Jesus said that on the Day of Judgment would be more bearable for Sodom and Gomorrah than for them - Matthew 10:14, 15; Matthew 11: 20-24 Why it would be more "tolerable" for Sodom and Gomorrah O Tire and Sidon, though the death sin would be canceled and the resurrection would all again from scratch? In the same principle we can reason about what is said in Revelation 14:13. The writing refers to Christians and says, "Happy are the dead ... because the things they did go right with them." If good things are retained in Jehovah's memory even after death, it is not reasonable to believe that this happens for the rest? Matthew 12:36 says, "I tell you that every word unprofitable that men have said give account on the Day of Judgment." If we read only what is written without trying articulated interpretations, you understand that "have said" is the past, of course, referring to what has been said in this life and not what they could mean in the future (in fact, Jesus He is condemning the Pharisees who have just asserted that he drive out demons by Beelzebub). Of this they realized the Day of Judgment. In Matthew 23: 33-36 Jesus condemns the nation of Israel, especially the scribes and Pharisees for their hypocrisy and violence and says "that is on you all the righteous blood shed on earth, from the blood of righteous Abel to the blood of Zechariah son of Barachiah, whom you assassinaste between the sanctuary and the altar. " How could anyone ask for the blood of Abel and of all those who died later if their murderers were dead and then become sinless? In 2 Timothy 4:14 the apostle Paul said, "Alexander the coppersmith has brought me much evil - Jehovah will repay him according to his works." Jehovah would have made according to his works when? Before his death, that is, in the first century? Perhaps Jehovah intervened to punish all the persecutors of Christians in the first century? Is it not clear that the apostle Paul is saying that Jehovah would remember the works of this Alessandro on Judgment Day? From these writings it is clear that death does not automatically delete the sin but I will only do the Jehovah's Judgment - Compare Revelation 18: 5 As Romans 6:23 says the wages sin pays is death, and so, even if the death repay the debt, they need to remain in death . This means that their eventual resurrection, however, should answer for their sins because, indeed, have not remained in that condition. In fact the word "salary" and "pays" fit perfectly into this concept. If because of my debts I had to sell my property (so paying back my debts) can not take back what I sold. If i resuming the money I sold the property just to eradicate that debt , I would be back in debt. The only way to recover those properties in a lawful is that someone pay instead of me giving me back the properties . In fact the writing of Romans 6:23 ends with the words ... "but the gift God gives is everlasting life by Christ Jesus our Lord." Christ paid the debt for us, allowing us to not remain in death or giving back the life that we had legally lost - Compare Matthew 18: 23-27 However this seems to suggest that the Day of Judgment will not automatically mean the destruction of sinners, and it is probably no coincidence that Jesus used the word "bear" - Matthew 10:15 By harmonizing the words of Paul, who harbored the hope that there would be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous, we can assume that it will be a period which governs, in extreme cases will lead to ultimate death, while everyone else will consist in a probationary period, more or less long and more or less hard, which will aim to achieve salvation - Compare Matthew 5:25, 26 There are many indications about it and then we do not go beyond what is written but in fact the book Revelation makes it clear that the resurrection will occur at the end of the millennium (not during), and that people will be judged on what you You are found written. How they will weigh the individual sins of each individual is not known, but we are grateful that Christ Jesus to judge and not a simple man! He being the image of God, we can be sure that his judgment will be just and right - Deuteronomy 32: 4; John 5:21, 22; 8:15, 16 Â
  10. I tell you that men will render an account+ on Judgment Day for every unprofitable saying that they speak" - Matthew 12:36 "They speak" is to the present, that is to say, "that they have said now in this life". This means that men will realize in the day of judgment (or in the future) of the profane words that have been said now in this life. I do not know how it translates into English, but the meaning is clear and are two distinct times. Alexander the coppersmith did me a great deal of harm. Jehovah* will repay him according to his deeds - 2 Timothy 4:14 The coppersmith caused many pains to Paul and Jehovah "he will ask for account" in the future, or on the day of judgment - Romans 14:10 Those who have no preconceptions do not seek articulated explanations. The message is clear
  11. The chronology, interpretation, speculation CAUTION The following discussion make reference to one of the "cornerstones" of the understanding of the "faithful and discreet slave". Since the author is not going to create a stumbling block for anyone, let alone create divisions, the reader is invited to consider carefully whether you want to read on. Continue or not to continue, therefore, it will only be a personal decision. An even better thing that we could do all: open the Bible and compare all the scriptures quoted or cited and evaluate, in conscience, whether its topics are logical and consistent with the Word of God     All you have read about the prophecy of the "seventy weeks" reported in the book "Pay Attention to Daniel's Prophecy!" (Chapter 11) is worthy of attention and shows how the word of God is accurate and reliable even when ruling prophecies very distant in time. And 'historical accuracy was also evident and numerous scriptural references that gave weight and credibility to the whole matter. Anyone who approaches the Word of God without preconceptions can not help but be impressed by this demonstration of the power and wisdom from God. The explanation of the 70 weeks is beyond reproach, but can the same be said of other prophecies? What about those calculations on which many of us have based their hopes of a lifetime and who clashed with criticism of the majority? We are talking of 1914. This is also a prophecy of Daniel? This too was treated with the same wonderful accuracy of the seventy weeks we just read? Although it may not be easy, we try to be very objective because they understand or not understand the prophecy, like the rest of God's Word, can make a big difference for our eternal future - John 17: 3; 2 Thessalonians 1: 8  SAY THAT OF 1914?  The book "pay attention to the prophecies of Daniel" on pages 85 to 97 (italian edition) explains in detail the dream of Nebuchadnezzar and the prophecy of the seven times asserting it indicates the coming of God's Kingdom in 1914. It would be profitable, therefore, take the book and compare with what you will read below. The dream of Nebuchadnezzar actually prophesies the coming of God's Kingdom in 1914?  THAT'S IT'? Let's examine what is written in the book without bias. At first glance it seems that Jehovah God has wanted to give a lesson in humility to Nebuchadnezzar, which he did. The "seven times", at least for him, was seven years and this is confirmed by the whole story. Reading all this without bias, it does not seem that we have to look for other explanations more or less hidden. But let's take this argument that "the tree indicates a domain and a much more sovereign than the king of Babylon. It symbolizes the universal sovereignty of Jehovah, the King of heaven, especially with respect to the earth. " This means, first, that the Kingdom of God you are comparing, in a way, to the kingdom of Babylon and this contrasts with many biblical passages that describe Babylon as the greatest enemy of God's people. It also means that the "vigilante" (that is, an angel of the Lord) decides to overthrow the Kingdom of God and this is, to say the least, strange. Some will object that we should not look for similarities in every aspect of the prophecy but also to decide which part of the prophecy must have a second commitment and which not could be quite arbitrary. Basically we have no other scriptures that indicate there on what particular focus and which leave out. So you're saying that the tree prophecy applies entirely to Nebuchadnezzar, while only a small part would apply to the Kingdom of God. For the prophecy of the "seventy weeks," we did not need to break up the prophecy to try to understand who is applied or if they apply to more than one person because the subject was clear and very beginning. The whole prophecy of 7 times, however, is built on a single verse that is what it says ... " The tree grew and became strong, and its height it finally reached the heavens and was visible to the extremity of ' whole earth " (Daniel 4:11) The mentioned book says: "the big tree is the 'domain that reaches the ends of the earth', which embraces the whole kingdom of mankind. Therefore symbolizes Jehovah's universal sovereignty, particularly in relation to the earth. - Daniel 4:17. " There is a bit fragile, say risky, build a series of prophecies (all linked together) of this single explanation? Note that the specification "particularly in relation to the earth" is due to the fact that Jehovah's universal sovereignty is, in fact, universal, so the tree would have seen not only in all the earth but in the whole universe. By specifying, however, "in relation to the earth," we can rule the skies by the vision and take in the good application. However, we should ask ourselves a question. The fact that the tree reaches the heavens or the ends of the earth is a demonstration or even an indication that we are talking about God's Kingdom? We always leave it to the Bible to enlighten us. We notice what Jehovah said to Ezekiel in reference to Pharaoh. Ezekiel 31: 1-8 says ... "It occurred even in the eleventh year, in the third [month], the first [day] of the month, the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying:" Son of man, of 'Pharaoh king of Egypt and his crowd: " ' To look like in your greatness? Here, an Assyrian, a cedar of Lebanon, with beautiful branches, with thick shady ramifications, and a high height, so that its top was among the clouds. The waters made it grow; for the deep made him become high. With their current they went all around his plants; and sent their channels to all the trees of the field. So there was higher in height than all the [other] trees of the field. " ' And its boughs were multiplied, and its branches continued getting longer because of much water in its watercourses. Sui its branches made their nests all the flying creatures of the heavens, and under its twigs bore all the wild beasts of the field, and in its shadow dwelt all populous nations. It became beautiful in its greatness, in the length of its foliage, for its root system was on many waters. [Other] cedars not equalize in the garden of God. As for juniper trees, they had no resemblance to its branches. And the plane trees were not the same like the twigs. No [other] tree of God like him in beauty garden. " We note some similarities with the vision of Nebuchadnezzar? Both are compared to high and mighty trees. Both reach heights up to heaven in fact the expressions "reach the heavens" or "reach the clouds" are equivalent - Compare Job 22:14; Isaiah 14:14; Daniel 7:13 Of both of you notice the big difference with other trees. In both it is said that all the flying creatures and all the wild animals find food and shelter. Now, if we apply the principle that the tree that "reaches the clouds" must represent the Kingdom of God, then even the Egyptian empire should be an antitype of the Kingdom. Unfortunately, this story does not make any mention of "time" and therefore can not count anything. If you think it's ridiculous to think that the Egyptian empire will represent the Kingdom of God, why should it be acceptable to the Babylonian empire?  Jehovah goes on to say "For the reason that you became high height, so that it put its top even among the clouds, and his heart is exalted because of its height, I will give it into the hand of a despot of the nations" - Ezekiel 31:10, 11 The Pharaoh exalted, just as He did Nebuchadnezzar, and for this reason God decided to humiliate him - Matthew 23:12 Nebuchadnezzar escaped with seven years of madness while the Pharaoh's empire was besieged. This verse also emphasizes the fact that God takes away and "the kingdom to those who want" (and in this case he gave the kingdom to Pharaoh "despot of the nations"). Ezekiel 31: 12-14 continues ... "And strangers, the tyrants of the nations, cut it, and the people will abandon the mountains; and its foliage will certainly fall in every valley, and his branches will break between all the beds of the rivers of the earth. And all the peoples of the earth will come down from its shade and abandon. On its fallen trunk reside all the flying creatures of heaven, and its branches will certainly be all the wild beasts of the field; so that none of the watered trees may become high in height, or put her top even among the clouds, and because no drinking water is standing against them in his height, certainly as will all the data to death, to the earth below, in among the children of mankind, those who go down into the pit. ' " Although this tree is cut down and humiliated (Jehovah will do this through the king of Babylon). Because of the many similarities to the kingdom of Egypt, are we really sure that the tree "reached the heavens" refers to God's Kingdom?  When we have to discuss the 1914, we really like the Bereans? Or are we "Berean" only when we must refute the doctrines of Christianity?  There is another interesting detail which should give us pause. The Bible compares heaven to governments, be they human or celestial. Applying this concept to the tree that reaches the heavens and where other trees can not compete with it, would simply mean that this tree has a kingdom over other kingdoms (smaller) and Babylon the Great is said, in fact, who " a kingdom over the kings of the earth "- Revelation 17:18 The only legitimate parallel that you can do with Babylon, without fear of taking corners, is related to Babylon the Great because it is the parallelism that makes the Bible. In fact all the world empires mentioned in the Scriptures have had, for a time, a kingdom over other kingdoms. Cyrus claimed that he himself ... " I am Cyrus, king of the world, great king, legitimate king, king of Babylon, king of Sumer and Akkad, king of the four end (of the earth), son of Cambyses ( Ka-am -bu-zi-ia ), great king, king of Anshan, grandson of Cyrus . . . descendant of Teispe,. . . of a family (which) has always reigned. " ( Ancient Near Eastern Texts, edited by J. Pritchard, 1974, p. 316) Surely humility was not a feature appreciated by the Persians as even by the Babylonians but in fact the kingdom had power over other known kingdoms ( much to be called " king of the four ends of the earth") and then you could well say that its height he had reached the heavens and was visible or known to the ends of the earth. In the story of Ezekiel and that of Daniel there is no reference, no one, to the Kingdom of God but ... both reports mention a judgment from God on enemy nations, proud and violent. Any chronological calculation should respect the subject and in fact this part of Scripture is quite different from what is said about the "seventy weeks" - Daniel 9: 24-27 In the account of Daniel chapter 9 clearly speaks of the Messiah (see Daniel 9:25) and do not need to read what is not written. Anyone wishing to be controversial might discuss the starting date from which to count the "weeks" or even the alleged method * (one day for a year) but it certainly can not discuss the subject in existence (the Messiah). It could, ironically, even argue about who really was the Messiah (something which still discussing the Jews) but of course you can not argue that Daniel chapter 9 speaks of the Messiah! Instead Daniel chapter 4 speaks of Nebuchadnezzar and his kingdom, while all "the intention" for the Kingdom of God is built on four lines in the book "Pay Attention to Daniel's Prophecy!" Read: "But the big tree is the domain that reaches the ends of the earth, which embraces the whole kingdom of mankind. Therefore symbolizes Jehovah's universal sovereignty, particularly in relation to the earth. - Daniel 4:17 "(Chapter 6, page 87 of the book Italian edition). It does not seem very strong statement with a very weak base? We try not to say to Daniel 4:17 that does not really say because you just know the basic rules of grammar not to distract from the subject. The subject is Nebuchadnezzar and God makes him understand that, due to the fact that he is exalted, would have removed the kingdom and would give it to whomever He had wanted (just as He did with Pharaoh). In practice, one who really governs is the Creator and the other kingdoms exist only because He allows it - Compare Romans 13: 1 So there is no reason to believe that the tree (that is, one of the many governments that Jehovah has allowed in the history of mankind), represents the Kingdom of God really is. If someone wants to suggest that the fact that God mentions His domain is indicative that the tree itself depicts your domain (and it's amazing stunt semantics) then we can take the story reported in 2 Kings 19: 14-19 and do the same reasoning. " Hezekiah then the letters from the hand of the messengers and read them, after which Hezekiah went up to the house of Jehovah and spread out before Jehovah. 15 And Hezekiah prayed before Jehovah and said: "O Jehovah, God of Israel, enthroned upon the cherubim, you alone are the [true] God of all the kingdoms of the earth . You yourself have made the heavens and the earth. 16 Incline your ear, O Jehovah, and hear. Open your eyes, O Jehovah, and see, and hear the words of Sennacherib which he has sent to blame the living God. 17 It is a fact, O Jehovah, the kings of Assyria have laid waste the nations and their country. 18 And they delivered their gods to the fire, because they were not gods, but the work of men's hands, wood and stone; so that they destroyed them. 19?And now, O Jehovah our God, save us, please, from his hand, that all the kingdoms of the earth know that you alone, O LORD, are God . " Hezekiah knows very well that Jehovah was "the true God of all the kingdoms of the earth" and prayed that Sennacherib were stopped in his attempt to destroy Jerusalem. We know very well what was the response of Isaiah that last part says ... "Why is your turn you against me and your roaring have come up to my ears. I certainly put my hook nose and my bridle between your lips, And actually I take you back to the way by which you came "- 2 Kings 19:28 If we did the same reasoning alleged to chapter 4 of Daniel, then we could assume that the "Sennacherib" kingdom was a antitype of God's kingdom because he also had to learn (at his expense) that Jehovah is "the true God of all the kingdoms of the earth "or, in other words" rules over all mankind. " Alas, in this story there are no numbers, days, weeks or months to be calculated and therefore no reason to read "coming of the kingdom of God" even where it makes no mention. It 'possible that the strong desire to see fulfilled the prophecies influenced the intentions and then had driven to read what was really written? This means that, if we really want to see a second commitment to the story reported in Daniel chapter 4, you should respect the subject into being , namely Babylon . It is likely that the story of Daniel is simply telling the humiliation of Nebuchadnezzar and that the "seven times" mean only seven years, but we can not be categorical. In this regard it is worth reflecting on the fact that even the humiliation of Pharaoh, reported in Ezekiel, could have a second commitment as Jehovah says it "will shake the nations" and this could be a reference to the war of Armageddon. So, without staring too much of a specified date , if the story of Daniel had wanted to show us a second fulfillment of the prophecy, the report is actually saying, "Babylon will fall, it will remain inactive for seven days and then rise again." This can only bring our minds to the last mention that the Bible makes of Babylon - Revelation 17: 5 The clues regarding Babylon the Great took us to the nation of Israel so the question you should ask is ... "Since that year we should start counting 2520 years (ie 360 * 7) until you see the revival (if any) of Babylon? " From the story of Daniel the possible dates from which to count the seven periods of time are two: 1) Since Nebuchadnezzar had the vision or has fallen into "disgrace" (in fact, Daniel says "the tree is you" - Daniel 4: 20-22) 2) From the death of Nebuchadnezzar (if Nebuchadnezzar represents the kingdom of Babylon, his death is the moment in which the tree is "knocked down" but it is noteworthy that there is no reference to this in Daniel's narrative which, indeed, he says that the kingdom would have been assured - Daniel 4:26)  As for the first hypothesis it is impossible to have an accurate date because neither the Bible nor secular history tell us in what year Nebuchadnezzar was driven from his kingdom. This happened, of course, after 597 BCE (the year in which Nebuchadnezzar brings the first Jews prisoners in Babylon in accordance with the secular dating; there is a 20-year difference with that of the slave that, in fact, puts the BCE 617) and within the 570 BCE (when Nebuchadnezzar died in 562 BCE - according to the secular date - and the period of "captivity" lasts seven years, and the kingdom he is returned are deemed to have reigned for at least a year, the 570 is the last year helpful). However, in the first four chapters of Daniel are mentioned Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, first as children (Daniel 1: 3, 4) and then as strong men (Daniel 3:12, 27) and all this before Nebuchadnezzar to buckle the famous dream tree . This means that, by their deportation until the day in which the king erected the golden image, they passed at least 15 , 20 years. So if the Jews have come to Babylon in 597 BCE, but spend 20 twenty years before the construction of the idol of gold and having good outlet to the secular date (562 BCE), you can restrict the period from 577 BCE to 570 BCE Obviously they are only estimates but the important date is the maximum time limit (570 BCE) so if from deportation until the construction of the image had been 15 years instead of 20, the start date would be 582 BCE, but the last date useful as possible would always be 570 BCE Any revival of Babylon, if this is talking about Daniel, which is far from certain, would take place between 1943 EV (2520-577) and 1950 EV (2520-570). To reinforce this hypothesis there would also be the fact that the story of his expulsion is the last tale told Nebuchadnezzar. A few verses later, in fact, we no longer speak of him but of Belshazzar (Daniel ch. 5). It's reasonable to conclude, therefore, that Nebuchadnezzar had a vision in recent years, perhaps during the last decade of his reign.  The second hypothesis concerns Nebuchadnezzar's death and which occurs, according to the secular sources, in 562 BCE According to the slave is the case in 582 BCE (see the book "Pay Attention to Daniel's Prophecy" chapter 7, page 99). Counting 2,520 years you get to 1958 EV in the first case and 1938 EV in the second case.  What about the recent history? If, as we have seen, Babylon the Great is the nation of Israel, this would indeed support the first hypothesis. The first hypothesis places the revival of Babylon between 1943 and 1950. The "resurrection" of Israel takes place, in fact, in May 1948. Knowing the fixation of human beings for dates and calculations, however, it is prudent to pay attention to more important things. The secular dates can not be safe, based on findings and comparisons more or less incomplete, and certainly we can not base our faith on this one - 2 Corinthians 5: 7 What would happen if the 597 BCE, as well as 607 or 537 or any other date on which we have based much of Bible prophecy (not that there was a real reason to do it) tomorrow will prove completely wrong? The consequences could be very serious and not only from a human point of view - Amos 3: 1, 2 We must not take for granted Jehovah's mercy we must be cautious in our statements. Since we have no certainty that the "seven times" does not depict just seven years, we should not get bogged down in these speculations. The most important thing is not perhaps understanding the identity of Babylon the Great? This is a crucial aspect of the prophecy because they are clues to guide us in the subjects and in the times we are living like road signs, and not the calculations - Compare Matthew 00:32, 33 and 2 Timothy 3: 1-5 and make a contrast with Matthew 24:36 There is no time stamp for the killing of two witnesses in sackcloth (see Revelation ch. 11), but we know that they are revealed at the end of the war. We know that the city called "Sodom and Egypt" is Babylon the Great, then Israel, and therefore we also know what country and what events to look carefully . What the Bible actually prophesies the year of his "resurrection" or not, it is certainly interesting but not essential for those who believe, it really is the inspired Word of God. Fundamental, if anything, will be "out of it" when the UN will prepare to destroy it.   * However, the Bible confirms the method "a day for a year" and also that this was the same method used by the people of God - Ezekiel 4: 6; Luke 3:15  For more information https://attenzioneallaprofezia.blogspot.it/
  12. Yes, I agree with you that, JW Insider, there are many ways to understand that between paurusia and synteleia passes for a certain amount of time and that is not the same thing. There are many scriptures that make this and not only Revelation (however Revelation should be more than enough). Obviously I disagree on 1914 and not even on the concept of "overlapping generation" but this is another matter. Beyond the interpretations, the Bible makes it clear that the seventh trumpet is really "the seventh", that sounds after the sixth, fifth, and so on. To skim any doubt and every interpretation, we see that Paul identifies the last trumpet (that is, that concerning spiritual resurrection) as "the last" - 1 Corinthians 15:52 So if the last trumpet is really the last one, how is this sound in 1914 while the sixth plays in 1922, the fifth in 1919 and so on? There are a thousand ways to refute the current official chronology and Revelation is one of these thousand
  13. If you want to ask if the presence of Christ is one thing and the destruction of the satanic system is another (different also for times of fulfillment) the answer is yes. The "kingdom of the world" becomes the kingdom of God and of Christ at the sound of the seventh trumpet (an event you can read in Revelation 11:15). Obviously, if this event is related to the seventh trumpet (that is, at the last one), it is evident that before then other six trumpets (all related to the will of God) have been played. So the presence of Christ is before his "coming", or his coming to destroy the world of Satan. After the sound of the seventh trumpet, many things still happen (all things described in chapter 11 and beginning of chapter 19) so it is understood that although the kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of Christ, the world still has time to "act" before destruction (for example, with the persecution of God's people, as Daniel 7:25 says). So the presence of Christ (paurusia) and his arrival as a ruler, if we simply read the Revelation text without conditioning, we understand that there are two distinct things over time. The underlying problem, if anything, is the date chosen for the "presence" and also the difference of time that would pass from the established of the Kingdom of God and the destruction of the satanic system. I'm sorry to go against the official teaching, but both Revelation and Daniel make it clear that since the establishment of the Kingdom of God until the Armageddon War, have passed little more than three and a half years (and they are also the "short time" to Satan and not 100 years or more)
  14. An even more interesting question should be: if the man of illegality is the clergy of Christianity, it should be the main part of Babylon the Great, is not it? How is the man of iniquity destroyed by the spirit of the mouth of Christ (hence directly from Christ) while Babylon the Great is destroyed by the United Nations? Writing says that God (not Christ) will put in the hearts of these kings to carry out his thinking of destroying Babylon the Great. It puts the thought (God, not Christ) but God does not destroy it directly. Instead, the man of iniquity will be destroyed by the spirit of the mouth of Christ

  17. The 19th and 20th chapters of Revelation will reveal some significant details about the war of Armageddon, and what will happen next. These details will include two major changes to the current understanding and, just as happened with the identity of Babylon the Great, this "vision of change" will be a real stumbling block for many Jehovah's Witnesses. These chapters will be discussed in the next article, but, facing such a serious change of intent for two more subjects, it was decided to treat them separately in the light of all Scripture. First, we must realize that Revelation speaks of the resurrection at the end of the millennium, and not during the millennium . This will be discussed in detail in due course. For the moment ... you accept this opportunity just to make understandable the theme of this article is to answer the question, exactly, "what countries actually disappear at Armageddon?". It is clear that here we return to the usual "problem" if the book was written in chronological order or not but in the meantime we have seen that the 7 seals are sequential, the 7 trumpets must be sequential (the apostle Paul calls the seventh trumpet the "last trumpet ") and so are the seven bowls of the wrath of God. If all this is sequential ... it is consistent to think that just the last chapters they are not? Let's try to read the whole chapter 20 of Revelation and follow the order of events. Satan is loosed out of his prison, so misleads the nations which are in the corners of the earth, these surround the camp of the saints and then are killed by fire coming down from heaven. After this event, the death and hades return the dead that are in them - Revelation 20: 11-13 The writing of Revelation 20: 4 it says that the rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were finished. " As long as" means "up to the moment when" and not "during" and this would appear to suggest that these thousand years the elect would reign on the survivors of Armageddon and their families but not on any resurrected. The same term, "long" used in Matthew 1:25, we always used to prove that Joseph had no intercourse with his wife Maria until the baby is born . This should be enough to prove that the resurrection will occur after the end of the millennium , a concept that seems to be repeated in verses 12 and 13. These verses will deepen better but now let's focus on these "rebels" who attack God's people. Who are they and where did they come?  7  Now as soon as they finished the thousand years, Satan will be loosed out of his prison, 8  and will go out to mislead those nations in the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them to the war. The number of these is as the sand of the sea. 9  And they advanced over the earth and surrounded the camp of the saints and the beloved city. But fire came down from heaven and devoured them. 10  And the Devil who misled them was hurled into the lake of fire and brimstone, where [had already] the wild beast and the false prophet; They will be tormented day and night forever and ever (Revelation 20: 7-10)  At the end of the thousand years Satan is loosed for "mislead those nations in the four corners of the earth" and gather them for war. It seems incredible that such a thing to happen! It is possible that in the new world people still organize into political nations, that create divisions and even attack the part of that remained faithful people? This is the first case and is roughly the current understanding. Before you think this is nonsense ... it is possible that during the war of Armageddon be spared some of the land also to allow the survival of the people of God? In most parts of the Bible we are told that during the time of judgment his faithful people survives by finding shelter to Edom, Moab and Ammon (which by the way are also the city spared from last World War described in the scripture) - Compare, for example, with Daniel 11:41 Isaiah 16: 4; Psalm 108: 8-10 with Jeremiah 40: 10, 11 These three nations (Edom, Moab and Ammon) were mountainous / hilly and this recalls the words Jesus said to his disciples - Matthew 24: 15, 16 Perhaps the Scripture warns all Christians around the world to flee to the nearest mountains just see the disgusting thing about Israel? In fact, if the destruction of Babylon the Great start should at Armageddon (as we saw) and not the great tribulation, "fleeing to the mountains" mean that Jehovah saves, inevitably, these mountains. In fact, these "mountains" might be a specific location on earth where Jehovah will lead his people just before Armageddon. This or these locations would then be "preserved from judgment." It would not be the first time that Jehovah, in His love and in His mercy, avoid destroy a people on account of his servants. According to the story of Genesis 19:21, 22, the angels of Jehovah avoid destroying Zoar for consideration for Lot yet, from what we understand by reading the whole story, the "small town" was part of Sodom and Gomorrah and had to be destroyed. The war of Armageddon in effect destroys the satanic system composed of the wild beast, the false prophet and his supporters. They fall also all those nations that are compact in the fight against the Lamb. The vast majority of people die in this war because it blinded and marked by the wild beast will die, but those who are not Christians? To the congregation in Philadelphia are told that " would have kept the evidence that has come upon the whole inhabited earth" and for this to happen it is at least conceivable that some Christians find shelter in a "free zone" - Revelation 3:10 If we assume this, then the nations that the end of the millennium they decide to attack the people of God, may arise from these strains survived. Why, in fact, it would make a distinction between them and "the camp of the saints"? There are saints all the inhabitants of the New World? In the new world there will be a "camp of the saints" and a "camp of the saints do not"? Another confirmation could come from the same protection of the Jerusalem above; it is said that "flights in the desert" away from the face of the serpent. When Satan tries to drown her "the land comes to your aid" and this means that at least until the last moment of divine judgment there is still a "stable" part of the world - Revelation 24:15 This could also explain why the resurrection takes place during this millennium; simply because it is still in this new world that we imagine even if it will be a new world, and you will already have many reasons to be happy . Perhaps we should make a distinction between "millennial reign" (which will bring to humanity so many faithful blessings) and "New World" which will begin after the resurrection, when Christ will return the kingdom to his God and Father. This period could simply be a transition period during which human beings can live in peace without the influence of Satan and under the divine teaching guide for those who wish to obey. In fact one of the issues that Satan raised in the garden of Eden, it was if the man was able to govern themselves but the man, with the interference of Satan, you never really ruled alone.  He can man to direct his steps without God and not Satan? Even this must be answered This is linked to the words of Revelation 20: 3; Satan is bound " lest mislead the nations" and that it is necessary to give definitively answer to the issue raised in Eden. However, if all nations were destroyed at Armageddon ... how could he mislead? It would make sense to say that Satan is not tied so misleads the nations that no longer exist? Any nations in the four ends of the earth, born from this strain spared, could prove whether the man is really able to govern themselves under favorable conditions, ie without the influence of Satan. After this human rebellion, which they will have demonstrated consciously prefer the government of Satan unto Jehovah, that Satan is disobedient humanity will be deleted forever. Only after the resurrection of the dead and after their judgment "death and Hades will be cast into the lake of fire" and therefore we should assume that, during the whole millennium, despite favorable conditions, we will continue to age and die? It is unthinkable that the anointed rulers will comply to their priestly functions atoning for the sin of humanity and thus preventing the death of their subjects. Death, however, is still there and still not finally extinguished until the end of the millennium. It will be "the last enemy" to be eliminated in fact, if at the end of the millennium there will still be "enemies to be eliminated" (the nations surrounding the graveyard), this should show that the resurrection, and then the final elimination of death, will occur only after that incident - I Corinthians 15:26 In this regard the writing of I Corinthians 15:24, 25, if read carefully, it seems to specify the order of events, and that is Jesus Christ hands over the kingdom to his God and Father, when he has brought to nothing "all government and all authority and power".  Obviously if all government and all authority and power were reduced to nothing during the war of Armageddon, He (Jesus Christ) should hand in their government at that time and that just took over. Let us read these six lines and try to understand its meaning even if "this way" collides blatantly against our most deeply held convictions. Verse 25 says ... " For he must reign until [God] has not put all his enemies under his feet." This would seem to mean that during the millennial reign there will still be enemies. Thus the Kingdom under Christ will be a temporary measure to Jehovah's praise to restore humanity in perfect condition and this may also include the destruction of the last government, authority and power, which until the end will refuse to submit - Revelation 20: 8  Who is to surround the "Saints' Camp" ?  In Ezekiel chapter 38 verses ranging from 8 onwards, it says that you will pay attention to Gog Magog after "many days" and then suggests that they had been left out that is not taken into account or saved during the trial. It seems a contradiction that Gog of Magog exists at the end of satanic system of things and there again in the New World at the end of the millennium ? It makes you think that this "coalition of nations" always has the same name and in fact, in the description of Ezekiel, the subject does not change at all? If Gog of Magog is a coalition of nations, it does not seem strange that nations exist under the reign of Christ? It 'a contradiction only if we take for granted that are destroyed at Armageddon really destroyed all governments and all people. Evidently Gog of Magog does not exist "again" but he exists "still" (that has never ceased to exist). If you pay attention to him after many days it means that they are always and "many days" are all the years of the millennial kingdom. Gog of Magog always has the same name because it is always the same subject. The people who "accumulates wealth and property" is of course the people of God (the "camp of the saints" according to Revelation) and this indicates the many blessings will God's people during the millennial reign and for contrast with other peoples (why specified that there is a people who accumulate wealth if all accumulate the same wealth?). Blessings that, evidently, will not Gog of Magog otherwise there would be this contrast and there would be no reason to feel envious - Ezekiel 38:12; compares Proverbs 10:22 Why, moreover, there would be this contrast with those who "do not even bar and doors" we are all in a new world of peace, no thieves or other criminals? - Ezekiel 38:11 If you simply read it for what it is, writing really seems to indicate that, during the millennial reign of Christ , there are still people who have bars and doors and they are, obviously, those who have never been interested in the will of God that they must put " bars and doors "and pay attention to their own brothers. The events related to Gog of Magog, described in chapters 38 and 39 of Ezekiel , they are full of interesting details, but one of the things that stands out to the eye is the distinction that exists between them and Israel. It seems, then, that Israel, or the holy people of God, will coexist for a thousand years with these other peoples - Ezekiel 39: 6, 7 At this point the writing of Isaiah 2: 2-4 acquires special significance. So far we have applied this scripture to the people who, accepting the truth today , change behavior and "make their swords plowshares" becoming peaceful people. We also applied to education that will give resurrected in the New World, but let us now reread accepting the possibility of what we have just described.  Isaiah 2: 2-4: " And it must occur in the final part of the days [that] the mountain of the house of Jehovah will become firmly established above the top of the mountains, and it will certainly be lifted up above the hills; and it must stream all nations. 3 And many peoples will certainly go and say, "Come, and let us go up to the mountain of Jehovah, to the house of Jacob; and he will instruct us about his ways, and we will walk in his paths. " For out of Zion shall go forth [the] law, and Jehovah's word from Jerusalem. 4 And he will certainly render judgment among the nations and set matters straight respecting many peoples. And they will have their swords plowshares and their spears into pruning shears. Nation will not lift up sword against nation, neither will they learn war any more. "  The mountain of the house of Jehovah will become firmly established and raised. When? Evidently, when the system of Satan is eliminated and it will be clear that the way to govern Jehovah is the best ever. " For it must stream all the nations," in what sense and what nations? To the People of God are actually many nations flocked to recognizing that the performance could have to do with our days ; However it is possible that, at the end of Armageddon, people of the nations who escaped from the judgment of God (the nations at the four corners of the earth) decide to flow to the mountain of Jehovah . After the incredible events of Armageddon, now it should be clear who is the True God and what His people! Even so, Jehovah is sanctified among the nations. Many people flock and say, "Come, and let us go up to the mountain of Jehovah, to the house of Jacob; and he will instruct us about his ways, and we will walk in his paths "then describes how their initiative and not as someone who has been persuaded through the preaching of the good news. Indeed, they themselves say, " he will instruct us about his ways." We can imagine that many survivors will stream to Jehovah once seen the great signs of Armageddon, abandoning their old nation and making the necessary changes to be accepted by God - Compare Revelation 11:13 and Joshua 9: 8-11 However it is quite easy to imagine that, despite these unmistakable signs of Jehovah's blessing on His people, not everyone will decide to join. So many people continue to stay in their countries, with their governments, refusing to rush to the mountain of Jehovah. Seen in this light, it is not so amazing to imagine that, at the end of the millennium, when the people of God will have accumulated wealth and blessings to no end, these nations organize themselves to "take many spoils" - Ezekiel 38: 10-12 Even the writing of Daniel 2:44 should give pause. The scripture says, " And the days of those kings the God of heaven set up a kingdom that will never be brought to ruin. And the kingdom itself will not go to any other people. It will crush all these kingdoms and put an end, and it itself will stand to times indefinite " . Of such realms he is talking about Daniel? If we read the preceding verses we understand that you are talking of the kingdoms that make up the image of a man with the head of gold, chest and arms of silver, belly and thighs of copper, legs of iron and feet of iron and clay . We know very well that these kingdoms are respectively Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece, Rome, and according to the current understanding, the Anglo-American empire (but, as we saw in a previous article, the last ruling king must be the king of the north). The same powers, always in the book of Daniel, are described as the lion with the wings of an eagle (ie Babylon described in Daniel 7: 4), the hungry bear with three ribs between the teeth (Media- Persia described in Daniel 7: 5), the leopard with four heads and four wings (the Macedonian or Greek empire described in Daniel 7: 6) and the dreadful and terrible beast with iron teeth and ten horns (Rome and then the last power described in Daniel 7: 7, 8, 19). Because the same realms or domains are viewed in two different ways? This is interesting because the beast that John sees "ascend from the sea" has characteristics of all these beasts - Revelation 13: 1, 2 It is, in fact, like a leopard, has the feet of a bear, the mouth of the lion and the ten horns last seen beast of Daniel. These are the kings that are destroyed by Jesus Christ and his chosen ones at Armageddon, ie the kingdoms that join together in the final battle. It includes course his image (the UN) and the false prophet - Revelation 19:19, 20 It includes all those who have participated in the war, directly or indirectly, and all those who have persecuted or wronged the people of God - Revelation 19:21; Zechariah 2: 8 Surely most of humanity will be killed in this war because the ruler of the world will make sure to have people as possible from her, but this will mean that they will be destroyed all the kingdoms and all the people except the Christians? Even those petty kingdoms, small? Even those isolated from the rest of the world, such as islands or small ethnic groups, including those people who, living in restrictive countries towards religion and other religions, they never had the opportunity to know the wonderful truth of God's word? - See Ezekiel 39: 6 These are questions to ponder. It 'true that the "good news" was preached in all the inhabited earth before the end of satanic system ... but this one has really understood all the people and all they really had the same opportunities? Beyond all human cases the words that should make us think more are those given in Daniel 7:11, 12. The scripture says ... "I beheld then because of the sound of the great words which the horn spake: I beheld till the beast was slain and his body was destroyed and it was given to the burning fire. 12 But as for the rest of the beasts, their domains were removed, and was granted a prolongation of life for a time and a season. "  What does this mean and how long "a time and a season"? Meanwhile the context we see that horn that speaketh great things is referred to the "dreadful and terrible beast," that is, the last beast of Daniel's vision. We talk about the period in which "are places of thrones" and "the Ancient of days" sits to judge and therefore can only refer to the time when Jehovah and Christ took power - Revelation 11: 15-18 It is said that the beast is killed and his body is given to the burning fire - Compare Revelation 19:19, 20 It's clear that the writing is referring to the wild beast of Revelation at the time of his judgment yet, after specifying that the beast is given to the burning fire (that was destroyed), verse 12 says ... " But as for the rest of the beasts, their domains were removed, and was granted a prolongation of life for a time and a season " . This specifies very clearly that the other domains are not destroyed but it allows them to continue to exist for some time after the judgment of Armageddon . Let's stop for a moment and re-read carefully these last four lines comparing the cited scriptures. In fact if we carefully read Revelation 19: 19-21 we see that the wild beast, the kings of the earth and their armies gather to make war against Jesus Christ and his army is destroyed but who among all these? The scripture says that is taken the wild beast and the false prophet and cast into the lake of fire. Then, verse 21 says "the rest were killed with the long sword of him that sat on the horse, which [] sword came from his mouth." The remaining whom? The involved subjects are two: the kings of the earth and their armies . Saying "the remaining" the vision refers to kings, their armies or both? If he was referring to both the writing of Daniel specifies that the domains of these kings are simply removed , not destroyed. Surely those who die are in that position (armies, any general or king) in fact, the scripture says that "being killed" but they do not say which end up in the lake of fire. We know that the lake of fire means the second death, and that is a place where you do not back then we have the assurance that the wild beast is destroyed, never to return but the "other" are not uprooted from the earth. Not yet. They killed those who at this moment are making war with the Lamb, but apparently will remain something of their reigns, that the nations belonging to these "remaining" to which an extension for a time and a season was granted. These will have a thousand years of time to recover and at least part of them, fairly numerous in the words of Revelation 20: 8, will attack God's people at the end of the millennium. Gog of Magog existed before Armageddon and will exist after. Finally, as we have seen, after the destruction of these enemies there is still a "last enemy" to be eliminated: the death - See I Corinthians 15:26 This confirms the sequence of events of Revelation
  18. You have been eloquent in your explanation. You will agree with me that some intentions may affect the understanding of some words or the implications of certain affirmations. Doing a simple and banal example. If a Catholic is convinced that "all good people go to heaven" he will not understand the concept of earthly resurrection. For him it will not make sense. You agree on this, is not it? It is not possible to understand certain words or certain prophecies if we do not have the courage to come back to some of the beliefs that are underlying or affect certain prophecies. For example, when it was believed that Gog of Magog was Satan, it was not possible to understand how it was possible for him to be "eaten by birds" or that he would be buried in the earth. it is possible that we do not understand how to harmonize the words of the Lord simply because we take for certain (indisputable) certain doctrines that we find unmanageable?
  19. When someone asks us if "TODAY" Jesus knows the day and the hour, what do we answer? We answer "It is reasonable to believe that TODAY he knows it" Are you sure there is a contradiction? We pretended (for imagination) to know that the Revelation book is written in chronological order (unlike what has been taught). We pretended to know the two witnesses dressed in sack and ask them "Do you know the day and the hour?" What would they say, presumably? "Yes, because from the day when we are killed will pass only three and a half years" - compares Revelation 11: 7, 15 with 1 Corinthians 15:52 then Revelation 13: 5 The point is: the fact that Jesus said that no one knew the day and the hour meant that no one would NEVER know the day and the hour? Another question. Jesus said "this generation will not go any way" (we forget everything we have been told about generation and we simply imagine a "generation") yet he said, in the same speech, "no one knows the day and the hour." How is it possible? Is not this a contradiction? It is not a contradiction only if I do not know the start date from which to count the eventual generation. Example. Suppose someone says "Since the king of the north will suppress the preaching work, it will take 10 years." Someone asks, "When will it happen?" "I do not know why I do not know when the king of the north will give up the constant sacrifice." So we have to determine if the Lord said that we would never understand the day and time (or the time span) or simply that up to a certain point in the story (or event) could not have been found the day and the day and hour. This only serves for reasoning. However, the Lord also said that he would come "as a thief," and that he does not understand the times "not our work," so it is right to be cautious. Apart from right prudence, however, this does not mean that we should not study and try to understand (unless "time" at least "the event")
  20. Unfortunately I am not able to explain effectively in English because I believe I have the scriptural basis that many things that happened in the first century are merely a model or preview of what will happen in the near future. Even the prophecies considered now fulfilled must have a last final fulfillment in our days (see, for example, Zechariah 4: 10-14 with Revelation 11: 1-4) Unfortunately I'm not good at English. In any case only by comparing the scriptures (and not the ideas of the scholars) will come to understand the harmony of the message and the fact that Revelation is a canonical book and concerns future events
  21. Just for clarity. Daniel's book is included in books inspired by the old rabbis. The distinction is that not everyone is included among the prophetic books (and this may be due to some dislike of Daniel for some of his statements). This book, however, was quoted by the Lord himself, so that if all the rabbis were to say that Daniel is not a canon, the Lord Jesus Christ would prove that they are wrong. The two witnessed sackcloths "come" to Moses and Elijah because of their message of judgment. For this reason we can find many similarities with Moses and Elijah and not just with the number of days. It should be noted, moreover, that the description of the preaching of these two witnesses, and also what follows, also resembles much to the life and ministry of Jesus. Let me give you all the opportunity to look for similarities and ask yourself why
  22. Treatment of the first three chapters of Zechariah During the study of the biblical books of Daniel and Revelation we used various references to other prophetic books (and beyond) is to give weight to some statements to reveal interesting details. 'Important, however, a thorough examination of these "minor prophets" not just to give support to what has been treated but also to see if the overall picture is very consistent. These systematic treatments might also reveal aspects and add details that, during the discussion of the greatest, have been left out books. Let's start with the first three chapters of Zechariah and try to assess how this inspired book fits with what we know. Â The words of Zechariah unique to the past? Â We can apply to future Zechariah prophecies? Â Before starting the legitimate question we should ask we are whether we can apply the book of Zechariah, or even part of it, to prophecies that are yet to be fulfilled. Moreover, as we all know, at least part of the prophecy of Zechariah 9 is fulfilled during the campaign of Alessandro Magno in Syria, Phenicia and Philistia, including the conquest of Tire and Gaza. As also reports the book Insight " Numerous other prophecies contained in the book of Zechariah find fulfillment in Christ Jesus' entry into Jerusalem as king," humble, and [that] riding upon an ass "(Zech 9: 9; Matthew 21: 5 ; Jn 24:15), the fact that he would be betrayed for "thirty pieces of silver" (Zec 11:12, 13; Mt 26:15; 27: 9), the subsequent dispersion of the disciples (Zec 13: 7; mt 26:31; Mr 14:27), the fact that Jesus was the pole with a spear pierced (Zech 24:10; Jn 19:34, 37) and his role as King-Priest (Zec 6:12, 13 ; Heb 6:20; 8: 1; 10:21). " From the above we might think that this book was very helpful in the past (even in relation to the identification of Christ), but that does not have nothing to say about the future. It really so? If we let the Bible speak for us, we see instead Zaccaria still has much to tell us. Comparing, for example, Zacharias 4: 3, 11-14 with Revelation 11: 4 we see that the analogy exists and is very strong. We can compare other writings (Zech 4:10 with Revelation 5: 6; Zacharias 8: 8 with Revelation 21: 3; Zacharias 14: 5 with Jude 14; Zechariah 14: 7 with Revelation 21:25; Zechariah 14: 8 with Revelation 22 : 1, 17) and see what it's really impossible not to notice the connections. If we consider a book of Revelation prophecies to come, we can not honestly say that Zechariah is only about what has already been. Â " I saw in the night, and behold, a man riding a red horse, and was standing among the myrtle trees that were in the bottom; and behind him there were horses red, bright red, and white "- Zechariah 1: 8 Â The red horse or "fire color" takes us back to Revelation 6: 3 and now we should know its meaning. We should also know the meaning of the white horse which indicates not only in Jesus Christ as a executioner but also his army - see Revelation 19:14 There seems to be a reference to Revelation? As we have seen in a previous study article, all four horsemen of the Apocalypse, in contrast to what says the official understanding, are guided by Christ Himself - compares Psalm 45: 1-5 This we deduced from the fact that all four are "called" by the four living creatures and also by the fact that all the seals (of which the knights are a part) depict the judgments of God on the satanic system - Revelation chapters 6 to 8 Logic has ported this interpretation considering us that Jehovah has used very often of war between nations to execute His judgments - see Jeremiah chapters 47 to 49 The vision of Zechariah confirms the correctness of this interpretation because, again admitting that he speaks of future events, Zechariah 1:10 clearly says " These are the ones whom Jehovah has sent to patrol the earth." The army cavalry reports that the land "has no noise" but this shows that nations live a temporary tranquility, totally illusory. If there is an army, it means that everything is ready for battle. The vision, however, does not focus on the war that should arrive but on the assurance that Jehovah will protect Jerusalem. He is jealous of Jerusalem and Sion with a holy jealousy, and even if you are rightly indignant against His own people He assures, "Certainly I will return to Jerusalem with mercies. My own house will be built in it "- Zechariah 1:16 So it is true that there will be war and consequently a period of strict discipline for the people had turned away from Him, but He will not allow the extermination of his people from nations. If it were up to the nations, of course, there would not be nothing left of God's people. This Jehovah will not allow it. In verse 12 Jehovah's angel turns to the God Most High, asking "O Jehovah of armies, until you yourself do not show mercy to Jerusalem and to the cities of Judah, whom you have denounced these seventy years?" We know that the people of God, in fulfilling this prophecy in the past, was a prisoner in Babylon for seventy years. Since we're wondering if Zaccaria (and which parts of the book) may have a future fulfillment, we can find, even in these words, a fulfillment in our day? For the moment we do not know but we will face this possibility in a future article. Â " Still he cries, saying, 'Jehovah of armies has said:" My cities will overflow with goodness still; and Jehovah will certainly try again regret over Zion and yet actually choose Jerusalem "- Zechariah 1:17 Â Jehovah will again choose Jerusalem! Writing is talking about the people who shaped the spiritual Jerusalem (ie the People of God scattered throughout the earth) or even the literal city is talking? The Almighty God has just spoken to those who have been oppressed by the nations and therefore it is clear that refers to the people of His possession (literally a city or nation can not be oppressed, distressed, punished). But verse 16 goes on to say "the same measuring line will be stretched over Jerusalem." ' We know that in the fulfillment of this writing past the measuring line was actually placed on Jerusalem and the city was inhabited again. Even the temple was rebuilt and this is further proof, if ever proof were needed, the precision and infallibility of God's Word. Obviously if we were to include the possibility that this part of the book has a future fulfillment, this would mean the recovery of God's people scattered over the world (and therefore its ingathering) and the actual reconstruction and repopulation of the city - compares Ezekiel 38: 8 (see also the articles entitled "the appointed times of the nations" and "Who is Gog of Magog?" useful to have a complete picture of this future event). When the angel told Zechariah to shout that Jehovah would choose still Jerusalem , undoubtedly referring to the city. City that was inhabited, however, be faithful and obedient to the God Almighty inhabitants. We are confident that Jehovah will not choose again Jerusalem at the end of satanic system? - compares 2 Chronicles 6: 4-6; Isaiah 4: 2, 3; 27:12, 13; 33:20; 49: 7; Jeremiah 3:17 In the following verses we speak thus of the four horns that dispersed Judah, Israel and Jerusalem. They will arrive four craftsmen who down them. This means that all those nations which have scattered and wronged the people of God, will be rewarded for their management. Â Moving on to the second chapter, then the first two verses say ... Â " And I looked up and saw; and behold, there was a man, and in his hand a rope to measure. Then I said, "Where are you going?" In turn he said to me: "To measure Jerusalem, to see how much is its breadth, and how much its length" - Zechariah 2: 1, 2 Â This brings us back to the temple measurements made by John in Revelation 11, is not it? - see Revelation 11: 1 Thanks to Revelation we can understand the meaning and the timeline. John measure the temple some time after the people of God was tried, even through war, to see if, after such discipline now is in the right condition. Just as happened to the days of Zechariah, after seventy years of exile in Babylon, now we need to see if the people of God is fit to return to their homeland. What is the response of this measurement? Â And behold, the angel that talked with me went out, and there was another angel went out to meet him. Then he said: "Run, speak to this young man, saying: '' Jerusalem will be inhabited as open country, because of the multitude of men and domestic animals in the midst of her. And I myself shall become to her, "is the utterance of Jehovah," a wall of fire all around, and I will become in the midst of her a " '" glory. " Hey there! Hey there! Flee, then, from the north country, "it is the utterance of Jehovah. " For I have scattered you in the direction of the four winds of heaven," is the utterance of Jehovah - Zechariah 2: 3-6 Â Just as we saw in the article entitled "Approaching Storm", it is for our salvation to take place this discipline. If God's people were not disciplined, he would disappear with the rest of the world. Exactly how does understanding Revelation, the regulation period it served its purpose - compares Daniel 11: 33-35 The people of God spread throughout the world, is now eligible to be gathered and Re-inhabiting Jerusalem. Â " Shout loud and rejoice, O daughter of Zion; since, here, come, and certainly reside in the midst of thee, "it is the utterance of Jehovah. 11 "And many nations will certainly be joined to Jehovah in that day, and actually become my people; and certainly I will dwell in your midst. " And you will know that Jehovah of armies himself has sent me to you. 12 And Jehovah will certainly take possession of Judah as his portion on the holy ground, and has yet choose Jerusalem. 13 It is silent, all flesh, before Jehovah, for he is raised up out of his holy habitation - Zechariah 2: 10-13 Â Even these verses bring us to the last book of the Bible and beyond. Jehovah says resides among his people - Revelation 21: 3 He also says that many nations "certainly will be joined to Jehovah in that day, and actually become my people" - Compare Isaiah 2: 2, 3 (see also Zechariah 8:23) Furthermore, just as we saw in the first chapter, in the second he repeats that Jehovah "is yet choose Jerusalem." Â We intend the third chapter, and we immediately notice something strange and interesting. Â " And he showed me Joshua the high priest, who was standing before the angel of Jehovah, and Satan, who was standing at his right hand to resist him. Then [the angel] Jehovah said to Satan: "May Jehovah rebuke you, O Satan, yes, Jehovah rebuke you, he who chooses Jerusalem! Is not this a fire ripped strain? "- Zechariah 3: 1, 2 Â The high priest, as we know, was the highest spiritual office in Israel. It was he who had the responsibility of adoration of the whole people of God. In the vision, however we note that Satan is the angel resistance. Why? We do not know it by reading the following verses would seem to imply that he does strength, that comes between the two, in order that Joshua did not receive clean clothes. Clearly, Satan has interests that the high priest remains "dirty" and is therefore not eligible to officiate but other details will understand them by reading the following verses. Â " Now, as Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and stood before the angel. So [these] answered and said to those who stood before him, 'Take off dirty clothes. " And he went on saying, "See, I passed over to you your mistake, and you're dressed in long robes Ceremonial" - Zechariah 3: 3, 4 Â We isolate the first part. Joshua was dressed in filthy clothes, and that, as a high priest, makes it unsuitable to carry out its role - see Leviticus 16: 4 The "dirty" depicts sin and what is understood by the contrast that is done, for example, with the writing of Revelation 7: 9, which, speaking of the great crowd, mentions robes white - see also Revelation 3: 4, 5 The sins of the high priest, in keeping with Leviticus 4: 3, could fall on the people. We can imagine why Satan is so interested to come between him (ie the one who was in charge on the spiritual leader of God's people) and the angel who tries to "tear him from the fire." We can also imagine that it was just Satan dirty the garments of the high priest, or to induce him to make dirty. This seems to be in harmony with what we have seen in our study of Revelation: the condemnation of the false prophets (which we saw in the explanation of the first trumpets) is primarily against the people of God. The article entitled "approaching storm" explains that the judgment begins from the house of God, but there are also other trumpets that affect us. We have no particular about it and we do not know how and when the people of God, starting from the high priest, is soiled. Satan has managed, somehow, to dirty the people of God or, at best, to "get in the way" that persists in error. The attempt of Satan has not happened and in fact the angel replaces his clothes with clean clothes, and says "I have passed over to you your mistake, and you are dressed with long ceremonial robes." Q hese are beautiful no additional details described in Revelation. If the event relative to the high priest and his dirty garments takes place after the described measurement of Jerusalem in Zechariah 2: 3-6 (event which brings us, in fact, in Revelation 11: 1), then the resistance that Satan makes all 'angel is to be referred to what happens during or after the preaching of the two witnesses. These two witnesses are preaching in sackcloth, and that is, apart from being in harmony with the message of judgment that lead, this is done in recognition of their error. Satan, however, has "resisted" to God's purpose to restore true worship and we can imagine that it will continue that way for as long as you can - see Revelation 12: 3, 4 E ' possible to assume that what is described in Zechariah 3: 2 includes the war described in Revelation 12: 7, 8? This part of Zechariah is quoted by the disciple Judas who adds that the dispute concerned the body of Moses - Jude 9 On the one hand this would seem to confirm that the order of events is that of Revelation because, in both writings, you mention the archangel Michael, the subject that is mentioned only as Daniele and always in the context of fighter, defender, executioner - Daniel 10:13, 21; 12: 1 It 'easy to deduce that this meeting between Satan and the archangel Michael has provoked a war because we can not imagine that Satan, after an initial resistance, has been persuaded by fair means to make clothing Joshua with clean clothes (actions restores true worship). This would confirm the order of events described in Revelation. On the other hand , however, mentioning the body of Moses, the question becomes ambiguous . The official explanation says that Satan probably wanted to use Moses' body for it to become an idol, an object of worship. Idolatry is one of the gravest sins and something would undoubtedly will dirty the clothes of any high priest. Â The body of Moses could become an idol? Â We can imagine that the body of Moses, because of all that be representative t?, would easily become an idol for many Israelites. For example it's possible see how it behaves when Christianity is the so-called "exposition of the Shroud". Millions of people flock from all over the world, even at the cost of enormous sacrifices , to worship an object that you know, among other things, be a fake. Imagine if it were true. Satan could not do anything with the body of Moses (see Deuteronomy 34: 6), but we think that he has given up and that there has not re tried it with something else in our day ? - compares Luke 4:13 We have seen that some of the people of God, likened to trees and vegetation, it is punished precisely on becoming idolatrous - see Revelation 8: 7 Are we become idolaters? If so, who or cos' is the object of our worship? Is it possible that we have become the object of our worship something or someone that was supposed to be a medium (just as Moses was) and not the ultimate goal of adoration? Incidentally: These questions are not intended to cast a shadow on the Wts, some of its representative or perhaps on the site official but in fact if we consider someone, anyone, above or equal to the Word of God, we idolaters. Let us reflect on these things. Whatever our situation (something on which to think carefully) it is encouraging to know that these dirty clothes will be replaced. Â Then I said: "The head put on a clean turban." And they put on his head a clean turban and dress him with garments; and Jehovah's angel stood there. And the angel of the Lord bore witness to Joshua, saying: "Jehovah of armies has said: 'If you walk in my ways, and if you keep My obligation, then again you also judge my house, and also to guard my courtyards; and I will give you free access among these who are here '- Zechariah 3: 5-7 Â In harmony with the words of the Lord, the faithful slave will be appointed over all his belongings for his loyalty - Matthew 24:47 Â " ' Hear, please, O Joshua the high priest, you and your companions who sit before you, for they are men [serving] as portents; for behold, I will bring my servant Sprout! 9 For, behold, the stone that I put before Joshua! On one stone are seven eyes. Here, I record its engraving, 'is the utterance of Jehovah of armies,' and certainly will take away the error of that land in one day '- Zechariah 3: 8, 9 Â At God's appointed time, the error of the people of God will be completely removed! It is encouraging to know that? Jehovah is going to send His Son, and thanks to him the true worship will be fully restored. For the people who love God this "stone" is a blessing but for those who are not worthy will be crushed in it - compare Matthew 21:42, 43 When will this happen and who, in particular, will address this destructive attention? We'll see in a future article, but for now let's focus on the conditions that the arrival of this righteous Branch will bring to all who wish to obey God and seek him with Spirit and Truth. Â ' In that day,' is the utterance of Jehovah of armies, 'you'll call each other, while [you] under [the] vine and while [you] under [the] fig tree' "- Zechariah 3:10 Â May each of us to introspect not miss those wonderful blessings we enjoy the people who do not worship no one else than Jehovah - Psalm 33:12; Psalm 144: 1 Â Â Â
  23. It approaches the storm  " And the first one blew his trumpet. And there came hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were thrown to the ground; and a third of the earth was burned, and a third of the trees were burned, and all the green vegetation was burned "- Revelation 8: 7   As we have seen from a previous article, according to the official explanation of the "third" which is burnt by the first trumpet blast is Christianity (see the book "Revelation its climax" on pages 133, 134 of the Italian edition). This is not possible for a number of reasons but we try to isolate and study the subjects indicated, without prejudice, in the light of the writings. There is talk of hail and fire, then we speak of trees and vegetation. When the word of God mentions the trees and vegetation, to what or to whom are you referring?  Trees In the 96th Psalm, the trees are those that "break forth into singing" (v.12) and the context speaks of those who "sing to Jehovah" that "Bless His Name", which declare His glory and announce good news among the nations . Isaiah 1:28, 29 speaks of judgment against sinners, those leaving Jehovah, and says it "will be ashamed of the mighty trees that coveted" then we talk about misplaced adoration (adoration of whom?). Chapter 10 of Isaiah (chapter suggest you read everything carefully), verses 17-20 says, "And Israel's Light must become a fire, and his Holy One a flame; and it should flare up and devour his weeds and his briers in one day. And he will put an end to the glory of his forest and of his orchard, well up from the soul to the flesh, and it must become like the yearning of one who is sick. And the rest of the trees of his forest, will become such a number that a mere boy will be able to annotate them. " The chapter 44 of Isaiah, after reassurance from Jehovah toward Jacob and Jeshurun, speaks of those who make carved images, in particular from verse 14 onwards and is then repeated the idolatry concept even if, in this case, the one that becomes an idol literally takes from a tree material (hence the tree, in this context, simply represents a tree). Isaiah 57: 4, 5 talking about these "sons of a guess" says they are children of transgression, the seed of falsehood, that excite passion among big trees, under every luxuriant tree .... Again you are talking about prostitution in Israel. Chapter 61 of Isaiah always, of which we have fulfilled the first time with the restoration begun by Christ Jesus speaks of "big trees of righteousness, the planting of Jehovah." Again the expression we need to understand who they are, today, Revelation 8: 7 trees Jeremiah Chapter 3 (in this case it would be profitable to read it all) verse 6 reveals interesting details needed to understand why Jehovah is so angry against the people ... "And Jehovah said to me in the days of Josiah the king:" 'Have you seen what he did backsliding Israel? It goes on every high hill and under every luxuriant tree, commit prostitution. " We know what it means and what is involved in prostitution on a spiritual level, is not it? On this return later. Ezekiel Chapter 15 to reflect on the differences between the tree of life and other trees. Of this type of trees you can not help poles to work, pegs or other things. If the screw does not produce fruit, it is only useful as firewood - Compare Matthew 3:10 Joel 1: 5 says, "Awake, drunkards, and weep; and howl, all ye drinkers of wine ... "and verses 9-12 add ..." cereal and drink offering offer were dashed from the house of Jehovah; the priests, the ministers of Jehovah, have mourned. [The] field has been despoiled, [the] land is in mourning; for [the] grain has been despoiled, [the] new wine has dried up, the oil has failed. Farmers have felt shame; the tenants have screamed, because wheat and barley due; for the harvest of the field has perished. The same screw has dried up, and even the fig tree has failed. As for the pomegranate, also the palm and the apple tree, all the trees of the field, they are dried up; because the joy is gone with shame by the sons of mankind. " Jude verses 11-13 say ... "Woe to them, because they have gone in the path of Cain, and have rushed for compensation in the error of Balaam, and perished in the rebellious talk of Cora! These are the rocks hidden under the water in your love feasts while celebrating with you, shepherds who feed themselves without fear, waterless clouds carried about by winds, trees in late autumn, [but] fruitless, two dead sometimes, uprooted ".  Grass and vegetation. In Psalm 103: 15 people in general are compared grass (particular reference to the fragility and brevity of human life. See also Isaiah 40: 6-8 and Isaiah 51:12). Isaiah 5:24. Those who reject the law of Jehovah become as dry grass and sinks. There are numerous other writings but they underline, roughly, the same concept.  From these scriptures we can begin to draw conclusions. The trees have to do with the people of God , not with Christianity, it is not Christianity to proclaim the good news among the nations (see Psalm 96). Almost all reported herein scriptures speak of the trees of Jehovah, of his people ... and even though Christendom claims to be God's people, some of them can not be said that after the period of discipline, will be brought back with mercy - Compare Isaiah 10:20 Together, these scriptures speak of infidelity, idolatry and prostitution. Do not look too strong words if they relate to the modern Jehovah's people? Let's try to think about it without preconceptions. In the article dedicated to Babylon the Great, we said that the acts of her fornication had to do with the trust placed in nations rather than in Jehovah. This is exactly the scenario that you see when the two kingdoms begin to ally with Egypt, Assyria, Syria and so on. Israel becomes a prostitute when he begins to put his trust in political power and not just when it starts to copy the practices of more or less neighboring peoples (due to the fact of having attended or have allied with these kingdoms). Certainly religion has, and has always been an important component in these acts of prostitution, but we must not lose the big picture. Since this blog does not pretend to have any divine inspiration, and even make the lecture anybody, we proceed by assumption. And 'possible to assume that, as a people, it is placed too much trust in institutions? "Putting too much trust in institutions" does not necessarily mean making political compromises. Recall, for example, that Jehoshaphat never made compromise from a religious point of view (not worshiped ever idols) but his alliance with Ahab cost him dearly and that's because he preferred to have a "friend", an aid military rather than fully trust in Jehovah. From this and other incidents reported in the scriptures we might consider whether "trust in human institutions" means only to make a religious / political compromise or simply include place undue reliance on these institutions asking them protection. We may assume that, from the standpoint of Jehovah, we got too close to institutions like the UN or the like? We can assume that he abused the words of Paul when he said, "I entrust myself to Caesar" and then you create a legalistic system of protection of society that actually creates burocratic problems (cf. Matthew 15: 5, 6) and demonstrates an exaggerated confidence in human law? - see Acts 26:32 We could go assuming you have added rules, and good rules that were not necessary or be gone, at least sometimes, "beyond what is written"? - 1 Corinthians 4: 6 And speaking of idolatry ... it is possible that some of us, and perhaps more than anyone, have attracted too much attention to herself waving a certain aura or divine authority? Let us make an honest discourse. For many Jehovah's Witnesses is unthinkable challenge a resolution, a guard tower, a publication ... whatever comes by "the faithful and discreet slave" and regardless of the merits and by the argument. Is it not true that the majority of our brothers can not discuss any understanding, regardless if the arguments are reasonable and supported by the scriptures? Our loyalty to who should go? To a group of men or the Word of God? Incidentally: this speech is not intended as an encouragement to finding laughing for bias, to murmur or creating sects and divisions but try to find a position balanced a ata in the light of the scriptures. And besides, this is not really critical that we make to Christianity? We have not said or thought many times "This person listens to what he says the priest, but he never bothered to see what the Bible teaches ..."? We never apply to us the critical that we address the other? Equating the words of a man (or a group of men) to those of God, is it not idolatry? Is not the cult of personality? And without going too far or too high ... we have not seen the same thing in our congregations? When it's particularly good speaker or the overseer particularly charismatic, you not perhaps create some "crowd of admirers", again, regardless of the merits of the arguments? Obviously we do not want to go to extremes thinking that simple admiration can be equated worship but we should think about these things. Is not it true that for many the law applies, and for some it plays? If trees depict prominent people within the people of God, some have idolized these people and went above and beyond the aforementioned examples. If he who loves God's Word "in his law reads in an undertone day and night. It will certainly become like a tree planted by streams of water that gives its own fruit in its season and whose leaf does not wither "(Ps 1: 2, 3) it is evident that other trees, to be destined to hail and fire including grass, they are really fed the Word of God - Compare Isaiah 1:30 There is much more to say and many other examples to cite but in fact, even if the arguments advanced there seemed sufficient or credible, Jehovah certainly knows the reality globally, he has seen a lot more of us and includes everything in his entirety. If the interpretation on the first trumpet is correct, as it seems from the scriptures, Jehovah is more than justified to punish His people. This is in harmony with the fact that the judgment must begin from the house of God - 1 Peter 4:17 Although the scenario is far from cheerful, it is for our salvation to occur this. If we will not be disciplined as a people, we will not be saved even at the end - 1 Corinthians 11:32  How and when will Comparing the book of Daniel and Revelation, we realize that Jehovah will use the king of the north to implement this discipline just as it did for the Israelites when they were deported to Babylon - Compare Daniel 7:21; 8: 12-14 In Revelation we do not explicitly speak of the king of the north, and even that is a political power to do that. This evidently because behind this political / human military attack, there is actually God's will. The parallels with the Biblical story are many and obvious, and the scriptures quoted at the beginning (those in identification of trees) often speak of "the king far" that would have burned or cut down these trees and this would take place by the will of Jehovah. So in the description of the fanfare you would not see the human hand simply because the description shows who is really behind this judgment. Likewise the war described in Daniel of the king of the north and king of the south, in Revelation is seen from a spiritual point of view indicating who is really to blow over this war (compare with Revelation 11:40 Daniel 9: 16-18 ). When will this happen? We do not know but if the incident on the abolition of the daily sacrifice by the king of the north (Daniel 8:13, 14) is what took place in April this year (see the article entitled "2300 evenings and mornings ") then it will not have much time to spend * (see footnote) . We therefore do well to pay attention to these details. Also let's not be fooled. In a previous article we saw that the persecution, as well as expand to other nations, may include other "Christian" organizations. If so, Satan could use this trick to create confusion as to true worship. It is surely no coincidence that the events following the First World War and then the second resembled what is yet to come. The wars in the world, the troubles between nations, plagues and even the birth and death of the "League of Nations" are all events that have certainly caused confusion among true Christians and interpretation of the prophecies. We can say this because in the face of many things that seemed to fit together , many others did not fit at all. The coincidences, however, are too many to be considered random. So do not be surprised if the persecution of true Christians (which, paradoxically, although it happens by the will of God, what demonstrate what his your people) is accompanied by generalized persecution of other denominations. Waiting for what must be done, what should we or can we do? The hail will not affect all the people of God will strike but still a significant part of it (at least as far as this trumpet; other trumpets affect the people of God again). We all have the honor and, at least for the moment, the favorable time to study, meditate and pray assiduously - Compare Luke 21:36 Although we did not have any part in worship of these trees, and he never put faith in human institutions, we ask pardon of Jehovah - Compare Jeremiah 7:14; Daniel 9: 3-6 In the light of the Scriptures, none of us is completely innocent. Although the persecution will come to affect all the people of God (Daniel 8:12) maybe we can be among the individuals who escape and who will have a key role in preaching the good news when all this storm passes - Revelation 10:11 Although the storm approaches, we study, ponder, and pray   Footnote. The suppression of the work of preaching took place April 20, 2017 in Russia may not be the one described in Daniel. In this case the calculation of the 2300 evenings and mornings would be wrong. The only way to understand whether the incident of April 20 is actually the one described in the Bible, is observing world events. This article does not want to create fear or morbid unjustified and dissociates in the strongest of all those "catastrophic" sites that are so fashionable today. Just as was done with other articles published so far, the purpose is to carefully examine the prophecy and see how this decode current events. It does not hide the fact that the interpretations contained herein may contain inaccuracies and errors. Â
