Their state of "no interest" is fostered by the lack of integrity.  If the organization's leaders were to show integrity, they would feel obligated to inform their members.  Out of love for their neighbor, they would make it happen. Matt 22:39  Out of love for Christ's teachings, they would make it happen. John 14:15 Instead, they uphold their "unrighteous decrees".     Isa 10:1-4; Rom 2:5   
If only JWs would not put up with unrighteousness.

WT Society is a PRIVATE Corporation. The business of this company produces documentation of various content. They are about finances, investments, business cooperation and correspondence inside and outside the company, human resources, employee dispute resolution documents, information on the number and status of members .... and many more.
Each state has legal provisions on how much and what kind of documents an institution should keep and how long it must be kept. It is quite certain that the WT Society owns and collects many other documents too, based on its choice and need.
The governing structures of the company decide which documents and what information to make public. We have to expect how many things will stay "hidden" from members eyes or secular people sight, even from secular authorities insight in Court cases. 
WT Society has NO INTEREST to inform own members about Court cases involving CSA and similar. They have NO INTEREST to display PDF or other format of Court documents for OPENLY reading inside JWorg and congregations. They have NO OBLIGATION  (EXCEPT MORAL AND ETHICAL OBLIGATION) to give members full information what is going on about some issue. 
For example, issue of: "blue envelops" or "special blue envelops", "confidential file","sealed confidential envelopes", "Do Not Destroy", "notes in secure place", Confidential Records (sealed envelopes) ....  
20. If the authorities request confidential congregation records or ask that elders give testimony regarding confidential congregation matters, the elders should promptly telephone the Legal Department - page 128
1. It is recommended that elders check their jw.org e-mail inbox at least once each week. Confidential information should not be sent using outside e-mail providers. Use of jw.org e-mail is governed by the "Terms of Use" policy available on jw.org. - page 193
21. Judicial Files and Other Confidential Reports: After a judicial committee, an appeal committee, a committee handling a request for disassociation, a reinstatement committee, or one or two elders handling a matter of wrongdoing have met with an individual, a brief summary of the proceedings is prepared and signed by the elders involved. The summary should be prepared regardless of the outcome of the meeting, for example, if the case was dismissed because of lack of evidence. (See 12:41-42.) The summary should include only pertinent facts and the final determination of the person's standing in the congregation; it should not contain personal opinions. Any personal notes should be destroyed. No judicial information should be posted on Congregation's Publisher Records (S-21). 

22. If the matter involves a disfellowshipping, disassociation, or reinstatement, the elders handling the case should ensure that only the following documents are placed in a sealed envelope: 
(1) Brief summary of the proceedings. 
(2) Notification of Disfellowshipping or Disassociation (S-77) form. 
(3) Congregation's Publisher Records if not reinstated. 
(4) Any correspondence to or from the branch office regarding the wrongdoer. 
(5) Any letters requesting reinstatement. 
(6) Any letter of disassociation. 

23. If the matter involves judicial reproof or another matter involving wrongdoing handled by one or two elders, the elders involved should ensure that the sealed envelope contains only the brief

summary and any correspondence to or from the branch office regarding the wrongdoer. 
24. The following information should be written on the front of the sealed envelope: 
(1) Name of the individual. 
(2) Action taken by the congregation, if any, and the date of such. 
(3) Any judicial restrictions imposed and the date the restrictions are removed. 
(4) Names of the elders who handled the matter. 
(5) The words "Do Not Destroy" for matters involving accusations of child sexual abuse (established or not). 
25. The sealed envelope should be placed in the congregation file by the secretary. If there is a need to open these files in the future, such as in connection with a plea for reinstatement, this should be done only by the elders who are assigned by the body to handle the matter. 
26. The sealed envelopes containing records on individuals who have not been reinstated should be kept indefinitely. If the person has been reinstated a full five years or has died, usually the file should be destroyed unless the case involved an accusation of child sexual abuse or an adulterous marriage or the committee believes there is some other reason to retain it. The same retention policy applies to records involving judicial reproof and wrongdoing handled by one or two elders. If it is determined that a sealed envelope should be retained after an individual has died, the date of death should be written on the outside of the envelope. If one or more of the elders who handled a specific case are no longer available, the Congregation Service Committee will assign other elders to determine if the file should be retained.

We are aware of Russell’s teaching based on pyramidology:

That is what I see in the second photo above,  – an influencing icon of a pyramid and the teachings incorporated by it.    But, as we also see, there is an eye placed at the top of the pyramid.  It appears to be the “eye of providence”, symbolic for the eye of God.

The WT has been known to use its version of “the Great Architect of the Universe” in its magazines:
“Despite the opinion of such men, God’s own Word says that the design was received under inspiration by Moses from the great Architect of the universe, Jehovah God himself.”  W 56 11/15 pp. 685-687
 
“Consider, rather, how marvelously the Great Architect of the universe implanted in men so great a variety of capabilities!”  g70 5/22 pg 20-23
It seems they reasoned that if they made a seesaw version of capital letters, no one would notice the connection to Freemasonry.  One year after the above Awake statement comes this testimony:
“I tried to find the truth in various religious organizations but can now see that they did not have it. Then I became a member of Freemasonry in the belief that thereby I could fill the need of every human to worship a Supreme Being that some call the Great Architect of the Universe. The Bible identifies him as Jehovah in Psalm 83:18and also at Isaiah 42:8, which says, ‘I am Jehovah. If we put the goal of his preaching work in front of us, we can see that he really didn’t remain in the “leaky boat”. 
 Jesus called the Pharisees out for who they were – liars and deceivers.  He said these things in front of many Jews.  John 8:42-47  The consequence of this was already written beforehand – death, instrumented by the Pharisees, using the Romans/Gentiles to carry it out. Isa 42:1-4
The only laws Jesus followed were those outlined by God.

In contrast to the two commands of Christ, the Pharisees had developed a system of 613 laws, 365 negative commands and 248 positive laws... By the time Christ came it had produced a heartless, cold, and arrogant brand of righteousness. As such, it contained at least ten tragic flaws.
(1) New laws continually need to be invented for new situations. (“new light”)
(2) Accountability to God is replaced by accountability to men.
“The growing number of prospective sheep count it a privilege to support Christ’s brothers not only in the preaching work but also in other practical ways. For example, they give financial contributions and help to build Kingdom Halls, Assembly Halls, and branch facilities, and they loyally obey those appointed by “the faithful and discreet slave” to take the lead.”  Wt 15/3/15 p. 29
(3) It reduces a person’s ability to personally discern.
“Be determined to stick to Jehovah’s organization and loyally support the leadership he provides—no matter what imperfections may surface. (1 Thess. 5:12, 13) Do not be “quickly shaken from your reason” when faced with what appear to be damaging attacks by apostates or other such deceivers of the mind—however plausible their charges may seem. (2 Thess. 2:2; Titus 1:10)
 (4) It creates a judgmental spirit.
Judgment made against any who think for themselves.  Judgment against all who are on the outside of the WT.   
(5) The Pharisees confused personal preferences with divine law.
WT’s governing body member, Anthony Morris, stated that the “theocratic organization” receives its decisions or “decrees” from God.  He comments, “When that direction comes out to Branch committee members, or when it comes out to the congregations; if you want Jehovah’s blessing on you as an individual or family, certainly as an elder or congregation, it’d be best to ask Jehovah to help you understand it, but obey the decision.” 
(6) It produces inconsistencies.
“To be a part of such a loving brotherhood fills my heart with appreciation and makes me proud to be one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.”  g 8/08 p. 19
“How should anointed Christians feel about themselves?  Jehovah’s holy spirit helps his servants to be humble, not proud.” w20/1 p. 26-31 
(7) It created a false standard of righteousness.
“All in the congregation can show principled love by avoiding contact and conversation with the disfellowshipped person. (1 Cor. 5:11; 2 John 10, 11) They thus reinforce the discipline that Jehovah has given him through the elders.  W 15 4/15 p. 30,31
“Today, Jehovah has brought us into his clean organization, where we feel his love and protection.”  W 17/10 p. 15-20
(8) It became a burden to the Jews.
“Do we faithfully follow the latest directions that Jehovah has given us? If so, we will not rely on always doing things the way we have done them in the past. Rather, we will be quick to follow any new direction that Jehovah provides through his organization. (Heb. 13:17) At the same time, we will be careful that we “do not go beyond the things that are written.” (1 Cor. 4:6) In so doing, we keep our eyes fixed on Jehovah.”  W 18/7 p. 15,16
This is such a hypocritical statement.  If a direction is “new”, then it has gone beyond the things that are written in the scriptures.
(9) It was strictly external.
That is made obvious in so many ways – clean kingdom halls, clean building methods, clean dress habits,  hiding the organization’s sins under the carpet so as not to bring reproach on “Jehovah’s name”, meaning the Watchtower organization.   Luke 11:39
(10) It was rejected by Christ.
Any “in Christ”/anointed priests of his who imitate Jesus in front of today’s leaders by speaking against their doctrine, are also “killed” through disfellowshipping. Rev 13:15; 11:1-3,7  Any JW who dare give “testimony” to the truth of Jesus Christ, are also “killed” – thrown out of the congregation. John 16:2 This was prophesied for the last days, and it shows how exactly the “Jewish” system today, is run by the leaders of the WT.

Um, Children of JW parents. @TrueTomHarley are manipulated. 
Didn't a member of the GB say something like 'Don't let them have their driving licence until they get baptised'.
I do know, having known the JW Org for over 50 years, that children of JW Parents are bribed / manipulated.
A child raised as a JW has to go to the meetings, has to mix with mainly JWs and other JW children. And had to go on the ministry at weekends. They do not get an option. They have to go where their parents take them. 
Then there is the competition that you don't believe in, about getting them baptised. At 6 or 7 years old ? Well maybe the child gets to be 10 before the real pressure in put on, or the bribery.
Then of course if a child hasn't been allowed to mix with 'people of the world', because 'the world is so wicked', then that is a form of manipulation. Why ? Because it has formed a wrong opinion in the child's mind. The child will actually believe it's parents. The child will be frightened to mix with 'people of the world' and won't trust anyone outside the Org.  Totally unfair. And then you have the 'You don't need higher education'. Now that again is manipulation. If you stop your child getting higher education, you have changed the direction of that child's life. That is manipulation. 
In my opinion, manipulation isn't just pushing a person in a direction, it can also be, putting up a barrier to make a person change direction, especially if that new direction is the deliberate intention of the person in control.
And of course once a child is baptised the manipulation gets worse as the Elders now have control. The threat of shunning and disfellowshipping, and thereby being thrown out of home, is the new fear a child has. I've seen it all take place. I've seen a young man made to live in the family garage as he had nowhere else to live, but they would not let him live in the house. 
Manipulation is alive and well in the JW Org. It's not in people's mind. There is proof of it happening.

I couldn't agree with you more.  
No faithful prophet of God from old, or faithful disciple of God and Jesus Christ, have as their agenda, a personal vindication.  Jesus vindicated His Father, knowing also that he would be glorified. But his motivation was out of pure love; firstly, for God and then for those whom he knew, and whom he desired to experience the love which becomes mutual between God and man.    
When I was a JW, the paradise promise was always put before me.  Obey the direction of the organization and that reward was waiting.   I see it so differently now.  I can understand how one yearns to please the Father and Christ.  It is not because of the reward, but it is through an awareness of THEIR love for a mere worm wriggling in the dirt. Isa 41:13,14   I know that obedience brings its reward; but having the fear of God within one’s heart, the respect for His power, patience and love, His blessing bestowed on those shown Truth, helps comprehend that earnest desire to be where truth, Christ and God reside.  It is the connection that love makes through the blessing of Holy Spirit.  It is “the bond of perfection”.  Col 3:14  
Michael – “Who Is Like God?”  That is the call of Christ’s faithful servants in the last days.  Rev 12:7  Through the developing an authentic love for the Father only possible through His grace, nothing should stand in our way of making that call – no organization that demands to be glorified, no man who expects obedience to his failures, no man-made rules that cannot be verified by God’s Word.   Isa chapter 48

Which teaching is adhered to?  The one that benefits them the most, Teaching #1  They have driven out the royal priesthood and created their own, "like all the peoples of the lands".

Previous understanding: Unfaithful Jerusalem is a prophetic type of Christendom. Hence, the destruction of Jerusalem prophetically foreshadowed that of Christendom.
Clarification: Conditions in unfaithful Jerusalem—such as idolatry and widespread corruption—remind us of Christendom, but we no longer refer to Christendom as the antitypical Jerusalem.
Reasoning behind the change: There is no clear Scriptural basis for such a type-antitype approach. Unlike ancient Jerusalem, Christendom has never practiced pure worship. And while Jerusalem did receive Jehovah’s forgiveness for a time, there is no such prospect ahead for Christendom.
 
So, no “antitype Jerusalem”.  But…Christendom is still the focus of Watchtower’s Armageddon.  They just don’t use the term, “antitype of Jerusalem”
“In addition, after Jerusalem was destroyed by the Babylonians, Jehovah restored the city to his favor and it again became the center of true worship. Christendom, on the other hand, has never had God’s favor, and once it is destroyed during the great tribulation, it will never rise again.
In view of the foregoing, what may we conclude? When we examine Bible prophecies that were fulfilled on unfaithful Jerusalem, we may say, ‘This or that reminds us of what we see in Christendom today.’ But there appears to be no Scriptural basis for referring to Christendom as the antitypical Jerusalem.”  Rr pg 174
 
Who faces destruction in the last days?  If Christendom never had God’s favor, meaning they were never God’s people, why would the angel in Revelation call out:
 
‘Come out of her, my people,’
    so that you will not share in her sins,
    so that you will not receive any of her plagues;
God’s anointed people/”Israel”/”New Jerusalem”  are in the WT.

5 for her sins are piled up to heaven,
    and God has remembered her crimes.
6 Give back to her as she has given;
    pay her back double for what she has done.
    Pour her a double portion from her own cup.
7 Give her as much torment and grief
    as the glory and luxury she gave herself.
In her heart she boasts,
    ‘I sit enthroned as queen.

Before the city of Babylon was destroyed, the call given, was to God’s people:

Sadly, the majority won’t say, “well that was short-lived! These men lied to us when they said, “the GB is convinced that Jehovah is directing that the world headquarters be moved to Warwick”.  The majority won’t say, “God didn’t bless the purchase of that land or their endeavor to build His house like they told us.”
I doubt that the majority of JWs will call the tornado, "an act of God".  They WILL somehow rationalize Lett’s words by saying, “Satan is the ultimate cause”, even though Lett also said,
 WELL, BY ALIENATING HUMANS FROM JEHOVAH, SATAN DEPRIVES THEM OF THE CREATOR LOVINGLY CONTROLLING THE WEATHER FOR THEIR BENEFIT.

Confusion, confusion.   
A JW who was in a congregation that I attended, told another concerning my leaving, that I had "left the protective arms of Jehovah, found only through his organization".  I do believe many do expect divine protection.
