While shopping at a Walmart last weekend with his wife, Lupita Cruz, Phoenix resident Jose Avalos de Leon, who at the time was riding a Walmart scooter as per a toe injury, suddenly began to feel an itchy sensation creeping over his back.

As the itch only worsened, de Leon decided to stop by the restroom and stand back up so as to inspect the chair. It was then that he and his wife made a sickening discovery.

“The chair was full of bed bugs and his whole back was bit,” his wife wrote on Facebook in a post that has since gone viral.

The couple then tried calling over a manager, but the manager denied seeing anything, despite the evidence being quite clear.

Lupita even tried to take photos to prove the manager wrong, but even that failed.

“The lady manager that was called to come to us (Shannon) took it as if she had seen this already and didnt (sic) care and just told my husband to do an incident report,” her post continued. “After the report was done he asked for a copy and she said she couldnt do that for him yet on the paper it said he could ask for one. She also didnt sign it.” This has been the worse customer service i have ever had,” her post concluded. “Please be aware before u sit on anything!  SEE LINK FOR MORE
