Ingredientes

2docenas
  1. para la masa
  2. 500 g harina 0000
  3. 50 g azúcar
  4. 250 mililitros leche tibia
  5. esencia de vainilla
  6. 25 g levadura fresca
  7. 1 pisca sal fina
  8. para el empaste
  9. 25 g harina
  10. 200 g manteca pomada
  11. crema pastelera
  12. dulce membrillo
  13. para pintar
  14. mezclar un poco de leche
  15. 1 cuchara azúcar
  16. 1 huevo
  17. 1 pizca sal
  18. para el almíbar
  19. 1 taza agua
  20. 1 taza azúcar

Pasos

 
  1.  

    Mezclar el harina con la sal

  2.  

    Colocar en la mesa en forma de corona en el centro colocar la levadura y la vainilla en los bordes el azúcar

  3.  

    De a poco agregar en el centro la leche tibia y disolviendo la levadura

  4.  

    Y ir mesclando con el harina agregar leche

  5.  

    Hasta formar una masa

  6.  

    Una vez bien amasado dejar descansar tapado con film a que duplique su tamaño

  7.  

    Mientras hacemos el empaste mezclar el harina con la manteca

  8.  

    Una vez leudado estirar y colocar el empaste en el centro y esparcir no tanto en los bordes porque puede que se escape el empaste por ay

    Hacer el doble primero los costados y después doblar las puntas

    Así tiene que quedar tapamos con film y dejamos descansar 30 o 1 hora hasta que se leude

    Después estiramos y doblamos los costados uno al lado del otro y después uno sobre otro esto debemos repetir cuatro veces cada vez que hacemos tapamos con film y dejamos descansar 30 minutos o 1 hora

    Por último estirar y hacer las facturas las formas que usted desee

    Yo hice esta forma porque me gusta como queda tapar con film y dejamos descansar leudar

    Cuando ya está colocamo el dulce y la crema

    Colocar un poco de leche en un bol colocar el azúcar y el huevo y la pizca de sal y mezclar bien y pincelar

    Llevar a fuego 180 grado durante 15 minutos y cuando tiene color ya está

    Pincelar con el almíbar para el almíbar colocar en una cacerola 1 taza de azúcar y 1 taza de agua y dejar que hierva y se derrita el azúcar hasta que espese un poquito

    Pincelar y ya está riquísimo estás facturas tiene su tiempo tardan un poco pero vale la pena hacer son muy ricas y salen muchos riquísima ? ? espero les guste y puedas hacerlo
