So, he was disappointed, because his impetuous assumptions made in the name of God, failed.  Never mind those who suffered because of his lying doctrine.  (Matt 15:9)  And he is termed a "faithful brother", because he didn't leave the organization?  While those who saw the folly of his teachings when they failed, and left the organization perhaps without a house to live in and a job, are the unfaithful ones?
The meaning of "truth" and "faithful" according to JWs, are not in line with God's Word.  They are not in line with Jesus Christ's teachings.
An honest witness does not deceive, but a false witness pours out lies. Prov 14:5

If I had been at this convention in 1967, and listened to Charles Sinutko's talk (a District Overseer), I would have been convinced the end was coming in 1975. Although he said it was a "possibility" it got drowned out by all the other things he said which made it more of a probability. If we would hear a talk along similar lines today, a prominent brother, perhaps one of the helpers to the GB, mentioning the year 2030 (for example), not once, but several times throughout the talk as a possible year for Armageddon, how would we feel? But it seems that some of us find it hard to be honest with ourselves.

On a positive note, Charles Sinutko's life story can be found here: https://wol.jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/102004607
Of course there is no mention of 1975, but despite what must have been a disappointment, his faith was obviously not shaken, and he remains a faithful brother.

And that is an interesting thought too. What you are saying is that you would have been destroyed?
I think @Emma Rose might know where I am going with that. Since that has been a topic we have been discussing lately....

I agree. But where did they get the date from? Those who were serving with a date in mind didn't just pull the date out of thin air did they?

Someone on the exjw reddit forum put this video together and offered to share. With the help of the present GB, the debacle of 1975 has modern JWs left in the dark, about the truth surrounding its announcement as the date for Armageddon. This includes those JWs who have conveniently forgotten what that time period of teaching involved.
Jer 23:16 (MSG) - A Message from God-of-the-Angel-Armies: “Don’t listen to the sermons of the prophets. It’s all hot air. Lies, lies, and more lies. They make it all up. Not a word they speak comes from me. They preach their ‘Everything Will Turn Out Fine’ sermon to congregations with no taste for God, Their ‘Nothing Bad Will Ever Happen to You’ sermon to people who are set in their own ways."

We all know the Enterprise-D is big, but how big IS it? Well, turns out it's massive. Insanely huge, in fact.

We look at 10 amazing little known features of the USS Enterprise NCC 1701-D, a galaxy class starship, from Star Trek The Next Generation. Features such as the Captain's Yacht, the whale tanks and warp core ejection system, that they never use!

Srecko Sostar reacted to Witness in HOW DOES NEW JERUSALEM COME DOWN OUT OF HEAVEN?
“Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.” Rev 21:2
It is interesting how our past nagging questions we may have had as JWs over the years, resurface once we learn of the true understanding of God’s Word. I once asked an elder before a meeting, if he could explain Rev 21:2. How would the holy city, a “heavenly” organization of God, Jesus, the angels and the 144,000, come down to earth from heaven? It is taught that not even Jesus will return to the earth after Armageddon, and certainly not the “144,000” anointed, sealed in heaven. (Rev 14:1)
    (Gen 28:12; John 1:51; Heb 1:6; 9:28)
The elder could only tell me that the earth and its inhabitants would be a recipient of its heavenly blessings, but not that “New Jerusalem”, the “heavenly organization”, would exist on the earth. I understand now that this discrepancy was an early subconscious crack developing in in my spiritual cache of Wt. teachings, that I had once come to trust. (Ezek 13:3,5,7) The truth about this scripture was purposefully stifled, to make room for the lie. That lie is the organization; a counterfeit “great mountain”, that would survive Armageddon and be the new “land” in the Kingdom.
Down to today, the organization is said to be the nucleus, the “new earth” that had its beginning in 1919. It is important to remember, that 1919 carried with it, a large bag of rejected and forgotten doctrine that would surprise JWs today…if, they researched their history. They may even realize that the promotion of their “house of pure worship” as beginning in that year, is an outrageous lie.
    (Isa 65:17-19; 2 Pet 3:7,13; Ps 37:10,29; 2 Cor 5:17; Rev 21:1,2; 19:7,8)
This inhabited “land”, together with its buildings and congregations, is taught to be God’s house where JWs reside in a spiritual paradise. (2 Kings 17:9-12; Isa 46:5) (Ezek 13:10; 1 Thess 5:3)
Micah 4:1,2 is used to support the organization’s lie:
“Now it shall come to pass in the latter days
That the mountain of the Lord’s house ( The Greek word means “dwelling habitation, temple”)
Shall be established on the top of the mountains,
    And shall be exalted above the hills;
And peoples shall flow to it.
2 Many nations shall come and say,
“Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord,
    To the house of the God of Jacob;
He will teach us His ways,
And we shall walk in His paths.”
For out of Zion the law shall go forth,
And the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.”
    In John 14:4,23 Jesus said,
“In My Father’s house are many dwellings; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.”
The dwellings that Jesus had in mind were not in the form of an earthly organization 2,000 years into the future. If God questioned David’s desire to build Him a house, why would He desire earthly habitations today? (2 Sam 7:6,7)
“If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make our dwelling place with him.”
Throughout the history of God’s people under covenant, the “dwelling”/house of God had always been the tabernacle/tent and the temple. That dwelling place of Spirit changed with the coming of Jesus, from the earthly, physical temple, to a temple built with “living stones”. (Acts 7:48,49; John 2:19-21; 1 Pet 2:5,6; Eph 2:19-22)
“Do you not know that you are God’s temple and the Spirit of God dwells in you?” 1 Cor 3:16
At the rejection of His Son, God made it vividly clear of His rejection, of a house that had become filled with blasphemy. The curtain enclosing the Most Holy, the sacred abode of God, was torn apart at the time of Jesus’ death. (John 8:40; Matt 21:37-45; 27:50,51) Jesus predicted the end of God’s promise made with Israel as a nation, stating that what the Jewish leaders had self-righteously ‘created’, would no longer have any connection with the Father. (Ezek 8:6; Jer 22:5; Matt 24:2; Mar 7:6,7; Matt 21:43,42; 23:37,38)
“Listen carefully: your house is being left to you desolate [completely abandoned by God and destitute of His protection]!” Matt 23:38 AMP
Mount Zion was a reference to the city and temple of Jerusalem. The nation of Israel, God’s “land” was referred to as “Daughter Zion”. (Isaiah 8:18; Psalm 74:2; Jer 3:14) (Zech 9:9)
Under the New Covenant, a spiritual mountain called “New Jerusalem” - the Temple and House of God - was established on the Body of Christ. (John 4:21-24; Gal 4:22-26,28, 31; Heb 8:6; 1 Cor 12:27; 3:16)
This did not require buildings or any organizational efforts by men, since as Jesus told his foundation stones of God’s House, it was he and his Spirit, who would prepare THEM as “dwelling places”, in his Father’s House. (John 14:7; 1 Cor 6:19; Eph 2:10; Phil 1:6; Heb 3:6; 13:20,21; Col 1:19)
“Daughter Zion” became a new promise, a “new creation”, and God’s dwelling place in Spirit. The selection of a new spiritual priesthood to serve God under Jesus their High Priest, had begun. (1 Pet 2:5; Rev 5:9,10)
Over the following 2,000 years, God would specifically choose individuals to become His spiritual dwelling - His inhabited “land’ and “holy city”. (Rev 14:1) These individuals are a household of priests/kings, prepared as the Bride of Christ. ( 1 John 2:27; 1 Cor 3:9; 2 Cor 11:2; Eph 2:20; Eph 5:23-27,30,32)
It was not until this Temple was reaching completion that a counterfeit “Zion” appeared, kindled by the desire of false prophets, who had left their covenant in Christ. (Zech 5:5-11; Isa 28:15; Prov 5:3,4; 1 Cor 6:15,16; 1 Tim 4:1; Rev 8:10,11;13:11; 17:1-3,5)
To clarify, the organization has split the definition of Zion into two parts. One is strictly a “heavenly organization”, where the 144,000 are said to reside. The other, is the earthly organization that sails through Armageddon and keeps building its “house”/houses, while apparently receiving direction through Holy Spirit. One priesthood will reign in heaven, while a counterfeit “priesthood” in the elder body, will reign as princes on the earth; unless this doctrine changes with “new light”, once the Harlot/governing leaders are removed. (Rev 17:12,13,15-18)
Always, what we visually see with our eyes, can hold more instant gratification than what we must “see” spiritually. (1 Cor 2:14) The concept of God’s House as the organization, has developed using visual appeal, and seems to be the mountain of Micah 4:1,2 to be established in the last days. However, within this blasphemous house, God’s authentic “house” of “living stones” has accepted the seemingly indestructible, mighty, yet counterfeit mountain…as belonging to God, and vital for their salvation. (Isa 46:3-5; 57:13) They have forgotten that they are specifically, the dwelling, “land”, home, of God’s Spirit. (2 Cor 6:14-18; 1 Cor 3:9) As a result, they have no idea of how their role would fulfill Rev 21:2.
All this confusion of what and who comprise the House of God, is accomplished at the determined hand of Satan. (Luke 22:31; Matt 24:3-5.21-25; 1 Pet 5:8; Col 2:8; Rev 13:1,2,6,7,10; 12:3,4)
Without being fully cognizant of their role as God’s House, they have easily slipped into idolatry by putting their hope in what men have created. (Rom 1:25; Rev 13: 4,11,12) The promise of salvation through the earthly organization, is chosen over their sole salvation in Christ; and chosen over his promised Bride/Holy City coming down out of heaven to be with mankind. (Isa 62:5; Rev 3:12; 21:9,10)
Yes, the dwelling/House of God will be on the earth, as well as in heaven. The anointed angel messengers will serve Jesus as the “new creation” – both human and spirit. (Ps 37:11,29; 2 Cor 5:17; 1 Cor 15:44; 1 Pet 1:23; Heb 12:22,23)
“And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God.” Rev 21:3
The early tabernacle was a mobile dwelling of God’s Spirit. (1 Chron 17:5) How fitting that God returns to His first plan to be with His people, before men desired to build Him a temple. (Acts 7:48-50) In Christ, His tabernacle/temple has become a mobile, spiritual dwelling, through the presence of His anointed, sealed priesthood on earth and in heaven, serving with Jesus Christ. As priests, they are to teach the people God’s laws. (Ezek 44:23; Mal 2:7)
Could they fulfill this requirement of teaching, if they never stepped foot on the earth to be among God’s children? (Isa 66:7-11; Rev 22:17)
    Micah specifies this:
“For out of Zion the law shall go forth,
And the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.”
The counterfeit priesthood/elder body teach by the corrupt doctrine and laws of men, and who judge in unrighteousness, blasphemy, and in partiality. (Jer 8:8; Ps 35:19,20; 2 Thess 2:3,4,9-12; Rev 13:5,6)
There will be no room in the Kingdom of God for falsehoods spoken by men, for their idolatry and rejection of God’s Temple. (Zech 8:3; Rev 14:1,4,5;22:14,15) There will be no more counterfeit pursuits created by Satan to destroy the New Covenant in Jesus Christ, and the faithful members of his Body. (Rev 19:20; 20:9,10; 1 Cor 15:24-26)
In 1952, the organization stated that if a religion is not teaching God’s will accurately, then its members are “missing the mark”, regardless of how sincerely they may conform to the organization’s will. It used Matt 7:23 to explain that the contrary desires of persons or organizations are lawlessness in God’s sight.
The “man of lawlessness” raises itself up in the Temple of God by “sitting”/ruling over the anointed priesthood. It is the composite “Gentile” elder body that willingly “acts” as priests. (Dan 11:31; Matt 24:15; Rev 13:1)( 2 Chron 13:9;23:6,7)
What would the early writers of this 68 year-old article think, if they could perceive that their words would eventually point to their own organization as the source of “lawlessness” in the last days? Would they realize that this organization is a “rebellious house”, soon to be left desolate? (2 Thess 2:3,4; Matt 5:13; Rev 11:1,2;Matt 7:24-27; Rev 8:8)
Ezek 12:1,2 - The word of the Lord came to me: 2 “Son of man, you are living among a rebellious house. They have eyes to see but do not see, and ears to hear but do not hear, for they are a rebellious house.”
Ezekiel 13 describes the false divinations uttered by the prophets of Israel, as a “flimsy wall” of failed predictions, repeatedly “whitewashed” amid promises of peace. (Ezek 13:10,15,16; 1 Thess 5:3) As a sign to the people, Ezekiel was told to dig through a wall, and take his belongings with him. (Ezek 12:1-6)

    Pearl Doxsey explains:
When we ourselves "bore a hole" in the "wall" we once trusted in, this is the exact "hole" we leave through, just as Ezekiel did. Our minds and hearts abandon the wicked "city" which exists within the confines of those teachings. The very "hole" we have dug away, is the one our mind and heart "leaves" through. The "hole" in the "wall" is the lie we have discovered, and the very hole which frees us, and provides our route of escape.
Ezekiel leaves in "darkness", because this is how spirit reveals these things to us, and where our private decisions and conviction are conceived (Matt 10:26-28).
The more we dig (as Ezekiel did), the flimsier that wall becomes. If we never dig, we stay imprisoned inside falsehood. Remember too, the first things Ezekiel saw, were the "elders" inside the Temple (only the priests belong in there --'disgusting thing in holy place' –(Mark 13:14; 2 Chron 23:6; 13:9; Num 3:10) and their disgusting images/idols (Ezek 8:3,5,6,9-11).
These events are prophesied for the end as well (Rev 13:14,8; 2 Thess 2:4; Dan 5:23; Rev 11:2; Matt 24:15; Dan 9:26,27).
The "holy place/holy ones/holy city" in the time of the end, are the anointed priests (1 Cor 3:16; 1 Pet 2:9,5; Rev 5:10; Eph 2:21,22).
These are being trampled and displaced by the trespassing Gentiles, whose image is being worshiped by all God's people (Dan 10:14; 11:31-39,45; 12:7-13; Rev 13:7,8)
    Pearl Doxsey
    However, in the last days…
“the mountain of the Lord’s temple will be established
    as the highest of the mountains;
it will be exalted above the hills,
and all nations will stream to it.
3 Many peoples will come and say,
‘Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord,
to the temple of the God of Jacob.
He will teach us his ways,
so that we may walk in his paths.’
The law will go out from Zion,
the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.”
He will judge between the nations
and will settle disputes for many peoples.
They will beat their swords into plowshares
and their spears into pruning hooks.
Nation will not take up sword against nation,
nor will they train for war anymore.
    5 Come, descendants of Jacob,
let us walk in the light of the Lord.” Isa 2:2-5

Government restrictions on religion increasing worldwide
    By DAVID CRARY July 15, 2019 - https://apnews.com/article/3f554ea6fe6a42c08c0618745eee8c2b
NEW YORK (AP) — Government restrictions on religion have increased markedly in many places around the world, not only in authoritarian countries, but also in many of Europe’s democracies, according to a report surveying 198 countries that was released Monday.
The report released by the Pew Research Center, covering developments through 2017, also seeks to document the scope of religion-based harassment and violence. Regarding the world’s two largest religions, it said Christians were harassed in 143 countries and Muslims in 140.
............ In Spain, according to the report, some municipal governors have introduced bans on burqas and face-covering veils, and have also restricted public preaching and proselytizing by such groups as the Jehovah’s Witnesses and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Circumcision of boys also has been an issue in Europe. Muslim and Jewish groups in Germany and Slovenia have complained of government officials interfering in their religious traditions by trying to criminalize circumcision for nonmedical reasons.
............ Another category in the report was religious harassment by individuals and social groups. The United States ranked among the worst-scoring countries in this category in 2017, in part because of the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, where white supremacist protesters displayed swastika flags and chanted anti-Semitic slogans.
Pew said the biggest increase in religious hostility by individuals occurred in Europe. Victims of violence, in incidents cited in the report, include Jehovah’s Witnesses in Ukraine and a rabbi and a Muslim woman in Belgium.
In Germany, Pew said, there were reports that thousands of refugees were pressured to convert to Christianity after being warned they might otherwise be deported.................
“Almost every faith that’s a majority somewhere is a minority somewhere else and often gets persecuted where they’re a minority,” Brownback said at a State Department briefing. “So that’s why a big part of our effort is to get the faiths to come together and to stand for each other.”
“We’re not talking common theology here — nobody agrees on theology,” he added. “We’re talking about a common human right.”
After this article and highlighted/bold ending quotes i will continue to remind readers with recent example how religious leaders and their lawyers unitedly acting in their searching for "human aka religious rights/freedom".
WT Lawyer David Gnam, under WTJWorg GB approval and blessings, he sought, received, and accepted the support of his religious dissenters (in this Court case they are Intervenors. There were 12 intervenors in the case — eight were religious organizations, including the World Sikh Organization of Canada. - https://www.canadianlawyermag.com/news/general/scc-says-courts-cant-decide-procedural-fairness-of-religious-organizations/275200).
In different circumstances they are all “spiritual enemies” of JW elder David Gnam. Moreover, JW elder David Gnam in his preaching activity and from the assembly podium explains how the religious leaders of all other religions that do not belong to JW will be destroyed because they are Christ’s opponents who advocate the devil’s false teaching.
It is of great importance to see the WT JWorg hypocrisy in this example. Official doctrine forbids JW members from associating with “unbelievers” except when they are in the "field service of preaching the gospel". David Gnam does not preach the gospel in the courtroom nor refute the false teachings of these other religious and secular “false teachers”. What does David Gnam, JW elder and lawyer, do? He teams up with leaders of “false religions” to gain their support and win in secular court.
With what result?  Respondent’s Lawyer said this:
"The decision seems to say the courts will not intervene in unfair practices by religious groups, even if their decisions have severely detrimental effects, as religion and its community membership can be so central to a person’s life.
“One need only think about what religious organizations are all about to understand the huge potential for expulsion or shunning to detrimentally affect a member's life. . . The potential for harm at the hands of a religious organization is, therefore, great,” he says.

To help finding context, some more quotes from another WT publications:
What Does Religious Freedom Mean to You?
Surely, we would expect any nation that genuinely cares for its subjects to grant such freedom. Sadly, this does not always happen.......Consider, for example, the situation that prevailed for many years in Mexico. Although the Constitution guaranteed religious freedom, it stipulated: “Churches used for public worship are the property of the Nation, represented by the Federal Government, who shall determine which ones can continue to be used as such.” In 1991 the Constitution was amended to end this restriction. Nevertheless, this example illustrates that religious freedom may be interpreted differently in various lands.....Interestingly, however, there is a kind of religious freedom that does not depend at all upon locale. While in Jerusalem in the year 32 C.E., Jesus said to his followers: “If you remain in my word, you are really my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”—John 8:31, 32. - https://wol.jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/1997080

    Protecting Freedoms—How?
We naturally tend to reject or suspect that which is different or unusual, especially views that differ from our own. Does this mean that tolerance is impossible?...What should be the aim of this education? The magazine UNESCO Courier suggests that instead of fostering rejection of religious movements, “education for tolerance should aim at countering influences that lead to fear and exclusion of others, and should help young people to develop capacities for independent judgement, critical thinking and ethical reasoning.”....

The Best Way to Fight Intolerance
Tolerance does not mean that everyone should have the same ideas. People might disagree with one another. Some may feel strongly that the beliefs of another person are very wrong. They may even speak publicly of their disagreements. However, as long as they do not spread lies to try to incite prejudice, this is not intolerance. Intolerance is seen when a group is persecuted, targeted by special laws, marginalized, banned, or in some other way hindered from following their beliefs. In the most extreme form of intolerance, some kill and others have to die for their beliefs.
How can intolerance be fought? It can be exposed publicly, as the apostle Paul exposed the intolerance of religious leaders of his day. (Acts 24:10-13) When possible, though, the best way to fight intolerance is to work proactively—to promote tolerance, that is, to educate people to understand others better. The UN report on the elimination of intolerance referred to earlier says: “As all forms of intolerance and discrimination based on religion or belief have their birth in the human mind, so it is at human minds that action should initially be directed.” Such education may even lead individuals to examine their own beliefs. - https://wol.jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/101999003
It is notable, now, how WT publications in those periods of time, made praises to UN and try to show how UN goals are of benefit for all people, including JW.
Does WTJWorg stand today on same UN ideas about "religious tolerance" or you think how WTJWorg changed "context" for different sort of understanding? :))
WTJWorg public claims are how JW members have to "tolerate" and "respect" other religious ideologies. What does this mean in "your context" of understanding? To "shun" people who think differently? And to not even say "simple hello" to ex-JW? :))
Obviously, you are not part of such JW majority, because you doing even more than simple hello, you discuss spiritual things with ex-JW, which is forbidden activity according to JW Leaders. It seems you show more religious tolerance and less discrimination than GB mandatory instructions. And that is good. Up-vote for you!

Dear members of JW. I would like to draw your attention to an article in your journal Awake, Under the headline, the author of the article, who is no doubt a JW, put the ideological idea of UN organization from 1948. You call that same organization "the scarlet colored beast that came out of the abyss" and how this Beast is "full of blasphemous names."
How is it possible that the author of the article, with the approval of GB, invokes such an organization and accepts the “blasphemous” ideology of Article 18 and at the same time “prophesies” against the UN?
Let's see what Article 18 says.
    Religious Intolerance Today

Reading the news could make a person ill right now.  I've joked with Tom how Armageddon could be ten years away yet, but looking at world conditions it could easily happen today or tomorrow. What I find so disturbing is the 99.9% dishonesty everywhere. All politicians / governments. All religions. Even most ordinary people cannot be fully trusted.
It is very sad that not one religion can be trusted to give honest answers to honest questions. It is not God's fault of course. Even when God had His own Nation, those people turned their backs on Him at times. And now it seems as if all religions have also turned their backs on God and Christ.
My hope is that God will 'raise up' a True Anointed remnant, to lead His people to truth and light, through Jesus Christ. Ahh, but I hope it happens very soon. The world is certainly becoming a 'darker' place for everyone.

    I quote @Arauna
One cannot compare this to JWs. We allow people to choose their religion - but we cannot condone those who are traitors to Jehovah.  We do not mix with those... but we do not stop them from practicing their new choices.
Reading this actually made me feel sick.
How dare you think you have the right to condemn people. You are so full of hate from the teachings of your GB. It is your GB that instills this type of belief into JWs.
The CCJW does not own Almighty God or Jesus Christ. Will you never understand until it is too late for you ? Your GB are the ones that have turned their backs on God and Christ. But you just love having your ears tickled by your GB and the Org.
It is sad. Your GB are stumbling blocks to so many people. Your GB continue to tell lies and to 'err', but JWs continue to serve them. Your GB continue to cover up the Child Sexual Abuse and continue to hide the pedophiles in the CCJW. Your GB will not appologise to victims of CSA and refuse to pay compensation to them. And you have the stupidity to say it is others that are 'traitors to Jehovah'.

This statement and such attitude shows "religious discrimination". It seems how everyone who choose different religion belongs to "traitors" of JHVH.
Islam claim how Abraham, Moses and Jesus + Mohamed are God's representatives of true religion aka Islam.
In time of Moses, practicing another religion or different beliefs was also punishable by death.
Well, after having past and present facts, we face the question: Do we want religious freedom for all or only for selected?

Dear members of JW. I would like to draw your attention to an article in your journal Awake, Under the headline, the author of the article, who is no doubt a JW, put the ideological idea of UN organization from 1948. You call that same organization "the scarlet colored beast that came out of the abyss" and how this Beast is "full of blasphemous names."
How is it possible that the author of the article, with the approval of GB, invokes such an organization and accepts the “blasphemous” ideology of Article 18 and at the same time “prophesies” against the UN?
Let's see what Article 18 says.
    Religious Intolerance Today

Srecko Sostar reacted to Patiently waiting for Truth in From Jehovah’s Witnesses Kingdom Hall to town hall? West Lakeland Township officials consider purchase
West Lakeland Township officials are considering purchasing the former Jehovah’s Witnesses Kingdom Hall building and turning it into its town hall.
The 2,300-square-foot building is at the southwest corner of the intersection of Stagecoach Trail and 10th Street North. It is listed for sale for $360,000; Petersen Properties has the listing.
The town board currently meets at Oak-Land Middle School in Lake Elmo and rents office space at the Joshua Taylor building in Lake Elmo.
Township supervisor Gary Horning said buying the building makes sense. He said West Lakeland officials sometimes have difficulty securing the school for its monthly town board meetings. He also is concerned that the price of renting office space — currently $700 a month — could increase when the Joshua Taylor building is remodeled.
The Kingdom Hall is in a good location, and there is easy access in and out of the building, he said.

Another Kingdom Hall up for sale.  I wonder why ?

Srecko Sostar got a reaction from Micah_Orion in Love thy neighbour: Jehovah's Witnesses in court fight over fig trees
It often happens that plants, larger or smaller, are planted too close to the border. Many people who plant plants while they are still young do not leave enough room to grow. After a few years the plant spreads in its natural growth and becomes a maintenance problem. Ignorance of how big the plant will be when it reaches its full size contributes to the problem for both parties. There are also those who plant trees along the border and do not really care about the consequences of such planting. There are also wild trees that are left to grow.
Trees and plants are a very valuable thing, but they must be controlled in urban areas, especially between two neighbors.

Not really a bombshell though based on the January 2nd date.
Someone has done some good work here (video below) on the actual timeline. He's an American who has lived in China for a few years. He reads and speaks Chinese very well. (He's not a pro-Communist spokesperson, and has even been involved in the same types of large anti-government protests that thousands of other Chinese citizens have participated in.)
Even the article on Xi's knowledge of the epidemic actually appears to be a good thing, not something nefarious. It fits right into the timeline:
On January 20th, Xi officially acknowledged that there was an epidemic going on. That was two days before he first spoke publicly about it. In the speech released by Xi’s ruling Communist Party, the president told his party members on Jan 7 that he was already taking measures to contain the coronavirus outbreak.

I changed the title of this website to .ORG as you can see above.
I needed something multilingual / multinational.... and understood by many cultures and languages.
It also can cover various organizations and belief systems from around the world.
I like learning from everyone discussing topics on a wide range of topics.
    Enjoy everyone.
Let me know if I can be of more help.
    @admin
p.s. - You'll notice that uploaded video now plays the same as Facebook and Twitter etc....
The one thing that differentiates this site to those is that we don't try to keep you only on our platform. You'll see easy share buttons to every social media out there so that you can post once... and share ad infinitum.
p.s.s. - Language is obviously a challenge for all global websites. I am trying to keep us all on one site rather than many different language sites. You should see a google translate button on the right hand side to assist with that. I know it's not 100% yet.
p.s.s.s. - The site is now translated for use by the main language groups in the theme itself. I will continue to try and expand it as more experts help me out.
